finally had time and mental energy to finish varre this year, tis the season after the DLC announcement - so catch you at AB2024! i'll be wearing him on saturday, and maybe for a bit on sunday - feel free to say hi!
(ALSO BIG THANKS TO THE AMAZING byjullian FOR TAKING THESE, he is very cool)
Impromptu wandering around the con at night led to some really cute pics! This 2nd leotard was way more comfortable than the first vinyl one, but both are gonna be too hot to wear for ANYC- so peek at my stories this summer as I try and wrangle 100+yds of tulle for the final installment of Yonko!Buggy before moving onto a different fit of his for awhile🤡🙌
here's the death note skit that won us SECOND PLACE in a cosplay masquerade that's considered one of the best nationwide competitions!! i am so proud of my group
A more complete Madoka photoset!! Anime Boston is always so much fun. Thank you to the entire cosplay community for being the absolute kindest and sweetest people in the world.
This has been keeping me busy the past ten days. It’s not quite done build wise, though the short part of the staff is ready for primer. I should get the build part done today. Then it’s on to paint.
In my Anime Boston application I claimed I was building this- I had a template which I’d assembled and an idea of how it would go together and that’s it. I started it when I got accepted into the masquerade as it now had to be reality.
It’s huge and stupid, and I love it for those things. Like I will be easy to spot on a crowded con floor with this because it’s 7 1/2 feet (2.3 m) long.
It’s a PVC pipe with EVA foam and worbla. It breaks down into 3 pieces to make it more travel friendly. Also I’m planning on a set of light up gleeok horns to fuse to it.
