May I? - Chloe Kelly
Tumblr media
Prompt 70 - “Can I kiss you?”
Italics = German
Reader is playing for Germany in the Euros final playing against Chloe, her girlfriend. Chloe has had enough of hiding your relationship and asks to kiss you.
_________________________
This was a match that you were dreading. You had to play against your girlfriend, Chloe and try to beat her. The worst part was that you didn’t know how each other would react when the other lost.
Neither team had managed to score within the first half of the match which soon changed in the 62nd minute when Ella Toone scored a goal assisted by Keira Walsh.
After that goal you got subbed on in place of Lea Shuller, with hopes that you would equalise and maybe even win Germany the match.
Fortunately for Germany, Lina Magull scored an amazing goal assisted by none other than yourself. It was now 1 - 1. You just had to get at least another goal to get above England.
_________________________
The game went into an extra 5 added minutes.
As you ran through some of the England players, you got just outside of the penalty box when you got brought down by Lucy Bronze which awarded Germany with a free kick in a rather dangerous area.
You got told to take the free kick and suddenly all the pressure was on you. You took two steps backwards and one to the left as you took a deep breath you ran up to the ball, kicking it hoping it would go into the goal…it didn’t.
“Fuck! Stupid! Fucking idiot!” You muttered to yourself angrily as it got announced that the game would go into extra time.
_________________________
It was now the 110th minute of the match, everyone was starting to get really tired and it showed because none other than your girlfriend, Chloe Kelly scored a banger of a goal.
Once Chloe had scored, she whipped off her shirt and ran around waving it in celebration which is when you struggled to hold back a smile because of how happy she looked but thankfully you did.
The match went on for another 13 minutes but you could feel that your team had given up hope, Germany had lost to England.
_________________________
When that final whistle blew signalling the end of the game you collapsed sobbing into the pitch floor. You knew that this was a possibility but it actually happening was horrible, I mean 2nd place was alright but being the Champions of Europe would have been a hell of a lot better.
You sat up and wiped your tears with the edge of your shirt, looking around the stadium, most of the fans were there supporting England, they were singing Sweet Caroline at the top of their lungs. You did love how passionate fans were when their team wins a major tournament.
Out of the corner of your eye you could see a little girl holding a sign asking for your jersey, even though you were an absolute mess you would do anything for your fans especially for the younger ones. One of the things you were well known for was how much you would do for the fans, depending on how much time there was you would try to get to almost everyone that you could because you knew that without them playing football professionally wasn’t possible.
You stood up quickly taking off your jersey as you walked over to the little girl who was buzzing with excitement because you were walking towards her which made you smile. You saw that the sign was written in German, so you started to speak to the little girl in German.
“Hello! Did you enjoy the game?” You bent down to the little girl’s level so she could hear you speaking. “YES! You were amazing! You're my favourite player ever!” The little girl shouted with pure excitement, to her she was in shock that she was actually speaking to you. “I guess because you're my number one fan you deserve a little present. Also, what’s your name, little one?” You say with a huge smile as you place your jersey on the small barrier so you could write a little message to the little girl.
“REALLY?! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! My name is Elke!” She shouted so loudly as you wrote a small message on the jersey saying that you would never forget your number one fan. “Of course! Thank you for coming to the game, I hope to see you again!” Your grin got wider as Elke talked to you as you handed her your game-worn jersey and lent over the barrier to give the little girl a hug.
_________________________
After walking away from Elke, the little girl who was such an avid fan at such a young age, you found yourself surrounded with a few of your Man City teammates who gave you sad smiles and quick hugs before you saw Chloe in all her glory.
Even though you had just lost the game you were incredibly proud of Chloe, I mean how could you not be? She was amazing and was finally getting the recognition that she deserved.
Chloe walked over to you wrapping you up in a hug and rubbed you back in comfort as you started crying into her shoulder. “I’m sorry for crying. I’m not even that sad that we lost, I'm just so proud of you.” You whisper into her ear making sure to cover your mouth so none of the cameras picked up what you were saying. “Thank you, baby could I-….can…Can I kiss you?” Chloe asks you emotionally as she squeezes you in the hug and you nod yes.
The both of you pulled back slightly from the hug so you could look at each other which you did lovingly. Chloe places her hand on your right cheek rubbing your cheekbone with her finger before leaning in and kissing you like it was your wedding night.

Requested by WillBillCip3r on my Ao3
Forced
Everyone always knew that Marinette had an Anxiety Disorder. It had always been hard for her to talk to people she didn’t know and she was always worried that she messed up or did something wrong even with the people she did know.  It was one of the reasons her friends pushed her out of her comfort zone so much, to, “help her see outside of her anxious bubble and live a life filled with fun and good memories”.  Even though she was new, Alya knew that she had this disorder too, and she thought, like many others in world, that it was “curable”.  According to Alya, Marinette didn’t need medication or any of the other things doctors prescribed to her.  In fact, she was often just, “overreacting about things”.  All she needed to do was breathe or meditate, focus on the positive, learn to stop doubting herself, eat healthy, and get over her fears.  Afterall, to Alya, anxiety was a choice, it was escapable, and it was a problem Marinette created for herself, nothing more and nothing less.  Which is why she pushed Marinette so hard to talk to Adrien.  But she noticed things had begun to change around them ever since Lila came, things had been so different.
Marinette never talked to the class much anymore except for a select few.  She also noticed that Marinette and Adrien have been talking more, but there seemed to still be some tension between the pair.  And Alya wanted to hang out with her friend again, and wanted to help her get the guy she loved.  So with the help of the rest of the class, sans Chloe, Sabrina, and Lila because she needed to help at a charity, they began their plan.
“Alya, I already told you I don’t want to!”
Marinette yelled as the girls began to help Marinette into a beautiful baby-blue dress, tie her hair in a neat fishtail braid, and put on makeup.  Alya wasn’t listening though, in fact she was texting Nino and the guys to make sure that they were able to get Adrien out of his prison of a manor and towards the Pont des Arts.  When she got the thumbs up she turned back towards the chaos with a wide grin.
“Alright Marinette, we’re going to help you to confess to Adrien once and for all!”
Alya declared with cheers from the other girls.  Marinette pailed and tried to push the others away, but they moved away before Marinette could reach them, already finished beautifying their best friend.
“Alya I can’t!”
She yelled looking around the room as if looking for a means of escape.  Alya sighed and rolled her eyes.
“Yes you can gurl!  I know you’re scared, but we’ve got you.  We promise that you will be able to do it this time! We’ll be there every step of the way.”
She said in her best supportive voice.  Goodness this girl needed to learn to just chill and trust herself, Alya thought as she turned away.
“Alright, put these on!”
Rose cheered, handing Marinette the pair of heels they selected for her. “I can’t wear those, I’ll break my ankle.”
“Nonsense.”
Alya said with a wave of her hand.
“They’re only five inches, you’ll look great!”
Marinette looked around the room as her Anxiety spiked through her.  She hadn’t been on good terms with her class for months, and now here they were, forcing her to do something she desperately didn’t want to do once again.  She honestly wouldn’t mind throwing up right now, but she was afraid that even that wouldn’t deter them from making her do this.  They always forced her to do things she didn’t want to do, and while some of the things were enjoyable, she wished that she hadn’t done half of them—not including the Adrien plans, she hadn’t wanted to do any of them.  The heels were quickly forced onto her feet and the next thing she knew was that she was being rushed out of her own home.  Marinette wanted to cry, because this was supposed to be her safe space, but after this she wasn’t sure if it could ever be again.
What would Damian think?  He was supposed to visit her tomorrow; what if he wanted nothing to do with her after this?  Would he believe that she hadn’t wanted to do this?  Would he be mad at her?
She didn’t have a long time to think all if those through because the next thing she knew she was stumbling along the pavement towards the Pont des Arts where André the icecream man was waiting along with a confused Adrien.  Her stomach clenched with fear and anticipation.  This wasn’t how this night was supposed to go, in fact tonight she planned to just chill and draw new designs while listening to music at her desk.
She looked around with pleading eyes, hoping that they wouldn’t force her to go through with their insane plan.  She and Adiren had just figured out each other’s identity and have been trying to better understand each other so they could work better as a team.  Adrien said he was finally getting over her, and she was already dating Damian, so they had to figure out what their relationship would be so that the balance wouldn’t tip over.  The next thing she knew she was pushed sharply towards the stairs that led up to the bridge and when Alya pulled her phone out she knew she wasn’t going to be able to escape this.
Slowly she climbed the stairs, trying her very best not to fall over herslef in the too tall and painful shoes as she made her way towards Adrien.  Each step she took, each clack clack of the heels on the wood seemed to be her signature that spelled her impending doom.  Her eyes stung with unshed tears, her stomach ached with the fear and stress she was trying so desperately to suppress, her breathing felt stilted and wrong, and her head was pounding and screaming at her about her betrayal and everything that was going to go wrong!
“Marinette?”
Adiren called out in shock when he saw her, but there was a shimmer of hope and happiness.  And that was the final straw her stomach decided as her mind told her that this would be the reason the balance of the universe was about to tip.  She nearly tripped as she ran to the edge of the bridge and emptied the contents of her stomach as tears began to stream down her cheeks and everyone watching simply froze.  But Alya kept recording, maybe this would still work.  Adrien would comfort her and they would fall in love!  But the others knew that this wasn’t going to work, they knew that it was time that this plan came to a close because Marinette was dry-heaving into the river, she was a sobbing mess with her make-up completely messed up, and they knew that she would want absolutely no one seeing her like that, especially in public.
“Marinette, are you okay?”
Adrien all but yelled running to her side.  She turned her head away, cheeks red in an ashamed embarrassment.
“Can you tell me if there’s anyone you want me to call?”
He asked as the other girls began to surround her, but she pushed them all away.  They were the reason she was in this predicament afterall.
“D-Damian.”
She all but whimpered.  She was so embarrassed that she was honestly considering jumping past the gate and into the water if only to get away in front of the crowd of classmates.
“Alright.”
Adrien said softly as he pulled out his phone and called the number she had given him in case of an emergency and she was unable to call this person herself.  All he knew was that he was important and that he was one of the reasons they were able to have connections to the Justice League after so many years of silence.  As Adrien made the call and began to mutter quietly into the phone Alya came up to her, camera still recording.
“Come on Marinette, you can do it!  Go tell him!”
She encouraged her friend, but Marinette just started to cry again.
“Alya, turn that thing off!  It’s over, it didn’t work!  Just let her be; can’t you see that this was pushed way too far?!”
Nino yelled while trying to yank the phone out of his girlfriend's grip.  Alya just rolled her eyes and yanked the phone from his hand.
“It’s not my fault that she keeps working herself up!  She just needs to learn how to keep herself calm.”
Nino stared at her in shock.
“Alya, you know what Anxiety is right?”
“Yea, it’s when you're overly nervous.  Look, I know Marinette is more anxious than others, but honestly she just needs to learn to control it, then she’ll be fine.”
The others were staring at her now like she had grown a third head.
“Alya, how do you know when Anxiety becomes a mental disorder?”
Alya rolled her eyes,
“Anxiety really isn’t a mental disorder, people just say that so they have an excuse to be scared of the world.  Besides, Marinette doesn't have it, she’s one of the most social people I know!”
Marinette was shivering now.  Marinette had always tried her very best to not let her Anxiety rule her life.  She tried her best to do things her brain constantly tried forceing her not to do.  She’s able to be social, she’s able to work the counter at the bakery, she’s able to be the president at her school, but that doesn’t mean it’s non-existent.  Did Alya really believe that she was faking this the entire time, that the way she reacted to things was completely her choice?
The argument was getting louder, her breath faster, her head was pounding, and she didn’t know how much longer she could stay standing while wearing these devil shoes.
“Marinette!”
She heard a familiar voice shout and her head shot up as she watched a man with black hair, green eyes, dressed in a nice suit run towards her.  She tried to push herself away from the railing to meet him halfway, but when she took a step she collapsed from the pain radiating from her feet and ankles.  He was at her side before anyone else could help her up, checking her over for any injuries before cradling her into his lap and picking her up.
“Why are you in a suit?”
Marientte muttered as she wrapped her arms around her boyfriend’s neck and snuggled her face against his shoulder.
“There was a charity gala, which was why I wanted to visit you tomorrow.”
Marinette hummed as she tried to match her breathing to Damian’s own breath.
“Are you okay Angel?”
“Better now that you’re here.”
Damian gave her a small smile before turning to the class who were currently gobsmacked.
“Which of you are the reason My Angel was having a panic attack?”
Damian looked around at everyone and saw that they all wore a guilty expression, except the Agreste boy, he looked more confused than anything.
“What do you think you’re doing?!”
A bespeckled girl yelled out from the crowd, her eyes squinted into a frankly unintimidating glare.  Damian rolled his eyes.
“Keeping Marinette safe.  Obviously she does not wish to be here.”
“Look here kid,”
Damian sent her one of his darkest glares which made her pause for only a second before continuing,
“We have been planning this moment for so long, and we will not allow you to ruin it!”
Damian raised a brow and turned to Agreste, he shrugged still unsure of what was supposed to happen.
“And what was this plan exactly?”
“I’m not allowed to say, that would break the girl code.”
Damian rolled his eyes and looked at Marinette, his eyes becoming gentle as he stared at her curled up form.
“They want me to confess that I’m in love with Adrien when I’m not.  They wouldn’t listen to me though.”
Damian nodded, he remembered the stories she told him about how they would force her to go through with their crazy and convoluted schemes when she didn’t want or have the time to.
“I see, well, I’m sure she’s already told Agreste this, but she doesn't feel that way for him anymore, and since I know you won’t listen to or believe what either of us will say, we will be taking our leave.  We ask that you please leave her alone until she wishes to see any of you again.”
Damian said in a tone that accepted no argument, but Alya never cared about things like that.
“You can’t do that!  I’ll call the police and have them arrest you for kidnapping!”
Damian rolled his eyes and flicked his wrist flippantly as he walked past her.
“Do as you wish, but know that you would only look like a fool for doing so.”
Alya was about to follow them and rip marinette right out of his arms, but Adrien held her back.
“Alya, that’s her boyfriend.”
He whispered into her ear.  Alya turned around and looked at him with shock.
“I thought she had told you.  But we actually talked about it a while ago.  I know she had a crush on me, but she doesn’t anymore.  Also, you should probably learn more about Anxiety before you go around saying that, ”people only use it as an excuse for attention”.
And with that, Adrien left the bridge and went back to his house.  The others stared back at him, shocked.  They hadn’t realized how far apart they had drifted from each other until now.  Little by little, everyone left the bridge lost in thought till only Alya was left, standing there and wondering how everything backfired so terribly.

