So I think the timeline goes:
June 2019- Anne, Sasha and Marcy get stuck in Amphibia
November 2019- True Colors
December 2019- A Very Froggy Christmas
January 2020- Escape to Amphibia
June 2020- A Lying Witch and a Warden
Early July 2020- Agony of a Witch and Young Blood Old Souls
Mid July 2020- Keeping Up A-fear-ances
Late July 2020- Knock Knock Knocking on Hooty's Door, Eclipse Lake and Yesterday's Lie
August 22, 2020- Reaching Out
Early September 2020- The Beginning of the End, All In and The Hardest Thing
Mid September 2020- Labyrinth Runners and Edge of the World
Late September 2020- Clouds Against the Horizon and King's Tide
(Timeskip)
Friday October 29, 2021- the beginning of Thanks To Them where Luz is at school
Saturday October 30, 2021- the middle of Thanks To Them where Luz is helping at Camila's vet clinic
Sunday Halloween, 2021- the end of Thanks To Them where it's Halloween
I'm operating with this until someone comes in with something better.
Does anyone else think it's wack that Lumity dated for like, 2 months before kissing for the first time? And don't give me their age as an excuse, 14-year-olds kiss all the time. But it's ok, they were busy.

Tumblr media
If Marcy and Anne both had an emotional confrontation with Anne and Sasha respectively right before the former pair willingly let themselves be consumed by a giant creature…
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And the first creature was GREEN and purple while the second creature was RED and purple, well…
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think we may already know whose gullet Sasha’s gonna be riding the vore train down

The only thing I want for the end of Amphibia is for the girls to be happy. Whether they're together or they are apart, on Amphibia, Earth, or having adventures on other worlds, as long as they're happy and safe, I'm well served

ALL IN PROMO FRAME-BY-FRAME ANALYSIS BECAUSE FUCK IT I WAS STABBED WITH A FIRE SWORD
This might be in 2-3 parts because of the amount of frames in the promo and the 10 picture limit. This part's going to analyze more blue scenes and CALAMITY Anne :)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The screen caps above are the first new frames that kick off the promo. The castle projects a live video of Andrias announcing to LA, "Hello, earth! Congratulations on being conquered!" It then cuts to Darcy pressing a button which enables the castles cannon to blow up the hollywood sign.
It's very typical of Andrias to say lines like that with a cheery tone, making him appear approachable, yet terrifying with context.
I wonder where Darcy is exactly. It seems like it has a few rooms dedicated for it to roam around. But the setting could also just be a different part of the basement. We also know 2 things:
1) Darcy is watching everything from inside the castle since it knows where the hollywood sign is. And;
2) Darcy seems to have full control of the castles cannon. Or she's closest to the controls of the cannon.
All this depends on if the frames go in chronological order. If not, each scene is happening in different parts of the day and are probably not connected.
Tumblr media
Andrias has upgraded to an Owl House reference, with the thick, purple armor completely devouring him head-to-toe. The suit shares similar shoulder armor as the regular robots, and a sharp maccoroni head with glowing red eyes.
This is the suit we saw being built (or already built) in the background of The Core And The King. The exact scene being when Andrias was chasing leif around the castle. Although I don't recall the suit being purple, they may have painted it later on.
It's worth mentioning that he enters the suit with his crown on his head. Because the Core can communicate with Andrias through the crown, the Core will be able to give commands to Andrias in the suit; Hell, the Core may even be able to see what he sees from inside the suit.
Also, did the flying robots only have one leg the whole time?? Or was that a new design???
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
These are scenes where Anne is in her CALAMITY form, having the intention of defeating Andrias with them. But she clearly struggles trying create a dent on his armor, while also dodging his overwhelming attacks.
This begs the question of how Anne escaped Darcy's grasp to be able to fight Andrias. There's nothing in the promo indicating when or how they escape. I believe It's most likely happening at the same time or after Sasha and Darcy's... Well....
The missiles with eyes are seen in the season 3 opener, and it's cool they actually use them in the finale! Are they coming from the suit Andrias is in, or from the robots??
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Anne makes a superhero landing on a flat, round floor. She has this look of anger in her eyes, and a spark of blue power within her fist. Moments later, the ground is cracked and broken as she quickly rolls towards the edge of the surface.
These 3 frames are most likely happening in the same scene. The sky is very blue and the area has the same perimeter design. It could possibly even be connected to the fight between Anne and Andrias.
This could be a building in LA, but I can't see any building with that roof design in any wideshot of LA. It may be the castle or another one of their ships, but [to me] it doesn't resemble the architecture of Newtopia.
If she started using her powers after the superhero landing, but ran out of energy before the roll, she could possibly be fatigued or even passed out as she rolls over to the edge. And she wouldn't be able to use her powers to fly if she started falling. So the tension and stakes are high at that moment.
If she was holding on and eventually let go, it would be a parallel to Reunion when Sasha let go of Anne at toad tower. And you know the pattern. 1 girl nearly dies each season. It's Anne's turn.
Finally, in background, there are multiple clouds of smoke being produced by multiple fires in LA. They're attacking with no mercy, possible killing tons of people in that scene. Is Anne's home intact? Is anyone intact?
Multiple questions arise. Who is Anne fighting? Who who will save Anne when she she's either holding on for dear life or falling to her death? How much time has passed since they got there?
We'll find out NEXT SATURDAY AT 8:00PM ON DISNEY CHANNEL!!! *A single kazoo*

