hello person thing I would like to request (seperate) shiho himomori and akito shinonome date night hcs thank you very much your writing is absolutely scrumpdiddilyumptious
date night . . . ♡
characters - shiho, akito.
type - headcanons.
contains - fill in later
a/n - thank you so much nonnie <3!! sorry this is a little late, ive been kinda busy these past few days (definitely not playing warioware move it. i have not been spending all my time doing that. absolutely not). sorry that both of them are so short, they always feel longer when i'm writing them and then i look back and they really aren't long at all...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You're quite aware that for some time now, Shiho has wanted to take you somewhere
Sometimes she'll off-handedly ask you things like "What type of food do you like?" and "Do you mind eating somewhere noisy?"
After discovering your food preferences, she finally just asks outright, "Would you like to come with me to this ramen place? It's pretty close by."
And now, here the two of you are! You're pleasantly surprised by how she managed to find somewhere that fits your tastes.
(How many different places does she know, anyway...?)
Shiho is kinda quiet for most of the date, mostly because she's really enjoying the ramen, so you'll have to carry the conversation
But she's happy to listen to you talk while you eat. She loves the sound of your voice, after all <3
She makes sure to check that you had a nice time afterwards as the two of you walk back home together.
Tumblr media
The two of you mutually decide to go to the local mall! It's a fun place to talk and walk around, after all
You stop by the food court to eat, of course. The two of you have a mild gossip session over your shared friends and classmates
"Did you hear that third-year weirdo somehow got on the disciplinary community this year?" "Really? Him? How'd he manage that? Doesn't the teacher know about everything he gets into?" "Must've mistook him for someone else. No one in their right mind would choose someone like that to be in the position."
After you've both finished, Akito's drawn to some of the clothing stores, so you both go in together
...And you end up coming out with about four bags worth of clothes Akito bought for you
You could only stand by and watch in horror (for his money) as he picked out more and more articles of clothing that he said would look nice on you
If you protested or tried to at least buy some of it yourself, he would either shrug you off or straight-up ignore you
He even carries them around for you for the rest of the date as to not tire your arms
You intend to pay him back for this at some point, but when you get home and can properly look at everything, you have to admit, he did pick out pretty nice clothes for you. <3

A new WarioWare has come out and I got enough playtime in to feel comfortable talking about it in full, so I’ll do just that.
Right off the bat I can say in short: this is a good game and a good WarioWare. Not up there with my favs, but it does a lot right. My experience did end up quite differently than anticipated and I’ll explain why soon enough.
First I want to talk about the presentation, which I think is an easy high point. Everything is vibrant and colorful, the art keeps showing the strengths of the current style and everything feels very much like it should. Microgames run that perfect mix of genuinely nice looking and deliberately cursed and the cutscenes are the best of both worlds, being smooth and lively, while returning to Gold’s full voice acting.
Speaking of cutscenes, that brings us to the story related stuff and that’s where the game shows some interesting tricks up its sleeves. In terms of structure it’s a return to the pre-Gold era, with the closest to an overarching theme being the vacation set-up.
I do think the Ware crew is in top form, likable, fun and full of life as always and two stories in particular even do something major.
Kat and Ana’s story marks the shocking return of Cractus, bringing a Wario Land character into WarioWare and Young Cricket’s story sees his Kung-Fu Ball partner finally brought into WarioWare properly. Both of those are really massive and show a willingness to more heavily utilize elements from other parts of the verse, which I find incredibly exciting.
Oddly enough, the weaker link of the story for me this time is Wario himself. Now don’t get me wrong, everything that happens here is usual Wario antics and I do like how non–english versions of the script like japanese and german, have him be actually be nice about bringing the others along. His confusion at the Crygor drawings and later ascending to godhood, with the cast roll confirming he got a happy end, are all good too, plenty of nice stuff here.
He just feels weirdly absent here. Having no presence in the Remix stages, no bonus mode in his image and even the final stage has him stuck being cursed to have his face be the avatar of an angry volcano. It doesn’t really feel like Wario and ends with him being the only one of the cast with no moment to shine during the climax, which I can’t help but find a little disappointing.
Still, it’s not a big deal, after so many games Wario taking a slight backseat isn’t a dealbreaker, it just stood out a little.
Moving away from that, there is the audio side of things. The music as usual is full of unapologetically catchy jingles and some major stand-out tracks such as MegaGame Muscles and the Form Guide theme.
We got full voice acting again and with it our first taste of Kevin Afghani as Wario. Pre-release stuff had me very on and off with how I felt about it, but having heard all of him in the game: yeah, I like him! He does have some wonky deliveries, but the overall voice still feels like Wario and has its own fun appeal. Certainly more noticeably different than Mario and Luigi, but I am optimistic Kevin will greatly grow into the role, as he gets to play him more and more.
Then we get to the big one, the gameplay and this is where I was thrown for a loop the most. With this being a direct Smooth Moves successor I thought I’d know what to expect, but was quite caught off-guard in many places.
This surprisingly ended up being the most difficult WarioWare for me by a long-shot, enough that I actually had to take advantage of the second chance mechanic, which I never had to do in Gold and GiT.
If I had to sum the game up in one word, it would be demanding, Wario commanding you to move it is not just a funny title, it’s the name of the game.
With the Wiimote, you could get away with just sorta doing the poses in a lot of cases, but Move It really demands you do the exact poses, down to holding the Joycon juuuust the right way.
More than anything I was surprised how strict it could be in that regard, not following the form instructions is asking for trouble, but I have to say, at the same token I was amazed how well things worked once I got the hang of it.
I’ll admit, I was ill while playing the game, so maybe that caused me to be a little more daft than usual, but it took me a bit to really get into it and I had to consult the museum several times for some microgames to figure out what I even needed to do.
I do think the game is a touch more complicated than usual for WarioWare, since you have to take effectively two controllers and specific poses into account, on top of grasping what each microgame demands of you, but once it clicks everything feels well thought out and purposeful. Getting things down is immensely satisfying and shows some really stunning results of what the Joycon can do.
That said the game isn’t entirely without jank, Hand Model being a notable culprit of it. The game finds several fun applications for it, but anything regarding reading forms or how many fingers you hold up, can be really clunky in the heat of the moment. In general, the strictness of the forms also means you need to really be prepared for every microgame, since slouching with your form could lead to a bad desync
Still, even with some jank I do think stepping up to the challenge to get a feel of it and get better is very much worth it. I wasn’t sure how to feel at first, but my opinion on it only went up the more I played.
That covers it for the main stages, as for the side-content though, yeah, that is where the game shows a weaker side of itself.
Not so much in terms of what’s here though. You got your standard towers, as well as MegaGame Muscles, which no joke, may be my favorite stage in the game. It’s frantic, fun, the music slaps and the set-up of Mr. Sparkles having ascended to being a literal god of fitness, is pure WarioWare.
The new Pyoro game of the day is a fun, different take on it, much like the one in Smooth Moves was as well and Dirty Job is a cool bonus game expansion of a more stand-out microgame concept.
That is really it as far as the single player content is concerned though and it does feel a liiiittle on the meager side. No souvenirs, which Smooth Moves and GiT didn’t have either, but Smooth Moves had more bonus games and GiT had the final Pyoro stage, Penny Remix, more bonus games, unlockable art and the Wario Cup.
We do still have a decent variety of multiplayer modes to work with and I did get a friend to come on by to try them, save for the 4 player exclusive one.
I think it’s a good selection, in concept it has the best multiplayer mode offerings since Mega Party Games (though I did like GiT a lot too), but there is one issue I have with it and I think GiT was a little guilty of it too.
As I mentioned, I do think there is a learning curve on how to play this game most effectively and you feel that even more in multiplayer, where someone not as in the know, is naturally gonna accidentally grip his Joycon slightly wrong, despite doing the pose and need some extra instructions, much like the characters in GiT can take some learning.
It is something you can overcome and have a good time with, WarioWare is a very good ‘’don’t take me too seriously’’ kind of multiplayer experience, but on the whole, if they want a true party game WarioWare, I still think something simpler like Mega Party Games is in order and by all means, I wouldn’t mind them doing something like that again.
On a side note, I also find it a bit of a shame that the nice new models for the cast, updated to resemble their designs in this game, are ultimately watered down to sprites of their heads during multiplayer gameplay. With how much emphasis is being put on multiplayer to carry the game for longer, I think it would have been nice if they put in the work to fully animate GiT-style models for the multiplayer modes.
That small gripe aside, as I said, I think multiplayer is fine, but not quite the pick up and play experience for people new to the game, as I feel they wanted it to be and I do think a bit too much of the game is locked behind multiplayer.
But yeah, that’s WarioWare Move It. It’s good and if you like WarioWare, you’re getting what you wanted out of it. It’s not one of my top games in the series and feels a bit too lacking on the side content front, but on the whole, I had a good time and it gets a surprising amount out of a controller that I have an openly low opinion on.