Fire Emblem Engage 18 - 20
Spoilers beneath the cut. This game is SO much fun to play, even if the plot is a bit basic.
Also, I'm shipping Alear with someone HARD.
Ok, so I paired Lief with Goldmary because I thought she'd benefit from the extra build staff and he 100% friendzoned her in their support, lamo.
Time for just about everyone to get Canto. About to see a lot of Sigurd's support conversations. Ivy, Hortensia, Seadall, Chloe, Goldmary, and Merrin are all getting Canto. Alfred already has it. I have Kagetsu with Sigurd right now and may or may not leave it that way. We'll see.
Ouch, Ivy's and Sigurd's support hurt. He talked about knowing the pain of a grieving child. My heart. 😭😭😭 His with Hortensia is pretty much the same. 😭😭😭
Goldmary commits to her gimmick. She is gaslight, gatekeep, and girlboss all in one.
Has anyone found a good use for Ike's blessing? It's makes everything so heavy and the rewards don't seem worth it.
Ok, so it looks like they already patched in (or added) a way to grind supports as a free update (I'm getting the DLC, but not yet). That was one of my biggest complaints about this game is how hard it is to get supports, esp since it encourages you to constantly replace your units, like every single freaking chapter almost throws superior units at you. Way worse than previous games. This should fix that a bit.
Oh, wow, and it got me Alfred and Yunaka's A support first time! I dropped her because I swear she didn't get a single strength point in her level ups, but their supports were really interesting so far. But I didn't get Ivy and Zelkov's C when they swam together so . . . not sure how strong this is, but it's welcome nonetheless. Doing it twice unlocked their C support. Not bad, esp if you have this from the start next time and can grind out more supports.
Rosado taking his life in his hands claiming he's cuter then Goldmary. And Yunaka and Alfred's final support was pretty cute.
Eirika talking about Lyon will never not hurt me. Her paralogue was a big step up in difficulty from Corrin, I feel. I think it was the map layout constricting movement so much and her wing sword making is harder to take advantage of the flier friendly areas.
Somniel is more fun gameplay wise than the Monastery because it's less necessary and feels less tedious, but man does it mess with the storyline way more than the Monastery did. Lief is like "there are still rings in trouble!" and Goldmary is just . . . lying in her bathing-suit and tanning. It's unintentionally funny.
Sombron is pissed that he lost Eirika and Sigurd. No mention of Lief though. 😭
So . . . Alear and Veyle are siblings, right? That means Lumera had sex with that dude.
Yessssss I was so hyped seeing a chapter on the water. I love ship battles. And a recruitable enemy too! This is like old-school FE.
So "the Miracle" that all the Emblems are discussing and mentioning Lumera, is it reviving someone back to life? Also, cool that Sigurd took the lead there.
Man, I just had one of the most satisfying overrides yet. It was during Lief's paralogue, and Kagetsu!Sigurd with Ridersbane must've taken out like 6 of Lief's mage horses.
I also sent Alfred way out by himself to chase down the speedwing on Lief's map. I "told him" that if he survived, he'd get the speedwing. Boy tanked everything like a champ and ended up MVP of the battle (deserved), so now he's 2 points faster.
Both Kagetsu and Ivy are level 19, so I'm doing Ch 19 before Sigurd's paralogue hoping they reach 20 there, and I can reset before doing that chapter where there's a TON of units to fight.
Are we going to fight wolves AGAIN? I hope they die for good this time.
So is Mauvier only staying with the 4 wolves to protect Veyle? Or partly? So I still predict we can recruit him later. I wish we could recruit Griss. Dude is unhinged. I'd love to see supports lol.
I think it's cool that Alear wanted to leave the area because there's no one left. But also fell a bit harder for Alfred who struggled with that decision the most.
This map is going to be VERY annoying with all that purple shit everywhere. Though, do I get Micaiah and Roy back after this?
It's amazing to me that we can destroy the Wolves so many times, and they keep trash talking. Somehow. They're so pathetic. And then, yet again, our heroes are chitchatting and somehow the enemies keep running away. I think it's best you just turn your brain off.
Alfred is like, "should we really let them go?" The voice of reason, finally. But Roy and Micaiah back!
I like Ivy so much more than I expected too. She's hilarious. Her B support with Panette was gold (and some really good voice acting too).
Why does no one ever want to spar with Kagetsu? 😭 There are so many supports about sparring, but not poor Kagetsu. He needs to support Alfred. He's always down for training.
There are so many characters I want to use next time because I like their personalities: Jade, Citrinne, Rosado, Fogado, Zelkov, and Boucheron are some. Pannette has promise. Lapis seems cute. I'm sure Timerra MUST have more to her than songs about eating meat.
Chloe and Merrin are girlfriends. Also, Goldmary starts stripping naked in her support with Framme. Didn't put that on my bingo card.
Micaiah's paralogue map is an amazing choice. Alcryst is the 3-13 Archer this time I guess lol. And there's a stand-in for Sothe too I see. Glad he got a little shout out there.
I GOT THE DEER 😭
Goldmary needs some real issues in her life. Homegirl is having a breakdown because she made a funny face while eating. Who knew her and Framme's support would have so much entertainment?
So at the end of Roy's paralogue he's like "I used to know this demon dragon who wanted to wipe out humanity, you kinda remind me of her." Uh, thanks??? What are you trying to say exactly, Roy?
Mauvier is a Camus archtype 100%, except hope he's recruitable.
Alfred's reassuring Alear. I swear, these two are literally perfect for each other. I've never shipped a self-insert character with someone this hard before.
Oh, will I get Celica back this time? She deserves much better than Griss. He's like the anti-thesis of what Celica stands for.
How come Griss gets to use Ragranok every. single. turn. I never get to do that. Kagetsu finally sent that asshole back to his tile. Couldn't have done it if I didn't trust Alfred a metric fuck ton and just sent him out there.
Woop, got Celica back. She's free! Only Marth left.
Griss was easy to deal with after he stopped attacking me every round. Also, why are we not killing Griss and just letting him laugh about whatever he's so amused over.
Poor Alear just learned that she's the child of Sombron. Ok, Alear needs some headpats. She's confused how she can be Lumera's and the Fell Dragon's child. My dear, it takes two.
Alfred says he doesn't believe it. The only one who said something to try and help her feelings and not about the situation.
I like seeing Sigurd get more focus again. I really hope this means FE4 remake is coming.
So Lumera isn't Alear's blood mother? But, the writers DO know you need two to have a baby divine/fell dragon, right?
Alfred being the first to support Alear 😭😊❤️ And so unquestioning and complete about it. Alear's response to him got me too. Like, I'm falling for this ship hook, line, sinker. I'm going to have a hard time pairing up Alear or Alfred with anyone else unless their S-Support is a dud.
Like, I like Dimileth and Chrobin well enough and all, but I ship all 4 of those with other people too, and sometimes more (like Dimitri and Chrom). But, like, I ONLY am shipping Alfred and Alear with each other so far.
I love how casual Alear is seeing Mauvier wander up, when like we've fought to kill each other multiple times.
Also, I'm rich again! Thank you, Elusia. I may actually be able to afford the cute outfits now.

first post!! (its a lis rant)
Ok I've been watching and consuming a LOT of lis content lately and I'm suddenly conflicted on Chloe
now I have always been a bae over bay person for a lot of reasons
1: like my friend always says when asked bae or bay "I just spent all that time and effort im not just gonna go back and let her die"
2: shes hot
3: I know she can be very annoying (I haven't really realized HOW annoying till now) but I've always thought she redeems herself at the end of the game
I've always thought these reasons were great! good enough for me to love Chloe as she is. buuuuuuut recently I watched a WHOLE ENTIRE VIDEO on why a person does not like Chloe.
The video made me realize soooooo much about what I don't like about Chloe and made me start thinking if I should even be picking her over the whole of Arcadia Bay
SPOILERS FOR LIS AHEAD!!
Okay so I have also been seeing a lot of videos around tiktok like those "do you think we're soulmates in every universe?" and its either cute, funny, cute AND funny, or angsty. The life is strange ones are just HEARTBREAKING when I say heartbreaking I'm talking found family trope but then the entire found family DIES in front of the person (or somthing like that). I mean imagine getting your heart ripped out of your flesh, muscle, and bones then it just gets stomped on, set on fire, stabbed, ect. I'm explaining too much but you get the point
one I saw was max saying the "do you think we're soulmates in every universe?" and I go to the next slide and it is Chloe saying: "is Rachel dead in every universe?" WHAT THE FUCK. this brought me to the brink of tears.
Then I made the mistake of opening the comments.
THE FIRST COMMENT the VERY FIRST made a tear fall from my face. I took a ss and can fucking quote it.
"it breaks my heart that as max i destroyed Arcadia Bay for her, but she would destroy max and Arcadia Bay for Rachel."
Hence my soul shattering into a million pieces.
The saddest thing is that this is 100% true, and it had not crossed my mind once.
One of the things the video brought up is Chloe, throughout the entire game guilt trips Max, if you do somthing she doesn't like, she gets mad at you for it and brings it up constantly
Let's take the phonecall from Kate for example, as Max at this point we very much know Kate is struggling, she's getting bullied, stalked, and questioned by David, she's being RELENTLESSLY harassed by Victoria and her posse and also just like most of the school (btw I do not trust anyone who ships Kate and Victoria. its literally bully x victim and it is not ok.) she's also just generally upset and feeling a lot of shame because of her video.
So we know she is in a time of need, she needs freinds and a support system at her side, the obvious option is to call her. (it literally brings her closer to death if you do not answer the call) Max tells Chloe that she needs to answer a call from a freind, Chloe literally responds to this by guilt tripping Max. Basically saying "oh wah! but maaaxxx! you havnt had time for ME me ME for years! but now you have time for some blackwell hoe?! TRAITORRRR" which oh my gosh I mean yes Chloe, Max didn't talk to you for a very long time but she has taken accountability for it and apologized, you have her NOW and can spend way more time with her doing whatever and definitely talking longer that a call. One singular phonecall won't mess that up, ALSO you have no idea why she's calling what if her dad just died YOU KNOW A LOT ABOUT THAT HUH. there is just no reason to be a bitch about it and there's definitely no reason to scold your BEST FRIEND who has been NOTHING BUT NICE TO YOU SINCE YOU HAVE RECONNECTED.
The guilt tripping comes up a lot for frank, especially if you don't try and fail to shoot Frank in the junkyard she brings it up CONSTANTLY even though she is supposedly Max's best friend and anyone who even is acquainted with Max would probably be know by obvious hints how she feels about guns, Chloe isn't just an acquaintances with her she is her BEST FRIEND. Also Max littlerally tells Chloe that guns scare her and make her uncomfortable. Then Chloe expects her to littlerally SHOOT someone? she wants MAX a fucking kind and sweet person to potentially SHOOT somebody. Let me say this again she wants MAX to possibly take a LIFE and gets mad if she doesn't.
Thats not even the the beginning, she's just genuinely mean to Max the whole game when she doesn't get what she wants or hear what she wants to hear, then she lashes out at one of the only people trying to help her.
Although one thing I feel the video didn't touch on enough was the end, the end where Chloe DOESNT APOLOGIZE but she does show appreciation and genuine love for Max, although I feel even that then, she would still kill all of Arcadia Bay along with Max to bring Rachel back.
But also from a BTS perspective? We play as Chloe, She is still very much hurting still from her dads death, lowkey obsessed with Max but from her perspective (and I see why she's being irrational) Max has left her behind and she's all alone, then Rachel comes along and suddenly things get way more complicated BUT Chloe is happier, she isn't as lonley, and Rachel makes her feel complete. After the whole story thing is over the game implies that after that, Rachel and Chloe spend a LOT of time together. THEY ALSO HIT US WITH THAT GUT PUNCH OF THE PHONE IN THE DARK ROOM. So I'm just saying I SLIGHTLY understand Chloe perspective.

