Fate (Part 3)

Soldier boy x Fem! reader

Summary: Reader is a scientist who is forced to work at lab that they keep soldier boy frozen, she talks and cries to him when she is alone, thinking he can't hear her but he hears everything.

her head was on something comfortable and warm, gentle fingers were brushing her hair. Her mother used to this after certain days, when her mind became so loud, all she could think about were the bad thoughts, the things she saw on the news, the things she heard from radio while sitting on the school bus, that dead body of a fox in the road, crushed by a car.

They haunted her. All her life, Even as a child she knew something was wrong with her, because unlike her, none of her friends were in constant fear and sadness. No matter what she did, Laughing or crying, big part of her was always thinking that she wasnt meant to be in this world.

that this world was wrong.

Fingers were on her cheek now, caressing it softly. She chased it with her head,

-"You sure resembe a kitty"

what?

this wasnt her mothers voice.

She opened her eyes in shock, A very familiar face with green eyes was looking down on her.

-"S-soldier boy!?"

-"I was afraid that you hit your head too hard back there"

Suddenly she was aware of sharp ache on the side of her head. But there was something else, her head, it was in his lap! heartbeat starting to speed up, she tried to stand up but his hand on her shoulder prevented it.

"Don't." he said sternly. "You need to lay down for a while"

"O-Okay.."

"H-how? " i mean w-what happened? where am i?"

"in a plane, we are going back to U.S."

she looked at him confusedly.

"You passed out back there, i carried you." he added.

upon hearing this, she looked at the surroundings, giant boxes and packets were everywhere. No seats were in sight. "must be a cargo plane" she thought. But why did she passed out?

she tried to recall past few hours, the sirens, and gunshots, the tall guy telling her to wake him up,

the last thing she remember was throwing that damn ashtray, then..

Him saying her name.

how could he know that?, it was impossible

"it could only happen if he was.." told a voice inside her.

suddenly, a horrible feeling started to form in her gut.

-"h-how do you know my name" she asked with a trembling voice, Praying that answer wouldnt be the one she expected.

-"i heard everyhting you told me."

For a few seconds, she was silent, the weight of what she just heard making her dizzy.

She tried to fight the feeling, not wanting to be so weak in front of him.

But when his hands started to stroke her hair again, her eyes became glassy, she closed them, tears falling on her cheeks,

she couldnt believe it, didn't want to believe it, all this time he was there, hearing her while she was crying and telling everything about her life to him, apologizing to him.

Admiring to him.

Taking his blood. Poking him with needles.

he was aware of everything they did.

She was sobbing now, trying to be quiet, she covered her face with hands but soldier boy pulled them away moments later,

-"Why are you crying doll?" he asked,

-"B-because i-i always found solace at the thought, that you were not in pain anymore, that you were asleep so you couldn't feel it." I never wanted to do the things they told me, the thin-

she couldnt finish because he lifted her chin with his finger, making her look at his eyes directly.

she gasped at what she saw, his green eyes,

they were burning, burning with rage.

she could almost see the flames in them, like in her dreams. The dreams she had since she was a child.

he leaned towards her and slowly took her arm in his hand, looking at the burn mark there.

-"they will pay for what they did." He said,

-"To you and me."

He Glared at her,But Y/n had no time to deal with this man. she leaned on the sliding door and stared back. "Akaza get out. i have a friend coming, a slayer."

"sit the fuck down before i kill you and him." he said,with a touchstarved yet angered tone, Y/n looked down and he was hard,needy, craving for her mouth.

Y/n then met his angered and jealous eyes "Make me." she said, getting in his face as his look changed,he was calm now,as an eyebrow raised.

When he got in the hallway he saw clothes on the floor.. both were recognizable.

His heart beated so hard yet so fast as he approached the room she was in, he stood infront of the door while hearing the most vile things a human could.

Y/n was a moaning mess as skin slapping room,Akaza tilted his head back grunting. "You make me feel so good baby."

Y/n developed tears in her eyes turning into a moaning mess,akaza’s eyes turned to where Rengoku’s silhouette was.

Without further ado, dear readers, lets get into another dream with Horropedia.

You were...rough around the edges, so to speak. Uncaring and cold towards most people.

If someone touched you, you'd snap at them. If someone came at you with an attitude, you'd match it.

