i haven’t had anything yet today <3 super excited because i’ve finally been restricting for long enough that the urge to eat isn’t as strong anymore
i think the new meds i got put on are definitely helping suppress my appetite though so that’s also a plus

things to do instead of eat
look at instagram. instagram has great th1nsp0, especially when its people you know.
go on tumblr (obviously)
workout. do some light yoga or go for a walk if you’re out of energy.
journal. especially venting. i just use my notes app for this.
drink diet soda or chew some gum.
reorganize your pinterest boards. always takes me hours so it keeps me busy for a while.
take a warm bath or shower. you cant eat if your in the bath.

Idk how to really explain it but being shaky and weak just feels skinny to me. If im not feeling faint and shaky or hungry, then im just disappointed in myself 😃