Your ocs. Hand em over
OKAY i know it has been. weeks. months, even. however, I considered how I wanted to say this because too many characters too little time. but here we go:
A Penchant for the Ordinary
Jamie Caldwell is everyone's favorite character and by that I mean she's chaotic as hell, makes knee jerk reactions, definitely unknowingly has ADHD, extremely low self control, and her stress relief is punching people who (probably) deserve it. She's a gay mess in every sense of the word and has seriously tried so hard to get her life together and it's just. it's not working out for her. so, after accepting that fact, Jamie begins to embrace the chaotic and darker sides of herself. if her life is going to hell, she may as well take a free trip down as well and see what it's all about
Chloe and Gus together, because they're so codependent we quite literally never see them apart except for a single scene near the end where Gus hangs around to say one last thing before following her. As mentioned: codependent as hell. Not romantically involved but they know every single in and out of each other- moreso than most couples. While Jamie feels regret for her sudden reactions, Chloe basks in them and has never once wished she made a different decision. Gus typically has the braincell, but usually not for long- he's as much of an adrenaline junkie as everyone else.
Madison did not sign up for any of this shit. When my dad read my book, one of the things he told me was that it was so not necessary to put her through everything that I did. And although I agree, it was sadly necessary for Jamie's questionable character arc. Sorry Madison- but trust me, you're better off with a different girlfriend
Kat absolutely signed up for everything she gets herself into, even if she claims that she didn't. She goes around saying "I'm not involved with any of these people :|" and then actively hangs out with them and invites them to her apartment. for multiple days. She's the type of person that would claim to want to have a relaxing life but she literally chose not to. girl what
Davy tried his best. kind of. he could've done a hell of a lot better, but he also genuinely tried to do well to fix his mistakes. He's the type of person who will feel genuine regret for what he's done and try to rectify his mistakes, even if it takes uhhhhh a lot of time :)
Evelyn is a bastard. absolutely mad woman and in not a fun sexy hot way. Power hungry, unfazed by hurting anyone else in the process of getting what she wants, and yet she still sees herself as benevolent (she's not). Believes she's the main character of the book (she is not).
James did not deserve any of that. I'm sorry dude. That being said, your coping mechanisms were a little subpar. Sorry we still don't know exactly how you died (it's not a spoiler okay it's happened like ten years ago).
Daniel and Edward are absolutely in love but neither of them realize it and it's not a standard love. think qpr. think: they've known each other since elementary school and have gone through all of life together. loyal to a fault but would change on a hat to keep the other safe.
Obligatory Did these characters interest you? Do you want to read a subpar book but support a young author? You can buy A Penchant for the Ordinary here! Thank you in advanced for your support :D
and now: Paradigm
Delilah's trying her best except she makes about a few wrong turns, which ends up shaping her life for the next decade. Surprisingly little self esteem for a person in her job market, though she acts the opposite. She doesn't have enough of a filter but manages to charm her way past a lot of things that should've ended badly. The queen at pushing things down and pretending it never happened. Is aware that she's pretty much trapped, but doesn't believe she can get out.
Charlotte is still Delilah, but she's determined to change into someone else. A new woman who's better, stronger, more confident than Delilah. She becomes the femme fetal that Marcus had wanted since day one, and embraces it. She likes being the bad guy, relishes the feeling of knowing she's in the wrong, and pretends that she doesn't have a nagging feeling that she is, in fact, in the wrong.
Taylor is still Delilah, and parts of Charlotte bleed through to her as well. A changed woman. Mature, who believes that she's seen so much of life that she's immune to anything else that could be thrown at her. Truly believes that she can't change and was created to be bad. Acts like she couldn't give a damn about other people when in fact the opposite is true and she's just afraid of having weaknesses. Aren't we all.
Marcus is pretty much the worst person you can imagine. Runs a cool home business called "assassins for hire :)" (paraphrased). Although he used to do the dirty work himself, he now has employees that he keeps on a tight leash to do everything. Always has multiple contingency plans in case something goes wrong and the authorities get wind of him. If any employee screws up, Marcus gives them zero chances to fix it, and will round up everyone who fucked up last quarter, shoot them, and give them a shallow grave in the Nevada desert. Has an insanely creepy infatuation with Delilah.
Sid is quite possibly the only employee of Marcus that is somewhat on the genuinely good spectrum. ...or at least the "not actively trying to do bad" one. Ex-military, classic "never really left [insert place of war]." Hates Delilah until he begrudgingly doesn't hate Delilah. He knows that everything Marcus is doing is screwed up, but Sid's just going through the motions of life at this point. What's one more life for one more paycheck?
Lainey's name is still pending, but it'll probably end up as Lainey. Smarter than anyone in the world gives her credit for, and is very calculating. She knows more than she lets on as well, and uses that to her advantage. She's probably more forgiving than she should be, but that makes Lainey who she is. Eventually, the only one who knows the most about Delilah (and that isn't just because she sleeps with her. oops)
Rebecca is the classic TV CIA agent except she's actually real. She has poorly controlled OCD but pretends like she has everything under control at all times. After spending over half of a decade attempting to track and take in Marcus, she's eventually promoted to a higher up position, where she gets to create her own team, to finally, once and for all, bring in Marcus. Is pretty much willing to sacrifice it all for the job with little hesitation.
Carter is somewhere between Rebecca's second hand man while also being the worst (affectionate) gay hopeless romantic there is. He thinks he can juggle a relationship and CIA work but let me tell you. He's never learned how to juggle. Keeps Rebecca sane in every way you can think of, and the two often spend nights at each others' places because that's just what they do. Like Rebecca, he's on thin fucking ice with every higher up in the CIA. However, unlike Rebecca, he's excellent at damage control with their supervisor.
Unnamed Classic Hacker Character is still unnamed because no name has truly suited or worked with her. Trusts literally no one, especially not Taylor. Hates her guts, actually. Probably the only one who's actually confident about things, though she knows the least at any given time because she's a junior agent. Rebecca immediately was like "I want her" despite the fact that she graduated worst in her class. Opinionated and full of spite, in the way that every person in a fandom would fucking hate. Absolutely, without a doubt, a character I would love to write an 11 book series spin-off with
finally: Lou is for Lavender
Lou, originally Louisa, is going through it. The book is a journey on her life- or rather, the three months after escaping somewhere between an abusive boyfriend and being trafficked. With little identity, she finds herself constantly trying to figure out who she is, who she should be, and if there even exists a woman beyond the girl she used to be. She's genuinely trying her best, but fuck if it isn't hard. I love her. I love her so much. She is so lost but she's trying so hard to find her way back on a path. I could write five more paragraphs about her at any given time.
Maria is a six year old with far too much energy for someone her size. Absolutely infatuated with her grandmother and the way she used to read to Maria every single day and night, Maria begged her grandmother and Dana to teach her how to read by herself, which quickly morphed into writing. She'll write pages of six year old nonsense for hours without getting bored, and is absolutely thrilled to have a new friend around the house! never mind that she's an adult- Maria sees Lou as a built-in summer friend.
Dana has been putting on the best face for nearly five years. Although it wasn't her intention, after her mom got sick, she moved back to her family's ranch along with her three kids- Maria and two older boys. After her mom passed, she stayed, unable to bear the idea of leaving once more for good, but she's great at hiding that fact. The youngest of seven, Dana is caught somewhere between constantly feeling the need to prove herself while also knowing that no one's waiting and watching for her to grow anymore. Six kids came before her, and Dana genuinely believes that she simply slipped under the attention of everyone.
The Flowers are how Lou refers to the other women she met along the way. The girls who all had an intimate understanding of what she was going through, and yet nothing at all. The flowers are constantly living inside of Lou, always on the edges of her thoughts, nearly controlling her at some points. They stay with Lou, sometimes causing guilt, sometimes causing pain, sometimes just to remind Lou of the dandelions that used to sprout up in between cracks in the sidewalk.
The Journal that Maria gives Lou (after declaring them best friends forever), isn't technically a living character, but it may as well be. It's where Lou's thoughts reside. Where her fears and regrets and memories live so they don't have to live in her head. The journal is an extension of Lou, and the scariest thing she could think of is losing it, but the journal was never meant to stay against her chest for the rest of its life.
Anyhow, if you'd like to support some of my original work, I have a Ko-Fi! Covers are expensive as h e c k - But also, reblogs support me as well :D a chaotic way to spread the chaotic characters 'round these parts