I think they were planning for Marcy to really die in True Colours, but were forced to write her as having survived in season 3.
Some fans have pointed out how her "death" didn't amount to much, and seemed to just be for shock value, but there is one important thing it accomplished: it incapacitated her for the entire season.
If she was originally written as being dead, then they wouldn't have needed to rewrite much, she plays almost no role in any episode whatsoever. In Olivia and Yunnan, she's just a goal for them to achieve, you could easily replace her with some other ally they need to rescue, or mcguffin they need to retrieve, even the scene of her being possessed could be them getting their mind-control collars put on.
In All In, her character arc was nice, but it didn't affect anything else, it could easily have not been there originally.
In The Hardest Thing, her only role was to be a part of the initial attempt to stop the moon. Again, that could've been done without her, and we would still have Sasha to tell the Plantars what Anne was planning.
Darcy also had no purpose, or reason to exist at all. We were already introduced to the Core's body in season 2, and it was intimidating, we didn't need a new one, especially one that's smaller and much more vulnerable. The Core's been a robot for millennia, why does it all of a sudden "crave a host"? Especially from a race it plans to wipe out? It seemed like an attempt to retroactively insert more Marcy into the season, using a character they'd already included in the story.
It would also fit perfectly with the parallels to Andrias and his friends, as well as the general theme to losing loved ones. Andrias's friends died before he could reconcile with them, just like Marcy would've died before Anne and Sasha could forgive her.
It also would've been the perfect time to kill off a character too. Just as you're moving onto this big war storyline, you show the audience that characters can die, making the stakes feel more real.

Every story starts with a villain, but who was the true villain of this story? Andrias? His father? The Core? Those who created it? Or those who started the madness of using other worlds as fuels? Who was the true mastermind behind all of that?
Andrias is a puppet - dangerous one, but still a puppet. The puppet of his father. But... the father was probably the puppet of his father. And behind all of them was the Core. But what is the Core?
It seems to be some kind of magic computer, who copy the memories of Amphibia kings. But who created it and what was their reasoning? Maybe they wanted future generation to inherit their goal, maybe Core is only a tool programmed to keep future kings in check?
We could see that Core didn't really care about other inhabitants of Amphibia, using them only as slaves and nothing more. And even if during episode with young Andrias we were supposed to see this beautiful world, only to find out that there isn't anything perfect in it? It seems as kind of place when everyone feels pride of who they are, even if their nothing really is perfect. That's textbook case of dystopian world.
And even when we watch current Amphibia the only issues I can see comes from bad political decisions. Their world seems lively and rich. That's not the dying world that needs to still resources from others to survive.
And what Core is doing? It's draining Amphibia.
Personally I think that Core is some kind of parasite and his only goal is to conquer, to use every natural resources that those world had and then abandon them. And it's quite possible that not only Earth, but Amphibia too, is on its list.
Okay, so why someone in Amphibia would ever create computer whose only purpose is to be worldthirsty parasite? That's the question I want Math to answer till the end of the show.