Everyone associated with you was used to your foul mouth and bad mood.

Except one person, of course.

He had never understood why everyone spoke so poorly of your behavior until he witnessed first hand how "grouchy" you were with others.

"Hes not so bad." he'd try to defend you, scratching the back of his head with a sheepish smile.

"Dude he literally insulted me to my face because I bumped into him." one coworker recalls, angered by the mere memory.

It wasnt like you were trying to be mean, people just dont have spatial awareness.

They were right there.

Nothing pushed them into you.

They didn't even trip.

They just were dumb and didn't look where they were going. That's on them.

He would listen to you recall your side of the story, your tone soft and even because it was him.

"We really gotta work on your...people skills." he hums, but in complete honesty he was impressed how you were so able to stand your ground.

One day, someone decided to really push their luck. Yapping about how annoying "that weirdo, horropedia or whatever that guys name is" was.

Safe to say you were pissed, and he was in their direct vicinity too.

once you noticed that he was RIGHT THERE being spoken ill about?

"Who the fuck do you think you are?" you spat with malice, turning around so fast people would assume you were facing them the whole time.

You went off of them, until Joshua stepped in, equally shocked but also mildly amused by the expression on the culprits face.

"woah hey, no need to get angry." There was full and ardent need to get angry, they just insulted him to his face and he was just gonna take that? hell no, not on your damn watch.

He turns around and politely apologizes to the culprit, "So sorry about that, hes trying to work on his temper.."

He guides you away, still secretly impressed by your anger. Nobody really ever defended him like that, especially in front of a whole establishment full of people.

"I mean seriously can you believe them? Talking shit about you like that in front of you?" you'd start almost as soon as the culprit was out of earshot, just to keep him happy. You wouldn't have cared if they had heard you, you already spat so much profanity in their direction anyways.

"You know it happens all the time, I'm not exactly a stranger to it." which you couldn't understand. How does he tolerate such blatant disrespect, I mean sure he's a little strange and nerdy but that doesn't hurt anyone.

"Yeah but you don't deserve that, you didn't even do anything." you'd murmur, looking away. You look like a scolded dog, which he thought was adorable.

What he didn't remark on was the clear difference in how you spoke to others and how you spoke to him.

you were still frustrated, temper still on high, and yet you held back profanity and sulked instead of snapping at him.

He definitely noticed though, you were so sweet to him that it was hard not to notice.

He'll let you off for just this once, but the next time he catches you he'll have to scold you properly.

He won't admit that he's enjoying the special treatment, he's happy you care about him so much.

but maybe tone it down a little?

Only sometimes though

It was to the point that xB stayed up for days on end, finding any excuse to not even look at a bed. Luckily for him, Beef was similar, but mostly because he was so obsessed over his card game project. There may not even be hermits to play it, by god damn it Beef was going to finish this card game.

xB helped where he could, it was nice to have someone to talk to at the very least. And Beef, as a fellow loner, was very understanding when xB went out on his own. Beef never asked questions, or at least, never pried too often.

Today was not one of those blessed days.

“Dude, when was the last time you got a good night’s sleep?”

xB grimaced and put down the shulker full of carpet down hard, hoping this would end the conversation before it really started. “Uhh, dunno, been busy.”

“Dude!” Beef, clearly ignoring xB’s silent pleas to stop talking, said in concern. “That’s no bueno, my friend. Sleep is important from time to time. I know you’re like, a fish, or something I don’t know, but fish sleep too… I think, do fish sleep? Aren’t their like eyes open but they’re- anyway, the point is, you gotta rest those vibrant blue orbs of yours, get your beauty sleep!”

“I thought I was pretty already.” xB replied slyly, always willing to stir the pot.

“Oh, well, of course, xB, you’re like the second hottest hermit here, but you’d look even prettier if you slept. You look like a haggard witch- in a good way!” Beef said.

xB, despite his trepidation about the night to come, giggled. “A haggard witch?? Oh my god, I’m leaving you.”

“In a good way!” Beef reminded him, also laughing, and slung an arm around xB’s shoulders so he couldn’t fly off. “I will make you sleep, xB. As your friend, currently your only friend here, it is my duty to. Come on, the sun is setting. Put down your bed, you can even put it next to mine if you want, and we’ll catch some Z’s.”

xB wished he could explain, wish he knew even where to begin with why he didn’t want to sleep. But Beef was stronger then him, and xB reluctantly put down his bed. Just looking at it made a wave of dizzying tiredness rush through him. He got in, and before Beef could even say goodnight to him, he was out.

