OH ALSO I had an idea where Candace teaches Phineas and Ferb how to drive (which you would think wouldn't be necessary cause of all their driving space ships and stuff but driving a normal car without any tech is HARD) and how cute that would be. And like, you'd think Phineas would be a speed demon and bad at driving but its actually Ferb who wants to go like 90 in a 45 and Phineas has driving anxiety and is actually so SO careful. I just wanted to tell you about that that's all <3
You and me are on the same wavelength forever and ever, my friend!!!
Listen, remember "My Ride from Outerspace?" Ferb is like that with a normal car all the time! His speeding is worst than anyone else in the family, AND he's always his friend groups chauffeur, unfortunately. He and Isabella split the difference, actually. The boy is a man of action, and his action is trying to go faster than the speed of light in a regular, non-modefied station wagon. Because of this, Linda and Lawrence have forbade him from getting a motorcycle.
You're completely right, Phineas is the most careful with major anxiety, he won't even have the radio on just in case he gets distracted. (Ferb always has his on full blast, Isa has her radio on a normal volume, Buford listens to podcasts in different languages when he's on his electric scooter, and Baljeet alternates between academic lectures and full blown, full bass hard rock.) Phineas is the most careful and drives like a little old lady, which actually little old ladies of Danville find annoying as hell.
Candace is such a backseat driver when teaching her brothers, she's trying her best to be supportive, really. She starts with Phineas parallel parking in front of the house, like Lawrence did with her, and it's the most careful, slowest, tiny adjustments, parallel parking of her life. Ferb does it in one go, perfectly, but somehow there are fast tire marks on the asphalt.
Perry is in the backseat with whoever isn't driving at the moment, because for some reason the mindless platypus wouldn't let them leave without him. (Perry wants to see his kids succeed! He missed a lot of big Candace moments like this because of OWCA, he refuses to miss any of Phineas or Ferb's!) He almost breaks cover twice, once when Phineas was driving, just to sign to tell him to speed up, once when Ferb was driving, so he could write a new Will, just in case!

PNF & MML ‘lalala’ and ‘okokok’ duos
If you aren’t on TikTok this was a trend a couple of months ago, basically the ‘lalala’ person is the more excitable one who talks a lot and ‘okokok’ is the one who listens. Anyway here’s the ones I can think of (feel free to add)
Phineas & Ferb (probably the best example)
Milo & Melissa
Candace & Jeremy
Baljeet & Buford
Doof & Perry
Cavendish & Dakota (depending on the episode the dynamic can alternate)

GUYSSSS I think I’m sort of coming up with a plot for my PnF monster AU
So at birth everyone is given a blessing and a curse. The curse is their physical “defects” (e.i Isabella’s mermaid tail, Doof’s demon hands, etc) and the blessing is the powers that come with it. In rare cases some people are just given only a curse or a blessing (Carl only got the curse, yes he can communicate with animals but anyone can learn how to do that in this world). Even for family, everyone gets a different blessing and curse, which is why Phineas and Candace are different species.
Children in this world are taught how to keep their powers in check so they’re not considered “freaks”, but Phineas and Ferb being the “we do our own thing and play by our own rules” kind of kids they are, they never listened and taught themselves how to control their magic on their own. Of course Isabella, Baljeet, and Buford got roped into this dynamic as well and they became the outcasts. Candace has always gotten onto them about ditching their magic lessons, but she’s secretly jealous that they’re not ashamed of who they are and can proudly use their powers.
But the problem is that once they’re older, their powers grow and become harder to control. For Phineas his powers are more controlled by his emotions, which isn’t too bad since he’s normally a happy person. But since he’s a teenager and has those mood swings, he can get pretty angry and that triggers his inner wolf. Isabella has difficulty remembering certain spells (as mentioned she can’t remember the one that transforms her into a human). Buford being a centaur cyclops especially has moments where he just completely loses it and goes on a rampage.
No one except close friends knew about the gang practicing magic on their own but if they’re discovered, they would have to be taken away to be “fixed” (which means either be taught the proper way or have their powers taken away and be left with just their curses).

Daily Doodle! 2/18/18
@dawhitebag you’ve been drawing Baljeet a bit lately, and it reminded me how much I loved him. So I drew Baljeet from the (3rd?) dimension. (the dimension covered in gelatin from the video game). Man, I’ve been so EXHAUSTED and busy this week that I hardly got a chance to draw! (But I did get a few cool sketches of other Baljeets to work on so, there will probably be more of those to come this week!)

