Okay, for starters, YOU CANT TELL ME THAT HIS S/O IS NOT ONE OF THE REASONS THIS MAN VALUES HIS LIVE SO MUCH!

We all know that Kusakabe, although he is quite strong, does not really want to risk dying and prefers tasks that do not endanger his life, such as evacuating civilians and facing minor curses.

partly because he appreciates his life...and partly because I don't think he wants to cause pain to the few people he loves (reader included).

He wants to LIVE HIS LIFE with his s/o, he doesn't want to die prematurely and leave them alone!

I firmly believe that if he had a partner they would probably be a civilian, because 1- then he wouldn't have to worry about them dying because of sorcery work and 2- he can finally have some normality and peace of mind.

TELL ME THIS MAN IS NOT LOOKING FOR TRANQUILITY WHEN HE IS THE TEACHER OF A GROUP OF SUPER POWERFUL CHILDREN. OF WHICH *TOUDO* HIMSELF IS A PART

I imagine him in part as a boyfriend-father, who, although he is usually quite serious, usually shows that he cares in other ways, such as asking if you have eaten, buying food if you haven't, going for a walk to clear your head if you feel overwhelmed. . that kind of things.

As I said before, he is someone who appreciates tranquility a lot compared to his rather hectic life, so I think he would meet his s/o somewhere where he often lives as a civilian, perhaps (similar to Nanami with the girl at the bread) from some place where he goes to eat after his missions.

You could say that seeing his s/o gives him a hit of dopamine.

THERE IS DEFINITELY NO WAY YOU LET YOUR STUDENTS KNOW ABOUT YOUR S/O. he wants to save himself from Miwa's constant teasing and questions.

although maybe after a while (and only to Miwa) I show ONE (1) photo and brag a little about them.

There is also a possibility that he ends up talking a little about his s/o to Panda in Shibuya, just to calm down and not be so stressed, you could say that is the effect it has on him.

I can see him as a protective boyfriend, more than anything because just as he appreciates his life a lot, he appreciates his s/o's A LOT MORE, and will give him priority over that of others (he thinks it's appropriate, they are civilians after all).

There's not much chance that he'll end up running into his s/o during a mission, but that can either automatically lower his stress level considerably or raise it to unimaginable levels.

If it were a normal mission, it is most likely the first case, since there he can simply greet his s/o and have them go somewhere else for "safety issues" and be reassured that they are away from danger. even if it is a lesser grade curse.

Now, if his s/o were involved in a mission like SHIBUYA he's definitely losing his shit trying to protect them. and he is escorting them all the time with Panda to wherever it is safe and far from danger.

He grows green gray hair, as we say in my country.

It doesn't mean he's against his s/o going to see him at work! Quite the opposite, but he prefers that they go see him when he is a teacher.

I think he would especially like it if his s/o brings him food (whether made by them or bought) or something like that (more cigarettes/candy) and he is very grateful.

Although he doesn't like to share his love life with his students, he is DEFINITELY bragging to his workmates about how he DOES HAVE TIME for good things and that he doesn't regret anything >:)

He's like "that's what happens to you for not doing things the easy way, not like me, I even have an INCREDIBLE and very pretty partner😎" he's shameless.

I would say that his main language of affection would be compliments in a certain way, he knows what to say to get his way in situations where it is required, but with his partner that translates to what he knows what to say to cheer them up or make their day better. .

apart from the fact that he is much more attentive than one would think due to his vague nature.

He remembers his partner's main dislikes well, although he sometimes uses that against them to joke with them (for example, if they don't like bugs, he will chase them with a spider around the house) but he never takes it too far. It's just a little fun between the two.

Apart from that he knows very well when his partner really likes something or if he only says he likes it so as not to hurt his feelings, which is nice, but he prefers sincerity in those types of aspects.

very direct.

Let's say that just as he greatly appreciates his life and KNOWS that he could die at any moment, he doesn't want to waste time, so he is going to be as direct as possible with his s/o if what he wants is something lasting or something temporary, he will do it. which is very good for the relationship honestly.

I think his Achilles heel with the relationship would be PDA, I mean, he doesn't mind things like holding hands or kissing in public, but I don't think he does much more or at least with people around.

low key his s/o will be the one who initiates physical contact at the beginning.

The dates are usually either somewhere preferred by both (anywhere where salmon eyes don't work, please) or right at home watching ridiculous movies to disconnect a little from reality.

or even just be silent for a while with your s/o, at PEACE and let things flow in your head, this is what you do more than anything on a particularly bad day at work.

Sometimes he blurts out sudden thoughts about thoughts he's keeping from work to his partner, it's completely unintentional, but it helps him open up more honestly to his partner.

He's generally pretty open about almost everything, EXCEPT his job, so his s/o has to appreciate those kinds of moments of vulnerability.

As for issues of, for example, settling down, I think he wouldn't be against it at all.

His job already causes him enough stress, it is not unreasonable to think that one day he would like to retire and function alone as a teacher or some other common job (anything seems like baby play compared to cursing).

Along with that, I can see him in this case proposing to his s/o, wanting them to be in his life permanently and "officially" so to speak.

As for the children...I don't think he would want in the first place. He just doesn't see anyone he likes (he can barely stand his own students, my God), so he could be fine with an s/o who has that same opinion.

Did you see that Kusakabe has a sister named Usami? the one who was devastated by the death of her son so they gave her something similar to Panda.

I imagine that Kusakabe would take VERY much into account if his sister likes his s/o to continue the relationship, Usami is one of the few people he cares about and believes that it is appropriate to have his approval.

Can you imagine if Kusakabe had met his boyfriend through his sister? That would be nice

Probably his s/o is also one of the few people with whom he confides secrets like about his sister's son, I don't think he reveals important things about work, but he definitely lets his s/o know that it is for the greater good and especially for their safety.

I saw on the wiki that apparently he likes fishing, it would probably be a hobby that he normally likes to do alone, but if his s/o shows interest, he will try to teach them the basics in a decent way and have them form their own opinion about it.

He secretly hopes that they like it, but no pressure.

Kusakabe wants them to share the hobby because they both like it after all, he doesn't see the point in it being just to spend time together if they don't enjoy it :/

Now, going to the elephant in the room, a s/o sorcerer or part of the academy.

It would be more useful in the aspect of seeing each other often, since they would constantly see if their s/o is a teacher in Kyoto as well.

