How can I get a copy of the book?
Hi friend!
Unfortunately, our project is concluded now and we have no plans to reprint ever again. This means that sadly there is no way to obtain a physical copy unless someone in possession of one passes it along to another fan.
However, there are digital copies of the anthology too and we're sure there are fans out there who would be happy to share them!

GUESS WHAT CAME IN THE MAIL TODAY???
That’s right, everybody!!!
The books have finally arrived!!! Weighing in at an impressive 3.4 lb each, we thought we’d share some photos with you to showcase just how incredible and beautiful these books are, soon to be arriving at your doorstep!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
In addition to the books, we’ve received nearly all our merch as well! We have a few more boxes to pick up at a local vendor, and then we’ll be ready to go!
What are our next steps? See below the cut for info about shipping dates.
When are you beginning the packing process? When are you shipping?
We’re beginning the packing process on April 24th, 2021. Please note that this does not mean that we will ship these books out on the same day. Our plan is to package all of these first (890 books were printed in total!) and then send them out together as one big shipment on a Canada Post truck. Since our group is only available to meet on weekends due to work and school, this may mean that we might not ship out until the first week or two of May. As always, we will keep you informed.
Will Covid-19 affect shipping?
At this point in time, British Columbia is experiencing its third wave of Covid-19. This is a situation that is unfortunately out of our control. While we have not heard any news of a lockdown yet, the rate of Covid-19 cases in Canada has now surpassed the US rate. This is alarming news, and other provinces in Canada have gone as far as issuing stay-at-home orders. If this also happens in BC, this will of course delay the shipping process. As always, we remain committed to keeping you informed of any changes or delays to the schedule.
How are you staying safe for Covid-19?
We’ve ordered a considerable amount of personal protective equipment. We will be wearing gloves, sanitizing the surroundings frequently, maintaining at least 6 ft of distance between each member of the group and will be outdoors. We will also be double-masking and wearing face shields on top. Last but not least, one of our group members is about to graduate from nursing school in mere weeks (congrats @naruhearts!!!) and she will be able to provide on-site care.
Safety is our priority. If the BC government issues a lockdown or stay-at-home order, we will stop the shipping process immediately and only reconvene when it is safe to do so. Updates will always be available on our social media if anything unexpected happens.
Questions or concerns? Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
Much love,
your 8 nerds

The Nitty-Gritty:
That’s right, folks! Our campaign for The Hell + Back: A Destiel Anthology is ending, with our pop-up ready to close its doors permanently on Feb. 28, 2021, 11:59 PM Vancouver, Canada time! What does this mean? It means that we will NEVER sell this anthology again, either in its digital or physical form, after this date. This is an exclusive product you definitely won’t want to miss!
Tumblr media
What is To Hell + Back, if you haven’t already heard?
A passion project started by 8 friends, fans, and fan content-creators based in & around Vancouver, BC with the intent of celebrating the epic, death-defying bond between Castiel & Dean Winchester from Supernatural.

Tumblr media
So why should you buy this book? Well, if we haven’t convinced you already:
because people from over 40 different countries in the world have already bought it and we ship in April so it’ll be in your hands in no time!
because more than 700 physical copies have been sold and more than 200 e-books and we’re NEVER selling this book again after Feb. 28, 2021, 11:59 PM PT!
because this book is hardcover, with beautiful gloss covering Cas’ wings, and the exceptional quality of this fan-produced book will blow your mind (seriously, your jaw will drop!)
because any money remaining after printing will go to Wish Vancouver, a reputable charity in our city that helps vulnerable women, so it’s for a good cause, guys!
because our hearts were broken after that Supernatural finale, and Dean and Cas deserved to live together happily ever after, and our book has so many happy endings. So many.
So what are you waiting for? GET IT TODAY!

The first batch of books are shipping out today!
That’s right, folks! On Sunday, May 23, three of us mods @justholdingstill, @destimushi, and @pray4jensen were at last able to get together safely to begin the packing process! We also had our other mod @dusky-rambles video-conference us from India to help us kickstart the day!
Tumblr media
Pictured above is part of our assembly line. Under the emojis is our special bonus merch. The emojis might give you a clue about the content...but it’s a surprise for when it arrives at your doorstep :P
We won’t lie; this first day had a lot of kinks to smooth out so we weren’t able to package as many books as we would’ve liked. But we finished the day confident that we would be able to do considerably better and we will be packing more books throughout the week, with further big packing days planned for May 29 and May 30 with more members of our team to join in.