More voice claims, and more characters this time around
I was gonna try to do all my Olivia characters I have so far, but a handful of them were proving difficult to figure out, so I decided to go with what I already had. If I can figure out the rest, I'll have a part two for this one.
Voice notes under the cut, copy-pasted from the video link:
(sorry if some are a lot shorter than the others, I have more to say about some of them than the rest... just know I stand by my choices for the most part lol)
Olivia Wolfgang - Tara Strong (Unikitty - UniKitty!): This was another one that in my mind was "specific yet vague" (still don't know if that phrase makes sense but), but I kind of figured it out? The thing with Olivia's voice is that I don't want it to be too annoying, but it still has to be the right amount of childish/excited. A lot of possible voices were either too high or babyish, or not childish enough. Since one of my biggest inspirations for her as a character was Spongebob (who is voiced by Tom Kenny), I supposed that a voice done by someone like Tara Strong could probably work, and I've found that her voice for Unikitty is the best example so far. However, one thing I need to mention is that I do imagine Olivia having a slight lisp. (Another one of her biggest inspirations is Larry the Cucumber from Veggie Tales, who has a lisp-- and if I were to direct someone voice-acting for Olivia, I'd probably tell them "like Larry the Cucumber but more girly," lol.)
Kevin Hyenadae - Dana Carvey (Garth Algar - Wayne's World): Garth has always been the voice I imagine for Kevin, again since Garth was a big inspiration for him. A very specific, awkward kind of voice. He sounds exactly like this tbh.
Dusty Carol - Tara Strong (Raven - Teen Titans): Another instance where I've always heard an OC this way (though I don't think Raven is much of an inspiration for Dusty's character beyond "both of these characters are goth-girls with purple in their colour-schemes."). A good balance of uninterested-goth who can still show positive emotions (there are plenty of examples of "goth-girl" voices that are way too monotone for my liking, at least in reference to my character.) Also don't get distracted by the fact that the examples I've used for both Olivia and Dusty are the same voice actress (Tara Strong), these are merely examples, rather than, "this is exactly the people I would cast if this was a cartoon with full voice-acting." It is kind of funny that they're the same actress here, though.
Audrey Hyenadae - Fryda Wolff (Penny Crygor - Warioware: Get It Together!): She should sound confident, maybe TOO confident. Very determined, too, and a little rough perhaps? But still young (she's 12c LOL.) I also considered Pepper Anne's voice for her, but I thought it sounded a little too old.
Parfait Brulee - Toni Barry (Snork Maiden - Moomin): Parfait's voice should be very light and delicate, kind of feminine and very nice. Not much else to say!
Laramie Lemon ("Lemon") - Melissa Altro (Pippi Longstocking - Pippi Longstocking (1998)): I'll be honest, I had a lot of trouble finding Lemon's voice claim. I knew she should sound real friendly, with an air of confidence. A real go-getter! But eventually I thought Pippi Longstocking's voice fit well enough. (Don't be surprised if one day I come back and change this one LMAO)
Tami Kachiyama - Michaela Dietz (Amethyst - Steven Universe): Kind of rough sounding, kind of rude but not too much. I think I've always imagined her sounding like Amethyst.
Ellie Gibson - Olivia Olson (Marceline - Adventure Time): She should sound really cool, and pretty chill. She knows what she's doing! Another one where I've always imagined her with this specific voice! I did consider Wendy's voice from Gravity Falls, but I found that it wasn't chill enough. (btw I could've included a snippet for singing, since Ellie is a musician who sings, but I decided I wanted more attention for a regular talking voice. You can look up any Marceline song from Adventure Time if you want an example.)
Conner Oakley - Rickie Sorensen (Arthur - The Sword In The Stone): Another one that was harder to figure out. But, I knew he should sound a little friendly and very kind, maybe a little awkward. There were a couple of voices I considered, but found they were a little too loud, or rough, etc. But I thought Arthur from Sword In The Stone was a pretty good fit! The only thing is that he should have a southern accent, too... But it's surprisingly difficult to find voices with American-Southern accents that aren't girls, rude-sounding, or fully-grown men lol. (I'll also tell you it was a bit hard to compile the voice lines for this one because Arthur has like three different voice actors in that movie lol, but I think I found lines from just the one va.)
Sally O'Dylan-Gaterson - Jo Firestone (Annie Fantasy - Teenage Euthanasia): Nerdy, nice, shy-sounding, with a bit of a lisp (though I don't have a preference on the severity of said lisp.) I also considered Gretchen from Disney's Recess, but she sounded too smart/sophisticated? Sally is nerdy, but not that much academically speaking.
Danny Squiggles - Arin Hanson (Max - Game Grumps' Sam & Max playthrough): Ok uhhhh this one's kind of funny. The idea for his voice was originally inspired by Jon Lovitz's Tommy Flanagan character from SNL (I know very niche lol), especially since he was partially inspired by that character. But, I thought that, while it would be EXTREMELY funny, I thought Danny should sound less like a fully-grown adult. Surprisingly, when I was casually watching Game Grumps' let's-play of Sam & Max, I found that the voice Arin did for Max let's play would fit pretty well. I also considered Meowth's voice, but he just sounds too much like a cat, yknow?
Margot Nodarobutte - Stephanie Anne Mills (Lindsay - Total Drama Island): Margot should sound like a girly-teenager. Kind of air-headed, too. But not too much? And not like a valley-girl. I thought Lindsay's voice fit those parameters well.
Chloe Lovebird - Colleen O'Shaughnessey (Crystal Flowers Snagrash - Psychonauts): Somehow it was hard to figure out Chloe's voice, but I got it eventually lol. She's gotta have a high voice, and she should sound pretty annoying. I mean, her annoyance-factor should rival Olivia's, lol. Very excitable. She's a parrot after all, lol.
Debbie Xander - Brittney Karbowski (Black Star - Soul Eater): Debbie is LOUD and ABRASIVE. She tends to yell. Very in-your-face, but not exactly mean. Also, I think she might sound a bit androgynous? Idk how many people would consider this particular voice androgynous-sounding, but eh.
Cammie Kharma - Lara Jill Miller (Libby Stein-Torres - The Ghost And Molly McGee): Cammie was another hard one, though I thought she should sound kind of nerdy and a bit upbeat. Also a slightly nasally voice would probably fit, what with her little horn-nose 'n all, lol. My first idea for the voice was actually Juniper Lee, but looking up the voice actress I found this role she did in The Ghost and Molly Mcgee, and thought the attitude of Libby's voice was a better fit.
Edward Tennyson - Todd Haberkorn (Death The Kid - Soul Eater): Ed's got that anime-type voice yknow. He takes everything too seriously and is pretty sophisticated. My first consideration for his voice was actually Haku from Spirited Away, but I thought that sounded TOO serious (though a very deadpan kind of voice could be pretty funny if executed right.) So I remembered Death the Kid from Soul Eater and thought that could work pretty well, though I might want him to sound a tiny-bit less goofy.
Liz Lawrence - Brigette Lundy-Paine (Billie Logan - Bill & Ted Face The Music): This was another hard voice to find, though I still had a good idea of what I wanted her to sound like. I wanted to find a Pauly Shore kind of voice, yknow? (I guess you'd call it a "stoner-type-of-voice" but that seems wrong to say about a 14-year-old LOL) Though most of those kinds of voices you find are boys. Some voices I found were just really chill, TOO chill and cool in fact. While thinking of Bill & Ted I remembered Face The Music and the fact that their kids in that movie were basically copies of them lol, and I thought Billie was a very good fit.
Vic Kilgore - Nathan Sharp (Damien LaVey - Monster Prom): Ok so my idea for Vic's voice was just, "like Nathan Explosion but a kid." Rough, and like... metal, I guess. But he's still an annoying kid. Thought Damien LaVey fit, although I think Vic wouldn't be so loud. (as a bonus, when Vic grows up he sounds more like Nathan Explosion lol)

01/21/24: Drove to Yuma today on my day off today. I found a lot of stuff. My usual things. Went to three walmarts, two gamestops and two Goodwills and a pawn shop. Walmart had the goods. There's rumors on the net about a whole lot of Xbox games getting clearanced out soon. While I did see plenty of marked down games already, I've not seen Super crazy prices yet. Maybe I'm too early? Let's see what's up in February. But either way, I got good things. Other games have gone down since before Christmas. And they're still around. And I got a few with an extra discount. It seems the store put a sticker price on their games but the register still has it higher. Or the worker put it in the wrong spot. Keep checking folks! Save some money!
From the different walmarts: I got some two-pack Transformers toys for $7.00. I thought they were cheap when I got some a few weeks ago for $20. But these were even cheaper. Then two Transformers plushie toys for $3.00 each. Minecraft legends ps5 was $15. Control ps5 was $19.83. Borderlands 3 was $8.44 and Ghostbusters Xbone $7.88. Everybody 1+2 switch was $12.38. Warioware Move it! Was $30. Five Nights at Freddy's and Bayonetta Origins were behind glass but in the wrong spots. So the employee was nice enough to change the prices. I got them for $20 and $22.
Goodwills had some movies, comics and some clothes. I found a Bowser Jr. Super mario theme park shirt for $5.00! It's a large so I hope it's not too tight on me. I also found two comics and weird movies too. Some, quirky, horror-indies, other family classics and a documentary. And I couldn't say no to the now Infamous classic Joe's Apartment! So yeah, they're mine now. And at a pawn shop that I visit frequently, didn't have any games, but for $5.00 I got two Asian themed blurays, they look fantasticly weird and maybe gory. It seemed to be a theme today.
Gamestop has a sale right now on games $10 or less. Buy 4 and get a discount. So I went through lots of titles in both stores and got these. One store had some decent ps3 games and the other had a more varied selection of ps4 games. Plus a few others. So I completed some sets and got them cheaper. I was also surprised to find some vita games too, but I had most of them already and a few got pricy. So all I got was one. And to finish the shopping spree, an Anime themed switch game. So much good stuff!