Work In Progress Snippet ~ The Listening Chapter 29
A/N: I thought I'd share a bit of what I have so far, just because. It's taking me a bit to write this out. Even though I have an outline, I'm having troubles with focusing properly and struggling. Thanks again for all the patience and the support, everyone, and hope you guys enjoy the small piece of this chapter if you decide to read. It's not proofread, so some things are subject to change, but here's a first look :)
Max’s eyes cracked open to the sound of her phone’s alarm. Like clockwork, the early glow of sunlight filtered in through her window, signaling that she had slept through the entire evening and night. She tried to clear her parched throat and wiped the crust from her heavy lids, in a state of disbelief at how long she slept without interruption.
‘Good Lord. I guess I was more tired than I thought.’ Right off the bat, the thought of Nathan’s uncharacteristic look, hovering above her in that halo of light, barreled to the front of her mind. Max furiously blushed and hid her face with her hands. There was an immediate need to flee back to the void of sleep. ‘Shit. That happened. That so, totally happened. Why did that have to happen?!’
“It’s your own fault, you stupid, selfish idiot.” The hiss from her scratchy throat leaked out.
She took a breath and leveled. Regardless if it did or didn’t, she made a promise to him, to herself, that she wanted to help. She wanted to be there for him. For everyone if she could. For him, for Chloe…for Arcadia Bay. This storm, it was too serious to ignore. And if Nathan and his family were the key, she could help with her powers. Why else would she have them? Max swallowed, her throat feeling worse, that question giving rise to a new fear.
What if her powers were just another curse? What did she do to warrant it if that was the case? Was it a punishment her for leaving the bay, leaving Chloe and everyone and everything, striking a match and burning the bridge…even if she didn’t mean to?
When she thought of it that way, at best, it was a cautionary tale, a cruel lesson to be learned. At worst, it could certainly be another curse cast upon her by the bay, perhaps even by Chloe, or maybe even herself. It bothered her knowing how many other Maxes transcended—could already be transcending—time and space. So many Maxes. Was she doing the same, messing things up as potentially as the others?
Layers upon layers of insanity. Facing these questions and hypotheses on an empty stomach wasn’t going to help anyone. Max shoved them all down as hollow hors d'oeuvres, wanting to head out and grab a real breakfast. Considering her morning classes were on an indefinite hiatus, she had several hours to kill.
But reluctance held her in its embrace, and she shivered at the empty cold of the surrounding air. Even the light flapping of her plants’ leaves didn’t chase away her unease as she strolled over to water them, and the normal sounds of nature were eerily nonexistent as she peered out one of her windows. No squirrels, no birds, not even any wind. The forest became petrified in a whole new way.
“Okay, Max. Time to get up and get at it while you’ve still got time to spare.” She chuckled. “Even if I could store up all I wanted. Gotta do laundry at least. Bluh.”
She made her way to her stereo, clicking it on to let music fill in the silence. But after a couple audio pops that opened to silence, she realized her portable player was missing, and subsequently remembered where she left it.
“Oh, crap.” Facepalming, Max shook her head and sighed. “Of course. Well done, once again, Moronic Maxine.” Her nerves came to a bubbling boil in her gut. “I guess…I can ask him out to breakfast…? Get my player back and…talk more?” She puffed out her chest. “You said you wanted to anyway! Come on! And—Oh!”
She surprised herself, remembering not only the tabloid, but also the photographs of Joseph’s paintings she left developing in her bag. She retrieved them and sat on her futon, letting the mixture of the natural rising sun and her paper lanterns wash over the fully-formed pictures.
She got immediate chills. “Okay…What the hell?”
The paintings were there, for sure, but atop them were iridescent-like strokes of additional depictions. Max recognized them as the same effects she kept catching in her camera’s viewfinder yesterday. In fact, when she tilted the pieces, the light was giving them that holographic effect with which she was, unfortunately, familiar. It was like the effects of her rewind ability—the glow, the color, all of it—but like it was frozen on the canvases in a permanent, ethereal echo.
Their hidden energy, however, wasn’t there. They weren’t pulling her into the past like the others. ‘Thank goodness.’ Regardless, Max cocked her head in confusion.
How was this possible? There was no way an instant camera had the ability to give said effect, not even sure that other cameras or paints could do it either. The paintings themselves were several years old, and doubtful they were recently restored in any way, shape, or form. The Polaroids were on self-chemicalized film, not digital where they could be edited as such.
The painting of the lighthouse had haphazard splashes at the cylindrical titan’s top, the new layer showcasing its entire dome falling off, crumbling to pieces. For the rest of the piece, there was an overlap of a giant spiral. On one of the spiral’s lines, a butterfly.
“Again?”
On the painting of the raven and dove were two large, overbearing, dilated eyes. With further brush strokes around them resembling feathers and above in the shape of two horns, there was no doubt they were the eyes of an owl. Their gaze sent violent shivers down her spine, the feeling cutting off any comment she had for the piece.
The others were messy, revealing destruction and hard-to-interpret, luminescent strokes, possibly the aftermath of the storm. She could only assume. One thing for Max was certain: They were mysteriously terrifying.
Max’s arms fell to her sides. “Oh, man. I really need to talk to Nathan. And coffee. I really, really need coffee.”
Max gathered her dirty clothes together, temporarily dressing in a sweater and baggier-than-normal jeans, to head to the dorm’s ground floor laundry room. A tiny and dusty hole in the wall, the launderette nook wasn’t anything fancy, but it served its purpose. Hell, the room looked like it hadn’t had much done to it since the school’s inception, color palette and all. Whatever the case, Max did what she had to, taking a seat on one of the cracked plastic chairs assembled around some (rather sticky) rectangular tables. The skinny legs of the chair bent outward as it accepted her weight. She grabbed a granola bar and a bottle of water from one of the ancient-looking vending machines as she waited for her clothes to finish.
Among other things, including Rachel’s ensemble she lent her for the Vortex party, she had to wash her signature jacket. It was driving her insane. Besides, it was the pièce de résistance to her comfort clothes. And if she was ever going to face Nathan, she would need the utmost comfort.
Within the hour, she was heading back to her room, folding her clothes, and dressing in her newly-dried, grey zip-up. It was warm from the dryer and smelled amazing.
‘Warm laundry is the beeeeest! Especially in the fall.’
She kept on the baggier pants, feeling their vibe. Everything else reflected the ‘samey’ nature of herself, as Victoria pointed out when she was sifting through her closet yesterday, but she didn’t care. Take her or leave her, she said to herself. Making final adjustments in her mirror, Max brushed out her hair, gathered her things, and turned to stare at her door. The hesitation she felt anchored her legs again, glued her feet to the carpet that held all that mantra.
“I should…probably text him first?”
‘Yeah, that’s probably a good idea. Yeah. A text. Cool.’
She stood there longer, the warmth of her jacket quickly dissipating. “Oh, my God, Max! Just call him!”
‘Call?! You said text!’
“Whatever! Agh!”
Max sat down so hard that everything on her bed momentarily bounced up. She seized her phone and, without another thought, tapped Nathan’s name to call. When her brain caught up, she tapped the End Call command.
“What if he’s in class? Just because you don’t have morning ones doesn’t mean he doesn’t!” She then took another reflective pause. “Oh, who the hell am I kidding? He’s Nathan Prescott. As if he would ignore an important phone call, class or not.”
‘And you’re just so important now?’ she asked herself.
“Damn right, I am!” She further fought with herself, a routine that was becoming regular.
She dialed his number again, every subsequent, unanswered ring straining and ringing her nerves like an old washcloth. When his voicemail picked up around the third time, she hung up and bit her lip.
She stood up once more and took in a new breath of determination. “Okay…I guess I’ll just…go to his dorm. Start there. Play it by ear.”
Dodging the small morning flocks of students, and making sure those she somehow kept and called friends weren’t in sight, Max ninja-ed her way through the dorms until she was on the boy’s side facing Nathan’s door. Her throat was closing by the second, and her stomach gurgled in multiple sounds of protest. With a quick second take at Warren’s door, praying today wasn’t the day he decided to try skipping classes, Max raised her hand to knock.
Her knuckles were about to meet the wood when Nathan’s door abruptly opened. In the doorway he stood—in PJs, eyes wide, hair disheveled, and headphones hanging off one side of his ears. He fully pulled them down and closed his mouth with a swallow. He looked like he just woke up, and yet hadn’t slept, not soundly anyway.
“Hey…?” he said, face becoming a muted shade of red as he locked eyes with hers.
Max’s mouth hung open for a second like his until she, too, came back to Earth. “H-Hey…”

Heard your writing a Miraculous rewrite. I have two questions about it. Is the romance going to be a key part in itand will Chloe be villain?
I wouldn’t even say “writing” right now lol. At the moment, I’m just plotting. Because if I’m doing a rewrite I’m going all in and fixing what canon has wrecked…. Or at least trying to. Atm, I’m literally just at the point of plotting out the lore. Then I can move on to plotting out what will happen in certain “episodes” based on the changes I implement.
In other words, I am nowhere near even writing the first chapter, let alone the entire fic.
THAT BEING SAID, I wouldn’t say the romance is a key part??? I want my fic to focus on growing the characters. I want to improve upon so many things, but I can only do so much. So, I really think I’ll be focusing on Marinette, Adrien, and Fu. Alya, Nino, and some of the kwamis will probably be secondary. Chloe is a tough one for me… I could definitely use my rewrite to give her an ACTUAL redemption arc. But, at the same time, I don’t necessarily know where my rewrite is going to lead me since I’m still in the plotting phase.
So, for Marinette, I want to focus on her being less obsessive of Adrien, more willing to share her burdens, less likely to take on too much at once. I want to build her into a confident character that isn’t afraid to ask for help and ALSO isn’t afraid to say no.
For Adrien: I want to focus on him being less obsessive and possessive of Ladybug, more focused and willing to step up as a hero, less likely to sacrifice himself, blow off LB if he’s mad at her, flirt at inopportune times, and stick his head in the sand about important things (Chloe being a bully, Lila’s lies hurting Marinette, that LB is not trying to replace him by bringing in help if needed, etc).
For Fu: I want him to be actually competent at his job, for one. I want him to INCLUDE Chat with his talks with LB, I want him to be more hands on, I want him to be willing to teach and guide these poor kids he thrust into the lives of heroes. I also want him to admit when he is wrong and that he himself can learn.
Alya: I want her to be an actual good bff to Marinette. Which does not mean putting her in situations with Adrien that she is not ready for. I want her to be there for her friend. I want her to be a GOOD ASPIRING JOURNALIST and use her blog for more than just nearly getting herself killed.
Nino: I want him to be more than just an extension of Alya. I want to explore not only his friendship with Adrien, but also his friendship with Marinette. After all, they’ve known each other for years.
Tikki: I want her to be less pressuring of Marinette. Yes, LB is a lot of responsibility and pressure, but Tikki just seems to press it in more.
Plagg: I want him to be a bit more willing to point out when Adrien is wrong. I love that he is so supportive of him - Adrien needs that in his life - but he also needs to be willing to call Adrien out when he messes up.
Basically, all that adds up to isssss…..
TLDR; the romance isn’t KEY to my planned rewrite, but it will be there. But, if I do my rewrite correctly, the romance won’t be horrible and forced like it is in canon. I have no specific plans for Chloe right now. It could go either way, depending on where I steer my rewrite. I don’t think I’ll get to the point where she is a Hawkmoth level villain, like canon basically made her into though.

What would you think if an evilized villain(maybe a wishmaker-like villain or maybe even a villain that's unrelated to the butterfly miraculous) caused Chloe and Zoe to switch bodies somehow, and nobody fully understands what's going on, so Zoe(in Chloe's body) is taken by Audrey back to New York, despite Zoe desperately trying to explain things. But Chloe enters a fugue state(heavily due to trauma caused by the neglect of her parents) and genuinely thinks she's Zoe, and is even able to recall many of the things Zoe did due to being in Zoe's body. The class thinks "Zoe's" change in behavior is due to the psychological effects of method acting, since "Zoe" is playing Chloe in Astruc's new movie, but they gradually convince "Zoe" to let them help her relearn how to be "herself" again. Meanwhile, in New York, Zoe is trying to get back to Paris, but when she gets there, “Zoe” thinks she’s there to try to hurt Marinette.
Ah! Uh, well first of all, congrats on being the first person to send me an ask, and the first person besides my real life SO or bots to leave a notification of any kind. Wasn't expecting a guest so excuse the mess, if you will.
Getting back at hand! I wouldn't think much of it, to be honest. It'd definitely would be fun, though I feel as though I've seen someone else asked this and answered to a far better extent that I. Distinctly remember in fact. Had to have been either Flightfoot or Generalluxun. Anyways, getting to see Chloe be given the chance to both have her behavior properly corrected while also having a support group in place to encourage and listen to her would be more than nice.
To be honest, not a fan of the fugue state idea. As fun as amnesia and false memories are to play with, it doesn't feel thematically resonant with the emotional journey Chloe would have to go on to grow and change. She's an abused, angry, self absorbed kid who is in many ways isolated and withdrawn. The thought of her in some way finding redemption in running away from the things she has done and the emotions and memories she has doesn't sit well with me. She might fully embrace the lie of being Zoe, but I don't want her to depersonalize so much she loses her identity to the magic swap. It's all about confronting who she is and for the first time shes being given a genuine chance to do so without her father or Sabrina flat out enabling her behavior. Honestly the set up you have here for Chloe's character is a bit muddled, as theres so many little ways that being Chloe stuck in Zoe's body just falls apart if Chloe just... acts like Chloe. I get it, method acting, and Chloe blabbing about who she is and having that initial freak out is likely where I see you thinking would lead to said fugue state, but it'd take a strong writer to delicately balance things to keep both her actions in character while also keeping her on the rails. Doable, but so easy to either gloss over or mishandle and move too quickly into "let's just pretend to be Zoe now" phase without the necessary foundation for both Chloe and the reader.
Zoe on the other hand has the much more solid path for herself as you've set it up. As I see it, anyhow. Stuck in Chloe's body, stuck back in New York with her mother and being removed from her friends. Literal nightmare for the girl, especially after she has spent all that time building herself back up. She'll definitely slip initially into how she used to act, though now her mother is berating her as she would Chloe. Which would make things click for Zoe. She's grown enough to see past her mother's bullcrap. Well, if her mother is expecting a bullheaded out of control daughter, Zoe is a strong enough method actor to give her said bullheaded out of control daughter, but this time with Zoe's newly forged emotional core and backbone. Zoe is gonna quickly learn she does not need to put up with that crap anymore and isn't. That just makes the hurdle in some way getting back to Paris and convincing the others that something happened, which itself could provide the writer an great opportunity to expand on the magical/super-powered aspect of New York/America in the Miraculous world. Something which my SO who I beta-read for, Pearl484, is doing with their fic Replay, though it's going to be a loooong while before they get to the point of reaching all that New York stuff, although they're definitely already expanding the magical lore.
On topic as to how said body swap were to happen, it'd have to be some kind of magic spell, super villain, or bizarre mad science because anything akuma related would immediately get fixed by Ladybug. No way around it, I'm afraid. Akuma's just cannot do that kind of permanent damage to anyone without everything getting reset, and no way in hell is Gabby-boy going to just dismiss an akuma half way into some inane plot to get those Miraculous(es/Miraculi)(?) so theres no easy out except to make whatever swapped them unrelated to the Zodiac/Elemetal/Yin-Yang Set (which I feel like has a proper name that I'm just blanking on, but it's the main set that all of ther main heroes and villains get their miraculi from. Not to be confused with the American Miraculous set with the Eagle and all that).
In conclusion, I think it's a wonderfully fun idea that I'd love to see something done with. Dunno what made you ask me, Anon, but I more than appreciate the chance to just spew my thoughts at someone other than my partner. I still believe this exact idea/set up has been asked before to people far more entrenched in the world of Miraculous analysis and far more interestingly than I, though I'm happy to share my two cents.

I’m very biased I’ll admit because I only watched Jupiter’s Legacy for Matt Lanter, but George and George’s son “Hutch” (played by Ian Quinlan) were the only two characters that I cared about at all and I spent the whole series just waiting for one of them to be on screen.