About tracking numbers:
Note: Please keep an eye on your email inbox. You will receive an email from Canada Post when a mailing label has been generated for your order. This email will contain your tracking number. There is FULL tracking for Canada and USA orders (AKA tracking to your doorstep). There is PARTIAL tracking for International (everywhere else) orders (AKA it will track the order until it leaves Canada; after it’s departed the country, tracking ends. Unfortunately, we simply don’t have the funds to add full tracking to international orders).
If you changed your address at any point since placing an order:
Note: If you changed your address via the confirmation form or via email, rest assured that we have provided the latest address to Canada Post. However, emails that you receive from Indiegogo or Big Cartel about your order may still reflect the old address since we did not update address changes to their systems.
How we packed your order to make sure it arrives in pristine condition:
As we stated from the beginning, we’re committed to making sure your packages arrive in pristine condition. Inside the covers of the books, we have placed postcards and bookmarks to ensure that these smaller paper products do not bend. Outside the book flat against the back cover, we’ve put the bigger art prints. Finally, the books and these art prints are wrapped in bubble wrap. The fit is snug and ensures that the larger paper products don’t move around or bend during transit. Finally, the book is placed in a cardboard mailer, with stickers and keychains (both packaged individually in plastic bags) placed on top of the bubble wrap. TLDR: everything is packaged in such a way that there can be no bending or water damage to any part of your order.
Note: If your package doesn’t arrive like this, please contact your postal service for more information. For all orders except Canadian orders, there is a possibility that Customs agents may open your order to inspect it and subsequently, they may not repackage it in the same way. We’ve included invoices with all non-Canadian orders so that your order will be processed swiftly and without any hold-ups at the border.
Tumblr media
When you can expect your order to ship, if it hasn’t already:
We will announce on all our social media when we’ve finished shipping all orders. At that point, if you haven’t received an email from Canada Post, you should contact us directly.
Note: Contributor orders will be shipped first, as they have generously written or drawn or recorded the amazing stories and art contained within! Next, all Indiegogo backers will have their orders shipped as we know you guys have been waiting a long time (thank you so much for your patience and ongoing support!). Finally, last but not least, we will ship all Big Cartel orders.
That’s it for this update! Have any questions, comments or concerns? As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via any of our communication channels!
Much love,
the TH+B team

Our revised shipping schedule!
Hi everyone! In a previous post, we mentioned that we had begun the packing process for our books and that our goal was to ship out all books by May 31, 2021. However, due to some unfortunate real life stuff happening, we fell significantly behind, and as we always strive do when things like this happen, we wanted to give you all a swift update about when to expect these books.
Tumblr media
Pictured above, 200+ books that we packaged from May 29-31. All these books have been sent out now via Canada Post. Canadian and U.S. residents whose books were sent out today will receive these books within the next two weeks, if not sooner. International residents can expect to receive them within 4-12 weeks depending on their country of origin (please check the Canada Post website for more details about this).
From May 29 to May 31, mods @justholdingstill, @destimushi, @pray4jensen, @casthewise, @naruhearts and @ravenscat-tumbler all congregated at pray4jensen’s house to begin a massive packing weekend. It was also a reunion of sorts. Many of us had not seen each other in person since a Christmas party in December 2019 and, before we could meet up once more, the Covid-19 pandemic came swinging in full force in 2020. Believe it or not, we fundraised this project on Indiegogo while social distancing. We consulted with vendors, ordered merch and organized 800+ orders all while working virtually over Zoom. One of our much beloved mods @dusky-rambles coordinated from India, and it was with great sadness that she couldn’t join us for these packing sessions due to Canada’s border closures. Our other mod @thebloggerbloggerfun similarly has been in the U.S. and unable to cross the border.
To say the least, this whole journey was not at all what we envisioned when we first started, and we’re proud to say that despite all the hurdles that we had to overcome during this trying time, we made it! We’ve had a steady flood of pictures of books reaching their destinations, and we couldn’t be happier and more thrilled to see them in their new homes! And please, if you do post to social media, tag us! We really, really want to see your photos, your bookshelves, your faces, and we can’t wait to retweet/reblog them!
So...on to packing. As we just mentioned, we had a slew of personal life difficulties recently which slowed the packing process considerably. More than one mod last week had a family member unexpectedly pass away. We know everybody has been waiting for these books for a long time so in between funerals and grief, we all pushed on despite this, but we’re going to be honest—it’s been hard. We also had some difficulty scheduling a time where everybody could meet up—even when we thought we were all free, something inevitably would come up which reduced the number of hands we had on deck. Balancing full-time work, full-time school, and full-time family lives while working on this full-time not-for-profit project has been tough, but we promise we’re going as fast as we humanely can.