Nintendo Direct 9/14/2023
Tumblr media
This Direct is pretty much what I expected from the Switch at this stage in its life. One potentially interesting new game, plus a bunch of remakes and third-party/indie titles, as well as wrapping up the DLC content for all their games.
Another Code: Recollection was honestly the highlight of the direct for me, and I don't even plan on getting it. Maybe I should. In a sea of remakes of games that your average Nintendo fan my age already owns, seeing an obscure duology from the DS and Wii get another chance at life is great, especially with one of the games being Japan-exclusive previously. A genuinely nice little surprise.
Princess Peach: Showtime! looks like it's going to be Nintendo's last actual new game on the Switch. I'm not even sure what genre this game is supposed to be, but the outfits look snazzy as hell and I'm keen to learn more. Big win for the lesbians.
Splatoon 3 - Side Order is interesting, and I hope it impresses to a similar degree as Octo Expansion. Not much else to say right now.
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door rightfully had people screaming. This, combined with Super Mario RPG's remake, gives me the slightest bit of hope that Nintendo might one day produce a new Mario RPG that everyone can agree is good. Hopefully this game has some new features over the original.
WarioWare: Move It! looks like a great game for parties and families. I'm very glad Nintendo still makes WarioWare, even though they don't sell very well.
Mario vs. Donkey Kong looks nice, but I've never had much interest in this series, and neither has the Nintendo fandom at large from what I've seen. At least this one's not centered around the Mini Marios. I'd be down to try it for the right price, which is most likely not going to happen with Nintendo. Very happy for any fans of the GBA original. Sad for all the Donkey Kong Country fans who got their hopes up.
Luigi's Mansion 2 HD is... yet another remaster. Except unlike the other ones from today, this one just looks like an upscaled 3DS game. I'm always up for new ways to play old games, especially ones that released on unique hardware like the 3DS, but with Nintendo's pricing this one's going to be very hard to justify.
Detective Pikachu Returns is at least a new game. I don't think I've met anyone who played the original. If you're into this sort of game, fantastic. While I'm glad there's finally a game where you can creep on people with Luxray, I'll have to pass.
F-Zero 99 just makes me sad. Another battle royale gimmick game that's going to disappear, just like Super Mario Bros. 99. Except this time it's with a series that's been dead for 20 years. Even without Pyoro's leak baiting us, this is a massive letdown, regardless of the quality of the actual game.
For the rest, everyone I know loves Dave the Diver, I just haven't gotten around to it. I'm surprised Riot announced Bandle Story here, but it looks nice. Contra: Operation Galuga looks kind of ugly tbh, and I don't know what to think about Tomb Raider I-III Remastered's graphics as someone who never played the originals. Unicorn Overlord is something I might look into, and I really need to play Wargroove so I can know whether or not to be excited for the sequel.
Something something trombone, something something amogus. The Funky Kong is real. 7/10 Direct. Some nice surprises, but remake fatigue is very real. For the final stretch of the Switch's lifespan, it's about as good as I could have realistically expected, if not slightly better.

My Top 5 of new games I've played in 2023!
1st Place: Mother 3 (GBA (Emulator))
Amazing story. I've never played a game that made me cry THAT hard. I had a lot of fun playing it. Battles are fun and not too easy nor too hard. Sure, I had to farm some exp at some point but it wasn't that awful (as other games I've played). The characters are lovely, all have their own backstory and baggage to carry. I've binge played through the whole Mother Series at once and was immensely positively surprised. Definitely a hidden gem I can recommend to anyone. Bonus points for becoming a hyperfixation. 5/5
2nd Place: Pikmin 4 (Switch)
A loooong while ago I started Pik3dx but never finished it. This year as they were announcing the fourth game I at first wasn't that interesting but somehow the switch clicked and I binge played through the whole series too. Being made very easily as every game (except Hey! but that seems like a game everyone pretends doesn't exist. It can't be that bad, can it?) is available on Switch now. Anyway, I really enjoyed it. Compared to the other games it was sadly a tad bit too easy for me (even tho I wasn't using some features they added that'd help you through it (rewinding time, calling Dingo for help)) but mostly the lovely characters and collecting all the treasures made it for me. Bonus points for becoming a hyperfixation. 4.5/5
3rd Place: WarioWare: Move It! (Switch)
I only own this game for like a month by now but boy do I and my mom have fun with this one! A really nice change to constant mario karting. It was my first WarioWare game so I was really impressed by the game having an amazing art style, animations and especially voice acting in so many languages! I'm loving all the different controller poses (except one perhaps...) and the microgames. All the different characters are so lovely and unique and special in their own way, they've already grown dear to me. Seeking out the other titles because I'm invested now. Bonus points for becoming a hyperfixation. 4.9/5
4th Place: Super Paper Mario (Wii)
It may not have got me gameplay wise because jumping on 2d enemies in a 3d world is kinda... shit, as an example, but the story made it for me. The third game that made me cry this year so of course I had to include it. The story was stretched quite long but it never felt rushed or boring or not important. So amazing storytelling here! I loved that a lot! 3.5/5
5th Place: Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga (Remake, 3DS)
My first M&L game and I, here too, was positively surprised by its amazingness. The game felt so warm because of their brotherly love, it got silly humor here and there, a neat battle system, some tough bosses but an enjoyable time all together. Looking out for more M&L games! 4.6/5
Honorable mentions:
Luigi's Mansion (GCN) 4/5
Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story (DS) 4/5
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap (GBA) 4/5
Super Mario RPG (Remake, Switch) 4.9/5
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (Switch) 3.8/5
My resolutions for 2024:
Main goal is to grow my collection. I hope I can find some more Wario Land games, so that I can binge play through this whole series. Omori will be released on Switch soon so I want to try that one out too. Maybe I'll take a look at the Kid Icarus, Bayonetta or Donkey Kong series. And whatever new things Nintendo comes up with this year. And maybe get an NES. The only main Nintendo console I'm missing.

You, Mona (Warioware), are connected to Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP) Your partner selected the 18+ server.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): (Hey!)

Mona (Warioware): (I was going to adapt it to whatever character stopped for Mona but with Alexander...maybe as a Pizza Girl?)
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): (Mona's Pizza, one delivery, coming right up~!)
Mona (Warioware): (Yup!)