Some more miscellaneous miraculous HCs (most of them are trans headcanons but there’s other stuff I guess):
One of Chloe’s regular insults is “SUCK MY BALLS”
She typically says it when she’s really upset, and Adrien has to hold her back
It usually looks like this
Tumblr media
This is a reference to the fact that Chloe has balls.
One of Chat Noir’s catchphrases is “You’ve gotta be kitten me.”
He says it a lot, but it’s never caught on recording, so when Ladybug is complaining about how Chat Noir won’t stop saying “Are you KITTEN ME?!?” No one believes her even if it’s the most Chat Noir thing to do.
Chat Noir won’t even admit to it. gaslight gatekeep girlboss
Ladybug slowly goes insane.
Gabriel Agreste is an ugly crier (and also plain ugly but that’s a topic for another day)
He’ll go into his little dead wife cavern and listen to
Yknow now I’ve realized that I don’t know what sad songs old people listened to. Like, I can’t say Olivia Rodrigo
Ok what about Falling in Reverse
He goes in there and listens to Falling in Reverse I guess and cries
Yknow maybe he listens to weezer
Ok moving topics
If you haven’t seen my gender fluid adrien agreste hc here’s the synopsis
Adrien is afab, but convinced his parents to let him transition like when he was 8-10 and his family covered up any traces of him being born a girl. As of late, though, Adrien realizes that he doesn’t always feel like a boy, but since his image is already widespread, his father does not like the idea of Adrien potentially messing up his brand again. So he’s a he/him genderfluid closeted by his dad.
No one knows that Adrien is afab, so when he comes out as genderfluid everyone is congratulating him on expressing his femininity.
Plagg laughs at this.
Nino is the guy that always ends up buying pads for the girls when no one else is around.
“Again? Why can’t Adrien do it this time?” “Nino, you know Adrien’s not allowed out of his house.”
When Nino gets that fateful call from Adrien one day, he suddenly stops feeling as if it was an awful job.
Adrien: Hey, Nino, now this is gonna sound weird, but can you uh get me some pads?
Nino: some what?
Adrien: i’m bleeding out of my vagina.
Since Nino was his closest friend (and he knew that Nino was the usual pad buyer) he called him when he ran out and everyone in the mansion was busy.
Nino realized and became very supportive and told no one.
:insert picture of nino with the snapchat text bar saying “in the pad aisle what size ur feminine body part that you don’t claim?”:
“nino i am begging you to never say that again”
“u want ice cream or not”
When Adrien detransforms for the first time on his period, Plagg immediately says, “I’ll never get used to that disgusting feeling” to which Adrien replies, “me neither.”

Did you already watch the season finale or are you waiting for the eng dub? Tell us what you think about it :)
Yes! I watched the Gloob one as it aired and have watched the English dub now as well.
I'm still processing it, but first impression is that I enjoyed it! It really upped the tension and conflict that Risk established and gave some really good uninhibited character interractions.
I'm also glad that they resolved a lot of what needed to be resolved and left certain things open that could linger some more.
And the Ladynoir! The Ladrien! Some hella good food this episode! I love that Ladynoir finally got to have an openly verbal spat with each other and put out in the open their worries and fears.
Tumblr media
I was a little disappointed at the end of Kuro Neko and didn't like the idea of that being the conflict all wrapped but, so I'm glad that it all came back in the finale. Because things weren't okay. They'd just been put aside until Risk forced them to say it aloud. And yeah they had a fight, but they still protected each other and had each other's back. Ladybug was angry over Chat not understanding her reasoning (in her mind it was sound, but she clearly still withheld stuff from him so it objectively wasn't) and then later on grew panicked that she had lost everything. Why would Chat come back to her when she had pushed him away and tried to control everything? When (in her mind) she had screwed up so badly this time? And she admits that!
Tumblr media
She admits that her methods weren't ideal, even if the intention was good! Even though it took such a devastating blow, she realised that not relying on Chat has only caused problems and not actually helped anything, its only helped on hypothetical situations. She realises she got too involved in her own sense of control and trying to managed every what if scenario that she lost sight of the one who has been her most dependable and faithful partner. (I'm not complaining about Rena/Alya here. She has her role as Marinette's bff, but she cannot replace Chat/Adrien - the one who's been there from the beginning and got Ladybug to her feet every time.) I'm so proud she was able to recognise it, even if it came at such a low moment.
And then Adrien is clearly hurt by the involvement of Flairmidable (still trying to get my head around that. I keep going - furmidable? Furminator? Felix the furminator?) He knew a few of the other holders, but this is another one that is secret to him - and one Ladybug seemed very fond of at first. But while Adrien can be jealous and a little petty - he is not vindictive. So when Ladybug is breaking down in front of him as she becomes overwhelmed at her mistake and Felix's betrayal, he comforts hers, protects her and guides her as her partner always has.
Tumblr media
And when she sits alone on the roof as Hawkmoth flaunts his victory, Chat takes his place at her side. Her ever loyal partner. They've both made mistakes, they've both fought with each other, but they still love each other so much and will always come back to each other and offer support no matter what they're facing. And Ladybug now fully realised this. The coup de foudre isn't her suddenly falling in love with Chat like she had Adrien, it's the culmination of all that she knows about her partner and just how much he means to her becoming too much to ignore. Adrien rejected her expectation of being a mean person like Chloe by showing his kindness and vulnerability. But now Chat has rejected her assumption that he would give up on her by remaining faithfully loyal to her.
Tumblr media
She's fallen so low but he helps her stand again and see her surroundings, that she's not alone. Also the wall is fucking gone! It's a beautiful scene and I am still sobbing over it.
This season has left me feral. I can no longer be reintroduced to society for I am a love square mess and will bite/scream/cry/laugh every time I think of them now.

i finished true colors and i’m having a lot of thoughts that i NEED to talk about.
(if this is gonna be long idk, i apologize for your eyeballs)
Tumblr media
1. i honestly didn’t like alex at all when i saw the trailer, i was thinking “hmm idk about this one” but as soon as i started to play the game i fell so in love with her, she is so freaking smart and funny, she genuinely cares about the people around her and her story it’s very different from the other characters from LIS anthology. i truly enjoyed seeing alex’s development throughout the game especially her realizing that her powers can actually help the people around her and not harm anyone, the way she controls it after her conversation with gabe was such an awesome upgrade from the alex who was so ashamed of her power to alex superwoman. i liked how the game explored her emotions and her mind about the past, the mine part where alex was struggling to feel everything she felt in those days and then embracing everything was one of my favorite parts. it shows a lot of growth.
Tumblr media
2. this game has AMAZING CHARACTERS, every single one of the characters was well written, they had life, they had problems, they had their own emotions with private stuff that was going on in their lives and you could actually talk to them and meet their “layers”. mac for an example was an asshole but i couldn’t pretend i didn’t felt his concern and fear around typhon, the way he was terrified about everyone hating him, he was scared for his life and being very paranoid, i was concerned about him and the game giving you the choice to speak to him or leaving him was a tricking decision cause you could leave him alone suffering or try to help him out, maybe saving his life and this is a lot but he’s alive. the game makes him real and that’s what makes me INSANE about the characters. i know, i’m talking about a game where you’re supposed to feel the characters’ feelings but that could possibly go wrong as well if the characters were shallow and poorly explored and that’s not the case with true colors. they had purpose.
Tumblr media
3. alex’s power it’s probably my favorite power. the choices in this game was way harder than the first two games, the craziest thing is you can choose if you want to take someone else’s feeling so they can stop feeling that way, saving them from themselves making alex suffer instead and that's selfish. don’t get me wrong, i’m not calling alex a selfish person but taking someone else’s feeling doesn’t make anything better, you’re taking their right to heal, to be alive and that is so fucking awesome. you have this power to help someone, to “take their pain away” and you will learn that people need to feel what they are supposed to feel so they can move forward cause if we don’t, we are never going to learn. we see that charlotte is pretty angry about gabe’s death, she blames everyone but mostly ethan, she is miserable. alex can choose between taking charlotte’s anger or leave her. if alex takes charlotte’s anger, charlotte is left completely empty, she doesn’t feel anything and when i say anything it’s anything. she is left emotionless and bitter, she doesn’t pass through her way of mourning for gabe and she doesn’t have alex’s back when alex confronts jed. if alex leave charlotte to her anger we have a nice moment between them on the festival, talking about what happened and charlotte gets alex’s back on the black lantern and that’s what i mean from being selfish, if we take someone else’s feelings we are being unfair to them, we are choosing for them and people are supposed to feel, heal in their own time or overcome. by taking charlotte’s anger we deprived her from healing, we are not helping her, we are just making an natural process even more difficult and slower. alex being able to hear what someone is thinking and enter that person’s world from what they are feeling at that moment it’s the best detail for me, everything changes, we get to see the world through that person’s eyes, we can understand them but we decide what to do with that, we can be selfish or actually help. of course, we can take pike’s situation for an example also, if we take his fear we can help him overcome typhon and we get to expose jed but pike’s fear was necessary to take and charlotte was not necessary, pike at least had the pendrive with the recorded calls on it so we had a chance for things to get better.
Tumblr media
4. chapter 5 was an amazing ending. finding out the truth about typhon, jed was never a hero, alex confronting her past, the confrontation and seeing who was going to be on your side, alex’s final conversation with gabe and the end, it was better than i thought it could be. i truly loved seeing alex’s past, even with everything that went down she turned to be a good person who wanted to be loved (her passion for music being the thing that helped her connected to me in a lot of levels, that creep cover though i screamed so hard when she started to sing). the mine part was absolutely insane not just alex surviving that fall discovering that gabe was looking for his dad for so long, jed knowing it and all of this time his dad actually died because of jed, alex finding the truth by taking her mom’s necklace back from what was left of that accident it’s so heartbreaking, the confrontation was crazy, i thought no one was going to believe alex because jed was so loved by everyone there it would be so easy to doubt alex and just be on jed’s side which was what ryan did but it’s understandable, jed was his dad, his hero. alex’s speech on jed exposing him after everything was one of the best monologues on that game and man this game had AMAZING dialogues and monologues, everything felt so real and beautiful, the best part of it it’s to forgive jed that’s where alex break him, he regrets everything even more cause when we find out the truth. we find out why jed never enjoyed talking about being the hero of haven springs. at the end jed wasn’t entirely a bad person cause when we forgive him he gives back alex her dad’s jacket talking about how he wanted to give it to gabe but couldn’t, that’s something that made me love even more the characters even jed that was the “villain”, which i don’t think he is. what he did was terrible and he knew that, he tried to pretend nothing happened when alex started to talk but at the end he broke, that always haunted him and that’s the difference between him and jefferson who was actually the villain in life is strange he wasn’t forced to do those things, he killed rachel, he killed chloe, he manipulated nathan, he was going to kill max and if max didn't stopped him on the arcadia bay ending he would kill even more students at blackwell.
Tumblr media
5. alex and steph relationship was the purest thing on this game, it was smooth, it was organic, it wasn’t something out of the blue, steph liked alex since the beginning. the plan to pick someone to flirt with diane and get her pendrive i chose ryan and afterwards steph started to feel something, she was so upset that alex used to think ryan was “hotter than her” (i only chose ryan cause i didn’t want to see steph flirting with diane but i saw the scene where we pick steph and omg i should’ve chosen steph cause that scene it’s hilarious), steph was happier around alex, every time she had an opportunity to flirt with alex she took it. seeing their love grow through the chapters was beautiful, i know we can choose ryan over steph but i don’t believe ryan liked alex the way steph did, you can literally see that no matter what alex did steph was going to support her and look at her with so much love and respect and that’s why i think alex and steph’s relationship it’s so pure and right. also they looked so good playing together it’s so cute that they have the same passion for music and THAT LARP SCENE FOR GOD’S SAKE MY HEART MELTED!
Tumblr media
6. this part is exclusively to talk about LARP and the fight scenes, it reminded me so much of final fantasy it was so COOL, well thought and so fun. it was awesome to see everyone taking care of ethan and doing their best to make him happy.
Tumblr media
7. talking about ethan, this game opened a conversation in my head about charlotte and ethan, i started to think a lot about what charlotte said about ethan how she felt happier when gabe was around and now she was stuck with only ethan again, it made me think that maybe charlotte didn’t want to have a child or if she didn’t had ethan she could have gabe again. that could open a conversation about women who didn’t want to become a mom but it doesn’t mean that charlotte would hurt ethan which makes total sense to decide to leave her alone and not take her anger, she would never hurt ethan. it was again another tricking decision cause we get concerned about ethan when charlotte starts to talk but we know deep down she cares so much about her son, she does everything for him.
Tumblr media
life is strange true colors became my favorite life is strange, the story it’s different and great, it’s literally finding the truth about everything, when we understand people’s feelings we discover the truth about them and situations, we understand everything. this game actually made me cry harder and think so much even more than the first one and boy i love the first one so badly. it talks a lot about empathy and how we react to people’s emotions, your choices in this game are way harder than messing with time or moving things with your mind, it’s choices about things that could happen in real life eventually and that is what makes this game so important to me, it’s real.
and also it's the first life is strange to have happy endings like.. ok big steps for my non depression finally

