Title of work "Suffering"

“ACoA”は、正式な病名ではない。「アルコール依存症を持つ親と育った子供」でしかない。

しかし、アルコールは「DSM-5」で“ヘロイン”と同じ「ダウナー系のドラッグである」と定義されているのに、その依存症の親によって育てられた子供が、須く健康な精神を備えることは可能なのか？

全てのACoAは社会に適応できるのか？？

私の答えは「いいえ」だ。私は断酒会で、母とのやりとりえを話すのは、未だに苦手だしとても苦痛を伴う。時には涙を流すこともあります。みぞおちは締め付けられて苦しいです。

（最近まであまり意欲的に生きていくのが困難だったので、これ以上文章を書くのが辛いです。なので後日、追加で文章を追加します。まずは、作品を載せることにしました。すみません）

"ACoA" is not the official name of disease. It is only "a parent with alcoholism and a child brought up".

However, can a child brought up by the parent of the dependency comprise mind healthy by all means in being defined saying "it is a drug of Downer line" that it have the same alcohol as "heroin" in "DSM-5?"

Can all ACoA fit the society? ?

My answer, "no." It is still hard for me to talk about the spear merit with mother in Alcoholics Anonymous and is accompanied by pain very much. I may sometimes shed tears. The pit of the stomach is tightened and is hard.

　アルコールは、飲んだ人に「多幸感」「心地よさ」「全能感」「気分の高揚」をもたらします。しかし、それは真にあなたが感じたものではありません。

　例えば、都会の喧騒から大自然の中にいると、強烈な開放感を感じるでしょう。エベ���ストに登頂したら、素晴らしい達成感と、気分の高揚を感じるでしょう。愛する人ととのひと時も、心地よさや多幸感を感じさせてくれるでしょう。

　ですが、アルコールを飲んで得られる感覚は、あくまでアルコールに含まれている、“化学物質”によってもたらされています。この快感は他のものでは補えないものです。また、「飲みたい！」という渇望は、抗えないほど強烈です。

　アルコールは、あなたを少しの時間だけ“幸せ”にしてくれるかもしれません。嫌な出来事を忘れさせてくれるかもしれません。好きな人や苦手な人と打ち解けるきっかけをくれるかもしれません。でも、アルコールはあなたのそばにいてくれる健全な“友人”ではありません。アルコール飲料メーカーは、あなたがアルコール依存症になったとしても何もしてくれません。

　なぜなら、彼らにとってあなたは絶好の“いいお客さま”なのですから……。

　Alcohol brings "euphoria," "comfort," "omnipotence," and "elevation of mood" to those who drink it. But that's not really what you felt.

　 For example, if you are in the wilderness from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will feel a strong sense of openness. Once you reach Everest, you will feel a great sense of accomplishment and uplifting mood. You will feel comfortable and euphoric even when you are with your loved one.

　However, the sensation of drinking alcohol is brought about by the "chemical substances" contained in alcohol. This pleasure cannot be supplemented by anything else. Also, the thirst for "I want to drink!" Is irresistibly intense.

　 Alcohol may make you "happy" for a short time. It may make you forget about unpleasant events. It may give you an opportunity to talk with people you like or don't like. But alcohol is not a healthy "friend" to be with you. Alcoholic beverage makers do nothing if you become alcoholic.

　Because you are a great “good customer” for them …….