They could even do joint classes to teach their students an ear of tricks (and that way he doesn't have to give it all alone). ironically the students would respect the s/o more than their normal sensei.

Even if the s/o was from Tokyo, it's not that there would be a serious problem in seeing each other, they send him on missions nearby often, so they could take advantage and see each other after finishing work or better yet, go on missions together.

The problem would be that his more protective side comes to light, which is not necessarily bad, but it can be somewhat annoying.

always puts the s/o behind or does the work before the s/o can do his part, especially if it is a mid-grade curse.

which can be irritating because HELLO, they are of the SAME RANK, they are supposed to be able to do the same things.

Kusakabe should learn to stop being so scared when his sorcerer s/o goes on a mission with him and let them do their job.

Even if we're honest, after that phase, they make a good combo, especially if your s/o encourages you to get out of your comfort zone and not be so lazy.

It would be like the dynamics of "no energy" and "a lot of energy" in short.

He finds it adorable that they believe in him so much, but at the same time he thinks they should be less naïve before the world of Jujustu swallows them alive.

He still liked the idea of settling down, but in this situation it will have to be his s/o who takes the first step. It's a feeling.

In general, if you are one of the few people this man cares about, rest assured that he will not take your affection or your company for granted. He will appreciate it as much as he can and APPRECIATE you as much as he can.

He just wants to live another day. hopefully with you.

No but seriously, imagine this man crouching down in front of you, putting your foot on his thigh and tying your shoelaces. Or even better, after a long day, he’ll take off your shoes and massage the painful spots 😫🤤

😈 Recom Lyle Wainfleet He hates it when you’re sad. So if he sees your sad face, he’ll do one of two things. 1: he’ll make the corniest, most horrible jokes to make you laugh. Or 2 (this is his standard go to when you’re crying): he’ll cup your face between his hands and starts kissing your face everywhere. Not a single spot goes unkissed. And he’ll continue kissing your face until you’re laughing, even if it takes all day.

🍬 Recom Z-dog Z-dog has asked you many times to design/draw tattoos for her. 🥽 Recom Walker I headcanon that human Walker was (and still is in her heart) a woman of color. She used to help her mama with braiding at her mama’s shop and knows how to do all kinds of braids. So when she’s bored, she tells you to sit in front of her and she’ll braid the most complicated things in your hair. She has special products to use and everything she might need. You’re her only victim (muse) because you’re the only one with long hair, since she can’t really do anything with Z-dogs short mohawk (she tried, Z-dog looked ridiculous and she made Walker swear to never tell anyone, but Walker has pictures to blackmail Z-dog when needed).

😎 Recom Mansk Mansk always has a spare pair of sunglasses with him. If he sees you squint in the sunlight (Idk if Na’vi eyes work the same as human eyes, but just pretend they do), he’ll magically appear behind you and puts his spare sunglasses on your nose. If they are too big for you, he’ll order and carry a pair of the exact same ones that he has in your size.

🧯 Recom Prager We all know that dying as a human and waking up as a Na’vi is difficult. The memories of your past life, the life that you can never return to, sometimes give you nightmares. When Prager sees that you’re having a nightmare, he’ll run his finger over the bridge of your nose, careful to not wake you up. It’s really soothing and often calms you down. When you’re awake the next day, he’ll be expecting a kiss as a thank you tho.

⚕️ Recom Ja Ja always carries snacks for you (for the others too, but only if they really need it). You can just reach into one of his pockets for a snack anytime you want. He carries all your favorites, if one of the other Recoms is close to fainting and they need something to eat, they get what they get. If they don’t like it, too bad.

🧢 Recom Brown He celebrates everything in your relationship. He celebrates the first time you two met, the first time you two talked, the first time you two kissed, the first time you two hugged, literally everything. He even knows how long you’ve been together to the second. And he has gifts for every celebration. Those gifts are like the little things.

Imagine that there is a mall/store(s) on Pandora (accessible for recoms/Na’vi as well). If he sees you look at something, he’ll secretly buy it for you as a gift for those celebrations. Also, he’s definitely the type to do those trends where the guy buys everything his s/o has in her online shopping cart/wish list.

📿 Recom Lopez I’m pretty sure that we all headcanon that Lopez carries extra medical supplies for Ja. So I think that he carries extra mags and whatever you might need when you’re on a mission. You forgot something? Don’t worry, he knows how you sometimes forget things. You have run out of something? Don’t worry, Lopez has some extra because he knows that you can’t live without it. Sometimes he’ll prank you with it too. Imagine you’re looking for something. You’ve looked in every single one of your pockets, both of your clothes and of your vest, your pack, literally everything. So now you’re just going through everyones stuff. Suddenly Lopez has the exact thing in his hands. He swears it was in your vest the whole time, but you’re 100% sure it wasn't.

⛓️ Recom Fike So we all know that I headcanon that Fike is an anxious boy. When he’s stressed or when you’re stressed (and the situation allows it) he’ll hold your pinkie with his own. It’s not a huge gesture or something sappy (except it totally is), just a reminder that he’s there and that you’re not alone.

i thought of jally first meeting hcs and im dying at the thought!!!

- so one headcanon has always been that soda became friends with everyone first before they met the rest of the gang. and another one is that dallas moved to tulsa when he was 14/15

- soda and dallas met on dal’s first day of school and soda was in the principal’s office bc he was goofing off in class. so they met there and then dal started hanging around but he hadn’t yet met johnny!

- one day pony and johnny are hanging out and pony is going on and on about soda’s new friend who is “even worse than steve” lmao and johnny’s kinda scared bc the description ponyboy gives is matching the rumors he has been hearing around town! but he's like “pony, we’ll be fine if we stay on his good side”

- then it's friday night and soda has invited the whole gang over, and they plan to just bum around town. soda says that he invited dallas too so he might show up. johnny and pony look at each other but they're like “this dude isn't dumb enough to jump us in front of the others, we good”

- they go out bumming around for HOURS and soon it's pony and soda’s curfew! so they leave along with steve. johnny and two-bit start cracking jokes about dal not showing up. two’s like “i should’ve known a kid like that is too good to be true” and johnny's like lol

- then they turn around and there he is! it's an image that johnny will never forget bc he has never seen someone with such white hair that it glows in the dark. dallas also will never forget when he first saw johnny – it felt like seeing a ghost

- johnny REALLY reminds dallas of his friends back home. johnny didn't really hold himself like the thugs from nyc that dal knew, but the dark hair and skin is so reminiscent of the guys he used to hang around!