And then, he was awake again.

“God damn it.” He muttered.

Even thought his eyes were closed, the sun was shining through his eyelids. He reluctantly opened his eyes and sighed. A slime squished nearby. He got up from the bed he’d hastily set down at the foot of some giant statue of a man with a pink coat or something. The sun was rising over this swamp kingdom. Might as well keep heading on, xB thought, since I’m here. He packed up his bed, the bits of food he’d collected, and found a path to walk on.

He supposed it could be worse, waking up in this dream world. He just wished that it felt less real then the Hermitcraft world, so he really knew which one was a dream. He was tired in both, which was annoying. And both felt real, which was just confusing.

Every time he fell asleep, he just kept walking, kept exploring this abandoned land. Despite it all, xB was curious. These lands, kingdoms really, all felt so loved. Blocks placed with care, well-worn paths, silly jokes on signs. So why was it empty? He felt like an intruder, but then again, how can one intrude when there is no other life to intrude upon?

He’d been to the land across the ravine, so he picked another direction, and by nightfall, ended up in the far end of some other kingdom, which had bits of red stuff all over the ground. He settled down by what looked like a summoning circle, which was concerning, but hey, what wasnt anymore.

He got into bed, watching the sun start to set. And just as he closed his eyes, he heard a distinct pop, and a voice he’d never heard spoke.

“Hola? Hello? Who are you?”

“xB?”

xB gasped and jolted upright, grabbing onto the closest thing to him.

“Woah there, you trying to feel me up already?” Beef chuckled.

“Oh, sorry.” xB said, wrenching his hand back from Beef’s bicep.

“Didn’t mean to startle you. You must have been sleeping hard.” Beef said, making his bed. “Don’t you just feel so refreshed now after such a good night’s sleep?”

xB had never felt so tired in his life, and his mind raced, playing that voice over and over again in his head. There was someone else in the abandoned world!

“Yeah, never felt better.” xB said, hoping his voice wasn’t shaking.

Find Our Way

Jack and y/n go to highschool together. Will having the same dreams make them find their way to each other? *if this does well it will be a series (also didnt edit this sorry for the mistakes)*

“You pass on this side, I do the other side.” Jack told urban. He was having his first show in louisville and he wanted the whole school to come. Obviously he knew nobody was really going to come but it was worth a shot. He was a nobody he wasnt famous or really well known but he knew this was the only way to get his name out.

“Got it.” Urban said he started passing the flyers out to everybody. “Hey you” you turned around to look at Urban. You had your cheer outfit on because you had a game later today.

“Hi?” you looked urban confused. He never really talked to you before and you were confused as to why he was today.

“Come to this after the game.” He handed you the flier. You look at it and realize it was Jack that was performing.

“Its today”

“Right.”

“Only a one day notice?” you raised your eyebrow at him.

“Welp don't come then.” he shrugged his shoulders then left. You rolled your eyes at his attitude.

“You're coming with me,” you told your friend.

“I'm not. You're the one with a crush on jack. I don't get it, just befriend him.”

“I can't do that.” you said

“Why not. It's not like he's gonna say no you're a triple threat you can sing, act and cheer. Plus actors and singers go together.”

“I don't think it counts being in one commercial”

“You guys basically have the same dreams just try y/n.”

“Can't believe I decided to go with you.” your friend rolled her eyes.

“I can.” you smiled “come on”. You notice most of the people were Jack's friends. There were only about 10 people there counting you and your friends. Your friend excuses herself to go grab a water.

“You came.” Urban said, walking up to you. “I'm not surprised.”

“Why is that?” you ask, confused. “I see how you are looking at my boy jack. It's so obvious.” you scoff and acting like you didn't know what he was talking about

“I look at everybody I have eyes.”

“Yea right.”

“Look, I just came to support. I know how hard it is to make it big.”

“Oh I forgot your little actor. I saw the commercial Jack did too.” he teased. Suddenly you felt embarrassed had everybody at the school seen it? The only person you cared that saw it was jack. What did he think about it?

