I got depressed :(((

#really suddenly. ig its the stress of the world + these projects due monday #stress tends to trigger my depression #i talked to a friend and got thinking maybe i should go home to family sooner rather than later in case buses/car rentals shut down #then called dad and he's super anxious about coronavirus so he's afraid to let me come home which. i get but also really hurts #like he wants me to come home and be safe of course but he's really afraid for mom and idk if he'll ever be comfortable with me being there #and he said if mom gets it she'll probably die which i know isnt true but is also my exact anxiety weakpoint so it hurt to hear it from him #and he also got mad at me for not getting this care package he risked himself for going to the post office and paid $20 to rush #cos i didnt hear them knock the first time and they didnt redeliver it when i asked and i havent wanted to leave the house to pick it up #so he got kinda mad at me for that and i cried bc rsd+already depressed=real bad time #things are really bad rn