- but neither of them can have a moment bc two-bit goes “bamm-bamm rubble must be your brother!” and dal’s like ? you think i have a tv? he looks immediately at johnny, waiting for him to say something. johnny does not 💔

- “so are you the mystery man we’ve been hearin’ about?” two bit asks and dal’s like hell yeah I am 😎 so two goes “that’s a hellava name you got, don't you think, johnny?” so johnny's like “yeah, it's tuff”

- so then they start talking about soda and dal’s like “i didn't stand him up, man! my night starts at midnight. I ain't got no curfew” and johnnys like my parents don't care about my safety so i also do not have a curfew. two’s like “my mom’ll kill me. but it'll be worth it.”

- so the 3 of them hang out until people are like “two-bit your mom is yellin’ up and down the block for you!!!!” so he takes off and leaves johnny and dal. two was doing most of the talking, so a silence falls between the 2 of them. but then dal’s like “what are you, a church mouse?” and johnny’s like 🤭 if you want me to be!

- johnny asks about nyc and what it was like and dal gives him all the brutal details. johnny is kinda shocked bc the gangs in tulsa aren't like the gangs in nyc AT ALL but basically the first time they met they immediately bonded and it was nice and sweet <3

where to begin to start explaining my gear and your gown.

first of all a few trigger warnings: homophobia, violence, under age drinking, parental figure dying, attempted rape*, singing

...and this is as far as i go down the fires of MDL. Now we have a LITTLE bit more base knowledge.

This is an enemies to study buddies to "friends" to enemies to strangers to friends to lovers story. (very long trope but you will get it)

..with a cast that makes newer and older bl fans go like WAIT THEY ARE IN THIS?

Before we get more into the plot of this story, let me introduce the boys and the gurls and who is who and who is doing what with who. Confused? you are welcome 😎

Lets start with the MAIN people that this story is about

oh btw the colors mean nothing is just wanted to have some colors in this so it's not just a wall of text

This is pai our little, nearsighted, insecure, introverted and bad with his words boy. That falls head over broken glasses for itt that saves him not once but twice. But he can't really see itts face everytime because his glasses fall off.

He will get rid of his glasses (because of lasik he rich booooy and glasses make people ugly apparently) when he gets older. Will also do everything in his power to make sure that itt gets to live his dreams. With questional techniques to make sure it happens.

highschool!pai: i'm only gonna tutor you so you can get into uni. Pls pang (itts ex girlfriend) get back together with itt so he is more motivated to go back to school, i'm only gonna forgive you if you let me tutor you again.

uni!pai: i lost your trust so ofc you hate me and don't want me in your life i know this. i'm okay to watch you shine from afar

This is itt (badumtiss sorry everytime i have to read this phrase i have to laugh) our angry, can recognize pais handwriting everywhere, ball is life, grumpy and loves to stare at pai boy. Will wear a bowtie when he hits rock bottom.

And will do anything to make sure his boy gets more out of his shell, even tho his techniques are also questionable at best. Its not that bad in highschool but boy does he dial it up to 100 when they are in uni.

highschool!itt: ..pierce your ear you coward [affectionate]

uni!itt: ..you want your earing back? Join the beauty pageant, pai wants to entertain people, pai wants to answer this question, asks pai stupid med question (because he sees that pai feels uneasy talking infront of people) which pai has to correct and make him ease up, etc

These two are the main couple in this "masterpiece". Staring at eachother (from afar to near to angry to lovie dovie) and miscommunication are their favorite activities. They both will continue doing these even in uni which will give you the urge to pull your hair out. wich will lead to much unnecessary drama. Because both just want the other one to have their best lifes, because BOTH of these two idiots think they are not good enough for eachother. Can you belieeeeeeEEEeeeeve that? They once go out for some wonton noodle soup because pais parents can't make dinner (it's a date but pshh dont tell them). And thats where pai gets his ugly ass earring. That will be the plot device to move things along.

Now lets get to know the rest of them.

This is folk, the very tall, handsome, with a little obsession with pai at the start, going to be a dentist and writer boy. Is not so happy that pure always sabotages him and pai. Can quote barbra streisand from the top of his head.

Enters the story right before the timeskip, he gets scolded by pai for reading the number for a classroom wrong and that is what made folk fall hard. Folk meets pai in uni again and uses their "first" first meeting as a pick up line, didn't really land. He will try to forget about pai after that camping trip in uni with a little help of pure *wink*

There is a subplot in the series where there is an Mr.950. You will think Folk is Mr.950 (because that was the number he read wrong) that is giving pai little gifts. But he is not that dude it's itt its always itt kidz.

This is pure very small, loves to fool around, will not use the hecking condoms (gets an "well deserved" std-scare that makes him and waan bond and become real good friends and you try not to ship like the doc that reads out the test waan made pure take, always have protection with you kidz) his sucky mom throws at him because she is as bad as her son when it comes to fool around, will do anything that makes his BFF itt happy, ball is also life, his first love was a coward and let him get beaten up by bullies, and will fall head over heels for a certain dentist boy.

He pushes folk to confess to pai (do it bro or it will be to late), and folk getting brutally rejected by pai. And after that pure and folk drive back to drink the pain away and for pure to "comfort" the poor soul.

Thank you folk for explaining purefolk, love me this trope when the two people that gonna be together in the end. Tell them stuff like that and ask the other for an answer.. AND IT HAPPENS LIKE THE OTHER ONE SAYS. THEIR SHIP DYNAMIC IS JUST TOLL/SMOLL, enemies to friends with benefits to with a lot of unnecessary drama lovers. ..pure even saves folks face id so folk can unlock pures phone. It was love at first oishi ad scene

last but DEFENETLY NOT least

This is waan (and his girl beau) second most intelligent, token straight, with no game till he meets beau (at one point you will and want to slap waan for beau because lord he stupid*.), best friends with pai by fate (fate as we are both have the most brain lets be friends) a very kind boy.