Monday
Despite being a swiftly rising actress, you hated being the enter of attention. You’d always gotten anxious as a kid when a teacher made you stand in front of the class for presentations or during first-day introductions. So being front and center in a room of 30 people who were all there to study and try to impress you was not something you found pleasant.
“Hi, I’m Y/N Y/L/N.” You spoke timidly to the crowded room, people clapping from their spots on the floor or various couches around the room, “it’s great to be here.”
Lorne cleared his throat, “alright, let’s start with you, Anna.”
You looked around the room as a young woman pitched the first sketch of the night, listening intently to her ideas while trying to match faces with the names Lorne had given you earlier. Then your eyes locked with a pair of deep brown ones, the man wearing a soft smile on his face. He radiated gentle energy despite the tattoos you could see running down his arms.
The pitches continued with an air of lightheartedness and fun. You found nearly everything funny, so you couldn’t even begin to imagine how you were going to cut any of the sketch pitches.
After a lull in ideas, Lorne announced that cast members could now pitch ideas for Weekend Update character appearances. The man you’d taken an interest in earlier, who you’d since learned was named Pete Davidson, pitched a new set of characters for you and him.
“You know those weird stoner kids in high school who were always hanging out in the parking lot and acted really weird and mysterious? Those characters who just give really vague answers to anything you ask and act like they’ve seen some shit when they have the most normal home lives.”
You giggled, knowing the exact kinds of kids he was talking about. Colin and Michael also chuckled, writing the idea down with some notes of their own. Soon after that, everyone went back to pitching regular sketches, Jost and Che pitching an unusual number of sketches featuring you and Pete.
After a few long hours, the session wrapped; everyone leaving the office space except for you and Lorne, “so, what did you think?”
You chuckled lightly, “you have some seriously talented people on this show, Mr. Michaels. I don’t understand how you guys write an entire show every week.”
“We all work very hard; I’ll tell you that. Now, talk to me. Anything you really liked or really hated?”
You shrugged, “you’re the comedy mastermind, I know nothing. But I thought that weird kids from high school bit was pretty funny.”
Lorne nodded, “So did Jost and Che it seems. Sometimes the kid has a good idea.” You giggled at his reference to Pete as “the kid.” He sighed, “anything else? I noticed you liked that proposal sketch.”
“Yeah, that one was super funny. I will say, I wasn’t too in love with the dad-teacher one, but I would have no problem with it being done with someone else as the daughter.”
Lorne and you spent the rest of the workday discussing the different sketch ideas that came up and gauging what type of comedy suited you best. Before you left, he introduced you to Donna, your dresser who would be helping you out throughout the week.
Tuesday
After a quick tour of the studio by Donna, you were given a list of cast members and writers who wanted to meet with you to get ideas about sketches. You first stepped into a small room with a desk and futon, Donna introducing you to Chloe Fineman and Celeste Yim.
Chloe smiled brightly at you, “okay, so we were thinking that we could do something where I bring you to a sleepover with some friends that you don’t know. But at some point, you try to go to sleep because you have a soccer tournament in the morning but everyone else is being loud and it turns into this big overdramatic argument.”
You giggled softly, “I love that!”
After writing with them for a while, you were whisked away to room after room, finally landing in Colin Jost and Michael Che’s office, where they were hunched over a computer with Pete.
Colin smiled at you, “hey Y/N, how’s your day been?”
“Busy, how are you guys?”
The men responded with variations of “good,” before Michael spoke, “I know it’s late, so don’t feel obligated to stay longer than you’re comfortable with.”
You shrugged, “what time is it? It doesn’t feel that late.”
Pete laughed, teasing Colin and Michael, “c’mon guys, don’t you know that the young people of New York don’t sleep?”
You giggled in agreement as Colin frowned, “I’m only 38, that’s not that old.”
“I’m only 26, Colin,” you said, laughing at the men.
Michael patted Colin on the shoulder, “Jost, we’re getting old.”
Colin frowned before clearing his throat, “anyways, we had a couple ideas for some sketches with you and Pete, if you’re up for it, and we wanted to hash out your weekend update appearance.”
You smiled and nodded, “yeah, that sounds great.”
The rest of the night (and into the early morning) was spent with the three men, eventually joined by Heidi Gardner and Kyle Mooney to work them into the scripts. A majority of the writing process was simply messing around with various sketch situations until someone found a joke that worked best.
Pete watched you carefully the entire night, doing everything in his power to make you laugh. You had no complaints, doing your best to not openly flirt with him in front of the rest of the cast (and failing quite miserably).
Wednesday
Wednesday was the designated day for the roundtable readthrough. You took a place between Pete and Lorne, who began the reading, “we’ve got 41 sketches so let’s get started.”
The table read was just like any other you’d been through; Lorne wasting no time between sketches to discuss or joke. You struggled with containing your laughter throughout the reading, trying to act professionally. It didn’t help that Pete was making jokes any chance he got, eliciting even more giggles from you.
The three hours seemed to take no time at all as sketch after sketch was read out loud. Every so often you would catch Lorne looking at you with an eyebrow raised, usually after you read one of the sketches with Pete.
After everyone was dismissed, you were led to Lorne’s office with the head writers and producers. There was a large wall covered in sticky notes with each sketch’s name written on one. Lorne turned to you, “what do you think?”
You scanned the wall, listing off some of the sketches that you really liked, though most of them were  great, so you had trouble narrowing them down.
Lorne let out a small laugh, “you guys noticed how she picked out the sketches with Pete in them, too, right?”
Your face went hot, immediately turning to face the ground. Colin and Michael chuckled, “we noticed,” the latter commented.
“There’s nothing wrong with it, Y/N, just wanted to point it out to you.” Lorne teased before turning back to the wall and thinking.
You giggled, “you guys suck.”
As embarrassed as you were, your anxiety was surprisingly low. You had been worried about hosting since you got the invite, but the cast and crew had been nothing but kind to you. Even just being able to make jokes like this with the writers made you feel oddly comforted.
You worked on narrowing down which sketches to keep for rehearsals and which ones were going to get cut immediately, a job that was very easy for Lorne but very difficult for you.
Eventually you got it down to enough sketches that Lorne was satisfied and he sent out the list to the cast. He led you out of his office, “you know, you have a real affinity for comedy,” he told you. “I don’t know if you’ve ever thought about sketch comedy, but from that read through you seem to know what you’re doing.”
You blushed slightly, thanking him, “we’ll see if you’re still saying that on Saturday.”
He chuckled, “have a good night.” You waved at him as you walked towards the exit, running into none other than Pete Davidson.
“Hey, you headed out?”
You smiled, “yeah, just got out of my meeting with Lorne. Did you get a chance to look at the revised sketch schedule?”
Pete nodded, walking with you to the door of the theater, “yeah, I noticed you kept a lot of our sketches in there,” he bumped your shoulder, a playful smirk on his face.
A giggle rolled from your lips, “what can I say? We’re funny together.”
He raised an eyebrow, watching as you flagged down your taxi, “whatever you say.”
“Are you complaining about having to work with me?” You asked, opening the door.
He chuckled, “oh yeah. I am just dreading tomorrow.” Sarcasm laced his words, making you laugh.
“Goodnight, Pete.”
“Goodnight, Y/N.”
Thursday
Donna ushered you around all day, making sure you were in the rehearsal space when you needed to be and supporting you from the side. This part of the process came naturally to you, as it was the most similar to rehearsing and filming on movie sets.
When you weren’t rehearsing a scene, you were hanging out with Pete. It was strange how easily you got along, your humors aligning almost perfectly. Not to mention he was a huge flirt and was making it more and more obvious with you. You flirted right back, earning looks of amusement from Lorne throughout the day.
The day was a whirlwind, and by the time you were able to go home, you were exhausted. Pete walked you out to the street again, talking about one of the sketches that went wrong earlier until your taxi pulled up. This time he opened the door for you and helped you inside, “see you tomorrow.”
You smiled up at him, “bright and early.”
Friday
After hours of rehearsing, you plopped onto the couch in Pete’s dressing room, where you had found yourself a home over the past few days, “I don’t know how you guys do this every week. I’ve been here for four days and I’m exhausted.”
Pete chuckled, “to be fair, you’re the host. The key is to try and only get one sketch into the show so that you don’t have to do anything during the week.”
You laughed, letting a comfortable silence fall over you. Pete studied you, taking in your tired appearance, “you’re doing great though, being a host. I’ve seen some people come in and try to take control of everything and then no one has fun. You’re really good at just letting the comedy speak for itself. Not many people do that.”
Shrugging, you responded, “I mean, I’m not a comedian, I’m just an actor. You guys come up with everything. I don’t know enough to try and control things around here, I just do what I can to make your visions come to life. I figured that’s what a host should do.”
Pete nodded, “yeah, but again, a lot of people want their SNL episode to look a certain way. You don’t seem to care.”
“I just want to have fun, honestly.”
He smirked, “are you?”
You looked up to him with a smile on your face, “definitely.”
Suddenly the speaker in the room rang out, “Y/N and Pete to main stage 1.”
Groaning, you lifted yourself from the couch, Pete watching you with amusement, “c’mon Ms. Host, we’ve got a show to rehearse.”
Saturday
The day was hectic; filled with rehearsal after rehearsal. Lorne and Donna made sure that you were comfortable all day, but you could feel the stress radiating from every inch of the studio.
Stronger than that, though, was the sense of excitement buzzing around everyone. You were fit into more costumes than you could count, all leading up to the final dress rehearsal of the night in front of the live studio audience.
Dress ran smoothly, but you could see Lorne cutting lines from sketches from stage out of the corner of your eye. Luckily, Pete distracted you from all the anxious energy. “I know Lorne looks like a psychopath, but that’s just what he does. Everything’s fine, don’t stress about it,” he said over dinner.
You chuckled, “thanks. I feel so out of my league this week.”
“I told you, you’re great. Everyone here loves you. I heard Lorne talking about wanting you back as soon as possible.”
Rolling your eyes, you responded, “yeah right, I’m never gonna do anything big enough to get me on this show again.”
Pete laughed, “you could always make guest appearances with me on the Weekend Update.”
“You aren’t sick of me already?” you joked.
After dinner you were paraded around by Donna, who got you into your style for opening monologue. She smiled at you through your dressing room mirror, “how are you feeling?”
You gave her a nervous smile, “terrified, but ready.”
The lady chuckled, “you’ll do great. I’ll be right offstage if you need anything.”
“Thank you, for everything this week.”
She squeezed your shoulders, “don’t mention it, though if you really want to thank me, go ask that Davidson boy out on a date.”
Your eyes went wide, “Donna!”
A chuckle rang out through the room, “what? I say it for your own good.”
She led you through a maze of hallways and tunnels until you were in place to walk onstage, the speaker announcing your name to the audience followed by cheers.
Exactly 90 minutes later you were gathered with the cast on stage, “thank you to Fletcher, Lorne Michaels, this amazing cast and crew, and thank you all for watching. Goodnight everybody!”
You turned to Pete, who was standing beside you and let him pull you in for a hug, “you did it!” he cheered.
You passed around the cast, giving hugs to as many people as you can before Lorne announced, “that’s a wrap on Y/N Y/L/N and Fletcher!”
Everyone cheered, clapping for you and your musical guest before heading to their dressing rooms to change into their night clothes. You went back to your own dressing room, taking a moment to bask in the feeling of accomplishment.
A knock on your door pulled you out of your haze, “come in!”
Pete entered the room, a wide smile on his face, “congrats!” You let him pull you in for another hug, “so I know that there’s supposed to be this big party after the show, but I was wondering if you’d let me take you to dinner instead?”
Your breath got caught in your throat, those words being the last thing you expected to hear from him. Of course, you wanted to say yes because you did, truthfully, really like him. But part of you was hesitant.
You’d dated your fair share of celebrities, and things always ended very publicly and typically poorly. On top of that, you couldn’t help but feel that this might be happening a bit too quick. You started to doubt that he would still have feelings for you in a week since he wouldn’t be around you nearly all the time.
And then there was the issue of your insane work schedules. Having just lived through his, you weren’t sure if you would be able to keep a relationship like that.
“Pete, I think you’re amazing and I really like you, I just-“
Pete nodded his head, cutting you off, “I know we only met like a couple of das ago, but people go on dates with literal strangers all the time.”
You sighed, “it’s not that, Pete, it’s just that…” you paused, searching for words, “things like this tend to be very public with me, and I really don’t want to have a relationship where there’s all this pressure by the media to be perfect.”
He shrugged, “I get that, but it’s just dinner. And we can go somewhere quiet and private, no one has to know. And if things go further then we’ll just keep it on the down low until you’re ready. Trust me, I know what a public relationship is like, I’m not a huge fan either.”
“Yeah, but what about your work schedule. I mean, I’ve only lived in your world for six days and I want to sleep for a month. How do you even hold a relationship on this schedule?”
Pete moved closer to you, fingers grazing your arm, “we can make it work. I promise. Just give me one date, and if it’s not the best first date of your life, you have no further obligations to me.”
You giggled lightly, leaning into his touch, “I’m only saying yes because you’re kinda cute.”
He smiled down at you, eyes twinkling, I’ll take it.”

