There are no differences, disbelieve them.

Person A is no different from Person B.

This also applies for experiences. Experience A is no different from Experience B.

As long as some things are special for you, they will be on a pedestal, because you are recognizing that there is something about that thing separate from you. Different from you.

Thanks for asking! Yes, I am close friends with all of them :)

We've known each other for years actually. We are all apart of the same friend group. Funny enough my best friend is @ecoooni/@babvc-au we have known each other for the longest time before we became friends with the other creators. (About 8 years now I believe?)

We are also working on a brand new project together so that's something to look out for in the near future :)

There's a really common belief that "you need pain to appreciate pleasure; dark to appreciate light," etc etc.

During an online live session with the directors of the Foundation for Inner Peace, this notion was brought up by a viewer. One of the directors (couldn't find his name) decided to ask about it, so he closed his eyes and went quiet for a moment.

He reported, "Isn’t God's peace enough?"

Think of it: There's no point at which you're at peace and joyful when you think, "Boy, I'm tired of feeling good. I want to feel terror, anger, and shame again." Of course not!

Peace does not feel peaceful because of the presence of conflict, past or present; only the absence of it. Peace comes when conflict is erased from both. There's no value in it.

Acceptance and commitment, Truth

Reflecting more on a powerful reframe I can really get behind. The course and my growing belief in it is showing me purpose and potential, and that it is good and right to be where I am now.

Seeking to free myself from my long term addiction, now while keeping this secondary to working on the course. I must hold off drinking, paradoxically, to maintain focus. Finding something greater to commit to. Acceptance and commitment is my present action and goal... Accepting that where my issues may take an unusual and isolating form from others, they really have the same content. Committing in perception to identifying with the solution.

We are all of the spirit, that mustard seed of faith and willingness that can move mountains if we can but identify it. This is a challenging life.

*You* have no preferences, the character does. *You* couldn't care less about if it's y or z, if it's brown or blue, if it's left or right. *You* doesn't discriminate. The identity is the one that has preferences. It needs them to select the events it wants to live, the people it wants to relate to, to continue telling its story, and to preserve itself. Now, I'm not saying stories and preferences are bad. I'm just reminding you; they are not real. *You* do not need them. You may want to cling onto them and fight for them, like a little kid throwing a tantrum "it's mine, it's my dream life" ☕no, it's not.