*this part of the camp. SHE WAS SO HAPPY AND HE CRUSHES HER HOPES BECAUSE HE THINKS THAT AFTER PURESAID IF HE COULD HELP HER WITH HER, THAT PURE IS GONNA STEAL HER AWAY FROM HIM. *tries to calm down*

...they figure it out after he gets hurt by getting hit by an basketball that Itt was throwing (you have to watch it pls). BUT BOY, what a mess it was thanks pure (but ofc pure only did that to give waan a push to finally stand HIS ground) what i want to say about these two is they are the cutest and i will forever love them

phew now that we got that out of the way lets go through the plot a bit. Lets just make it some bulletpoints because i want you all that you watch this.

I lied this got out of hand have bulletpoints with all my brain came up with enjoy.

STILL PLEASE WATCH IT.

pai starts his first day of school after 5 years in england. It's his last year in HS. (and trust me you saw me how angy i was with simm and lemme tell you NO ENGLISH WORDS pass pai lips once NOT ONCE) his parents are so busy they won't even eat breakfast with him :(

he gets to school gets hit by a soccer ball, this is were he first meets Itt and after that pai gets announced head of the bishop club (the smartie pants club) because he smort, but he declines at first.

after school and pai and waan are about to get driven home by pais driver. He just looks at waan and runs away. (To this day i have no clue why he does it) He almost gets robbed by thugs in a back alley BUT Itt is here to save the day. Sadly pais glasses break from the run in with said thugs. But no worries itt fixes them with a tape.

back at school pai ask waan if he could find the owner of said tape. But waan will only help him if pai takes on the role of head of the bishop club. So pai accepts this deal.

But as soon as pai said yes, the teacher approaches pai to tell him that the knight club (the sport nerd) lost their building and now are going to get the bishops clubs room, because they got more accomplishments. And his is going to get disbanded.

pai goes to the principal and guess who he meets there? The head of the knights club and it's itt. After talking to the principal and promising him that he will use his connections with his dad to get some activities going. The principal decides that they have to share the room.

after this pai talks to itt infront of the principal office and thanks him for helping him and if he remembers him. itt just tells pai that he doesn't remember people who lik to pull strings.

enter the we are "enemys" now phase, with Itt and his knight club members trying to annoy the bishop club members to leave.

pure takes one of his hook ups into the room and spills some juice and trys to mop it up with some very important papers, waan sees that and they get into a little fight, a projector gets damaged.

waan sees his time as his chance to get the knights out of their room. But he overhears pure and his mother talking and it's not the nice (at this point just throw away the whole mum) in the end he takes the blame for damageing the projector.

because of this situation the teacher tells pai that he has to agree to her proposition that he has to tutor itt or she will disband the bishop club (don't look at me i still have no clue how this makes any sense)

pai agrees and now the whole study buddies era happens. Naturally not without Itt ditching the first lesson, but he had a reason. His mom is in the hospital with sickness (it could be cancer?) and he was visiting her. Pai goes to see his parents that are working at the same hospital itts mum is a patient in. And pai sees itt with his mom and also overhears and sees the argument he has with his father (WHO BRINGS HIS MISTRESS WITH HIM TO HIS DYING WIFE INTO THE TRASH WITH HIM)

because pai sucks at hiding itts sees that he overheard this confronts pai. They make a deal that pai won't say anything about this if itt lets him tutor him. NOW we are entering the study buddies to friends era.

Itts mum finds them studying together and happily demands that they should do these lessons in her patient room. She is really happy and jokes around with pai about her son (first supporter of IttPai)

everything is going great and pai and Itt becoming friends and mayhabs feelings blossoming, they even go eat wonton noodle soup, when pais parents ditch him because of work. And thats where pai gets the gown earring and his ears pierced. When pai gets home is parents are very suprised and shocked about this. (to this day i am confused because of pais parents, their reactions to things are so CONFUSING)

pai proudly wears the earing to their next tutoring session, but itt also invited his girlfriend peng along. Pais new found confidence goes back into the shell.

everything is going to shit at this point (we are only in episode 4 so buckle up) Pai is very cold to itt and even declines the offer to go eat together.

SOMEHOW pai does go to the wonton noodle shop (don't ask me why he decided to go like i just write here what i see for you guys) and sees itt eating there with peng. Pai walks away sad and gets hit by a car.

while this is happening itts mom also not doing so good. She passes away when pai gets hit by the car.

at the same time waan and pure also kind of bond and become friends. After waan sees two people fight over who gets to be with pure. Waan asked pure for help, the both of them go to an cafe and pure tries to teaches waan on how to flirt which back fires and they go out drinking.

on their way back from the cafe waan asked pure why he is the way he is with his relationships. And he drops the my first love was an ass he let me get beaten up by guys so now i don't feel love anymore. (trust me at this point you will go 👀🏳‍🌈 at them)

at the club our little player gets in a fight with someone accusing him on giving their girlfriend HIV.

waan goes looking for pure after he didn't show up for school a few days. He talks to pure and on how important it is to use protection even to it is from your shitty as moms leftovers (this whole scene is very bf coded but alas), waan drags him to the hospital to get a check up.

Where we get this iconic scene

back to pai and itt we are now in another we are no friends anymore era where itt is angry at pai for "not being there when his mom died" even tho he himself was also in the same hospital. Out of fear to lose his home (because shitty dad), itt even tries to drop out of highschool (rock bottom time the is a bowtie involved). Yes i say tries, because not on pais watch is that gonna happen. Pai tries to convince itt that he will earn more money as an engineer then whatever job is is doing right now. (we have a little pai almost getting hit by another car moment but they stare at eachother way to long 10/10) Pai playfully calls itt and idiot if does not show up to their tutoring session the next day.