Hey can you do a daminette fanfic where marinette transfers to gotham because of lila's lies and becomes the class favourite, then lila's class goes to gotham for a trip and, unlike the french class, this one can see through her lies and work together with damien to protect marinette and expose lila. Adrijon pairing and lila salt and alya salt please
Marinette felt nervous as she approached the gates of Gotham Academy. She had never thought she would leave Dupont, let alone Paris. Now, here she stands in a new country, at a new school, on the other side of the world from her home. She had never wanted to leave Paris, she truly did love the city. But Lila hadn’t left her a lot of options.
-----------------
Lila had stayed true to her word for once. She had systematically removed Marinette from her friends. Marinette had been so sure that her friends would see through any lies Lila told about her. But it didn’t take much from Lila to convince the class that Marinette was nothing more than a bully. It had been heartbreaking. Marinette had tried everything she could to convince the class that Lila was a liar and tried to prove her innocence but nothing worked. The only people that believed her were Adrien and Chloe.
-----------------
Adrien obviously knew that Lila was lying and stayed by Marinette’s side, despite the class’ pressure to leave the bluenette. Chloe believing her had surprised Marinette. But Chloe had known Lila was a liar since that incident with the Ladybug summoning dance. Of course, even without that, Chloe would have known. She may not like Marinette, but even she knew that it was utterly ridiculous to think of the girl as a bully. Marinette was the furthest thing from a bully.
----------------
But as time went by, even their support wasn’t enough. The class got worse. They were harassing Marinette any chance that they had, and Adrien and Chloe couldn’t be with Marinette constantly, though they tried. It was eventually decided by Marinette’s family that a change of scenery would be good. They looked at several study abroad programs, eventually deciding on Gotham Academy. The school was excellent and even had a very well reputed arts program. It was perfect for Marinette. Luckily, Gina had a friend in Gotham named Alfred that she had met on her travels who, after speaking with his employer, agreed to host Marinette during her time in Gotham. Soon, Marinette was packed and on her way to Gotham.
----------------
That is how Marinette found herself living at Wayne Manor, in Gotham, about to start a new life at a new school. To say she was nervous would be an understatement. She would have been even more nervous, if not for Damian standing at her side. When she moved into the manor with Alfred, she was introduced to his employer, Bruce Wayne and his sons, Dick, Jason, Tim, and Damian. They all immediately like Marinette, as a lot of people had a tendency to do. They quickly started acting like her older brothers, and made Marinette feel at home in Gotham.
-----------------
So, on her first day at Gotham Academy, she was being escorted in by all of the Wayne boys. She was in the same class as Damian, which made her feel slightly calmer. Damian had agreed to stay by her side, knowing how nervous she was to meet her new class. After everything that happened in Mrs. Bustier’s class, Marinette was worried that the same thing might happen here. That she might become the class outcast and be alone again.
-----------------
Needless to say, that obviously didn’t happen. When Marinette was escorted into the classroom by Damian Wayne, it definitely got the attention of her new class. Damian wouldn’t hang out with just anyone. They became curious about this new girl, and were instantly charmed by Marinette. The whole class became very fond of the designer and they were all fast friends. And they acted like friends. They didn’t always ask Marinette for impossible favors, and they helped Marinette as much as she helped them.  Adrien and Chloe would often visit her as well, and when they couldn’t visit they made sure to video call with her everyday. Marinette was the happiest she had been in a long while, starting to forget the problems she had in Paris.
------------------
But trouble had a way of finding Marinette. It was during one of their video calls, that Marinette found out that Mrs. Bustier’s class was participating in a program that had them visit classrooms around the world and learn how schools taught in different countries. And of course, the American school they would be visiting is Gotham Academy. And of course, it was Marinette’s class that they would be joining for the week. Just like that, all of Marinette’s worries came crashing back. What if Lila targeted her again? What if Bustier’s class started harassing her again? Or worse. What if Lila turned her new class against her?
-----------------
Damian had grown quite close with Marinette over the last several months. They had even begun dating, much to Gotham’s collective surprise. He had learned almost everything there was to know about Marinette and loved her quirky personality. So, when Marinette grew quiet and nervous like she had been when she first arrived in Gotham, Damian quickly noticed the change in her behavior. Marinette changed almost immediately after her latest video call with her friends. He tried talking to her, to try and fix whatever was wrong. But she would just say “I’m fine.” and walk away, trying to handle everything herself. She didn’t want to bother Damian with her drama. But Damian wasn’t going to give up, he was going to help his angel with whatever was bothering her.
------------------
He also had contact information for Adrien and Chloe so he reached out to the two, trying to figure out what had changed during that video call. That is when he found out about the visiting Parisian class. He instantly knew what Marinette was worried about. She must be worried about the liar making people hate her again. As much as he wished that she wouldn’t worry about it and trust that her friends here would have her back, he couldn’t expect that after what happened in Paris. Of course she would still be worried about it. But Damian was going to make sure that not only did the liar not mess anything up here, he was also going to keep that horrible class as far from his angel as he could.
---------------
He only had about a week to get things in place, but that was enough for Damian. He gathered the class together one morning, when Marinette was out of the classroom. He told them everything he knew about the Parisian class and what they had done to Marinette. Needless to say, Marinette’s new class despised the Parisians before they even arrived. They couldn’t believe everything they had done to Marinette, but they were determined to protect their friend for the whole week. And to try and destroy the liar that had hurt her. They had no idea what kind of lies to expect from this Lila girl, but they knew she must be a gifted liar to make anyone think that Marinette is a bully.
-----------------
Bustier’s class had arrived and Lila wasted no time trying to impress the Gotham class. She went on and on about her usual stories, while also adding in some new Gotham centric ones. Like how she had helped Batman several times, and how she is very close with the Waynes, practically dating Damian. But then immediately contradicted that by claiming that she was dating Adrien Agreste, completely ignoring when Adrien denied it in front of everyone. Mrs. Bustier’s class ate it all up, as usual. But the Gotham class just stood in shock. This girl was a terrible liar. How did this other class believe a word she said?
-----------------
But Marinette’s worries were partially realized fairly quickly. Once Mrs. Bustier’s class saw her sitting in the classroom, they started in on her. Lila tried to cry about how Marinette had bullied her and the rest of Mrs. Bustier’s class started yelling at Marinette. The young designer started to shrink into herself, until she noticed that none of her new classmates seemed to buy it. They were all glaring at Mrs. Bustier’s class and circling around Marinette to shield her from her old class.
-------------------
Mrs. Bustier’s class finally noticed that the Gotham class was shielding Marinette and glaring at them. Alya became infuriated that they were standing in the way of them defending Lila. “Why are you protecting her?! She is nothing more than a bully! She bullied Lila horribly when she was in Paris, you have no idea what she did!” Lila pulled out the fake tears and cried some sob story about all the horrible things Marinette had done to her, expecting that when she peaked out from her hands after, this new class would now turn against Marinette and be glaring at her. But when she did look, this class didn’t look impressed. They were still glaring at her, some even rolling their eyes.
------------------
Lila, after seeing this, quickly turned back to her class, realizing that this Gotham class wouldn’t be easily swayed. “They don’t believe me! I’m just trying to warn them!” The Parisian class consoled their crying friend, while Alya stepped forward to defend her friend. “How could you keep protecting that monster?! She bullied my best friend and is a horrible person!” The Gotham class collectively rolled their eyes, before Damian stepped forward, having heard enough. “We are still protecting her because unlike you, we don’t turn on our friends on the word of a liar.” Lila wailed louder, trying to earn some sympathy, which just enraged Alya more. “How dare you! Lila isn’t a liar! Where is your proof that she is?!” Damian pulled out his iciest glare, making most of Mrs. Bustier’s class back away. “Where is your proof that she is telling the truth? Regardless, I know she is a liar. Marinette is the sweetest girl I have ever met, a literal angel. There is no way she would bully anyone. Besides that, I know that the liar’s stories about the Wayne family are completely made up.” Lila whips around, forgetting that she is supposed to be upset, angered that this boy had called out her best lies in front of this new class. “And how do you know that huh?! Not like you would know the Waynes. I will get my Damian down here and he will make you regret calling me a liar.”
---------------------
The Gotham class couldn’t hold it in anymore. They all started howling with laughter at the liar who didn’t realize what she just did. Even Marinette had started to smile.  Lila shrieked, “What’s so funny?! Why are you all laughing?!” Damian stared coldly at Lila. “They are laughing cause you just said you are dating Damian Wayne and didn’t even recognize him standing in front of you. I am Damian Wayne, and I have never met you before.” Lila stood shocked, trying to think of anyway out of this. “W-well, I said we were practically dating. Besides, I am dating Adrien.” Adrien had had enough and pushed to the front to stand in front of Lila. “No you are not! I don’t like you. I have never liked you. Besides, I am dating someone else.” As if on que, which if you ask him he will deny that this was planned, Jon Kent burst through the door making a beeline for Adrien. “Sunshine! Finally came to see me again! Jon hugged Adrien tightly, while Mrs. Bustier’s class just stared in shock. They had really thought that Adrien and Lila were dating, but keeping it quiet so his dad didn’t find out. Or at least, that is what Lila had said. Slowly they began to realize that maybe just because Lila said so, doesn’t mean that it is true.
-------------------
The rest of the week was spent quietly. Lila kept trying to win over this new class, while also trying to win back favor with Mrs. Bustier’s class but that was a lost cause. Alya kept trying to defend her friend, refusing to acknowledge that she was a liar. The rest of Mrs. Bustier’s class did finally see the light though and apologized to Marinette. Marinette did forgive them, but they still weren’t going to be friends again. The damage to the relationships was too much. The week at Gotham had ended for Mrs. Bustier’s class and they left. Things returned to normal for Marinette. She was surrounded by Damian and her new friends, who truly cared for her. She was the happiest she had been in ages, and was finally able to rid herself of the fear that Lila would ruin everything again. She felt safe and happy, and nothing was going to change that.

Fandom: MLB Ship: Eventual Felinette, MarcNath & Chlogami, Past Lukanette TL;DR: HBIC Marinette + Rich Marinette + ML Salt Fic + Canon Divergence
[0] | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5
Note: recently i’ve been really craving some hbic marinette, so much that i ended up writing this entire thing tbh even though im not even actively in the fandom anymore post-s2. this was inspired by [Braided Lies] in particular (i’ll be linking it in the notes for those interested; i highly recommend it). i also just really wanted to write a fic where marinette’s family is actually rich it’s just that her family’s very humble and doesn’t like to flaunt their wealth like chloe’s fam tbh. a lot of this fic more or less comes from my own personal headcanons
also, i wasn’t sure if i wanted to go canon felix or fanon felix. so i kinda did both? as in mashed em together; this felix is still adrien’s cousin, a graham de vanily, but his mannerisms are more closely towards fanon felix
this will be crossposted on ao3 under the same name
there is salt in this fic. idk how much yet, but please take care of your blood pressure--