Mona (Warioware): (Sure.)
Mona (Warioware): Mona drove her scooter down the street, a warm pepperoni pizza on the back of her seat. Eventually, she pulled to the outside of a row house and took the box, walking over to knock on the door. "Hello? Mona's Pizza! I got your order?"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): The door opened up, and Alexander rubbed his eyes. "Ah, hey, great", he said, his face lighting up already as he looked around. "Ah, where's my wallet, one sec..." Almost looks like he just woke up. Or had one mess of a sleeping schedule.
Mona (Warioware): Mona smiled as she waited patiently at the doorstep. Being a delivery girl, this is far from the first time that she worked as an accidental alarm clock for her customers. She was perfectly willing to wait as long as it took to get her pay.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): A minute or two later, he showed up with a wallet in hand. "How much was it again?", he asked, clearly trying to pool together the bare cash. He was dressed in sweatpants and a shirt, regular lounging stuff. It was sunday, after all.
Mona (Warioware): "$12.32, sir!" She nodded. She was dressed in a tight uniform that showed off her curves along with a nice pair of shorts for the seasonably warm weather.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "$12.32? Odd prince..." His face scrunched up a little, as he checked his money. "I got like... 7.. or 8 dollars in here? Shit, do you take paypal? Or credit?", he asked, as a faint grumbling nose was audible from... was that his stomach?
Mona (Warioware): "We...do take credit!" She blinked. That was actually under the usual price for a large which can get as high as $20 at some places. Maybe he forgot the tax...? "We take Discover, Mastercard, American Express and even Wario Credit!"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Wario credit? That's new, huh...", he muttered under his breath, his gaze moving up - briefly oogling her figure. "I got a Mastercard, so I guess we'll... uh, go with that? It was on time and all, I guess..."
Mona (Warioware): "Great!" She took out a card scanner. "Would you like to leave a tip?"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Er, sure. I mean..." He stopped for a moment, eyeing her up. "... how much, I wonder...", he thought out loud. She really had a form fitting uniform, huh?
Mona (Warioware): "Maybe 10%? 15%?" She leaned forward with a smile, giving him a better view of her cleavage. "20%...?"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Hmm..." His gaze went rather pointedly down to her cleavage at the mention of 20%. "I mean, depending on how you convince me, I could put that higher, y'know. If it's really good pizza AND service..."
Mona (Warioware): "Our pizza is great but if you're looking for better service...why don't you let me inside?" She said while wriggling her eyebrows.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Come on in, then~." He smiled, as he opened the door wider. The place was... alright. Just a bit messy, the type you'd expect from a guy living by himself, without being too extreme.
Mona (Warioware): "Your place is nice!" She complimented, setting the pizza down on a random table before sitting on the couch. "Why don't you come over here?"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Thanks!" Seeing it left on the coffee table, he moved over to sit beside her. "So, what was your name again, Miss Pizza Delivery Girl?", he asked with a grin for sure, leaving the wallet beside the pizza.
Mona (Warioware): "Mona!" She answered with a smile. "And yours?" She gingerly took his hand...and slid it beneath herself so that he could feel her butt.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Alexander, call me Alex though", he returned with a grin, giving that 'dough' a few squeezes. "So, what kinda menu list do you offer for 'delivery services' like this?", he asked with a wink.
Mona (Warioware): "We have blowjobs, thigh jobs, butt jobs, full on penetration and even rimming for the more adventurous customers..." She said with a wink.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Heh, not even gonna play along with it being a 'menu'?" He laughed a little, and smirked. "Mhm, how about a blowjob? While I eat that pizza, of course, I don't wanna let it get cold~." Another squeeze of her rear, as he smirked.
Mona (Warioware): "Double service! I wouldn't mind." She then went to pull down his sweatpants as she trailed kisses along his shaft.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): He leaned over in the meantime, opening up the pizza box, and sighing. "Mmh, I'm hungry. By the way... feel free to talk plenty about me and my cock. Y'know, 'advertising', or whatever. That alone gives you another 10% on top, y'hear~?" He said, grabbing a slice and biting into it. "Mmmhh~."
Mona (Warioware): "If you say so. Not to sound cheesy or anything, but you got quite the "Sausage" right here!" Mona teased as she began to suck on his tip, taking in more of his shaft over time.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Heh, honestly? Make it extra cheesy, like this pepperoni pizza~", he jokes with a grin, and sighs softly as he continues eating, one hand busy with pizza, the other busy with groping her ass.
Mona (Warioware): "I don't remember ordering an "extra large"!" She joked before taking in the entire cock easily, deepthroating him as he ate his meal.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Nnnf... you can still finish all that though, right?" He smirked, groaning softly between bites, loving this 'side-dish'!
Mona (Warioware): She just kept going, even kneading his balls to enhance the effect.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Haah, that's good... nnnf, you're hungry for the sauce, huh?" His hand moved from her butt to her head, keeping her pushed down. "Keep going, almost there~..."
Mona (Warioware): She kept bobbing her head, sucking him all the way with no trouble while gently squeezing his balls.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Nnnf, fuck...!" He groaned - and came, pumping his first load straight down her throat, keeping him there as he just kept cumming...!
Mona (Warioware): She swallowed it all, not moving from her spot until she got her full meal.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Haah~..." Satisfied from the orgasm, he let go of her head, continuing to eat - but he didn't grow softer at all. "You're really good, Mona~."
Mona (Warioware): She pulled away and swallowed the rest. "Thanks! I'm guessing you want further service?"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Damn right! How long can you stay for?", he asked, as his hand went back to groping away at that doughy rear.
Mona (Warioware): "Well, we do time our deliveries so we'll have to speed this up." She got up and slowly pulled down her shorts and in front of him, showing off her bare ass. "So I'll give you the premium treatment, just this once."
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): Loving the show, he leaned back and continued eating, having finished half his pizza already. "Premium treatment? Oho, what's that? C'mon, sell me on it, Mona, I might become a repeat customer~."
Mona (Warioware): "How about I show you..." She backed up and grabbed his cock, slowly sitting down to take it up her ass...
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Oho, anal?" He smirked. Finishing the last bite of the pizza piece, he reached out, his greasy hand groping her ass and spreading those cheeks apart. "Nnnf, damn~."
Mona (Warioware): She then began to bounce on his cock. "Now you're the kind of guy who knows how to stuff a crust!"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Hah, thanks~. But gosh, this is juicy~..." he pants. Leaving his half-eaten pizza be, both of his hands grope away at her rear, clearly loving this. "And tight~!"
Mona (Warioware): "It still needs some filling..." She started pumping herself harder on his cock, practically slamming herself down. "Can you help me out with that?"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Hah, gladly~!" His hips began to thrust upwards, meeting her pace as he tried to take over the action himself. "I'll gladly pound this dough, then fill you up like a juicy hot calzone~!"
Mona (Warioware): "Go ahead, sausage boy!" She stuck out her tongue teasily as she let him take the reins, putting his hands on her hips.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Don't have to tell me twice!" With that, he began to take the pace, pounding into her as he pushed her up and down. Eventually, he moved to stand up - forcing her to bend over where she was, right over the pepperoni pizza. "Fuck, this is hot and spicy~. Just how I like it!"
Mona (Warioware): "That's the secret recipe, Alex!" She laughed before taking a bite of a slice herself.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Heh, wanting to get double-stuffed, huh? I don't mind...!" He grins, pounding into her ass from behind as he watched her snack on his pizza. "Nnff, god, you're gonna get such a big fucking tip after this. How much do you want, hmm~?"
Mona (Warioware): "Hmmm...35%?" She asked with puppy-dogged eyes.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "That's it?" He smirkd, looking at her face. "I would've given you fucking 50% for this! Nnff, fuck~. I'm absolutely ordering daily now!"
Mona (Warioware): "Then I can put you on our Mona's Favorites list? Along with Jimmy T., Dribble & Spitz and Sal Out?"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Fuck yeah! Whoever they are! Any benefits on being on there" He kept pounding away, grunting. "Wait, Sal Out? Isn't she that popstar?"
Mona (Warioware): "That's right! She's been a regular customer for years!" Mona grinned. "The benefits include a free sex act with every pizza, your choice of delivery girls and you can get 10% off of any large pizza!"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Fuck yeah, sign me up!" He panted, as he kept thrusting away, kneading her rear. "Haah... so what other delivery girls are there, huh? You've sold me on this, so I just wonder what's 'on the menu'..." He chuckles a little, grunting as his thrusts got a bit more wild... seems like he wasn't gonna last much longer!
Mona (Warioware): "There's Marcie with glasses, freckles and long tongue, Mindy with the nice chest and sweet personality, Molly, tall, built and very goofy (Girls love her) and Murphy, tomboy with a big rear!"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Nnnf, fuck. I think I'll try all of them~...!" Panting, his thrusts fell out of rhyhtm. "Haah... I'm close to giving your ass a real nice stuffing... ngh, ready~?"
Mona (Warioware): "Ready~! Mind if I put you down for Premium?" She smirked.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Haah... what's premium...?" Completely getting sold on whatever she'd sell, he speeds up - pushing her harder and harder as he kept getting rougher, the echoing audible throughout the entire living room. "Nnf, almost there...!"
Mona (Warioware): "More of this treatment, Sausage Boy." She slapped her own ass to punctuate her point. "Get it?"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Fuck it, hell yeah...!" And with that, he pushed himself all the way inside - perhaps throwing her off-balance, as he held her hips in place, and cum, filling up her ass!
Mona (Warioware): "Oop!" The last sudden thrust nearly threw her off balance but the hot sauce filling her brought a smile to her face. "You were really backed up, huh?"
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): "Haaahh...! Y-yeah... f-fuck...!" He grunted, filling her up and holding her close. "Haah... no girlfriend for three months does that to you. Nnf...." Slowly, he pulled himself out - watching the anal creampie he caused. "Fuck, that was hot~."
Mona (Warioware): "You're telling me!" She sat up and pulled her shorts over her cum-filled ass. "I can expect to see you tomorrow?" She winked at him.
Alexander, 23 (5'11, darkbrown hair, green eyes, athletic, lightly tanned. (Adaptable, lit. SRP): Holy fuck, watching her tug her pants up after she started to leak. "Sure thing. You again, then maybe one of your coworkers the day after that...", he smirked - then fell back, exhausted on the couch, and grabbed his wallet. "Y'know what? Fuck it, I'll give you a 100% tip, just for showing me this great service~."
Mona (Warioware): She squealed with delight. "You're gonna become my favorite customer..."