He even tries to persuade peng to get back together with itt so he has more motivation to go back. But it backfires itt saw how peng was trying to kiss pai. (Just as we thought the drama is over right?)

the boys are "fighting" again but thanks to waan and pure the conflict is set aside very quickly. The four boys are now all friends and have a few nice days/weeks

pai and itt get accidentally locked in school and have to spent a night there where pai loses his earring.

in the morning the teacher calls pai to her office to tell him that he done his part, and that the bishop club now have their room back. Itt finds the earring and was about to enter the teachers room and overhears these two talking. (the real enemy era starting now)

the next day itt confronts pai that he has pais earring and he tells pai that he overheared the conversation with the teacher and pai just yield and begs itt to give him back his earring. Itt will only give it back if pai gives his club the room back. But because pai can't do this he promises to do anythingelse to get the earring back. But itt is not having it and keeps the earring.

folk enters the story at this point he first get scolded by angry heartbroken pai that he should read the room numbers correctly and take school seriously.

folk ruins a hook-up for pure because he tries to give back a pencilcase to the wrong girl.

pai gives notes to pure for itt..but because itt KNOWS pais handwriting he get so angry and goes to pais house to throw these notes at him and yell at him.

all of the boys get into their unis

TIMESKIP WE ARE IN UNI NOW

pai now has no glasses anymore (we get the first sotus call back with them trying to tell the meaning of the letter but JINKS they don't do this anymore..PUuuuh) and we meet beau for the first time and waan totally falls for beau.

this is also when mr.950 comes into play, it's a mystery person that gifts pai little gifts over the next 4 episodes.

pai gets a bit dizzy and almost faints after painting 2 lines of paint but he gets saved by the mystery man mr.950

pai also meets folk again, who straight out flirts with pai. He gets rudly interrupted by pure, who jokingly accuses him of being a player and sleeping around. (lets just say he uses it as a revenge for when folk wanted to give back that damn penicle case to the wrong girl pure was trying to flirt with)

this iconic scene happens after

at the dance thing the freshy have to do, pai has to do a little dance, because itt called out his name and said that he wants to.

folk joins him with the dancing because our dear pai is just to stiff and awkward

pai confronts itt after that event and begs itt to leave him alone.

beau ask pai to become their facultys king for the beauty contest but as always pai declines. (and ofc itt is in earshot and hears it)

we get this little scene where Itt uses the earring to get pai to join the beauty contest.

this amazing purefolk scene happens (it's their Ohhhhhh moment because after that its on....but folk still has his crush on pai)

a photoshoot for the freshy king things happens and pai really isn't feeling all to good on how stiffly and uncomfortable he looks in his pictures. Itt teases pai on how if he keeps doing so poorly on keeping his promise he should say bye bye to the earring, which REALLY riles up pai and he promises that he still has some tricks up his sleeves.(at this point you can feel that itt does these things from a place of love because booooy)

folk casually follows pai to his dormroom (don't worry he also lives there but still i was ehk?) and asked him for an chance to hit on him. Pai answer is "... to have it his way but he stands by as his friend first" (don't look at me i am also confused) Folk uses an even lamer pick up line this time.

folk gets to his room and he meets his neighbour! Guess who it is! ..imma tell you it's pure

waan tells pai that he likes beau but that he knows that she is out of his league (oh broother..noo) and that he is gonna join the freshy competition as a volunteer so he can be around beau. Because thats all he needs to be happy

ITS FRESHY COMPETITION CAMP TIME BEECHES time to get some progress on these couples!

Everytime pai has to do an activity, there is always itt trying to make him feel at ease or do things that help pai feel at ease (asking a stupid med question when pai feels uncomfy when he has to introduce, hurting himself so pai can show how to treat a wound, holds his hand when they have to walk blindfolded) They have a little moment in the tent, like they had back in hs when they where locked up.

waan gets closer to beau and helps her out in camp as good as he can. You could say they kind of flirt with eachother. But this spark of hope is soon put out by pure asking waan at the white band ceremony if could help him flirt with beau. Our boy waan is so defeated that when beau "ask if he wants to hit on her" he is like no..but a friend of mine does. Which in return leaves beau sad and a little heartbroken because she thought waan liked her.

talking about pure, his whole stick this camp is to keep folk away from pai. Or to sabotage them from having any interactions. Pure only urges folk on to man up and to confess his feelings after folk saw that itt and pai was holding hands. He gets rejected by pai

pure and folk drive back together to drink have a little talk and one leads to another and to bring back the fish from earlier

they decide to become friends with benefits (i am at this point that i believe that no one knows what a friend with benefits is because what these two are doing? Is kinguea league of doing it)

back at school pai talks to folk, if he is mad at him because pai heard that folk wasn't feeling so good. Folk ask for some time from pai so he can get over him.

after the meeting for the freshy competition folk just wants to go back and write his novel, but there is pure with other ideas. But folk brushes those ideas off and leaves without pure.

we see yachts character again nickey...we will meet him again and all i can say is with a gif

nickey wants pure to go to a party with him but pure declines with probably the biggest 🥺 while looking after folk.

pure and folk some cute moments while folk tries to write, when pure comes home from a bar, in school, (trust me guys you need to watch it)

folk reads some msg between waan and pure (thats what happens if you save your FWB faceID on your phone and say stuff like i won't keep secrets from you and you act sus buddy) where waan ask pure why he is messing around with folk if he wants to hit on beau and pure the idiot that he is answers that waan should fawn over her and that he going to enjoy folk until he gets tired of him. (put the pitchforks down this will get resolved...somehow)

we are at a basketball match now and pai is standing on the sidelines lost in thoughts. They begin to throw a ball at eachother angrier eachtime.

waan gets hit by a ball that itt throws at pai and hurts his wrist

let me remind you now at the trigger warning from the beginning the one with the door? well thats gonna happen now. I'm no going into detail

back to Itt and pai, Itt comes by to apologize to waan in the hospital but pais not having it and tells itt that from now on that this hatred is no longer one-sided.

all in all the boys are doing great

we finally get an inside look on why itt did the things he did to pai

pure comes clean about his intentions for beau, that he never liked her and that he only saied it to give waan a push. (they get together i mean beau and waan heheheheheh)

a sad heartbroken pure is at a club and gets a little "..Sowwy for you know doing almost a bad thing with you friend :< here have this" gift from nickey. (It's a hook up and oh boy will pure regretti spagetti this but he will punch nickey and make him apologize to folk so theres that but still puuuure whhhhy)

folk and pure talk with eachother and they decide to no longer to be FWB and that they are now going out. Pure has to promise folk that he is going to be his only one.

pai comes by to bring folk some congee and tells folk that he no longer has to refer to himself as mr. 950 BUT SUPRIIIIIIIIIIISE folk never was it. Pure gives pai the tip that it is the number of their old club room in highschool.

pai goes to visit waan in the hospital and waan no longer can keep the secrets he had and tells him everything.

ITS COMPETITION TIIIIIIIME time for our queen to serenade us! (i only just realizing what lyrics she is singing oasdjhjdksad)

everyone is getting ready for the show, the boys show off their little talents. And then there is itt who just goes up to the microphone and gives up. (yet still he wins the popularity vote i am amazed 10/10)

pai sings the song itt played for them when they all where in highschool.