We won’t lie. Packing in itself has been quite a challenge. Some things we didn’t expect: a looot of back pain, sore muscles from lifting these heavy AF books, the immensely time-consuming task of generating mailing labels and invoices for customs agents, and so on and so forth. On these three packing days, we worked 10-12 hours straight, barely had time for bathroom breaks or food (turns out eating 8 potato chips and 2 strawberries for the entire day isn’t enough to sustain oneself). We also had fun! We laughed, we basked in the much needed socialization after a long and lonely year, relieved that we were all vaccinated with our first doses of Pfizer and Moderna, and that we could finally see a light at the end of this tunnel.
What we’re asking for now is patience and support, something we’ve always gotten from you lovely folks, but something we need for just a teensy bit longer. We will post to all our social media when we finish shipping all books, so please hold off on messages to confirm whether your package has shipped until we say that we’re done. We totally understand the anxiety and fear of missing parcels and orders, and we promise that we are being as thorough as possible when shipping your order, with multiple checks in place to make sure all information and items are correct. For folks who have changed their addresses, rest assured that Canada Post has your latest address, but that we were not able to update your address on Indiegogo or Big Cartel. For this reason, please don’t worry if you get an email from Indiegogo or Big Cartel with your old shipping address. Your book is on the way to the correct address.
Now on to our revised shipping schedule. As we mentioned in our previous update, our priority to ship out orders is as follows: Indiegogo physical copy backers first (highest-priced tiers go out first), then Big Cartel physical copy backers, and finally, last but not least, once all physical orders have shipped, we will ship out all digital E-books.
A tentative schedule (subject to change):
Week of June 14: All Indiegogo backer orders will have been shipped
Week of June 28: All Big Cartel orders and digital E-books will have been shipped
What we’re hoping to do is be faster than this. All Indiegogo orders, for example, have actually been packaged already (yes, we really did package 500+ orders this weekend!), but as we mentioned before, generating the mailing label and invoice takes time—we’re only able to ship these out once both those tasks have been accomplished. For that reason, our revised schedule is meant to take into account any further unexpected delays and what we really hope is that we will actually finish shipping out all orders in two or three weeks time.
We’re also a little hindered by Canada Post’s pick-up limits. Understandably, since we’re just some really passionate fans whose undying love for Dean and Cas’ relationship has inspired us to undertake this project, we don’t have the budget to have things that a business might have, like a forklift. For that reason, we’re technically only able to ship out a maximum of 50 orders a day since we can’t book a bigger Canada Post truck (that’d require a loading dock, which we also don’t have :P). That said, our local Canada Post mailman has been phenomenal, and yesterday alone, he took 200+ orders despite the maximum limit—not only did he stuff the back of his truck full, but he also stuffed his passenger seat. The man’s a Destiel Hero, and he doesn’t even know it!!!
So TLDR? Like always, we’re trying our damn hardest to get these books out to you ASAP and we can’t wait ’til they’re in your hands (psst pleaseee tag us in your photos!).
So that’s that! A super longwinded update post as usual with the promise of more updates to come! :P
Much love,
your 8 Vancouver nerds

All physical and digital orders have shipped!
Hi friends!
This is just a quick post to let you know that all physical orders were shipped out on Nov. 18, Thursday, and all digital orders were shipped today, Nov. 21, Sunday.
-
Physical orders:
If you didn’t receive an email from Canada Post/Big Cartel with your tracking number, you can email us at [email protected] (with your order number/the name under which you purchased) and we will resend it to you. You can also find it on the Big Cartel site. Simply access your purchase confirmation email which should now show a shipped status and your tracking number.
Please note that due to the flooding in BC, Canadians can expect a delay in receiving their package. Covid-19 may also cause delays in other countries.
If at any point in your tracking you notice that your package is being sent back, please contact us ASAP so that we can attempt to redirect it. If it is sent back, we will be charged shipping again and it becomes a messy/costly affair to get it back on track. If you see it happening, please don’t delay a second! Reach out to us immediately.
Digital orders:
If you didn’t receive an email from us with the digital copy of the anthology, please first check your junk/spam folders. If you still can’t find it, shoot us an email at [email protected] (with your order number/the name under which you purchased) and we will resend the email to you.
-
That’s all, folks! We can’t wait until everybody receives their copies and don’t hesitate to share photos and such with us! It is always a delight to see them!