“Don't feel embarrassed he thought it was cute.” Urban said with a smile. “Hey everyone.” you and urban people turn your attention to jack. Right as he was about to start jade finally came back with two waters in her hand. She handed you one and kept one to herself.

“So did you like it?”

“Yeah white boy did alright.” jade shrugged.

“Stop calling him that.” as you were about to leave you heard somebody calling your name.

You turned around and realized it was urban with jack. Shit now you have to talk to him.

You walked over to them and every step you took your heart started beating faster.

“Hi Jack,” you smiled shyly at him.

“Hey, what's up?”

“Imma go do something bye.” Urban excuses himself. This dickhead set me up, you thought to yourself

“Ummm you did really well tonight.”

“You know my songs.”

“What?” you asked confused. “You know my songs.” he said once again. “I saw you in the crowd singing along. Shit you were caught. Once you have a crush on a person you always want to know everything about them. So one night you went on youtube and looked at jacks videos.

“Oh yea.” you smiled.

“I saw your commercial.” Why does everybody bring up the commercial Jesus christ. “You did a good job. You wanna be an actor?”

“Yup hoping a make it big, i'm trying to get more jobs but my agent is telling me to-”

“You have an agent?” Jack asked, shocked.

“Oh yea i got signed like 2 months ago.”

“Damn your the shit then.” Jack smiled. You looked at his blue eyes and just couldn't stop looking. He had you memorized by him.

“Yea i guess so.” you laughed.

“I might have also heard you singing in the school musical. You're really good. We should make a song together or do a cover if you're down.”

“I'm down.”

“Well see you around princess.” he said walking away. You tried to hide a smile but you couldn't.

The whole night the word princess was replaying in your head.

okay, i had to leave farosh and grab my lightroot before she could light up again, but i also got to hit a yiga camp. now i need to figure out how to find kohga OR start looking for those signs. i think the gerudo highlands is both with one stone

got the sign in the highlands! there was actually only one. got four more near hyrule ridge and one in the desert and i think that's it?!

so i dreamt i was listening to sias on apple music and when i looked at the album cover it turned into a slideshow (some photos some videos) of a photoshoot they'd done with kate moss and some older guy?? in terms of style and colours it was exactly like the green/yellow sias release photoshoot yk the one. the italian ingenues in a car holding a scythe. same outfits too. except in this one they were in a garden and alex was playing the guitar and singing to a group of kids for some reason. it was really pretty tbh :( alex looked so soft and cute it was very ethereal. actually also kind of giving that one sias era snoozer magazine shoot. like alex was sitting cross legged on the grass with the guitar in his lap w the kids sitting in a loose semicircle in front of him and his eyes were half closed. and each one had like an alt text button you could click on but it wasnt actually alt text it was quotes that alex kate and the older guy had said in an accompanying interview BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT TJEY SAID UGHHH i found the link to the interview but all i remember was kate moss talking to the guy and saying yo 💀 💀 i wanted to read alex's part but reading was so hard i was like it's ok i'll send the link to the server im in and catch up later (i realised my mistake when i was drifting awake but i couldnt fall back asleep into that segment FML) i think humbug also had a similar slideshow thing but i dont remember anything about it

(next part under a cut bc it's so damn long and also derails in a baffling way)

then it turns out that back when this photoshoot was released (my brain said 2007 for some reason..) it was linked to a secret part of their website where you had this video game where you could choose to tear down this beautiful little pixel house for the chance to obtain. a bed. and there were only a few hundred available. but in order to do so you had to solve a series of clues and riddles and it was so difficult that most people couldnt complete it. after the event was over they'd posted an explanation of the solution with all four of them taking turns to say each part in transcript form and matt went first but i only took a short glance bc there was so much going on like i saw math adjacent shit and was like ok nvm my ass is not understanding all that. there'd been a post of a fan with the second fastest time in the world (about 160 seconds..?minutes? idk) selling the bed she'd gotten it was all bright green pixels very simplistic style. i wanted to experience it for myself so i looked up a link and it led me to a neocities of presumably a replica someone had done after am took the official one off their website it was smth like "theoriginof-mypixelhouse.neocities" something like that idk the game had some button pop ups like are you sure you want to proceed with tearing down this house? there was a philosophical element to it. idk. the game's voice was in japanese and it said "but it's dangerous.." as i clicked yes and then i saw some scary face flashing in dim red in the darkness to the side of the screen (also for some reason i was playing this on a huge screen it might have been a projector on the wall kjshdk) and i was like oh shit it's a horror remake bye im not brave enough for this and quickly closed the tab as the face flashed again.

