knuckle cracking (this happens every ten minutes)

picking at my nails (i can NEVER grow out my nails)

picking at my skin (painful, but true)

curling my toes (inside my shoes so people think im normal)

cracking my neck (again, every ten minutes)

tucking my hair behind my ear (HAPPENS EVERY TEN SECONDS)

bending and unbending my legs while standing (i look weird but it works)

the leg bouncing thing when sitting (my friends always thought i was shaking)

biting my lip (my lips are ALWAYS chapped)

nodding my head (it looks like im listening to music but im not)

running my tougue over my top teeth (it's weird but it works)

scratching my head (I AM CONFUSION no jk its just a stim)

I love the headcannon that Keith’s teeth just fall out sometimes kinda like a shark, and afterwards he’s just teething for a while. Like his sleeves and straws are completely demolished.

But I also headcannon him as autistic and having ADHD and I feel like one of his most common stims is chewing on stuff, so nothing was safe from being chewed on anyway.

Back on earth Shiro and Adam we’re always baffled at how fast he went threw chewlery and stuff. Like a week tops before they had to get more.

found a new favorite stim and I'm absolutely over the moon y'all let's stim together okay here we go it goes like this:

- rock back and forth while sitting criss cross

- press your hands flat together as you rock backwards

- release the pressure on your hands as you rock forwards

- repeat for as long as you like :)

I personally add vocal stimming into it, for example a two syllable word like "bauble" being said one syllable at a time, in sync with your rocking and pressing. I also giggle a lot because this stim makes my autism brain absolutely giddy with joy
