im watching young royals (s3 ep3) and maybe this is a harsh take, but i really don’t get simon. he’s obviously 100% right about wille being privileged, but beyond that, im like ?? he wanted wille to stand by him and admit it was him in the video and for them to be public, but now he can’t handle the heat. if you date someone, you have to know what you’re in for. if you can’t post on social media as freely or there are articles and comments about you, then you can’t just start resenting your bf. i feel like wille is trying hard to support him (because obviously all of this is difficult), but simon is just not open to it. you’re mad about having to deal with bullshit (which is valid), but this is your bf’s whole life. instead of sympathizing with wille, i feel like he just wallowing in his own misery instead.