thus ended the am segment of my dream. after this it was dr doofenschmirtz and perry the platypus improvising an instrumental song for a talent show with the aro and ace flags displayed on their table 😭 😭 😭

Thoughts on S2 CH 38-40 PV

First things first... Does anyone know how many chapters are left? 😅

Because we get 3 chapters this time around, there is a possibility that we get separate routes this time around.

All of the evolved Karmas are extremely beautiful and all look like the ones from S1 CH37 where MC has one last moment with the LIs. Having closure and saying their goodbyes 😢 its safe not to have high hopes, knowing PGs record of loving sad endings.

💙 It was the last scene with Gavin so I was in high anticipation as to what was to come for our birdcop, so as the song reached its high peak I held my breath and thankfully wasnt disappointed. Aside from being another "Getting lost in each other's eyes" moment, it melts my heart to see how MC holds Gavin as if she is holding the most precious gem in the worlr in her hands... Not to mention her blushing cheeks... Of happiness and slight embarrassment I dare assume😍. It's is such a "happy ending" scene that I am afraid it's a dream sequence or sth. I just wished that Gavin would be touching her in some way too. Damn PG we've talked about this! But his line makes me believe it's again a "I'm back for good this time and not going anywhere. All I wanted to do was to see you, so I dropped everything and flew my way to you" moment. 😉

for nightmare, scully has nightmares pretty regularly. He doesnt cry out or anything when he has them though, his pa did sometimes though. He assumes everyone has horrible dreams amd just dont talk about em. In his dreams hes hurting something. Hes in his butcher shop with his apron and its simultaneously gasping for air in an impossibly large stewpot and its also under his knife, squirming. Hes in the middle of the world and things keep changing, and he sits back in a reclining chair that smells like piss and smoke and he eats his soup and it melts right through his body. Sometimes he wakes up there, but if hes been drinking he tends to throw up in the dream and wake up scrambling to the bathroom to throw up too. He has this dream at least once a week, though sometimes things change here snd there. Sometimes the soup turns into hair in his mouth, sometimes the thing hes hurting bites back. It dont bother him too much.

Wound: if theres one thing scullys good at, its taking abuse. He can take a punch. He can take an insult like nothing. Hes set his own bones and one time, under instruction from his boss at the butcher shop, stitched himself up. Emotionally hes pretty wounded too, though those wounds have been left to fester and heal wrong and crooked beneath the skin. The worst physical hurt hes ever taken was probably a fight he was in at some point. Probably outnumbered, head bashed against the ground and kicked in the stomach, cracked a few ribs. Hes damn resiliant though, stayed home and healed slowly but surely. Sometimes if he laughs too hard he feels something click in his chest, but he doesnt go around laughin too hard anyhow so its fine.

Desire: ouuu interesting question.... i think if you asked scully this he would say something like 'i could go for a cold beer' but really, i think most desires been beat out of him. He knows hes just gonna be workin at the butchershop his whole life, hes gonna die in the same town he was born in. Probably no kids, thats alright. Maybe get an apprentice of his own. But he doesnt really desire much, he stopped wanting things when he realized he wasnt getting them. Maybe a new oven. One'a them fancy ones, one that stays the twmperature he sets it and can be left unattended. Thatd be nice, he thinks.

agree agree. AH fandom was past its prime at the time anyway so its more of a struggle to say whether itll shake out in repercussions. i will say i do not think george and sapnap will denounce dream no matter what but we'll see.

mafuyu: my favorite in the whole game. its odd considering that i used to absolutely hate her. i hated her for the same reason that most ppl hate her. i thought that everyone was overreacting to her problems but then i realized i was projecting my own insecurities onto that so i started to love her. ill pull her mothers hair out in clumps

kanade: my second favorite in the whole games. i just relate to mafuyu more. her hair is nice. we both hate going outside ♡︎ idk how shes paying the bills but either way i feel bad for her she lost so many ppl she loves & shes trying to protect someone she loves & i want a friend like her but i dont think itd be healthy but do i care? not really. i love kanade i wanna give her a comfy blanket to sleep with.