PAI WINS THE HECKING CONTEST

after the competition he meets up with itt infront of the photography club. Itt gives him his earring back and pai asks what the room behind him looks like inside (he doesn't even wait for an okay he just walks in)

BIG DARK BLUE KISS ENERGY *intro plays in the background* with all the photos all over the room (okay they are mostly just pai but okay itt is on this hecking crush for a bit) as they watch a slideshow of pictures of pai they tell how much they love eachother

Itt finally reveals that he is mr.950 and shows pai his own earring he got himself as a memento of pai.

they exchance their earrings and FINALLY kiss. But they get rudly interrupted by pais parents and his mother almost fainting.

pais parents are not really okay with their son kissing a boy in puplic and him talking back at them. Pai is so devastated by his parents reaction that he breaks up with itt

pais parents make him change schools back to england? When pai gets to school to pick up the papers he meets itt that does the same. Itt tells him "he only went here because of him" and gives pai back his earring

At lunch with his parents at home pai cracks and just cries and his parents finally see maybe we did something wrong? They even talk to an psychologists.

When it's time to fly back to england?? Pai stops his parents to say to them that he does not want to go. His mother asks him if he is really sure? AND when he says yes with confidence. His father calls out Itts name and itt comes out of his hiding place (imagine pai NOT doing this..the awkwardness oooof)

the parents and itt had a talk and now pai gets to stay and be happy and together with itt (hecking finally and like going to england won't make your son less anxious and gay. Thank the lord they figured that out. Itt is gonna be favorite son-in-law in no time)

pure and folk are back at the hospital, because nickeys little gift well...wasn't as clean as hoped BUT pure is now! So HAPPY ENDING FOR THESE TWO ASWELL

The friendgroup go on a camping trip and all three couples are as disgustingly cute as they can be.

😎 I talked to my sister today on the phone and that made me so happy because I have been missing her terribly ( she had recently moved really really far away with her husband ) . But that has me thinking about SB and their sister, probably her SO and all of that ( with dear Nat mixed in as well. Now that she realizes that she’s in love and nearly lost SB she isn’t going anywhere) . So after the siblings reconnected and the birth of sisters baby ( and not to mention SB VERY NEARLY DYING) Sister and her family moved to be near SB and better able be in SB and Nat’s ( Nat may not see it yet but Sister and her family fully view her as wholly part of the family and basically views her and SB as practically married as they can clearly see how in love they both are and that the relationship is clearly going in that direction. Even when and especially when Nat and SB can’t see it) lives. So when SB was in the hospital and when they came home Sister was always there to help take care of SB , the sister is also a nurse(*) and was teaching Nat all the essential things that she needed to know in caring for SB. Because there is no way in hell after Nat was taught the necessities she was going to let nurses or doctors ( unless it was truly necessary to do so or if that nurse was SB’s sister) take care of HER BEEF 🥩 😤. Sister and Nat really bonded ( they already had an understanding and the start of a good relationship) and their relationship really solidified.

I am in love with the idea of Sister coming over and leaving her baby and SO to SB so She and Nat could have a girls night out together . And the SO and Beef already knew each other for a very long time before hand and do enjoy each other’s company so it isn’t awkward at all and of course SB is just loving on the baby. (*) The sister and her SO have been together since they were teenagers and are high school sweethearts. Beef is absolutely loving the fact that their two girls (Subject to change based on if vulture makes the SO or the sisters baby a girl. Or if vulture makes SB have a good relationship with their mom.) are together and get along so well. SB would NEVER call Nat their girl out aloud ( they have some self preservation and they are a himbo, not outright stupid) .

I am now asking about one Miss Yelena( fuck that middle name , I will butcher it) Belova because as we all know in any universe that Yelena is Nat’s sister. Nat loves that girl more than life it’s fucking self ( MCU’s Nat certainly did ) . Is Yelena in the Sergeant Beef Universe and is she Nat’s sister( biological or adoptive) ? Are Melina and Alexei her parents (biological or adoptive ) and what is that home life like ? I am in need of more background information like this so I can fully and more accurately formulate more thoughts on these things. If Yelena is still Nat’s sister is she still the younger sister and is the age difference still the same ( in the MCU Nat is five years older than Yelena) . I know in the comics they weren’t sisters and they had a more antagonistic relationship and were much more rivals than anything.

(* This is kinda based off my sister a bit . My sister is a nurse and she has been with her high school sweetheart husband since they were teenagers. So I have known her husband for a long time and I love him dearly as my brother in law. We enjoy each other’s company.)

I think once Nat warms up to SB's sister, they're truly going to be the bestest of friends. I feel like Nat doesn't have a lot of female friends, so until she meets the sister, she doesn't really have anyone who will go to a spa with her, or take her to get her hair done, stuff like that. And Nat doesn't realize how much she's wanted to do stuff like that until SB's sister happily takes her out. 🥺

Once Nat learns how to be a nurse, the entire hospital staff is forbidden from entering SB's room. 😂 I feel like there was one incident where a pretty nurse was helping wash SB, and SB was getting a little "excited" about it (not that they can really control that) and Nat saw and got so jealous. 😅😂

I think SB would be so happy too that Nat is getting along with their sister. Nat really does need friends/people to take her out of her work, and the sister is perfect for that.

Omg, I love Yelena! I've never given her any thought in this AU, to be honest lol. I suppose that is another thing to be explored, but for now all I can confirm is that Yelena does exist in the Sergeant Beef AU, and they were both adopted by Melina and Alexei basically from birth. Yelena also serves in the military, but not in the Army branch like Nat and SB. More to come. :)