Mona Blog Entries
Hey there! I just translated Mona’s blog on the WarioWare Mega Microgame$ website.
Disclaimer: My Japanese isn’t perfect, and I had to look up a lot of words used. But I’m confident 95% of this is correct!
Feel free to ask me any questions!
February 28, Friday “I made a homepage and decided to write a diary starting today. I love Friday! That’s because I have a day off tomorrow. But on my days off, I've been working part-time at a gelato shop since mornings. So today, I'm going to visit Kat-chan and Ana-chan's house! I wonder if I can learn ninjutsu for self-defense.”
March 1, Saturday “I worked at my part-time job at the gelato shop since morning. But my scooter wasn't working well, so I was about to be late, and I was chased by some police cars. I'm glad I managed to make it in time! During work, I was called by a strange yellow and square customer. He looked tiny and had the height of a child, but the way he talked was uncle-like and formal.”
March 2, Sunday “There was a game tournament at 9-Volt-kun’s house today. I heard that he was playing a game called "Yoshi's Cookie," so I made a nose-shaped cookie and played it, but it didn't help at all. Cookies were very popular. Oh yeah! Yesterday's yellow and square strange customer turned out to be 9-Volt-kun's pet! His name is "Fronk.” It seems that he is only one year old, but he didn't look like it.”
March 3, Monday “I overslept a little this morning and thought I'd be late for school. However, thanks to the police car that cracked down on speed violations, all the other cars avoided it, and it was safe for a while! I have to thank the policeman for today.”
March 4, Tuesday “I met Orbulon-ojisama on my way home from school today. When I talked to him about school, he said it was very interesting. I wonder if he’s never been to school. Orbulon-ojisama is interesting because he has pure white skin, looks squishy, a little scary, and doesn’t have a nose. It’s a pity that I can’t no the nose fortune-telling on him!”
March 5, Wednesday “I got an email from Jimmy-ojisama on my mobile phone today. I was surprised because I hadn't given my address yet. I think he got it from Kat-chan. Jimmy-ojisama's email has a ringtone, which is really cool! But I haven't written a reply yet. I'm going to write a thank-you email from now on.”
March 6, Thursday “I traded Pokémon with 9-Volt-kun. All of his Pokémon are strong, but they have names like “Love Tester” and “Tumbler Puzzle” which don’t make them as cute…”
March 7, Friday “Wario-ojisama suddenly contacted me about having a barbecue tomorrow at “Waves with a Voice.” That’s why I asked the manager at the gelato shop to do tomorrow’s part-time job today. It was warm today, so there were more customers than usual. I wasn’t planning on working part-time in the first place, so I was very tired. But it’s for a barbecue, so I couldn’t help myself. Ah~ I’m looking forward to it.”
March 8, Saturday “Today’s weather is nice and it’s a perfect day for a barbecue. I brought gelato, but maybe it wasn’t suitable for a barbecue. It melted into juice. I couldn’t afford to look at other people because I was too busy eating, but it seems that Wario-ojisama ate a lot. Everyone was complaining about that. Jimmy-ojisama showed me a professional dance at night. It was very powerful and cool! I wonder if I can learn to dance too~. It was a really satisfying day!”
March 9, Sunday “It was cold this morning when I woke up. I wonder if it wasn’t the right camping season yet. I have a cold and my throat hurts. My lucky item this week was a runny nose, but I wish I didn’t get it. Other than me, a few others got sick, but Wario-ojisama had the worst symptoms. He was like a whole different person. What kind of illness was that?”
March 10, Monday “I had my part-time job at the gelato shop from this afternoon. Since it was raining, there weren’t as many customers. The store manager was worried because my throat was still hurting and I was still sick, so we ended up closing early. I’m sorry store manager, I will take a rest and work well tomorrow!”
March 11, Tuesday “My throat has healed a lot, but my voice is still a little faint. I kind of like his husky voice. I feel a little different than usual.”
March 12, Wednesday “My voice has returned to its original state. A little disappointed. I had my part-time job today. It’s a little busy outside. There was a disturbing noise nearby. It was coming from Wario-ojisama’s house. I wonder if he’s ok. Speaking of which, a nice scent is drifting from there.”
March 13, Thursday “Unusually, Wario-ojisama came to the gelato shop today. It’s nice that he ordered a ton of gelato, but he went home without paying. I couldn’t tell the store manager that I knew him because he got so angry. Wario-ojisama, I’m sorry.”
March 14, Friday “It was warm today, so I walked to school for the first time in awhile. On the way, something suddenly popped out on my feet and I accidentally kicked it off. When I looked closely, it was a cute toad. I’m sure it woke up from its hibernation. I wonder if spring is approaching little by little.”
March 15, Saturday “My papa is an artist. He said he was looking for a model for his next sculpture exhibit. When we asked me, “Do you know a man with a nice nose?” I recommended Wario-ojisama without hesitation. But I wonder if he’ll be an ideal model…”
March 16, Sunday “Looks like my papa met Wario-ojisama today. He said “His nose is the best color and shape!” When I heard that compliment, I got so happy. I’m looking forward to the kind of work will be made.”
March 17, Monday “Mama is a supermodel. She’s almost always away from home because she’s always flying around the world for shoots and fashion shows, but she’s back for the first time in awhile! She’s leaving tomorrow, so we talked a lot! Mama seems to read this diary every day. It’s a little embarrassing, but it makes me happy!”
March 18, Tuesday “I said goodbye to Mama today. At the time of our parting, I got a souvenir earthworm muffler. I’m very happy, but it’s getting warmer. I’ll use it next winter. By the way, I got an email from Jimmy-san. He wants me to tell him my older sister’s email address. But I’m an only child.”
March 19, Wednesday “I got my desire to learn ninjutsu from Kat-chan and Ana-chan! Ninjutsu is fun! I especially liked the art of hiding. It seems to be useful for catching insects. For the time being, I got a scroll called “License of Iga Styled Arts.” I want to do it again!”
March 20, Thursday “This is a very sudden story, but I’m going to space with Wario-ojisama and others today. Wario says it’s an employee trip, but I’m sure it’s for treasure at an unknown planet. The blood of the treasure hunter has been clamored. I can’t update my diary for a while, but I’ll be back with souvenirs, so please wait!”
April 15, Tuesday “How terrible! I came back from the space trip, but I came back soon because of its failure. Besides, it’s been three weeks on earth! Was that some kind of Urashima phenomenon? Spring break has already ended and I’m kind of disappointed.”
April 16, Wednesday “I was in trouble when my friend asked me about my experience of space travel at school. After all, I didn’t do anything. That’s why I created various stories such as being attacked by a Hanamogera monster. I’ll have to ask everyone to talk to each other later.”
April 17, Thursday “When I went to my part-time job, I was surprised to see a lot of customers lined up. My gelato shop was on a TV program this morning. I also wanted to go outside. By the way, I wanted to promote WarioWare.”
April 18, Friday “When I went to my part-time job, the shop was rattled like yesterday’s excitement was a lie. There was no boom. I served more gelato to today’s customers than usual.”
April 19, Saturday “I overslept and was about to be late for my part-time job, so when I speeded up my bike, I was caught by policemen. My pets didn’t help me out. Thanks to that, I had to pay a fine and I couldn't make it to my part-time job. When I saw my bike later, it seemed that I ran out of bananas. When I think about it, it’s all my fault. I was oversleeping, speeding, and forgot to get more bananas. Reflection.”
April 20, Sunday “Today was unusual. Jimmy-san came to the gelato shop. He didn’t come to eat gelato, he brought me a printout of the email that arrived at the Wario company. I knew that he was collecting them for the homepage, so I wanted to read it. What is the reputation for WarioWare? I wanted to read it quickly, so I closed up early.”
April 21, Monday “I read emails from everyone until late night yesterday. I’m so happy that many people wrote “I love them!” about the games I’ve made! At first, I started making microgames with the feeing of having another part-time job, but when I get good reactions, I think about how glad I am to make them! Thank you to everyone who wrote to me!”
April 22, Tuesday “I went to Club Sugar today. I was worried I couldn’t dance because it was my first time doing so, but it’s pretty cool to move to the rhythm. After all, Jimmy-ojisama’s dance was so cool! Professionals have a different feel. Also, Mr. Yohitomi’s dance was changing. I was a little drawn to it.”
April 23, Wednesday “I finally bought a Gameboy Advance SP. I have never had a game consuls before, so I’m super happy! It’s shape is simple, so you can play with the various stickers. But I don’t have any game software yet. I wonder if I can get WarioWare from Wario-ojisama.”
April 24, Thursday “Today we had a roundtable discussion with the employees who made WarioWare. It was fun because I hadn't had a chance to talk about the game since it was completed! There are a lot of tricks I didn't know about some games made by the other employees, and I thought that everyone had good ideas. I heard that today's story will be posted on the homepage. I wonder what it will be like.”
April 25, Friday “In today's morning edition, there was news that the ruins of the diamond civilization, which was said to be the golden city, were discovered. It's been a long time since it was talked about that, so I was excited. I expected Wario-ojisama to go out for treasure hunting, and I found out that he would start riding his motorcycle in an adventurous style! Of course I’ll be chasing after that! That’s why today will be my last diary entry. It was a short time, but thank you for reading my diary!”