Much love,
your TH+B mods

An Update: Part Two
Tumblr media
Earlier today, we posted a brief update so please do see part one if you haven’t already!
Now for the big news: we’re going to eat our own words and take the bold step of doing something we were certain we weren’t going to do once our Indiegogo fundraiser finished. That’s right...we’re planning to open up a simple pop-up web store for two weeks only, from February 1 through February 14th, so that anyone who missed out on the first round of fundraising can get a second chance to preorder either a hard copy of To Hell + Back: A Destiel Anthology, or the digital format.
After the sheer pandemonium that ensued in the wake of episode 15x18 airing on November 5th, which brought an enormous influx of SPN fans both old and new into online spaces to discuss canon Destiel (we still can’t believe we get to write those words either), we noticed a significant increase in our followers here on Tumblr, as well as a general resurgence of fandom activity, and fielded several more inquiries about whether we would ever make this book available for purchase again. With this in mind, we discussed in-depth the possibility of doing a pop-up online store despite our previous resistance to the idea, and agreed that it was feasible if it was handled carefully and responsibly.
“But wait,” we hear you saying. “You guys said you didn’t want to do that because it’s harder to be transparent about what money is coming in and where it’s going, and transparency is kind of your whole thing!”
And to that we reply: you are absolutely correct, and we want to assure you that the trust of our supporters and contributors is something we have never taken lightly. To Hell + Back has been a not-for-profit initiative from its conception and will be until its conclusion, and one of our core values as a team is to be absolutely open and honest about how the funds we have collectively raised are to be used to produce this anthology. (You can read our original mission statement here if you like!)
Now that our funds are finally in the project bank account and ready to be used to purchase books and merch, you can expect to see a consolidated financial statement posted here at the end of each month that briefly details our expenditures as well as any additional funds raised by the upcoming pop-up shop. Funds raised through the two-week pop-up shop may not be immediately visible to backers as part of our grand total the way they were on Indiegogo, but we are committed to showing our accountability regardless. We will report on all books purchased in the pop-up show after the two-week purchase period has ended and our first full financial statement will be posted on February 28, 2021, after we have made our first purchases.
As for details about the upcoming pop-up shop as well as details about our project for those who are new to fandom, please keep your eyes open during the coming week for further posts detailing exactly where and when books will be available for preorder. We’re so excited to be moving forward!
Finally, we once again want to reiterate that it has been a joy working with everybody to bring this project of ours to life and we simply couldn’t have done it without your support. When the finale aired and we saw the aftermath, we were heartbroken. We shed tears, mourned, and made it through with the support of this fandom. These characters that we had loved for so long, and Dean and Cas’ relationship especially, weren’t given the proper resolution they deserved. If this goes to show anything, it is that fans always do it better, and a large part of our desire to open up this small pop-up shop is in the hope of healing our community, even if it is in a very small way.
Many of the stories enclosed within To Hell + Back are stories of happiness. They are stories where Dean, Cas, Sam, and all their loved ones find hope and healing and love and warmth, happinesses that are unique and different in so many ways, but always with the fundamental message that happiness is what we all deserve. We hope that once these books arrive in your hands, you will enjoy the works within them as much as we have, and that they will bring you some happiness, just as they have brought to us.
Sincerely and with much love,
Your TH+B mods
P.S. As always, don’t hesitate to send us an ask if you have any questions, or reach out to us via email at [email protected]

Hi, sorry to hear about the weather conditions. Are you all okay?
Hi anon. Thank you for reaching out with this kind comment!
We are safe. Thankfully most of the members of our team live far away from the areas that received the most catastrophic flooding. Our mods that live closer to the region thankfully live on high enough ground and have escaped the flooding as well.
Our province has declared a state of emergency. Grocery stores are empty as people have hoarded food in panic. At one point, every highway to the Lower Mainland where we live was blocked or under water, which unfortunately meant that for some residents, they had no choice but to travel and cross the border into the United States and then reenter Canada just to reach their homes.
As of right now, gas is limited and restrictions on fuel have been put in place. Grocery stores have also put restrictions in place. A lot of people lost their homes and farms and last I saw, 14000 farm animals died in the flooding.
To say the least, this is a major blow to our province and it will take many years to recover. Back in the summer, we were hit with a severe heat wave that killed many people because we have a temperate climate and nobody was prepared to deal with the weather (our homes typically don’t have air conditioning).
