ahh, hello, everyone !! it’s so insane to me that i’m already out here at 400 followers ! it means the world to me that you all enjoy my blog + writing and i honestly can’t thank you enough for the support you give me.

He drives his fist into their ribs and they stagger backward with the momentum, clutching their ribs as they recoil into a ball. Air escapes their lungs and they sink against the ropes, folding forward into a sudden, clear thought; the body. 

They can almost feel his punch crashing into their ribs again, pushing them into a lamp that shrieks as the glass breaks. 

Aiden walks toward them, and all they can see is his broken face; his skin caving in around his cheekbones like a rejected church, his veins the vines covering its dilapidated walls. They clutch their aching ribs and touch his hand softly.

“Adia, what the fuck are you doing?” They snap their head up to look at Aiden, who’s staring down at them with worry in his eyes.