And man its full of ✨angst✨

Its more of a time divergent then a full on universe alternate, but it happens after Pogtopia so i feeeel like it can go anyyywhere.

We start on a rooftop, a wind flies by, nipping at the two people standing there.

Tommy glances at Wilbur, but the man still doesn't look at him. Eyes and ears on Tubbo and Tommy doesnt know what to think of it. He knows what Wil is waiting for but he wouldnt really blow up L'manburg, right? This is WIL we're talking about! This is the man who founded the damn place! This was his home! This was Tommy's home...

"... Let the festival begin!"

Wilbur ran off, needing no prodding, and Tommy almost ran after him but Tubbos voice raises above the wind and Tommy looks back. His breathing stops as his best friend is being pushed against the lectern. Tommy turns back to Wil expecting him by his side. Instead, he finds him climbing over the crest of the hill. Trying to find the stupid button and Tommy surprised himself by not feeling disappointed.

Maybe...

Maybe he already knew Wil wasnt the good guy anymore.

AND BAM! THATS WHERE IT STARTS

Cause u know how Tommy always was like "Wilbur wouldnt do that, hes too pogchamp! Mememe" Until like the END! So im thinking that we speed it up a bit >:D And by doing this the next series of events happen

Tommy keeps a closer eye on Wilbur, which is fantastic! Because imagine all those fluff/mostly angst convos we could haveee (Tommy sees one of Wils letters?!)

Tommy, being more focused on Wil, realizes way before that Wil isnt with them before the Wither battle. (Might hafta change around the timeline a bit because we cant not have Techno give his Thesus speech)

Now this is where it gets real

Because Tommy realizes where Wilbur must be, he goes out and finds Wilbur before Phil and tries to talk him down (✨angst✨) surprise surprise, it doesn't work. Cue Phil! Who, Tommy leaves to talk to Wil, and then goes out to warn his peeps about the bombs (maybe he hears the wither battle end and wants to go check)

BUT in order to get to them he takes a short cut over the hill. Right across the bomb field (thu he doesnt know it). He sees Tubbo and waves as he starts to run over.

"...it was never meant to be."

And the bombs go off.

There's a part where Wilbur looks over the crater and at the people on the other side. (Right after this he asks Phil to kill him.) Then he sees Tubbo stock still, follows his gaze, and then stills himself. On the edge of the crater is a body. White and red, a lot more red then there used to be. He falls to his knees.

Tommy never made it across.

SO Wil doesnt end up dying but Tommy does.

"That cant be Tommy! I couldnt have-! I wouldnt-! Why did he have to come back for me!" Wil cant breath, he cant breath. "Heh ha, so it wasnt Schlatt that killed you or Dream or even Eret. It was me. OF F@#KING COURSE IT WAS ME!"

His vison had gotten blurry and he laid his forehead on the ground, still on his knees, as his arms wrapped around his chest. Why was just breathing suddenly so hard?! His chest burned and his vision was blackening around the edges.

"its my fault."

This wasn't how it was supposed to go!

Tommy was supposed to live, mess around with Tubbo, Live in a world without Schlatt. Tommy living out his days in peace! Like how he always talked about. That was the way it was going to go, that was the right way.

But then, when did it ever go right for Wilbur Soot?

Unbidden his eyes found the his body again. At the same moment he could hear his own voice, or maybe it was the person who said it first (either way, it was the voice of a traitor)...

"It was never meant to be."

Wil then goes into one of those classic, im letting myself go and hygene doesnt matter, what is shaving? What is a sun? Oh, you mean that bright ball in the sky that i saw last week?

People try to talk him, Phil being one of the only to get thru, it is a slow process.

The only one that got him to go outside is ✨Quackity✨, Frenemies am i right?

So Wil finally goes out, takes a good long walk, has some self-care for once when. Oh wowie zowie! What is that in the distance!

Hopefully, it's not my dead brother who died a brutal death, because of me, and has now been reincarnated as a ghost who doesn't remember anything from Pogtopia making me realize even more so how bad a person i was to you and whose mere presence would probably send my only just rising mental state down the drain, sending my self-care with it because now I'll feel like i have to overwork myself for you so that i can fulfill my need to make up for everything i put you through even though ur just his ghost and i cant help you anymore because youre dead and i cant bring you back...