Absolutely love how no matter what alternate universe it is, Baljeet and Buford do something together. the au episodes rly said do not separate. even more then PnF with Perry and Candace. Temple of Juatchadoon my beloved i am fixing the fact that the Flynn-Fletchers aren't siblings and they don't know Perry. but yet Buford and Baljeet still do river-boating as a business together.
they're each others emotional support nerd/bully and the writers legally cannot keep them apart for any significant length of time or they get sad

Random (but Canon) Facts About Isabella Garcia-Shapiro
(I got bored during work and jotted a buncha stuff down - I'll admit I was inspired by @metaphor-cheese's hot take about how Isabella should've been developed more. Some of these facts are elements about Isabella that I do wish were explored more, though a lot of these are just fun, random tidbits of information that aren't in any particular order. There will also be some Phinabella stuff, but we already know she has a crush on Phineas so I'm not gonna put that on this list.
Also keep in mind, "facts" is being used loosely here - if there's anything you disagree with on this list, feel free to say whatever. This is just stuff I remembered from the top of my head and verified, but some of this stuff could be interpreted differently.)
Isabella is very competitive ("Got Game", "Put That Putter Away", "Brain Drain", etc)
She is/was claustrophobic ("Knot My Problem")
Is a maladaptive daydreamer [though this mostly confides to her trips down "Phineasland"] ("Isabella and the Temple of Sap", "Bee Story")
Has an intense fear of failure ("Bee Story", "Where's Perry Part 1")
Speaks a little French ("Buford Confidential")
Is Mexican-Jewish
Celebrate Hannukah ("Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation!")
Makes/creates Mexican-Jewish delicacies ("It's No Picnic")
Has an interest in unicorns ("Doofania", "Out of Toon")
Her cuteness is stronger than that of Cuteonium, an element said to be the most powerful cute source ever ("Meapless in Seattle")
Can switch from an adorable girl voice to an intense, low-pitched masculine one ("It's a Mud, Mud, Mud, Mud World", "For Your Ice Only")
Doesn't like it when other people use her catchphrase, and can sense when others use it [the exceptions being Phineas, possibly Baljeet, and Buford during "La Candace Cabra" while she was absent] ("Out of Toon", "Suddenly Suzy", "Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation!")
Has a bamboo named Bambina ("The Curse of Candace")
Believes that referring to one's self in the third person is fun [but admits that it's "not a hard and fast rule" when it comes to the likes of her dog Pinky ("Isabella and the Temple of Sap")]
Knows a lot about vehicles, from race cars to spaceships ("The Fast and the Phineas", "The Secret of Success", "Candace Against the Universe", etc.)
Excels in math, particularly triangulation ("Night of the Living Pharmacists")
Finds triangles to be an attractive aspect ("It's No Picnic")
Really Likes Puns ("De Plane! De Plane!", "It's No Picnic", etc)
Is an overachiever ("Bee Story", "Where's Perry Part 1", "Act Your Age", etc.)
Likes the spotlight, and dislikes when others take it from her, intentionally or otherwise ("The Chronicles of Meap", "We Call it Maze", "Suddenly Suzy", etc.)
Loves spectating/participating in extreme sports/activities ("Got Game", "Return Policy", etc.)
Likes strawberry ice cream ("Ferb Latin")
Plays soccer ("My Fair Goalie", "Act Your Age")
Can be distractable, particularly when it comes to Phineas [though there is at least one instance where she's distractable on her own] ("Isabella and the Temple of Sap", "Bee Story", "Mission Marvel", "Last Day of Summer" etc.)
Believes that cute nicknames are embarrassing ("Operation Crumb Cake")
Visits her Nana in the retirement home often ("Operation Crumb Cake")
Wants Candace to plan her[s] (and Phineas') wedding ("Candace's Big Day")
Believes one woman's capris pants is another's regular-sized pants for girls with short legs ("Last Day of Summer")
Has had her tonsils removed ("I Scream, You Scream")
Doesn't consider Baljeet cute ("Bully Bust")
Buford owns a plus-size version of Isabella's dress that, when pulled inside out, doubles as a goat costume ("La Candace Cabra")
Alternatively, Isabella can swiftly change from her normal attire to her Fireside Girl's uniform by pulling up her belt [and the hat? Cartoon logic, I can't explain that any other way] ("Night of the Living Pharmacists")
Considers not having to earn every Fireside Girls patch to be a ridiculous notion, and even outright horrifying ("Bee Story", "Where's Perry Part 1")
Isabella thinks that swapping bodies with an animal is considered cool ("Does This Duckbill Make Me Look Fat?")
Likes going to the pool, and has one in her backyard ("Rollercoaster", "Get Ready for the Betties", "Day of the Living Gelatin", etc.)
Looks forward to middle school ("Cranius Maximus")
Has memorized Phineas' Summer wardrobe by name and color ("Save Summer")
Has used patch related threats ("Candace Against the Universe")
There is most certainly more, these are just the ones I thought of on the top of my head. Again, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I did double-check these but I could be misinterpreting some things and that's fine (except the goat-costume thing. That's the one thing you're not gonna sway me against, so don't even waste your time).
Also, feel free to add more facts and stuff if you want. :3