‘Oh,’ Marinette Dupain-Cheng notes, her eyes surveying her classmates, noting that she was in the center of attention.
It was early morning, with only ten minutes until Mme Bustier arrived for class to begin. For the most part, it seemed that everyone else was in attendance — including Chloé, and everyone knew that Chloé has no reason to show up to class early. She couldn’t help but blink at that, a bit of wide-eyed confusion as she made eye contact with the group that seemed to be confronting her.
A typical confrontation, optimized for humiliation by showcasing her ‘faults’ in a wide setting.
“I can’t believe you would do something like this, Marinette!”
Alya was at the forefront, a look of near betrayal and hurt showing on her face as she held a notebook that was torn asunder. There was torn bits of paper that seemed to work in tandem with the mess around the trash bin. It was Alya’s new journalism notebook with a black and red cover — she could see the ripped sticker of a ladybug on the bent and torn notebook. The notebook was barely used from what Marinette could tell, and only now does she realize the reason why Lila made sure to smugly look at her the previous day when she openly gave it to Alya at the start of class with a declaration of being besties.
Lying Rossi wanted to frame her again, and this time, swiftly delivering the final nail of Alya’s judgement regarding Marinette. She was expecting this to happen eventually, and Marinette was foolish enough to think that there was still the tiniest chance of maintaining an amicable friendship with Alya.
Unfortunately, someone spoke up amidst the group who all seemed to display horrified disbelief or heartbroken watery eyes.
“I can’t believe you would rip my gift for Alya because of jealousy,” Lila cried, covering her eyes as she turned to Mylène who immediately closed her eyes and hugged Lila, rubbing her back as she tried to comfort what appeared to be a distraught friend to her. Ivan was next to his girlfriend, seeming somewhat uncomfortable with the confrontation, but standing near to support Mylène and Lila nevertheless. Rose as also next to Lila, and wherever Rose went, so did Juleka.
A glance to everyone else in the classroom showed that they were all filled with varying levels of discomfort or disbelief. Adrien stared at the scene with pinched brows and a frown on his face, as if wanting to doubt the liar’s words, but at the same time being uncertain of it all. His opinion wasn’t important, of course, considering that Lila planted the seed of doubt regarding Marinette, her claims that she was Adrien’s stalker was enough to get Gabriel Agreste to issue a warning against the girl to maintain her distance from Adrien.
And in the end, it didn’t really matter. It was likely that Lila believed that everyone in the class stood at her side. In a way, it was almost true — it was Marinette against a mob mentality. A group of self-righteous people rallying together for the confrontation, believing that they’re protecting a victim against a self-proclaimed bully. As long as there was even a minor bit of evidence, they would readily work together.
Because in their eyes, Marinette is just a Baker’s Daughter. She’s an ordinary girl in their eyes, not famous like Adrien nor as flauntingly rich as Chloé is.
(And that’s what Lila failed to recognize.)
“We can’t stay as friends anymore,” Alya sharply declared as Marinette politely stares back. “You’ve changed, you became a bully just like Chloé!”
It wasn’t the first time Lila had set her up — it was just like Chloé’s work from before. Sloppy, without any regard for consequences, overconfident. Unlike Chloé who had no need for being seen in a positive light, everything about Lila was cliché and relied solely on poorly done acting to sell it. And fortunately for Lila, their class was primarily comprised of socially gullible teenagers.
Only — it’s different this time. Unlike the previous, minor class-based humiliation type of confrontations, it was different.
Because Lila pulls out a pink-covered sketchbook that Marinette had lost about a week ago. It was her practice sketches, where she simply drew still life and the clothes that her peers wear. Everything in that sketchbook was an accumulation of her surroundings, the beauty of the world and the ugliness in society.
And Marinette is silent, staring at Lila and knowing what the girl’s about to do, with a smug smirk on her face with fake tears on her face. And she feels… numb, knowing that nobody will save her sketchbook.
“Exactly!” Lila had sniffed, opening the pink notebook.  “How would you feel if I did the exact same to you, Marinette?”
And all she hears is the sound of pages ripping. Again. And again.
It falls to the ground in broken, ripped pieces.
The class is silent.
Whether it’s because they found it cruel for Lila to tear her sketches to pieces, or that they regret allowing this confrontation to progress the way it did, Marinette will never know. It was a strange feeling, watching her sketchbook be ripped apart because of a liar’s whims, and even then, Marinette can’t find it in herself to care about it asides for the fact that the liar had torn up her sketchbook. Even though it wasn’t her commissions, or her personal works, it was still hers.
Marinette takes in a deep, quiet breath, and she narrows her eyes at Lila who seemed more preoccupied with guilt-tripping their peers into agreeing that her actions were justified.
Her gaze doesn’t linger for long, instead making direct eye contact with Chloé Bourgeois.
——————————
Chloé Bourgeois had been waiting for the day when Marinette would finally admit defeat.
While she herself will readily admit this fact, she is well aware that outsiders will misunderstand the relationship between the two. It doesn’t matter what they think about her and Marinette’s relationship, and it honestly isn’t any of their business either. She indulges herself in adoration and attention, and that’s the simple difference between her and Marinette. It’s the cause of their divide when they moved on to Dupont, and Chloé will always remember that slight. She was given a taste of what she — at the time — deemed to be a betrayal of their promise to always stick together. Félix wasn’t a part of it, and how could he? It wasn’t his fault that his parents wanted to move to Britain.
So yes, she and Marinette were rivals and have been since the day they first met. Were they enemies? That depends on who you ask, and it’s likely that everyone will assume that they were. It’s a complicated matter, really, because to the students of Françoise Dupont, Chloé is a simple school yard bully. But to the students that have been with them since primary school, it was a different story.
For the people who followed them, it was a complicated situation where they laid in wait as years passed.
The premise of it all was simple: Chloé Bourgeois doesn’t want the goody two-shoes Dupain-Cheng who smiles and never says no and wants to be the better person. She doesn’t want to see Dupain-Cheng be the boy-obsessed fangirl when she was simply a critical fashion lover who knew how to speak with a silver tongue disguising her insults — it was the one matter where Félix would agree with her. They hated seeing Marinette Dupain-Cheng act like someone she’s not.
And Marinette was fully aware of how she and Félix felt about the person she is now, but she didn’t want to stay as the kind Heather McNamara of their primary school past. She didn’t want anything to do with fame and would much rather stop and smell the roses — she wants to enjoy life and experience the feeling of being fully seen as a commoner. And it’s fortunate in everyone’s eyes that she’s the Baker’s Daughter and was thus dismissed as a regular girl.
Otherwise, maybe then Chloé would’ve succeeded a long time ago.
In the past three years, almost four, of sharing the same classes at Dupont — something done intentionally by Bustier’s own design, Chloé had tried to push all of Dupain-Cheng’s buttons. She tried to get under her skin, tried to show her the worst of all their peers who would do nothing to come to her rescue, and if it hadn’t been for the new girl at the time, Alya, she probably would’ve won earlier. They all knew that those who were part of their court wouldn’t do anything, partly out of fear of Chloé’s wrath, partly out of respect for Marinette’s wishes, and mainly because they, deep down, had missed the good old days.
Last year Chloé was prepared to go all out until Alya showed up. Plan after plan — ruined because of Alya’s interference, enough to give Dupain-Cheng reason to fight back against Chloé and telling her to back off. As the days had gone by, she was beginning to think of finally moving on, of actually conceding defeat to Dupain-Cheng. And yet, Lying Lila Rossi came around. And Chloé began to see how the girl could cause Marinette to finally snap and return to her senses.
Chloé leaned back into her seat with a triumphant grin, knowing Dupain-Cheng will finally concede defeat as the fashion designer turned to look her in the eye.
After all, Dupain-Cheng is a naïve girl, while Marinette knows her own worth.
——————————
Alix Kubdel leaned back into her seat, biding her time and ignoring Mme Bustier’s lesson as Lila Rossi interrupted class yet again to spin yet another tall tale of her life.
It was sickening to see everyone so easily manipulated. It was sickening to her that she was one of those people that was actually interested in her fake stories. Then again, Lying Rossi could’ve been an author if she hadn’t been more focused on telling lies.
She was hyper aware of the silence coming from Marinette who sat in the back of the classroom. Alone, without sparing anyone a glance as she stared down at her notebook and occasionally typing on her phone. And Chloé, sitting in the row in front of her, Alix can see her typing away on her own phone with a delighted smirk on her face. She can see Sabrina diligently taking notes for herself and Chloé with one hand, the other hand typing away on a tablet.
Then, she heard familiar tapping from behind her. Slowly, Alix glanced back, and Max shoots her a confused look, wondering why she was looking back at him, when really, Alix wanted to confirm that she wasn’t hearing things. The tapping repeats, drawing her eyes to Kim who grinned smugly at her.
Scowling, she elects to ignore him by adamantly glaring at the board, but couldn’t resist the temptation to retaliate as she mutters, “Nobody likes a smug asshole.”
“Yeah? Well Ondine likes me,” Kim smugly stated in return, like a smug asshole.
“Don’t you have anything better to do?” Alix huffed.
“Duh,” Kim stated, and it was that infuriating tone from back in their elementary school days where he would roll his eyes as if she said something dumb. “I’m interested in hearing what you guys plan on doing, though,” he stated, and at this, Alix finally deems him worthy enough for her to actually look back at him. “Ondine’s a part of your faction, if I remember correctly.”
“That doesn’t mean she was a part of the court, though,” Alix scoffed, her eyes darting to the back, where Marinette sat. “I don’t even know if she intends to keep her court the same, especially because we’ve been acting as bystanders.”
“True,” Kim easily acknowledges, and it was in that moment that Marinette looks up and makes eye contact with Alix. “But you’re forgetting one important thing.”
“And what’s that?” Alix finds herself asking, though she already knows the answer.
“You still dye your hair pink.”
——————————
There once was a school called École primaire d'élite de Notre Dame.
Notre Dame’s Elite Elementary School.
It was a fancy rich kid school ruled by three people, and the students had taken it upon themselves to be divided by three factions.
Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta.
Fondamentaux, Charmante, and Méticuleuse.
In the English translation: Fundamental, Charming, and Meticulous.
The colours were chosen because of their faction leader’s favourite colour, the faction names to match the letter of their ruler’s first name, and the meanings carefully picked for what their leaders stood for. Despite how official it all seemed, the leaders that people had chosen to follow did nothing to encourage or dissuade them — well, except for the Charmante Faction; their leader adored all the flaunting and had a rather elaborate princess phase.
Félix Graham de Vanily was known as the Fair Emperor of the Fondamentaux Faction, sometimes being called the Frigid King for his cold demeanor. Out of the trio, he toyed with the rules, twisting them to his advantage and vastly enjoyed making bullies into a show for his own amusement and for their humiliation if they, in particular, wronged him or a close companion. It was a give and take, a businessman sort of approach, the faction out of the three that cared more for facts and logic. He wore dark blue, and so the students who admired his use of logic and manipulation took it upon themselves to wear dark blue accessories — ties and bows, watches and hair ties. He didn’t care for justice, and oft preferred to only make deals that were either fair, or were profitable for him.
Chloé Bourgeois was the Charismatic Queen of the Charmante Faction, otherwise known as the Cruel Empress. It was obvious just by knowing the girl in question that she ruled with an iron fist, commanding everyone she deemed to be beneath her. She was like her own mother at times, using sharp words to bring someone to tears and mocking them all. Unlike Félix, she was self-interested, a fact that never seemed to change with time. She always wore a golden yellow, and her followers would follow behind wearing gold jewelry and accessories — showy, fashionable, and noticeable. Out of the three factions, she was the only one to make her vocal approval and encouraged it by acting as if she were an actual princess, and it didn’t help the fact that she was spoiled beyond comparison.
And then there was Marinette Dupain-Cheng, the Mirthful Majesty of the Méticuleuse Faction, often being seen as the Miraculous Princess for her creative problem-solving and uplifting smiles. Everyone seemed to be in the same mindset that Marinette was a Disney Princess, the sweet McNamara of the three Heathers, despite being the faction that donned on all the shades of red. While Félix was known to be the businessman, while Chloé acted as the queen bee, Marinette was the sweet princess — a bit of a joke, considering that she was the daughter of two incredibly successful bakers, but it was a genuine compliment. People didn’t seek her out like they would for Félix for his connections, nor did they wax poetry and adored Chloé, but her admirers outnumbered both factions because of Marinette’s vast popularity among the student body. Her fans all took to wearing reds and pinks, some would even dye their hair to show her their devotion — anything was fine, so long as they ensured that they would not be an eyesore to the budding fashion designer.
Unlike the others, she was often behind schemes that would get rid of corrupt teachers. Meanwhile, Félix was the sort to use and gather as much information as he possibly could. Chloé was the one who would throw tantrums on occasion while conspiring to get others in trouble. It was expected for the trio to get along like oil and water, meaning not at all. Instead, their friendship closely resembled the three primary colours. They worked together to purge the school of anything they found distasteful, strangely becoming friends throughout it all.
They were called Les Trois Primaires — The Three Primaries.

It is so funny that chloe stans are so quick to bash on marinette for "not giving chloe a chance, not helping her and not believing" her but at the same time will praise adrien "for helping her and make her a better person" when it is totally the opposite. Marinette always encouraged chloe and defended her many times too. Like when she threw her a party, she was praising her and making her feel better about herself. She also encouraged and praised chloe whenever she needed it. She defended chloe from alya by saying that chloe also had a heart. But it is adrien who gets all the credit even though he did not help at all. On the other hand, he didn't try to make her understand or be supportive. He just manipulated her into doing nice things and used their friendship to blackmail her. Same with lila.He did not try to make her understand that she shouldn't mess with ppls education but blackmailed her and made her LIE AGAIN. On the other hand, marinette (in miraculous webisode) said that she wants to help lila and in the canon series also tried to make lila feel better by apologizing to her. Now that i think about it, it is so funny that the WHITE, RICH MALE kid gets a free pass to do anything. The fandom only looks towards his good things while ignoring his flaws but the BIRACIAL, MIDDLE CLASS and FEMALE kid is hated and the fandom is still hung up on the littlest mistakes she made. Ppl are literally hating on mari for something that happened in s1, while praising adrien for everything. Man, this fandom really IS racist and sexist.
I try not to immediate accuse the fandom of being x/y/z (partly because you guys know my opinion on those being kind of “umbrella terms”), but I agree that it’s weird how people seem to ignore how Adrien kept Chloe as his friends and basically brushed off her bad behavior at the end of “Despair Bear,” then didn’t even try to call her to comfort her in “Malediktator,” opting to chide Marinette for being happy that she’s gone.
But I guess Adrien is still the “pure” one somehow. *sigh*