The hot weather further contributed to extreme wildfires that devastated the province. Lytton, BC was a town that completely burned to the ground. Advisories were put in place, warning us not to leave our homes because the air was thick with smoke and we had the worst air quality in the world. The sun was a red dot in the sky, barely visible.
Then just a few weeks back, we saw the beginnings of a tornado forming on the west coast. Tornadoes and hurricanes almost never form on BC’s west coast. Nobody has a home equipped to deal with them. I’ve had science professors tell us that this type of weather is impossible for BC. Sadly that is no longer the case.
Studies have shown that people who live in the north are experiencing climate change at double the rate that the rest of the world is and I’m afraid that in the case of our province of British Columbia, that is very, very true. This year, on top of Covid-19, every couple of months has been a new weather emergency, a new thing to be afraid of. The future of life in BC looks very grim.
I invite you to take a look at this CBC news article, which shows a timeline in pictures of what happened to our province last weekend.

Has there been any update on when you're going to start selling the extra books? Sorry if this is nagging, I'm just curious and super excited to try to get one of them!!💜
Of course! And we're thrilled to know that people are excited! Our planned date for the extras sale is November 1. We'll have more detailed information very soon. At the moment, we are working to create our book + merch bundles and price them. Once that's done, we'll make it all available in an info post, including more specific stuff like quantities, time of the sale, etc.
I hope this was helpful!

WE FINISHED SHIPPING OUT ALL PHYSICAL ORDERS (and other important info about your package)!
Hi guys! That’s right! On June 19th, we officially wrapped up packing more than 800 orders of To Hell + Back: A Destiel Anthology and immediately got drunk and partied actually we just talked about the impossible housing market in Vancouver. Barring three orders which were still missing phone numbers, by now everybody else should’ve received a tracking number with their book on the way!
While we’re relieved that one of the hardest parts of the job is now done and over with, we know that our project is still far from over. With that in mind, we’d like to outline some important info via this handy FAQ about what to look out for as you wait for your package to arrive.
**When are digital books shipping out?**
Right now! As promised, now that we’ve finished shipping all physical books, we’re now switching our focus to digital copies. Please do note that we’ll be shipping digital books in batches, so not everybody is going to get their book at the same time. Why are we doing this? Because sometimes emails bounce and we want to make sure we catch those when they happen. By sending the books out in batches, we can better keep track of these issues.
We will be sending out digital books in the following order: Indiegogo/Big Cartel digital-only backers first, and then everybody else. We feel this order is fair because those of you who didn’t order a physical book have now been waiting a long time and we want to be sure you receive your books at the same time as people begin receiving their physical copies in the mail.
We aim to complete shipping all digital books no later than July 11, but we are working fast in the hopes of finishing by July 5th.
**I didn’t receive my tracking number!**
We had multiple checks in place to ensure that we covered every order*** so if you didn’t get an email from Canada Post, please check your junk/spam folder and see if your email might have landed there. If it’s not there either, please message us at [email protected] and we’ll resend you your tracking number. It’s always possible that there might’ve been a typo in the email address that we had on file for you, and if that was the case, then the email containing your tracking number wouldn’t have reached you. That said, even if Canada Post’s email didn’t reach you, you should have received an email from Indiegogo or Big Cartel also indicating your tracking number as we inputted tracking info into these sites too!
*** A select few packages don’t have tracking numbers. If you purchased a tier that was a merch + E-book combo on Indiegogo (“I’d Rather Have You”; “Cursed or Not”; “I Always Come When You Call”) and live outside Canada and the United States, it was unfortunately not possible for us to generate a mailing label with a tracking number because your parcel was too small. Instead, please keep an eye on your mailbox. Your envelope parcel should reach you within 4-6 weeks.
**The only thing my tracking number says is ELECTRONIC INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY SHIPPER :( When will Canada Post pick up my package?**
All orders were picked up by Canada Post on June 21, 2021. If your tracking still doesn’t show ITEM PICKED UP BY CANADA POST, contact us immediately so we can figure out what’s going on.
**My package didn’t arrive! It says ITEM BEING RETURNED TO SENDER! Help!**
Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if this happens so that we can reroute your package before it’s too late. If the package is returned to us, we get charged for its shipping. Then subsequently shipping has to be paid again to resend it to you! That’s 3x shipping and it’s not good, for either us or you! Please don’t delay a second if this happens. Tell us right away because we are determined to get it back to you! In the words of @justholdingstill, “Over my dead body are they sending it back to us.”