Mini Fanfic #859: Meeting the WarioWare Gang (SSBU X WarioWare)
4:23 p.m. at WarioWare Inc.....
Ashley: (Fixes Up Lucas' Bow Tie) How are you feeling, Lucas?
Lucas: Nervous.....Shaky.... Maybe even a little terrified.....(Turns to Wario) I-Is there a word for all of this?
Wario: (Shrugs) I don't know. Fidgeted?
Lucas: Yeah. That's the one. Fidgeted. I am feeling definitely fidgeted right now.....(Turns to Ashley) Hey, how do I look by the way?
Ashley: (Smiles Softly) You look very handsome today. You really didn't have to wear the bow tie though.
Wario: Yeah. We're only having a picnic at the park.
Lucas: ('Sigh') I know. But Big Sis Ann insisted that I need to look my best for the occasion. This.... isn't too much, is it?
Ashley: It isn't. (Gently Grab Both of Lucas' Hands) And you have nothing to worry about here, Lucas. Everything is going to be just fine.
Wario: Ashley's right, squirt. I known these people for as long as I can remember. They're the most annoying and gullible- (Gets Startled Once He Notice Ashley's Dark Glare Is Pointing Directly at Him) I-I mean, they're the nicest people I know! A-And you don't need to worry about making a bad impression on them or anything. Just stay calm, be yourself, and everything will go good from there.
Ashley: (Genuinely Surprised) Wow, Wario. That's.... actually good advice.
Lucas: Yeah. (Smiles a Little) Thanks, Wario.
Wario: Eh. (Wave his Hand While Rolling his Eyes) It's whatever. I only did it to stop you from being a wuss. (Starts Picking his Nose)
Lucas: (Gets A Bit Grossed Out By Wario)
Ashley: (Gives Wario a Deadpinned Look on her Face) Stop picking your nose, Wario.
Wario: I do whatever I please. (Starts Wiping his Hand on the Side of his Pants)
Ashley: ('Ugh') (Starts Rolling her Eyes) Horridness aside, you think you're ready to do this, Lucas?
Lucas: (Sighs While Nodding) As I'll ever be. (Turns Towards the Office Door)......Y-You don't mind if I count to three before going in, do you?
Ashley: (Giggles Softly) Not at all, Lucas.
Lucas: Thanks! (Takes a Deep Breath) Okay. One......Two....T-
Wario: (Walk Past Lucas to Open the Door) One, two, three. We're going in. (Shoves Lucas Inside the Office) Move it already.
Lucas: Okay! Okay!
Wario: Wahahahaha!- (Gets Stomped on the Toe By Ashley Before Wincing in Pain) YEOOUUCH!!! (Starts Hopping on One Toe) You.... little....yauughh!
Lucas' eyes begins in widened in genuine surprise at the sight of everyone present in the office. Each of which are as colorful, energetic, and lively as Ashley described them to be.
Lucas: Are they really the employees of this company?
Wario: Yep. Each and everyone of them.
Ashley: Pretty lively, aren't they?
Lucas: Yeah..... They're so cool.....
Wario: (Already Getting Impatient) Hurry up and say something already!
Lucas: (Immediately Comes Back to Reality) R-Right!....U-Um!
Everyone in the office came into a complete halt at what they were respectively doing while turning their heads at the timid boy with a bowtie.
Lucas: I...u-um...(Smiles Nervously While Waving Hello to the Employees) H-Hi. I'm not sure if Ashley and Wario told you about me beforehand, but....my name is-
Everyone: LUCAS!!~
Without any hesitation, the employees excitedly rushes over to Lucas and pulls into a group hug/gathering.
Ashley: (Sighs While Having a Deadpinned Look on her Face) So much for toning the excitement.....
Wario: Yep.
Mona: (Giggles Awkwardly While Making her Way to the Duo Along with Penny) Sorry about that, guys.... They've been excited to see Lucas since we first heard about him.
Penny: (Smiles Sheepishly While Watching the Scene Play Out) It's kind of changeling for most of us to maintain our excitement for this long, ya know?
Ashley: It's fine. (Starts Smiling a Little at the Crowd) I'm glad they're taking a liking to him at least.
Mona: Us too.
5-Volt: (Makes her Way to the Trio While Holding a Megaphone in her Hands) Do you mind covering your ears for a second, dears? I got this covered. (Clears Her Throat Before Screaming her Heart Out on the Megaphone) QUIIIIIIEEEETTTTT!!!!!
Everyone stopped what they were doing and have their attention directly towards 5-Volt while letting Lucas go.
5-Volt: ('Sigh') Look, I'm happy to see our guest here as much as you guys are right now, but could you please start settling yourselves down before you give this poor boy a panic attack?
Everyone: Yes, ma'am......Sorry, Lucas.....
5-Volt: (Gives Lucas a Hand With a Soft Smile on her Face) We're sorry about all of that, sweetheart. Are you okay?
Lucas: (Smiles a Bit Sheepishly While Getting Back up on his Face) I'm okay, ma'am. A-And there's really no need apologize for all of that. You all just took me by surprise is all.
5-Volt: Well, as long as you're okay, allow me to properly introduce myself: My name is Mrs. 5-Volt.
Mona: (Smiles Brightly at Lucas) And I'm Mona!
Penny: (Happily Salutes to Lucas) Penny Crygor, at your service! Ashley here told us quite a lot about you as of late~
Ashley: (Eyes Widened While Blushing)
Lucas: She has?
Mona: (Happily Nodded) Mmhmm~ She told us about how much of a sweetheart you are, how much she admires you since day one....
Penny: Ooh! She even told us she has dreams of marrying you som-
Ashley: (Already Flustered in Bright Red) OKAY! How about we introduce everyone else in this room, yeah? (Gives Mona and Penny a Dark Glare) Before my patience starts to dwindle....
Mona: (Shivers in Fear by the Glare Before Giggling Awkwardly) Y-Yeah....That uh....seems to be a good idea right now, right Penny?
Penny: Yep! L-Let's Introduce everyone! (Turns to Lucas with a Bright Smile) Lucas, we want you to meet our whole gang!~ Jimmy T!
Jimmy T: Yo.
Penny: Young Cricket and Master Mantis!
Young Cricket: (Bows Towards Lucas in a Polite and Martial Arts Like Fashion Along with his Master) Please to meet you.
Penny: 9 and 18-Volt!
9-Volt: Hiya!
18-Volt: How's it going, little dude?
Penny: Dribble and Spitz!
Dribble: 'Sup, kiddo!
Spitz: Nice meet ya on this fine day, squirt!
Penny: Kat & Ana!
Kat/Ana: Kon'nichiwa!~
Penny: Our alien friend, Orbulon!
Orbulon: Greetings, young, timid youngling.
Penny: A little girl from Luxeville name Lulu!
Lulu: I'm the hero of my hometown!~
Penny: My grandpa, Dr. Crygor and his assistants, Mike and Doris 1!
Dr. Crygor: It is such a pleasure to finally meet Ashley's future hus- (Gets Startled Once He Noticed Ashley's Dark Glare) I-I-I MEAN boyfriend! Yes.... That's what I meant to say.
Mike: Greetings, Ashley's Boyfriend.
Doris 1: Hello.
Penny: And this is our new addition to the team: Pyoro!
Pyoro: (Happily Squeaks at Lucas)
Lucas: Aww~ Hi, little guy. (Pulls Out his Hand) Nice to meet- (Suddenly Felt Pyoro's Tongue Touching the Palm of his Hand For a Few Seconds Before Putting Back in his Mouth) You.....
Pyoro: (Claps his Arms Happily)
Penny: He can shoot his long tongue to any direction he wants! Neat, huh?
Lucas: (Smiles a Bit Sheepishly) Yeah. He...kind of reminds me of Yoshi in a way.
9-Volt: Hey Lucas! (,Shows Lucas a Tiny Yellow Figure Standing on the Palm of his Hands) I want you to meet my pet: Fronk!
Lucas: Oh uh. Hello, Fronk. (Pulls Out Finger as a Friendly Gesture) It's nice to meet you.
Fronk: (Uses Both of his Hands to Hold Lucas' Finger While Shaking Him Up in Down in the Mid Air Must to His Surprise) The pleasure is all mine, Master Lucas. (Finally Lowers Lucas Down) And I must say, that bowtie of yours looks magnificent on you.
Lucas: T-Thanks, Mr. Fronk....You look great too. (Turns to 9-Volt While Whispering to Him) How is he THIS strong?
9-Volt: (Smiles Sheepishly While Rubbing the Back of Head Back and Forth) I.... might've modified him to have superhuman strength.
Lucas: Woah......B-But anyways, it's really nice to finally meet you all today. My name is Lucas a-and after today......(Closes his Eyes and Shout) I-I HOPE CAN WE BE THE BESTEST OF FRIENDS!
Everyone: (Cheers in Rejoice) YEAH!!!
Ashley: (Sighs While Smiling Sheepishly at Lucas) My darling Lucas~
????: Awwwwwww~
Ashley quickly comes back to reality as her eyes begins to widened before turning around to see Mona and Penny smirking at Her In a teasing fashion.
Mona: Staring at him with that lovey-dovey eyes of yours already?~
Penny: Hmmmmmmmmm?~
Ashley: (Groans in Annoyance While Walking Away) Let's just get this picnic over with.....
An Hour and a Half Later at the Diamond City's Picnic.........
Lucas: Wait. So..... You're telling me that Wario set an entire stadium contest, mistakenly stole a portable potty, and almost cheated all of you out of your money....just to order pizza?
Penny: Yeah.....It was pretty chaotic in those a two and a half days. But at least we had good time regardless. Even after Wario tried to steal our share of the deal afterwards.
Wario: Hey! In my defense, that Gold Challenge was all my idea from the very beginning.
Mona: Yeah, but we still helped.
Everyone (Except For Lucas and Ashley) Yeah!
Lucas: I...gotta agree with them, Wario. That was a pretty jerkish move on your part.
Wario: (Crosses his While Looking Away in Annoyance) Ehh Whatever! I can always scam you losers anytime I want....
5-Volt: (Place her Hand on Wario's Shoulder While Giving him the Dark Glare Herself) What was that?
Wario: (Gets Startled) AHH! N-N-Nothing!! W-Wario didn't say anything! I swear!
5-Volt: (Sighs While Calming Herself Down) I sure hope not....
Everyone: (Giggles Softly at Wario's Dispense)
Lucas: If you don't mind me asking, when was the first all of you have met each other?
Mona: On the day we first started working with Wario. It was supposed to be one time thing, but.....oddly enough, the more we started working on the company together, the more we got more closer to one another than we ever thought we would.
Ashley: (Nodded in Agreement) It's true. While Red and I met them shortly after, our entire relationship with one another has gotten more close overtime. In fact.....(Starts Smiling Softly) Besides the Smash Family, everyone here is.... practically like a family to me. Even if they do get on my nerves sometimes.
Penny: (Heart Begins to Melt in Pure Happiness) Oh, Ashleyyyy~ (Pulls Ashley into a Loving Hug) Thank you!~
Everyone (except for Wario and Lucas) begins to join in on the group hug. Showing Ashley how much she means to each and everyone to them as well.
Ashley: ('Sigh') Thank you so much, everyone.....Now, get off.
Everyone: (Chuckles Lightly as They Pull Away From their Group Hug)
Lucas: (Chuckles Lightly) Even as co-workers, you guys managed to form a close bond with one another. You really are amazing.
9-Volt: (Smiles Brightly) Thanks, man. Ooh! Speaking of which, what's your family like back home? You know, besides the one back in the Smash World.
Wario: (Starts Choking Up on his Food a Little)
Ashley: (Eyes Widened in Horror) Oh no.....
Lucas: Oh. Well, umm....Back at my universe, I have a dad, grandfather, a really great dog named Boney, and a mom and twin brother......(Slowly Starts Frowning Sadly) Or.....at....least I used to have mother and brother.....
9-Volt: Wait. (Starts Frowning a Little in Worry) "Used to"?
Mona: (Frowns as Well) What do mean, Lucas?
Lucas: Well.....um....My mother and brother uh.... They're......gone.
Everyone: ('Gasps')
Penny: (Almost Speechless) G-Gone?
Lucas: Yeah...W-Well, I mean.... They weren't.... "gone" per say. They were....killed if anything.....
Everyone: ('GASPS')
5-Volt: (Covered her Mouth in Anguish) Oh my god.....
18-Volt: H-How!? What happened!?
Everyone: (Starts Rambling On About What is Happening Right Now)
Ashley: Everyone!
Everyone: (Stops at What They Were Doing and Turns to Ashley)
Ashley: ('Sigh') Look, I know all of you have questions in all of this, but... could you please not overwhelm Lucas here? He's been through a lot....
Lucas: (Gives Ashley a Sad Yet Reassuring Smile) It's okay, Ashley. I don't mind telling them what happened.
Ashley: Are you sure you wanna go through with this?
Mona: Yeah. You don't have to force yourself to tell us.
Lucas: (Simply Nodded) I'm sure. It's....not gonna be easy to tell, but... I'll do my best to stay strong throughout it all. (Takes a Deep Breath Before Speaking Again) Okay. So....it all started back in Tazmily Village, my hometown, it was morning time and.....
Regardless of how challenging it was in a few areas, Lucas continues to tell everyone almost everything that happened to him in the past. About Porky, the night that took his mother's live away, the disappearance of his twin brother and the sacrifice he took for Lucas in the later half of his tragedy adventure. As he told them each details, it wasn't long before tears begins to fall down on everyone's faces. Even Ashley started to shed a tear or two as she held Lucas' hand throughout the whole process. The explanation itself only lasted around fifteen minutes as Lucas mentally sighs in relief for lasting this long without breaking himself down.
Lucas: ......And that just about sums up everything that happened. It was.....a rough time for me back then. Losing love ones, getting out of a near death experience....It was a miracle dad and I managed to pull through till the very end without losing our minds. But....on the bright side....(Starts Smiling a Little) It....did taught me to be more brave and mindful over the years. And in a way, I'm kind of thankful for that, cause.... I don't think I would've become the person I am right now it weren't for that and all of the new friends and family I've made along the way. Kuma, Duster, Ness, Red, the Smash Family....(Smiles Down at Ashley) Even you, Ashley. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me.
Ashley: (Smiles Softly at her Boyfriend) It's really no problem at all, Lucas. If anything, I should be thanking you for being my friend to begin with....(Starts Blushing Again) A-And for being my boyfriend afterwards~ I love you for that....
Lucas: (Smiles Brightly) I love you too, Ash-
Before Lucas could finish saying his girlfriend's name, him and Ashley suddenly gets pulled into a hug by Penny, while she's still in tears.
Lucas: P-Penny!?
Ashley: (Glares at the Gender Girl) What has gotten into you!?
Penny: Sorry! ('Sniff') Didn't mean to ruin the moment. ('Sniff') My emotions are already running all over the place. So....('Sniff') I thought maybe hugging it out....('Sniff') Would help it go down a little, you know? ('Sniff')
Ashley: (Sighs While Rolling her Eyes) Whatever helps you feel better, Penny....
Penny: Thank you! ('Sniff') And Lucas?
Lucas: Y-Yeah?
Penny: ('Sniff') I'm so sorry you had to go through all of that in past and I'm so happy you're doing a lot better now. ('Sniff') And I know what it feels like to lose someone who's close to you, so....('Sniff') If you ever need someone to talk you, I'll always be there to listen and help, okay?
Dr. Crygor: (Joins in on the Group Hug) That goes for me as well, young man.
Mike: And me.
Doris 1: And for I as well.
Young Cricket: We would be honored to help you anyway we can as well.
9/18-Volt: Don't forget about us!
Kat/Ana: And us!
Lulu: And me!!
Mona: And me as well. We'll always be there for whenever you need us, Lucas. Promise.
Ashley: You guys are too helpful....Can you believe them, Lucas?.....Lucas?
Lucas: (Already in Tears) I know we just met and everything, but.... ('Sniff') I'm so glad.....('Sniff') THAT WE'RE FINALLY FRIENDSSS!~
Penny: Oh buddy! Don't cry!~
9-Volt: Yeah! Of course we're friends!~
Ashley: (Sighs Once More as She Hears her Friends Rambling on About Their Newfound Friendship) (So this is where my life has gotten to at this moment.... Being surrounded by a bunch of hyperactive fools and a cute, emotional boyfriend.....) (Smiles Softly) (I love it already.)
5-Volt: (Smiles Tearfully at the Kids Getting Along) ('Sniff') This is do sweet.....
Mantis: (Happily Nodded in Agreement) Agreed. I believe this will be a start of a beautiful friendship together.
Dribble: (Noticed Wario is Sniffing Right Beside him) Hey man, you getting emotional there too?
Wario: N-No! ('Sniff') I-I'm not crying! ('Sniff') I just got something in eye!
Spitz: Yeah? Like what?
Wario: ('Sniff') (Finally Burst Out Crying) YAHHHHHHHAHHHH!!! WHY DOES THE TWERP HAS TO BE SO SADDDDDD!
Dribble: (Starts Snickering) So much for not caring.
Spitz: (Snickering as Well) Yeah. Guess you really do have after al- (Felt Wario's Snot Coming Out on his Sleeve Before Sighing) Nevermind.....
Bonus
Ness: So.... Lucas met these guys yesterday and you're saying that ALL OF THEM wants to join the squad as well?
Ashley: (Sitting Next With All of the WarioWare Crew While Giving Ness Simple Nodded) Yes. All of them.
Mona: (Smiles Softly at the Boy) I hope you don't mind.
Ness: N-Not at all! I was just.... surprised by how many of you are there, you know? But....(Sigh Slowly Turns to Wario) Are you sure letting him join is a good idea?
Wario: (Glares at Ness) HEY! I can be nice and trustworthy as much as any of you losers in this stupid mansion! (Starts Eating his Chips While Looking Away)
Mona: (Smiles Sheepishly) W-We'll make sure he's on his best behavior.
Ashley: Yeah. (Slowly Starts Moving Herself Over to Ness) We'll...make definite sure about that....(Whispers into Ness' Ears) Write his name in the Unofficial category. I don't trust him one bit.
Ness: (Whispers Back to Ashley) Neither do I. (Writes Down Wario Name Down his Clipboard Before Smiling Brightly at the Gang) Welcome aboard, guys!
Everyone: (Happily Cheers in Rejoice)