...

Anyway, that's exactly who he is.

And thats my au! I feel like this can go multiple ways like maybe we bring the revive book in?

I dont think I ever REALLY believed I could be a math professor. But math gave me will to live, so... I had to believe. I kept the delusion up for a long time! Even the first couple 50s I got in math courses and the first ones I failed didnt deter me at first. I was stubborn and I tried so damn hard. But its not for me

I'd kill myself, but I'm too much of a weenie. I've attempted three times with over the counter medications and obviously was never successful. The last time fucked me up medically for a while, too. I think I'm done with pharma as a route, it's not plausible for me, I once took 12 tylenol nights and felt nothing (and when I actually attempted suicide, the amount of benadryl I took was so large that when I spoke abt it in the comments section of a tik tok abt failure to die by benadryl, multiple people accused me of lying because there was no way I could have survived . I'm fat and throwed up)

Anyway. If I'm not gna do suicide by pharmaceuticals I think I'm literally just doomed to suffering. I can't imagine how bad it would have to get for my insanely cowardly ass to try anything more violent or primally associated with death. But I'll never get accepted for assisted suicide because nobody ACTUALLY believes in bodily autonomy. I WANT TO DIE!! I would be dead right now if I wasnt so insanely incompetent

Come onnnnnn justice for pieces of stupid junk we deserve the same right to suicide as competent people

they would all look, of course, very typically pirate-y. lots of accessories and layers, little jewels and findings, etc etc. and yes, jensen would look amazing as per usual. i think hed keep it pretty simple but with a few leather holsters and plenty of pockets/pouches for little things he's stole found. hed have a vest over the typical poet shirt, a cross body holster with a connecting one around his waist, one around his thigh, and dark pants and boots. hed have plenty of jewelry, too

2. Best place they've pillaged and plundered from?

hmm idk about their Best one, i think naveen just had them hit a lot of smaller places and racked up treasure quietly until they had immense amounts of it. once jensen takes over, hes much more cunning about all of it, and makes a lot of big moves that gets them into the real treasure spots (again, idk what for sure, but definitely lots of the mythical places that you need specific materials for and such to access)

3. If Jensen's into music and merry making, has he ever composed some of his own sailing songs?

he has not!! i took sorta the same approach with him and medicine, where he more just fell into pirating. it definitely wasnt his plan, tbh he didnt really have one, but once he gets into it hes fully commited to it (ill explain more in question 7)

4. Who's the best at repairing ships?

5. Who's the best swordsman/gunner?

jackie and jensen will argue over this for Days, but honestly jackie is a better gunner and jensen is a better swordsman. (and like,, i really think that jensen would be Damn good with a sword. def has a reputation for it)

hmm this ones really hard to think of!! i think edens fury would be a well-established ship under naveens lead, fair to the crew, prisoners, etc but idk if theyd have any special rules for it. they use most of the rules on an as-need basis anyway, and anything special they just have to go through naveen first

7. How did Jensen join the crew? Was he a pickpocket who decided he wanted out from the iron-fisted monarchy and wanted to live off the land?

kinda!! he was definitely a pickpocket little shit (i imagine this is set much earlier, so the main group is around 18-20) and a general nuisance to the public. in this au, he and his mom stayed in colombia, and he got picked up right on the coast near the caribbean. his mom was tired of his bs and decided to tell him about his father (who had left when he was young). his dad was actually a pirate, and his mom, knowing jensen well enough, knew he would take the idea to heart. he was already working odd jobs with the blacksmiths in town, so he took it more seriously before hearing that edens fury was allegedly on its way in a few months

8. Best sea monsters they've ever fought?

okay i know its typical but omfg would i Love for them to take on the kraken or a hydra. i think a hydra would be especially interesting (different mythology ik ik but still)

9. Does Jensen ever lose an arm, an eye or leg in battle?

i dont plan for it to happen, no. he has plenty of scars and battle wounds, but i dont see him losing any limbs

yes asdfghjk i def get your point. theyd use some small hidden islands (probs in the south atlantic ocean) with some weird magical properties (think the fountain of youth in pirates of the caribbean)

probs just like,, the grand kenmore or something very typical. and yes, they absolutely do. its during the same battle where the siren attack happens