Because of the Lord of the Rings parallel I have a new theory.
They’re going to have to destroy the Calamity box to stop the invasion/save Earth. There may be some sacrifice involved (maybe Darcy is still back in Amphibia.)
But I don’t think they’ll leave us with such a bitter ending. Anne’s calamity powers and her connection with the box will allow her to make a new portal, and they’ll be able to get back to Amphibia.

I bet that the show is gonna end with a old Sprig finishing writing a book before leaving the Room to go play with his children or grandchildren, and then we see the cover of the book and its says something like "the story of a normal girl living in anohter world" or something similar, and its the story of his best friend, of Anne. We can see those drawing pictures we have seen on some outros, sugesting its a children book. The very last scene is the cover of the book and the screen gets dark and enter the end credits, and my screen gets wet with my tears.

no but. in the talent show episode of amphibia. their band used to be called “sasha and the sharps” and then sasha left and they changed it just to “the sharps”, and then sasha jumped in to do the guitar solo as part of “the sharps”. sasha came back but they kept the name changed (into “the sharps”).
it shows how they’re progressing past the unequal relationship of anna & marcy, and sasha on top (”sasha and the sharps”) into being equal and being valued in the same way, just becoming “the sharps”. no one is more important. they’re all equal. the change in the name signifies the change in their relationship, and they all look so much happier for it (and the fact that sasha is okay with the name change shows that she’s happier for the change too - she’s learning to be okay with not being on top, she’s developing as a character).

With the bizarre techno-organic looking creatures the Core is shown sending out against the trio in the promo, it has me thinking. Although considerably different in design, it’s fascinating how similarly alien both they and the Shadowfish look.
Tumblr media
So much so that it makes me look back at a certain old theory in the fandom like my friend @mira-blue outlined once.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After all, Anne was the one who summoned the Shadowfish in the first place during the sleepover episode:
Marcy: “You know, some cultures believe mirrors can ward off malevolent spirits, or summon them.
Tumblr media
And it sure would be fittingly ironic if Anne uses both Sasha and Marcy’s powers to summon the Shadowfish against the Core’s techo-organic creatures, turning the very creatures that granted the Core immortality into its downfall…

There's just one more episode and I hope Sasha and Marcy cling to each other because I want to see their dynamic without Anne, please let them spend time together 🥺

I just had a terrible realization. Nothing about Anne's powers imply she can enter Marcy's mind... Which means that there's a distinct possibility that Anne will have to become part of the core to save Marcy. Sasha seems to be shocked multiple times in the Darcy fight. There's a distinct possibility that there'll be a Sasha v Darcy & Danne fight while Marcy & Anne try to escape. Since the core can view memories, it could even know that Sasha can't bring herself to hurt Anne. Scared Now.
What if the illusion is Sasha's parents, so Sasha can't bring herself to face them?
Then Anne is the one that arrives at the scene. Noticing that Sasha is paralyzed out of fear, she reminds her of all the times she was stubborn and brave "You are right! I never give up!" And she destroys the core's illusion.
After that Anne is the one goes inside the mind part where Darcy is while Sasha fights Darcy outside herself to distract her.
Another option is that Sasha is the one that goes inside after Anne is already there and is the one who finally frees Marcy, following what "The Begginning of the End" set up. That could be a great conclusion for her arc+ adressing the parallels between Marcy and Sasha's characters.