Name: Space Dancer/Paddler
Debut: Rhythm Tengoku
Finally, a Funky Friday starring a character who actually has some association with funk, being from a rhythm game! Rhythm Heaven is really really splendid. I think it’s one of the best series ever. But unfortunately, it’s just out of reach of our allowed range of topics. It has quite a lot of crossover with WarioWare, but that doesn’t quite cut it for a Mario blog... oh well!
Tumblr media
Paddler is my favorite Rhythm Heaven character. Imagine that! My favorite being a humanoid! But look how cute and silly they are! Surely you understand. The angular smile is a sort of staple of Rhythm Heaven characters, but Paddler is where it REALLY shines. They are simply happy and angular sorts of fellas.
Tumblr media
Before they were Paddlers, though, they were Space Dancers, in the very first Rhythm Heaven game! Yes, I know they’re naked. I’m sorry. Under the command of Space Gramps, they dance in space. That is why they are called Space Dancers. Rhythm Heaven characters have very straightforward names.
Tumblr media
And then, in the DS sequel, they reappear! It’s actually rather uncommon for the same characters to star in multiple unrelated rhythm games in this series, so I am very happy about this. This is Rhythm Rally, where they play ping pong, and they paddle. They are now Paddlers. You knew that already.
Some people choose to believe that the Space Dancers and Paddlers are different entities entirely... I say poppycock to that! Look at them! They are the same exact characters, just wearing slightly different amounts of clothing! There’s a dang official comic confirming that they’re the same! Harumph!
Tumblr media
Really, Paddler just makes me very happy. I look at this and I smile. Some people find Rhythm Rally 2/Cosmic Rhythm Rally extremely frustrating, but I’m glad that one of the hardest trials in the series is two goofy happy fellas playing ping pong in space. It’s good. Paddler inspired me to try ping pong and I hate sports! I liked it! I played it, like, four times in 2017 and haven’t yet played it again, but I still like it!
That may be all I have to say about Paddler, but anyone who’s played Rhythm Heaven knows there’s know shortage of wacky humanoids that may or may not be aliens! And I will be talking about some of the most relevant of them under the cut! Let’s we go!
Tumblr media
The Cosmic Dancers debut in Rhythm Tengoku alongside the Space Dancers, in Cosmic Dance, the sequel to Space Dance! They do the same exact stuff, but this time it’s more jazzy. It’s nice. I like it.
Tumblr media
And they play ping pong, too! Their designs are rather different from the standard Paddlers. These ones are purple, with a more abstract face, but I think they complement each other nicely. These ones were fancy tuxedo vests, but nothing else. Not even pants! What do you think you are, a talking cartoon animal?
Tumblr media
Then there’s Space Gramps himself! With his appearance and role, it’s easy to assume that he’s an elder of the Space Dancer species, but bonus material in Rhythm Heaven Fever reveals that this is NOT the case! He is a human (probably) who simply wears a yellow box on his head. And he is a big fan of groups of four box-headed humanoids dancing in sync! Likely inspired by the Space Dancers, he seeks a new set of stars...
Tumblr media
And once four certain tall young men put some boxes on their own heads, Gramps decides that they have got what it takes and more, and they become the Tall Tappers! For a collection of mostly-unrelated silly minigames, this series has a surprising amount of continuity and backstory!
Tumblr media
And with that, I think I have said enough for one post. I will leave you with this image of Paddler modded into Mario Kart 8.

