Feeling so much better in myself today.
The mucus thing is still running rampage, and that's also causing a lot of soreness in both my head and my throat.
But I'm more settled in my mind and emotions.
One of my often repeated phrases - Nothing can defeat or destroy me without my permission.
It's been a good day. Trying not to let this recent (and major) symptom flare up spoil my mood.
I got a good yoga session done. Well, it's classed as yoga, but it was basically just an ab workout.
Delicious sardines for lunch an hour after that before heading back out the door for an hour's forest trail walking.
Two walks. The second, longer one was obviously more "fun" than the first this morning! We had to shimmy along that bridge railing because of how flooded it still is months after "monsoon season" late last year, lol!
Plus my two workouts earlier.
Fabulous, nutrition dense food. My macros are looking good.
I completed my 15hr fast this morning, and I'm doing ok.
I have a food nurture day due, so that will either be tomorrow or Saturday.

i’ve been doing Daisy Keech’s ab workout most days for the past few weeks and getting dressed this morning i noticed that i have more definition in that area than i’ve EVER seen before !!!!! these pics are obviously posed and the lighting is kind of low but i’m gonna keep doing this workout and hopefully i continue to see more definition. the reason i’m doing these workouts is i’m going to a pride parade in june and i want to just wear my rainbow TomboyX bra with a button-up over it but i want abs so i’m not feeling so self-conscious the whole time lol. it’s been good motivation. i know it’s only april and this pride event is in June but i didn’t know how long it would take to see results so i think i’m in a good spot
