PSA metabolism days

I would just like to remind everyone that metabolism days actually help you lose weight

I had a family lunch this weekend and i had quite a lot of food. It was healthy food but still a lot. And this morning i weighed myself and i had lost 1.2kg because i finally managed to poop yesterday after not being able to for almost 2 weeks

So remember to have a metabolism day at least once every two weeks where you eat a high volume of food rather than a high amount of calories

i'm 19 and i've been struggling with anorexia nervosa on and off since i was 11. i also have issues with substances (mainly opiates) and used to suffer from a binge eating disorder, both of which i may discuss on this blog. i'm also a bpd girly (because of course i am), i have adhd and quite possibly autism and bipolar 1 (looking into it lol)