Hi undine!! I’m watching e3 this weekend (an event where games get announced if you don’t know) and trying to squeeze in time to write still!! I can’t remember where I was at the last time I talked to you, but I finished the first draft of my main wip a week ago and am working on my side gay undercover spy wip while I let it rest! Would you like to ramble about the ATB characters? How has your summer been so far? Anything new or fun in your life or near Future plans? Thanks for doing this ❤️
Hey Lila!
Congrats on finishing your first draft, that's awesome!!! I'm so impressed, I swear you've been pulling out so many amazing milestones and achievements lately — or at least it definitely seems like it. You're so amazing, I'm in awe of you! And excuse me gay undercover spy WIP sounds amazing please tell me more????
My summer has been pretty chill. I'm actually wrapping up my internship this week. I've been asked to stay on temporarily as a paid volunteer to help make the transition process smoother as new interns come in, and I am officially handing over the baton on Thursday. It's kind of bittersweet! Besides that, I don't really have any summer plans. Besides writing with my writing partner and hanging out with friends! Now that things are slowly opening back up, I've been reaching out to some old high school friends that I haven't talked to in forever and that's been really nice.
What about you? I hope your summer is fantastic!
This post is already super long, so I'll ramble abotu ATB characters in a different post I think. Thanks so much for asking! I've been struggling to figure out how to talk about it and I really appreciate it.
Putting my E3 thoughts under the read more because wow it is a lot of words.
I've been watching bits and pieces of E3. I've never been one to watch it and I usually just caught up with all the news afterwards, but my partner is much more into it than I am so we've been watching some together when we can! I watched the Bethesda and Square Enix showcase yesterday and boy howdy let me tell ya, I was so disappointed! Square Enix makes some of my absolute favorite games and I was really excited for it. I was hoping for some Dragon Quest XII news, or maybe something more about Project Triangle Strategy but all I got was an entire half an hour on the Guardians of the Galaxy game, and then another additional Avengers thing. As someone who is definitely not into the MCU and is super frustrated that all the big movie releases are all MCU movies, I was very unhappy. Everything else in that was also super rushed and not well organized at all. I was pretty disappointed with Life is Strange: True Colors in it too despite being super excited for the game because it just feels like it was all stuff I already knew.
That being said, I did say "I'm going to kill Chaos!" with my partner all day yesterday so it wasn't a complete bust.
I was also hoping for a new Ace Attorney game from Capcom but all we got was the Great Ace Attorney again :c. I'm glad it's coming to the West and all but as a Japanese person I definitely don't need it as much as Americans do sooooo
Now that Square Enix and Capcom have not been it for me, I'm really looking forward to the Nintendo Direct tomorrow. I don't have big hopes, I'm just hoping to be pleasantly surprised since Nintendo has been pretty dry lately too. All I want is an Animal Crossing update that actually adds stuff, something more substantial for Zelda's 35th anniversary than what we've got so far, and maybe some more news on some games I've been anticipating like Baldo and again, Project Triangle Strategy, maybe an Octopath Traveler sequel or a follow up to FE3H but I'm not expecting any of that to actually happen. My partner is also dying for a Metroid thing. I think he's resigned to not hearing anything about Metro Prime 4, so he's just crossing his fingers for some of the older games to make its way over onto the Switch. As always I'm keeping my hopes super low, but it'd be nice to get excited about a game again.
I hope it's more than just the rumored Switch Pro!
(My biggest wildcard wish is for a new Katamari Damacy to be announced. Warioware too but that one is seeming a bit more promising!)
I also just started playing Hades for the first time yesterday and so if it's super disappointing I'm just going to channel it all into that because I am obsessed.

Tumblr media
"Unfortunately no news for us, but I am glad Samus is getting more games. Though they really went all out on the creepy factor... It could be scarier than Fusion..."
Tumblr media
"Some more Mario Party sounds like fun! And another adventure with the Rabbids too is a nice surprise"
Tumblr media
"Though that Kazuya guy scares me... He managed to beat Ganondorf and Captain Falcon and a whole lot of others no problem... He even tried to throw poor Kirby into the lava... We need to watch out for him..."
Tumblr media
"I ain't going to let a freaking maniac like him get the better of me... So what if he has demonic powers? He ain't invincible..."

How would you rank Mona's stories?
7) Smooth Moves
This is the one Mona story I don't really get anything out of. This one just goes against a lot what I like about Mona. To me, she'd be out playing and not be relegated to cheering on some dude we'll never see again. The story isn't even really about her.
The high-school angle is also something that always weirded me out, since it's heavily at odds with how Mona is presented. The amount of jobs she takes, the kind of jobs she takes (treasure hunting and selling it on TV for crying out loud) and being able to drive. High-School at least means she is likely a senior and 18 with those things in mind, which sorta helps to reconcile things, but it's such a weird angle to take.
6) Touched
My problem with this one is more the pacing. Touched has a problem with that in general and Mona got it the worst. It's way too slow and goes on forever, even though it could have easily fit into the usual fast pace of WarioWare cutscenes.
The content itself is fine though. Checks many boxes of her earlier stories, I do like Vanessa quite a bit, we got a Sal Out cameo, really, lots to love here.
5) Game & Wario
More of a single intro scene then a story, but it's neat. I like the presentation and Mona get's to be active and cool, always happy to see that.
4) DIY
We don't have an ending for this one or much cutscene content, but I love this one thematically.
Mona admires Wario for his treasure hunting history and she wants to be like that and here she is making her dreams a reality! Really, if Land and Ware weren't so seperate and Land not on ice, this could have easily been made a transition to put her into Wario Land.
3) Twisted
A better paced variant of her Touched story. Action on the street, a confrontation with rivals, Sal Out, all good stuff. Not super attached to it being a Mona Pizza thing, but I don't mind that being an iconic thing for her.
2) Gold
I defended it in my previous post and to add to this: I do feel Mona having a more relaxed story where we see more of a hobby for her is nice. It also gives them good opportunity to show how her and Joe interact on a casual level, rather then a job based one and it's super wholesome.
The addition of voice acting also does all Gold stories a lot of favors and this one is no exception.
1) Mega Microgames
Still my favorite one.
It's the kind of Mona story I like the most. She's the main female, but get's involved in wacky, action-packed hijynx, instead of something more passive. Her pets are amazing and I really like the added rebellious, almost rowdy vibe Mona has here, I actually miss that.
Above all else it's a great introduction to the character and it's no surprise many are really attached to this side of her, myself included.

Since I'm on a new game and I kind of did this will Apollo Justice I wanted to make another self indulgent first impressions post for Dual Destinies so I could look back on it later djdjfdjejfhw. Also Dual Destinies is so vastly different from the rest of the series so far it deserves it's own post djsjd. It got a little long so I put it under a read more because i understand most people don’t want to see my long ramble dshgjkfh
-The cutscenes are so nice?? But again they were animated by Bones so I'm not that surprised. They know how to animate fire which is one thing that really stood out to me in the opening cutscene.
-Is..is Apollo okay? Does he need help? Please don't shut out your family Apollo.
-I don't like the 3D models. I can get used to them, I know that since I went into the game hating them and now I'm like "Okay they're better on practice" just some of Phoenix's expressions in particular look really weird.
-i can go on a whole tangent about how from a character design standpoint phoenix's new design is not very good but will that stop me from absolutely adoring it? Nope!
-I absolutely adore Athena so far ejdns I hope she's okay she seems like she's been through a lot.
-i hate being like this but if I don't see edgeworth soon I might go feral but I will be patient.
-Phoenix tell Apollo and Trucy they're half-siblings challenge.
-i really like some of the new mechanics djsjd like yes this is a visual novel with very important dialog it SHOULD have a backlog.
-okay don't get me wrong i fucking ADORE voice acting in video games like Warioware Gold made me so happy. But I appreciate Eric Vale as Phoenix I little bit more now. It's not that Sam Riegel is a bad voice actor it's literally just his Phoenix is so vastly different than Phoenix's voice in the trilogy and trilogy Phoenix is peak phoenix when it comes to English voices.
-I'm not holding this against the game because it was 2013 and every game in 2013 on the 3DS was doing this but wow they really went feral with the 3D effects.
-the colors are all really nice I really like them dhdhfhe.
-The notes tab??? That’s wonderful. Especially because sometimes i pass out while playing the games late at night or can’t play the game for a few days due to school work and it’s just really nice having something that can remind me what i need to do.
-Drake...where’s the Examine button?
And I think that's all I really have to say fjshd I feel like I said a lot of negative things but a lot of those negative things are like really small details and i'll get over them lmao. I'm very excited to keep playing and see how these opinions change over time djcjf. I really am enjoying myself I hope that’s coming across djgkfdh.

WarioWare The Series: The Final Season Episodes
28 episodes. Season 1, Season 2, Season 3, Season 4
* = Episodes submitted by @doodlefox-beta ** = Episode submitted by @ichigo-milk
Tumblr media
A Bottle of Soda: After the chaos that was the previous season, all Wario wants is a bottle of his favorite drink. Yet all of Diamond City has stopped selling it, so the big guy sets out to find some before he blows his stack.
Yellow and Black Beebop: Mona and Jimmy T work together to help the bee population, but they succeed too well. Now DC is stuck in a swarmaggeddon, and everyone tries to come up with a way to stop it without getting back to square one.
Dancing with the Demons: It’s Ashley’s first school dance, so she lets Red go in her place. Seems like a good idea as Red becomes the popular one at the hall, but things go sour when a witch child wants him as her servant.
WarioWare, The Anime: Ana becomes obsessed with this new book series and starts to imagine the world of Diamond City as the one in the book. Suddenly she’s thrusted into a quest to save the geisha Mona from the clutches of the Tengu mastermind Big Belly with the help of Cricket.
CatDogFish: Master Mantis and Dribble decide to hang out together by going fishing, which slowly causes a rift between the latter and Spitz. Though Spitz tries to redeem their friendship by catching the most vicious fish around.
Sand Turismo: 9 and 18-Volt wake up in a limo, alone, outside the city limits. There’s mystery afoot, and dinner to get back to, no time to lose!
The Word: Orbulon accidentally says the one word you must never say in public, and this forces the gang to shun him as does everyone in Diamond City. This forces Orbulon on a journey of self discovery to understand the rights and wrongs of speech.
Zine Machine: Lulu and Penny start making a magazine which becomes a huge hit. Such a big hit, that all of Diamond City start to rely on them for the latest of info. Then again, the stuff in this paper was imaginary from the start and the two can only make up so much before things get out of hand.

Monkey’s note: I’d like to thank the many who liked and shared these posts. Apologies for the long wait. A lot of thought and heart went into these for a game IP I honestly love. Especially love that I got requests for episodes to put in these posts, that was a surprise to me really. Above all, if you get a chance to read this, hope you have a good day.
Oh ye, and I’ll see to continue this with another series I’ve had in mind for a while. But I’ll cross that bridge at a later time.