A list of the things that are clearly different from canon in the Carpe Diem AU
- Ferbnessa does not exist. That was a useless ship.
- Bujeet does exist. They make a pretty good enemies to lovers arc.
- Perry was a quadruped until Doof accidentally hit him with the Anthropomorphinator at the end of Season 1. It also hit a bunch of other animals, who were located and accepted into the newly-formed OWCA to fight the evildoers that were popping up everywhere nowadays. (While this occured before canon time, in vanilla PnF there was a flashback scene to six years ago in which a clearly anthropomorphic Perry was hired by OWCA to fight Doof.)
- Ever since Gaming the System, Phineas wore a dress and Isabella wore a suit to any fancy occasion. This includes several of the ones they didn’t originally wear anything fancy to.
- Phinabella was executed a little better. They met a little before the show started, barely recognizing each other when Isabella first peeks over the fence to check out what Phineas is doing. At some point Isabella realizes her crush on Phineas. A little ways later, Phineas realizes his crush on Isabella. They’re just a bunch of mutually pining idiots for a while, enjoying their time with each other and having long talks with Ferb about what the heck they’re supposed to do. The ship is only fully realized at the end of the show, but that’s still well before it was in vanilla.
- AYA and Time Travel 2: Quantum Boogaloo are non-existent and completely ignored.
- The New Year’s episode, being the finale, was a lot more hyped-up and drawn out. It was the length of a full episode, everyone dressed up fancy (or at least fancier than usual), and the ball had a room inside of it covered in screens. Now, there’s no evidence that this didn’t happen in vanilla, but Phineas kissed Isabella at midnight right in front of the camera this time. …This was also used to draw attention away from the image of Perry kissing Doof on top of a chair on a screen in the background just slightly out of the frame. Buford and Baljeet get to dance in the song, which was probably extended. Candace and Jeremy probably still kissed in the song, but it would have to have been pushed back a little bit, because the episode ended after Ferb’s line “I’d rather think of New Year’s as an unspoiled universe.”
- Doof gives up evil significantly later and less abruptly than in vanilla (although still well before the finale).
- The enemies to lovers arcs are more defined. I know I tend to float through canon and not pay attention to what’s going on until people are getting redeemed, but the arcs were a little weird in vanilla. They were played out like a ship since the beginning, or willingly stood next to each other despite being sat on a few episodes ago, or had one of them go from yelling at the other to comparing them to a married couple with very little warning, or punched each others’ lights out two minutes after a heartfelt reunion. It moved back and forth in jerks, going in one direction on average but still oscillating constantly. Things will always be weird, but it’ll be nice to have the arcs be a little bit smoother.
- While it’s technically not PnF canon, the MML crossover thing never happened. MML was still going on in the background, but the storyline sort of bent around it. They did, however, interact a little outside of that major crossover. Also, at some point someone was checking through some alternate universes for some reason, and there was one where pistachio monsters took over the earth, so there may have been time travel shenanigans involved in the reason why the crossover didn’t happen.