Husk didn’t really care about working at this hotel. In his words he didn’t want to do any charity work. But Alastor made him stay and help out. Husk really couldn’t say no and there were reasons behind it. Reasons Husk didn’t feel like telling anyone and couldn’t tell anyone. So Husk did his work at the hotel. Sometimes he complained here and there. Having to tell Angel to screw off and for Charlie not to hug him for doing a good job. The only people he could stand were Nifty and Vaggie. Husk would just work, drink, and sleep. Everything just felt like a cycle that was until Joey had joined the hotel. Husk stared at Joey for a moment and felt a weird feeling in his chest but he thought it was just from the alcohol so he pushed it aside. Charlie had called a meeting and introduced Joey as someone who will be working here at the hotel. That he would be helping with the teenage sinners. Husk hoped that Joey wasn’t annoying as the others. And to Husk surprise he wouldn’t but Joey would make sexual jokes with Angel or silly jokes with Alastor. Joey was great at his job when it came to teens understanding certain patterns that landed these teenagers in Hell. He was always helping Charlie with ideas for the hotel like when they threw a summer festival at the hotel and everyone had fun. Husk himself even enjoyed it. Husk found himself enjoying seeing Joey. It was night and Husk had finished closing the front desk, he decided he earned himself a smoke break and walked outside to the back alley. That’s where he stopped Joey and saw him smoking. Husk wasn’t up to date with many things but he could see that Joey was vaping. Husk never understood anything about vaping but he wouldn’t judge because times are changing and things are and will be different. Husk walked over and saw that Joey was upset. Husk pulled out a cigarette and lit it. “ What’s up with you? “ Husk said as he placed the cigarette to his lips. Joey looked over at Husk and sighed. “ I made a stupid choice. You see I wanted to impress Alastor even though Vaggie warned me not to do so. I asked Alastor to dance thinking I could wing it since I love to dance but I accidentally knocked down Alastor’s radio and broke it, even though he said it was okay. I couldn’t help but cry and run off because I embarrassed myself and I feel so fuckinf stupid! “ Joey said. As he weeps and looks down. Husk sighed and looked at Joey, feeling bad Husk knew how it felt to be embarrassed when trying to impress someone. “ Hey, now don’t beat yourself up, sure you might have embarrassed yourself but come on we all screw up and make fools of yourselves. I’m surprised that Alastor didn’t send you to a different part of Hell for breaking his radio. So if he didn’t then he must not have been upset. But again don’t beat yourself up. “ Husk decided to try a tactic that Charlie had him do whenever he was upset. “ Joey, look at me. “ Husk said. Joey stared at Husk with tearful eyes. Husk wipes away Joey’s tears and gives him a serious look. “ This may seem silly but just follow my lead. “ Husk looked around and lifted his arms in the air. Joey stared at Husk with confusion.

“ Come on, just do it. “ Husk said. Not wanting anyone to walk into the alley and see them. Joey nodded and lifted his arms in the hair. “ Close your eyes. “ Husk said while he closed his eyes. Joey closed his eyes. “ And now deep breathes in and out. “ Husk said. As he was teaching Joey some breathing exercises. Joey did what Husk said. The two of them taking deep breaths, pausing, and then breathing out. This continued for a few minutes and Joey started to feel better. It also made Husk feel better that he didn’t want to smoke. Husk opened his eyes and dropped his arms to the side. “ Alright, do you feel better. “ Joey opened his eyes and smiled and gave a nod. “ Yeah, I feel a bit better thanks Husk, can I give you a hug? “ Joey asked. This surprised Husk because his boundaries usually weren’t respected mostly by Angel, Alastor, and Charlie. “ Eh…. sure but make it quick. “ Husk said, mumbling. Joey hugged Husk for about five seconds then pulled away. A part of Husk wished the hug lasted longer but he couldn’t get attached. “ I~I’ll I’ll see you around Joey. “ Husk walked back inside the Hotel. Joey smiled and was grateful that Husk calmed him down and talked with him. The next morning Joey was listening to just a couple of songs from the musical Hamilton. He had gotten Charlie addicted to the musical that the two would sometimes listen to it. Husk couldn’t stop thinking about Joey yesterday after what happened. He thought about asking Joey to have a drink with him but he wasn’t sure if Joey was a drinker so he thought maybe he could take Joey to a magic show that was happening. “ Come on, just ask them. “ Husk thought to himself. Husk closed his eyes and sighed. Maybe getting out of the hotel would be good and he could share his special interest with someone. Husk took a deep breath and walked over. He tapped Joey’s shoulder and Joey turned around, he took off his headphones and smiled. “ Hey Husk, what’s up? “ Joey said, with a sweet smile on his face. “ There is this magic show happening tonight, do you wanna go or not because you don’t have to go if you want, I don’t care. “ Husk said, mumbling the last part.

“ Sure, Husk, I would love to go with you to a magic show. Better than staying up another night and playing my game. “ Joey said, chuckling nervously. Joey didn’t want to tell Husk that he stays up late at night playing Mystic Messenger and Genshin. So maybe a change of routine would be nice and Joey hasn’t really explored all of Hell. He walked towards Joey’s apartment and knocked on the door. When the door opened, Joey stood there dressed up in their romantic goth style which Husk thought Joey looked amazing. “ This is for you. “ Husk handed Joey the single rose. Joey reached out and grabbed the rose and smelled. “ Thanks. “ Joey turned around and placed the rose in a vase and stepped outside his apartment to lock the door. The Husk and Joey walked to the entertainment place called Demonic Entertainers. Husk walked up to the booth and paid for two tickets. Joey and Husk took their seats while the show was about to start. Joey could see how excited Husk was for this show to be at this place. Joey made a mental note. Husk was like an excited child while watching the show on stage. The magic was always amazing to Husk. After the show was over Husk couldn’t stop talking about the magic show. Joey thought this was adorable watching Husk go on about the magic show. Once Husk was done speaking. He looked at Joey and let out a nervous chuckle. “ Sorry if I’m boring you. “ Husk said. “ No you aren’t boring me, I don’t mind hearing you talk about something you are passionate about. “ Joey said, walking down the street with Husk. “ Thanks, Joey. “ Husk continued to walk with Joey and found a nice small dinner called Auntie Bee’s Diner. He opened the door for Joey and The two walked inside the smell of the food made Husk’s stomach growl. He hadn't eaten anything all day; he had been too excited to take Joey to the magic show. The two of them took a seat as the sheep looking demon woman handed them their menu. Husk decided to order a steak and eggs with a small drink. While Joey ordered whatever looked tasty on the menu. The waitress gave a nod and walked off. “ So Joey, how did you end up in Hell?, if you don’t mind me asking. “ Husk took a sip of his drink. Hoping that Joey wouldn’t find that question uncomfortable since most people who end up in Hell had traumatic experiences. Joey closed his eyes thinking about how he ended up in Hell and told Husk about how he came to be in Hell. Husk made sure to listen since he wanted to learn more about Joey. “ You had an interesting life. “ Husk said. “ And now I have an interesting life in Hell. I even found out I could put hits on my enemies who are still alive. This guy named Blitz gave me one free kill for next time because he said I was cute. “ Joey said. The last part made Husk feel a bit jealous but he wouldn’t show it. The waitress came back with the food. After eating and talking, Husk paid and walked with Joey. Husk walked Joey back to his apartment and smiled. “ I’m glad we got to hangout tonight, thanks for your company at the magic show. You aren’t as annoying as the others at the hotel. “ Husk said. “ No problem, thanks for inviting me, I had lots of fun, maybe next time I can treat you. “ Joey said smiling. Husk and Joey stared at each other for a while. Husk wanted to make a move but his mind panicked that he didn’t want to just leave. He kept thinking about how he should just kiss Joey but he hasn’t had to worry about these things for years. Husk was snapped out of his thoughts when he felt Joey’s lips on his. Husk kissed back as Joey smiled. “ Goodnight Husk. “ Joey closed the door.