**When will I receive my package?**
From the point that your tracking displays the message Item picked up by Canada Post, you can expect that:
Canadians will generally receive their packages within 2-4 days, but it can be up to 7 days for remote regions.
Americans will generally receive their packages within 10-14 days. This includes Guam and Puerto Rico.
All other countries will receive their packages within 4-12 weeks, but we have noticed that these packages are coming WAY faster than that, usually within 2 weeks. Down below is a breakdown of how quickly certain countries have received their fastest package:
Argentina: 15 days
Finland: 8 days
Germany: 10 days
Italy: 16 days
Mexico: 10 days
Norway: 18 days
Russia: 15 days
United Kingdom: 21 days but so far, this seems to be an exception—only one package has arrived as of today.
All other countries: No package has reached its destination yet that we know of
**I have my tracking number but it’s not showing any movement! Is my package lost?**
Canadians and Americans should have regular updates to their tracking information every couple of days, but please be patient—things happen, packages get rerouted, or sometimes have to sit for a little bit in customs or a sorting facility before moving on to their final destination.
Likewise for our international backers, you will most likely get regular updates to your tracking information until your package leaves Canada. At this point, you will receive the following notification: International item being forwarded to destination country. From this point onward, you won’t receive any updates to your tracking information for a long time. This is completely normal and it just means that your book is on a boat making its way to your country. After it arrives on shore, you may or may not get more tracking notifications—it will depend on how the next carrier processes your order. In general, for all the international countries that have received packages so far, they have had full tracking upon reaching shore.
**When is my package considered lost? What should I do then? How much time do I have to contact you?**
Canadians should wait 14 days from the day that their package is picked up by Canada Post before contacting us (unless your tracking says that it’s returning to sender, in which case contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can reroute your package!).
Americans (including Guam and Puerto Rico) should wait 21 days from the day that their package is picked up by Canada Post before contacting us (unless your tracking says that it’s returning to sender, in which case contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can reroute your package!).
All other nationalities should wait 12 weeks from the day that their package is picked up by Canada Post before contacting us (unless your tracking says that it’s returning to sender, in which case contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can reroute your package!).
Please don’t contact us before that. We won’t be able to help you earlier than this. We have to talk to Canada Post about your parcel and they won’t take further steps until the waiting period is over.
When you contact us, please give us the following information via email at [email protected]
Your full name
Your shipping address
Your shipping phone number
Your shipping email
Let us know where you’re an Indiegogo or Big Cartel backer
You have four weeks to contact us after the ‘package-is-officially-lost’ date. For example, if your book was picked up by Canada Post on June 1 and your home address is in a country other than the United States or Canada, you will wait 12 weeks to see if your package arrives. In this example, your package is officially considered lost on September 1. You have four weeks to let us know. In this example, you have until October 1 to tell us that your package is lost. If you tell us after October 1, unfortunately we can’t help you! We have a timeline in place for the official end date of our project and this deadline helps keep us on track to donate our remaining funds to our charity of choice, Wish Vancouver, in a timely manner. Not to mention we’ll be selling off our extra books and if you take too long to contact us, there might not be any remaining books for you to have a replacement!
**My tracking says that my package was delivered but I can’t find it!**
We encourage you first and foremost to ask your neighbours and anybody else who lives with you or around you to see if they might have received it for you. Please also contact your postal service to see if they might have held it for you at the post office. Finally, please keep an eye on your tracking and please try your absolute best to be there to receive it so that there is no chance of your package being stolen. If your tracking information declares that it was delivered, we consider it delivered on our end too and as much as we would like to help you, we’re not a business and as such, our funds are limited and we can’t be responsible for stolen packages. If your package does get stolen though, please let us know and we’ll talk to Canada Post regardless. All our books are insured and if Canada Post agrees to pay the insurance amount, we’ll put aside a book for you from our extras sale. You will still be responsible for paying the full amount of shipping. If Canada Post denies the insurance amount, we can still put a book aside for you but you will have to pay the full amount of the book and shipping.
**Have any other questions that come to mind?**
As always, please don’t hesitate to shoot us a message! We always strive to get back to you within 48 hours or less, but please note that justholdingstill, casthewise, and pray4jensen/60r3d0m are heading out on a mini vacation to Vancouver Island from June 30 to July 4 so you might not hear from us as promptly at that time! Unfortunately we won’t have cell service or WiFi.
Aside from this, thank you again for your patience and support. We can’t wait to see photos of your books (and shelves and pets and plants!). Be sure to tag us when you do post!
With love,
Your TH+B mods