Act Your Age is one of the last episodes of P&F, showing what happens in the future when Isabella is going to go to college. It is a bit of a hot topic in the fandom for several writing decisions (between them, Phineas and Isabella only getting together at the end of the ep, Ferb & Vanessa canon, Baljeet has a girlfriend, Buford's thin) and depending on who you ask, it's either a sweet sendoff to the series and a good conclusion to its plot threads, or absolutely terrible. Personally, I am very glad it got kind of retconned in Milo Murphy's Law as an alternative timeline.
Hey, I'm glad Vanessa snagged her british shota after all, good for her, good for her.
I have no meaningful opinions on anything else presented, tbh, but it seems very good that it was retconned into ~one of many possible futures~ or whatever, since siloing the characters into a set future timeline seems... IDK? Inappropriate to the nature of the show? The openness and infinite possibilities were kind of a major theme lol

So… I clicked on your Marvel tag and, because I am a cruel, cruel person, what do you think would happen if Perry, Candace, and Vanessa got snapped instead of Phineas, Ferb, and Dr. Doofenshmirtz? Obviously, the gang probably wouldn’t remain completely intact, so one or more of Isabella, Buford, and Baljeet would have also been dusted. Like, Candace and Vanessa would end up the same age as Phineas and Ferb, and Doof would lose his entire support system (except maybe Norm).
ooh throwback to the first snap au 👀
First of all, HOW DARE YOU
Secondly, I think this would throw off the PnF gang just as much as losing Phineas and Ferb would but in a completely different way. I think losing Candace would really dull the boys' spark, and they'd really stop wanting to build things. The rest of the gang (whoever's left of it, at least) would want to be there for them, but they'd be facing their own losses as well, and I think eventually they'd stop hanging out too much. They'd be friendly enough at school, but by the time they've started recovering emotionally, their friendship would pretty much be over. One day they'll look back on it as just a summer thing when they were kids.
I think what happens to Doof is entirely dependant on who remains at OWCA. The best case scenario (for him, at least) would probably be if Monty, Mrs. Monogram, and Carl were all snapped out of existence, leaving Major Monogram with pretty much nothing left. I think they might be able to help each other if they're both feeling the same loss because they'd both need someone to lean on. But if any of Monogram's family or friends (well, friend. there's Carl. other than that, he has no friends) survive, Monogram will doubtlessly lean on them instead.
I think the other possible alternative where Doof comes out on top (or, you know, not on the bottom) is if Monty loses everyone he loves. He doesn't necessarily have the best relationship with his parents, but he loves them despite Major Monogram's their flaws. If Carl gets snapped, too, Monty would naturally be the next in line to take over OWCA. I don't think he'd want to, but I think he'd feel compelled to when he saw the messes that were the OWCA agents and the LOVEMUFFIN scientists. Half of them will have lost their nemesis, you know? They need guidance. And if Monty's in charge, he's going to make it his personal duty to keep track of who's alive and who's not, so he'd keep an eye on all the scientists.
I have to think he wouldn't know who's been snapped? I'm assuming OWCA would be in contact with Fury and Monty would know what's going on, but Fury wouldn't have all the answers so Monty would have to go to all the scientists' empty lairs when he doesn't hear from them. He wouldn't want to go to Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc after losing Vanessa, but it's been dead silent here anyway; it'll just be a quick-in, quick-out (and maybe a brief conversation with Norm).
Obviously, that's not the case; Doof is just sitting there in the dark — and probably crying if he has any tears left. They both love Vanessa, they both like Perry, and they both have complicated-but-probably-positive relationships with Major Monogram, so they'd have a lot in common. I think Monty would take pity on him and sit down with him and just hang out. There'd be some talking, maybe some crying, probably a lot of silence, but in the end, they'd both appreciate the other's company, and I think that might almost evolve into a substitute father-child relationship to make up for the ones they just lost. It's not the same, but they have to make due where they can, right?
Alternatively, maybe there's nobody left for Doof. Maybe there is, but they don't want anything to do with him. Either way, Doof would be all alone, and maybe he'd want to let it that way. Maybe he'd unplug the phone. Maybe he'd put a sign on the door asking for people to stay away. Maybe he'd turn Norm off. He'd cope by shutting everyone out — not that there's really anyone left for him to let in anyway — and fall into a deep, years-long hopeless depression. I don't think there's a single possible outcome where he thrives; I think it's just a matter of how much he suffers.