Husk stood there touching his lips and couldn’t believe what happened. But he was glad that it happened. Husk looked at Joey’s door and chuckled. He couldn’t wait for the next time him and Joey get to hangout because he would make sure to be more confident because knew that he loved Joey.

Just as I was drifting off to sleep...the doorbell rang.

A dude can't get one little freaking bit of peace and quiet around here.

I groaned as I staggered to the door.

When I reached the door I opened it,only to find no one there.

Damn it. Probably some kids trying to prank me.

I groaned as was just about to shut the door when I looked down and saw something that I thought for sure would make me pass out right on the spot.

At my doorway sat a basket with a newborn baby laying in it.

I did a double take to make sure I wasn't seeing things.

But then.....there was also a note which read....

‘Hey Daddy please take care of me. My name is Naomi Elizabeth.’

First a headache...now I think i'm gonna puke.

In WoS, Kim Namwoon is a character created for and based indirectly off of Kim Dokja. All characters of WoS are, of course part of this category in some shape or form, but Kim Namwoon most of all. He is, to the child Dokja, a source of inspiration, and what KidJa considers to be cool.

knw is chuuni because kidja is chuuni (a middle schooler through and through). knw doesn't care about adults or social status. he's not bullied. he has dyed hair and piercings and doesn't give a shit about anything. he's brash, unafraid to speak his mind, and confident. self-assured. he looks out for himself. he doesn't need to depend on anyone.

To a young Dokja, Yoo Joonghyuk was a father and older brother figure. He's strong and charismatic and the protagonist. Kim Dokja knew, better than anyone, that yjh was a character, that he could never truly be like yjh. Saying, "I'm Yoo Joonghyuk," is escapism. It's a refusal of reality. But Kim Namwoon? Kim Namwoon was someone that he could be; the sidekick in the shadows of the protagonist's light.

Of course, as Kim Dokja grew older, he began to feel ashamed of what was, essentially, an idealistic self-insert of what his younger self thought to be cool. In the fight against the Delusional Demon, kdj reveals that he resents Kim Namwoon for being a reflection of his past self.

Now, who else does KDJ resent? Who does he refuse to acknowledge?

Jang Hayoung.

Jang Hayoung is the second protagonist of WoS. She's cool and strong and enthusiastic and good at talking to people and better looking than yjh and and and—

And. She's a character that kdj actively asked tls123 to create. Possibly, the only character that he asked hsy to create. kdj says it himself—he's not comfortable being anything other than a reader. He has Opinions, sure, but he very rarely says how he wanted WoS to go (aside from, in the midst of yjh's suffering, asking whether yjh could have a happy ending). JHY is another ideal, the person the older Kim Dokja wishes he could be. Except for one thing. She's a girl.

JHY is, I would argue, a reflection of KDJ's own Internalised transphobia. He refused to perceive JHY as female because to do so would open up a can of worms that he's too repressed to deal with. If he accepts that JHY is female, then what does that mean for his own perception of what an ideal is? This is also mirrored by his own refusal to acknowledge that the Punisher is YJH right up until YJH transforms in front of him, despite everyone else pointing out that....it was kind of obvious.

Despite knowing that JHY would be a strong addition to KDC, she isn't part of KDJ's inner circle. JHY is sidelined for much of the novel, and she mentions that she's often excluded. Why? BC kdj tries his best to avoid her. Because he doesn't want to acknowledge her. Becauseeeeee she's a reflection of his past self's ideals.

• While I do headcanon her with ADHD, She’s very patient in her own sort of way. She’ll find ways to distract herself or find things to do in order to wait for things to happen; mainly with squishies I imagine. She understands where you’re coming from when you can’t stay focused because of your disorders, but is willing to show you some techniques she’s picked up to help her!

• She’s very quick to rush to your side and help you whenever you need it.

• Charlie doesn’t see anyone as awkward, so even if you feel that way just know she doesn’t see it like that.

• She loves to ramble! You can ramble together!

• She appreciates how observant and attentive you are, as it makes it easier to help patients/guests at the hotel (that is if you wish to help or work there. If anything, I think you’d be great advice!)

• You’d be a big help to her with any issues that plague her. She has so much on her mind; with you making simple solutions means a lot.

• When you have times where you’re scattered, she’s quick to jump to you and calm you down. Be it a nice hug or verbal reassurance.

• The first time you used a nickname for her she stared blankly at you. Her heart was melted, even if she didn’t know what it meant. She’d soon learn what your nicknames mean eventually.

• When the hotel is in the hands of other managers, she’d have days to just focus on you. Date days! She’d love to have a day just focused on the two of you hanging out and doing whatever you wish specifically.

• She wears some sort of business goth (I think?), but I think feminine mall goth suits her well (Think like the band Kittie). She’s more on the cutesy and comfortable side of mall goth, but only dresses like this outside to hotel, mainly on date days.

• She indulges in lots of your hobbies by buying gifts that correlate with them! Since she is busy with the hotel and can’t do everything unfortunately.

• Silly headcanon, but she’d literally kicks Angel out for as long as you’re in the room knowing you don’t like spiders, but she’ll fail to acknowledge he barely looks like one aside from his long legs and multitude of arms. Maybe you appreciate it, maybe you don’t. I’ll leave it to you.

• You mean so much to Charlie, and she hopes it’s the same!
