Knight Terrors: Green Lantern (2023) #1

Something is wrong in Sector 2814, and Hal Jordan, Kilowog, and other Lanterns must find the mysterious disturbance despite a ban on any of Earth’s Green Lanterns leaving their world. The Lanterns and Sinestro find themselves at the heart of it in Knight Terrors: Green Lantern #1. What they discover is a planet controlled by a familiar face—the face of Hal’s greatest fear!

In a backup story, Sinestro finds himself thrust into a new reality that drags him into the darkest corners of his past and perhaps his future.

Knight Terrors: Green Lantern #1 features a main story by Jeremy Adams (The Flash) and a backup by Alex Segura (Secret Identity) with art by Eduardo Pansica (Nightwing), Julio Ferreira (Green Lantern), and Mario “Fox” Foccillo (Batman vs. Robin). The issue will be available on July 11 with a main cover by Lucio Parrillo, open-to-order variants by Darick Robertson and Mike Deodato Jr., a 1:25 variant by Pete Woods, a 1:50 variant by Kelley Jones, and a Midnight variant by Dustin Nguyen.

Marvel will release Web of Spider-Man #1, a giant-sized one-shot, in March. Jessica Jones Kicks Off New Series of Adult Crime Novels from Hyperion Avenue and Marvel Comics

Marvel Comics has announced a new Marvel Crime fiction series for adults from Hyperion Avenue, an imprint of Disney Publishing Worldwide. The first novel in the series is Breaking the Dark: A Jessica Jones Marvel Crime Novel from Lisa Jewell. Later novels in the Marvel Crime series will include characters Luke Cage, written by S.A. Cosby, and Daredevil, written by Alex Segura.

Having one been a spandex-wearing crimefighter, Jessica Jones now works as a private investigator in Hell's Kitchen, New York, with an off-again, on-again relationship with Luke Cage. One day, distraught mother Amber Randall's barges into Jessica's office with an unusual story.

"Amber is adamant that something happened to her teenage twins while they were visiting their father in the UK. The twins don’t act like themselves, and they now have flawless skin, have lost their distinctive tics and habits, and keep talking about a girl named Belle. I’m reading a novel right now about a Cuban American woman named Carmen who’s trying to become a comics writer in 1975 New York City. It’s a fantastic book with tons of cool art and twists and turns, and I will do a little write up when I finish it, but two of the characters just went on a date to an Italian restaurant named Giordano’s and now i SCREAM. The easter eggs are too good. They’re too powerful.
