nemis was just spending some time alone, where no one could annoy her and she could just chill.. or so she thought.

who knew that this weird guy from rsa would come to nrc today? nemis sure didn't. she had seen allen wandering around nrc before, but she just thought that he had friends in this school or something like that. and nemis definitely wasn't his friend, so why is he walking in her direction?

well, nemis didn't care much about his reason, she just knew that she has to leave. now. before this weirdo even says a word-

"nemis-chan! i'm so glad to see you here! how are you doing today?"

oh no, he said it. he said a word. a lot of them, actually.

allen ran to nemis and smiled so brightly that nemis felt like she needs sunglasses. even elpys's smile wasn't as bad as his.

"i was doing great before YOU came and ruined everything! i was having so much fun, but no, you had to make everything worse with that stupid smile of yours-"

"aww, i'm so sorry, nemis-chan! can i make it at least a little better? i don't want you to be mad at me!"

nemis knew that there is no sincerity in allen's voice. he isn't sorry at all, and it made her even more angry.

"oh, sure you can! how about you LEAVE ME ALONE, YOU FREAK?" nemis yelled at him and looked at allen, expecting him to leave her alone right this second.

but he did the completely different thing instead. he walked closer to nemis and took her hand, which shocked her greatly.

"wha- what are you-"

allen kissed her hand softly and looked at nemis, his smile looked more genuine and apologetic now.

"i really am sorry, nemis-chan. i hope this shows how much i appreciate your company and how important you are to me."

what is this girl doing, walking around ramshackle dorm this late at night? should jay tell eureka about it? ah, but she's with that pink-haired boy from rsa, she's working at her garden right now.. what should he do, he doesn't know how to deal with this kind of stuff! maybe he should just ignore her and hope that she leaves soon? but what if her intentions are not so good? and what if she does something bad and jay will have to explain to eureka that it was his fault for letting this girl stay here..

no, he has to do something about it.

also, why is the way she walks so.. weird? it's almost like she's in pain or something.

"h-hey, c-can i ask w-why are you here?" jay tried to appear cool and confident, but he stuttered way too much.

elpys turned around and saw jay standing there. she smiled, but jay noticed that her smile looks forced.

"oh, looks like i got caught, hehe.. don't worry, i'm leaving right now!"

she tried to walk away, but she couldn't hide her pain anymore and elpys fell on the ground. jay was right, she really was hurt.

"a-are you alright??" jay ran to elpys and looked at her injury. it seems that she scraped her knee.

"i'm okay, i'm okay~" elpys tried to cover the injury with her hand, even though she knew that it was meaningless now. "just a little scratch, that's all!"

jay panicked. he doesn't have anything that could help her! he doesn't have any bandages and he doesn't know how to treat her wound. maybe he should run back to the dorm and check if there's anything that he could use? but no, she will totally try to leave while he does that!

"uh- how did this even happen to you?" maybe if jay learns how elpys got injured, he can figure out how he can help her.

"ah, i just fell while i was walking around your dorm." elpys laughed. "i'm telling you, this is nothing serious!"

no, jay still has no idea how to help her. come on, he has to come up with something!

now that he remembers it, eureka told him about a character from one of her mangas that tried to heal his crush with a kiss.. maybe this will work in real life too?

not thinking too much about it, jay kissed elpys' knee, which definitely was a surprise for her. his kiss was light and quick because he realized that it feels kinda gross to kiss someone's wound. when eureka told him about it, it sounded much more romantic!

great, and now he feels awkward.

"i- i'm gonna get some bandages. and don't try to leave, okay?"
