So I've been off for 3 days in a row (flu got me bad) and this is something that happened today, the day I finally got back to school
One of my English teachers whilst picking up a school book: by the way, Sarah, I wanted to talk to you about something
Me, thinking it's gonna be about the work I missed: oh sur-
Teacher: this opinion journalism homework you did was absolutely phenomenal, it's almost completely flawless and I was wondering if I could use it as an example of good essay writing for other students if you don't mind
Me, completely taken back:

• coursework might be fun
cons
• i’ve never done it before so i don’t actually know if i’d enjoy it

• i like reading
cons
• the fact that an english essay’s marks could change from examiner to examiner makes me nervous, what if i get all the angry examiners who want to watch the world burn.
• what if i don’t like the books we learn about?
• idk what i’d do for coursework (comparing books you’ve read i think)
• apparently it is very different at a-level and more work / stress .. EEK!
• i want to do the other two aswell :(

Exam Diary Day 3 (I forgot to do the others whoops) - 09.06.22
No exams today thankfully! And I'll get back on track with the day numbers lmao, I'm struggling at the minute with some lack of motivation because it really just feels like the same thing every day, I revise, have some exams and just keep going and the idea that it's not gonna end for another 2 weeks isn't my favourite but I'm trying to think of plenty nice things to do in the summer, and booking uni open days is stressful yet exciting too!
Today I:
Finished a Greek comprehension
Went over - omai verbs in Greek
Revised accusative absolutes
Revised Cicero chapters 115 and 116
Revised some of the Aeneid :)
I hope everyone else is doing OK and exams are going well for anyone taking them atm :)
Currently stuck in my head - Angel of small death and the codeine scene - Hozier
