Kitchen Magic - Abundance Boosting Fettuccine Alfredo

Running low on money? Things not quite going as you are hoping? Need some more abundance in your life? I have the recipe for you. A traditional Fettuccine Alfredo recipe to cure that misfortune and to boost prosperity.

Ingredients

1 portion of Fettuccine Pasta - Abundance, money

6 tablespoons of Butter - Luck

1 Garlic Clove (minced) - Protection

1 ½ cups Heavy Cream - Abundance

¼ teaspoon Salt - Purification

1 ¼ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Abundance

¼ teaspoon Black Pepper - Banishing negativity

Sprinkle of Parsley (Optional)- Prosperity, financial increase, and luck

Sprinkle of Rosemary - (Optional) - Protection, power

Instructions

In a large pot, heat water over high heat until boiling. Add salt to season the water. Once it is boiling, add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions.

In a large skillet or pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream.

Let heavy cream reduce and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Add half of the parmesan cheese to the mixture and whisk well until smooth. Keep over heat and whisk well until cheese is melted.

Save some pasta water. The pasta water is full of flavor and can be used to thin out the sauce.

Toss alfredo sauce with fettuccine pasta and add half of the parmesan cheese. Once it is tossed, garnish with the remaining parmesan cheese. Add a little pasta water if it needs to be thinned out.

Garnish with Parsley or Rosemary if you’d like!

Remember before you start cooking, put your intentions into the ingredients. It lets them know what job needs to be done and where. Once you are finished cooking, eat with intent and mindfulness for best manifestation outcome.

Elminx's Kitchen Pet (Grow it & Consume it) Abundance Spell

Note: the items for this as it is written are quite specific but as always, feel free to adapt this spell in any way that you need to call it your own - This is intended to be the backbones of a spell and for you to add your own touches/traditions to it.

If you've been around for a while, you're likely to recall that I am very into eating my magic. This is a winter spell to grow yourself something tasty to eat when there's little fresh around AND to line your pockets while you do it. This was inspired by my mother giving my partner a set of Grow-Your-Own sprouts kits as a holiday gift, but that is not at all necessary for this spell. We are harnessing the growth of the spouts to grow your finances as the basis for this spell. I am assuming that you know how to create sacred space and gather energy as is a part of your craft and will include it where necessary.

Spell ingredients:

Seeds (I used broccoli seeds)

Substrait/Growing Medium (I used coco coir from my sprout kit)

Growing vessel (cardboard, supplied by my sprout kit)

Water

Grow Lights or sunlight

Insert items specific to your craft here (optional)

prepare your vessels for its seeds by adding a substrate and watering it well - here I added a petition paper with a sigil underneath the coco coir

add the seeds and create a connection between their growth and the growth/abundance you want - I used cinnamon here as it is beneficial for plants and connected with money and abundance but you do you

Place the seeds in a place where they will receive a lot of sunlight. Bonus if it is on an altar or other sacred space but put it on the windowsill if you need to. This is where grow lights can be wonderful (just remember if you put grow lights on your altar that some things get damaged by light).

water the seeds appropriately for their growth, and remember to renew your intention every time that you tend the seeds - this could be done with a verse recited - something like "Sky above and earth below, see my finances grow and grow" would work fine

Remember to take the time to talk to and connect with your seeds and sproutlings as they grow and mature.

when harvesting thank them (optional but recommended)

eat, yum! (Bonus: connect with the idea that you are consuming the abundance that you just grew for yourself, alchemizing the spell by turning it into energy for your body)

As mentioned above, I performed this spell with a kit for growing broccoli sprouts but you do not go out and buy a kit like this to perform this spell. I have heard that you can grow sprouts from popcorn kernels (though I've never tried it) or sprout any other type of seed with which you are familiar. This is the quickest way to perform this spell as sprouts are ready to eat in about one week which I feel to be a reasonable amount of time to devote to daily tending of a spell like this.

If you are feeling more adventurous, you could choose to raise an edible herb from seed - a basil plant would be a really good choice as it is associated with wealth and prosperity. (Isn't there just something about basil pesto that makes you feel absolutely opulent?)

There are a lot of ways to amp up the energy this spell:

Start this spell on a new moon to harness the energy of new beginnings

Even more: repeat this spell every new moon to keep that abundant energy moving (more applicable to sprouts but you could eat from your basil plant every new moon or full moon to reactive this spell)

Start this spell on a Thursday to tap into the abundant nature of the Sun, or a Sunday to bring in sunny energy of success

Work with/dedicate your plants to a Deity associated with prosperity with whom you have a relationship

I think the phrase “a dollar saved is a dollar earned” is one that’s really important for magical practitioners to remember

Like, maybe it’s a skill issue on my part, but no matter how many abundance spells (or even money specific spells) I do, the result of them is never me stumbling across $1500 in the parking lot

But sometimes it is bigger things, like getting an unmentioned raise

Sometimes it’s noticing that I have more opportunities for things like pet sitting and I can get some extra pocket cash

But like, one I did several months ago was quickly followed by my partner saying “hey, you always go to the grocery store for us, let me start paying the whole grocery cost since you do the actual shopping”

I’m still getting the groceries I need, but I can save the funds that I would’ve used for splitting the costs and use it for something else

A couple weeks ago I redid some of the around the house magic I’ve got, mostly just refreshing wards and stuff, but some abundance stuff to. Among other things in this time, today my boss paid for my lunch

Not just any lunch, but lunch from a food truck we get food from sometimes that I like a lot but never really get for myself, and that gives you a huge serving, which i can almost never finish when we do get food from there, which means that this will probably be dinner too

That’s two meals that I didn’t have to buy

To me, that’s abundance, y’know?

Last day of the year has finally arrived and I couldnt be happier. In 2023 my game was turned from hard mode and set to nightmare mode. Money Bowl Tips ✨💸

I absolutely adore doing money bowls. They serve as an amazing way to build up abundant energy and help with layering your workings. They’re a fairly straightforward working that you tend to by continually feeding it energy or “working” the spell. Let’s jump into some tips.

1.) Have a schedule with it. I recommend feeding your bowl energy fairly often, ideally weekly on Thursdays, but at least once a month. Thursdays are connected to Jupiter which is the planet connected to wealth and abundance. 🪐

2.) Add a candle. A fairly low energy way to keep up with tending to your bowl is to spell a candle for it. After it’s prepped and ready, place it in the bowl. Lighting the candle will feed the bowl energy. 🕯️

3.) The base is just as important as the rest of the bowl. Commonly you use salt or rice for the base. I recommend going a little extra with it. Recently I’ve been into making spell crafted cinnamon salt and using that as my bowl base. Put energy and intention behind making your bowl’s base. It’s literally the foundation of this spell!

3.) *some* herbs you can use in money workings: Alfalfa, dill, basil, chamomile, bay leaves, catnip, oranges, cloves, lemongrass, jasmine, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, mints, star anise, cats claw, and oregano. There are a bunch of options. These ones just have direct correspondence to money drawing.

4.) Set goals for your bowl. Whenever you feed your bowl, focus on this goal you’re driving towards. With money magic you ideally want to be as specific as you can be. These can be long term or short term goals. I usually focus on long term and building stability and sustainable energy flowing to that goal.