I do have to wonder if it would be a possibility for him to reconnect with his blood family. I'd hope he wouldn't want to see his parents, but he still loves his mother and he still respects his father; maybe he would want to if they'd want to see him. Maybe Roger got snapped and Heinz tries to talk to his parents about it. Maybe it goes well; maybe they call him a schnitzel and kick him out because they're grieving, too, and they don't have time for him. Alternatively, maybe Roger survives and he loses everyone close to him. Maybe Melanie gets snapped away and he loses his closest friend/maybe girlfriend. Maybe their parents are snapped away, too, and Heinz is the only one he knows would understand. (Bear in mind that Roger really doesn't understand the scope of their parents' hatred for Heinz; he knows he was the favorite but he doesn't seem to have much of a grasp on just how miserable Heinz's childhood was. Because Heinz still wants his parents' love and respect, I don't think Roger will ever really understand what his brother went through.) I don't know if Heinz would accept an olive branch from his brother. I do think that if it went the other way, Roger would accept one from Heinz. If Heinz decides he'd like Roger back in his life, I think it would work out.
I think the interesting part would be what happens afterwards. Perry obviously fits like a glove. His boys love him; Doof would literally have mourned him until his own dying day if that's how it played out; Candace didn't even realize they were both gone. He'd be upset to have missed such a big part of his boys' lives, but overall, things would be fine.
Candace, meanwhile, would probably have the hardest time adjusting. Her annoying little brothers aren't even little anymore, for god's sake! And they'd be do different, too. No more building; no more little posse of kids; everything changed in literally the blink of an eye for her. And what about Jeremy? What if he didn't get blipped and he found someone else? He'd be thrilled to see her again, obviously, but probably not enough to break up with whoever he's seeing right now. Alternatively, maybe Jeremy got blipped and Little Suzie didn't, so she and Jeremy can bond over their little siblings growing up so fast.
I think the only one(s?) who would have it worse would be the ones from the main gang that got blipped. They'd all been in elementary school together, and now some of them are in high school. They might all try to become friend again and maybe it works for the older kids, but it's such a big gap in both age and maturity that I don't think they'd ever be the same. The blipped kid(s) would probably have to make new friends and start all over.
Vanessa would be welcome back with open arms. Then those arms would wrap around her and not let her go until she was literally about to pass out from lack of oxygen. If Monty wasn't blipped, he definitely would have moved on, but I'd like to think they'd still be friends? I also think seeing Ferb all grown up (or, you know, 14ish years old) might expedite the dating process. I also think that would make Candace incredibly uncomfortable — more so than I think it did in canon because not only is that her friend and her little brother, but it's a reminder that he's really not that little anymore.
I'd like to think that if Doof did make friends with someone (one of the Monogram boys or Roger), they stay friends. It absolutely boggles Vanessa's mind when she comes back to it, but it just makes Perry happy to see that he wasn't completely miserable. I don't think he'd go back to evil, but he and Perry would still hang out (and it would take Perry a while to get used to the idea of going to DEI without getting trapped). Vanessa might kill her dad when she finds out he turned Norm off to mope in peace, but they'd dust him off and turn him back on and they'd explain everything to him.
I don't think things would ever go back to the way they were, but, ultimately, I think it would all be fine. It'll take a few years, but I think everyone would ultimately adjust just fine to their new lives.

@beaker09  made a list of Phinabella-themed prompts to draw for each week of December (there's a link to it below). I want to do at least one more but this might be the only one I end up doing. The prompt for this week was "alternate universe" and since I've been really into Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra lately I decided to draw Phineas and Isabella in that universe. I know this concept has been done before by a lot of people already but I just really liked the idea. I drew Phineas as an airbender and Isabella as a waterbender because those best match their personalities in my opinion. I plan on drawing other P&F and MML characters at some point. I know I want Ferb, Monogram, and Amanda to be metalbenders; Milo, Mort, and Chad airbenders; Candace a firebender; Buford an earthbender; and Baljeet, Carl, and Stacy non-benders. I'm not 100% sure about anyone else (For Doof I'm leaning towards firebender but part of me wants him to be a bloodbender just so we can have the "why are you hitting yourself" scene). Tell me in the comments what you think some characters would be.
(BTW, the second and third pics are just close ups of the first pic) Prompt list: https://www.instagram.com/p/CHOO99HJBTj/
