She physically is like moonlight, calm and chilled but her brain is running at a speed of 3073 kms/hr and has thoughts like dingus, bonkus, oonga boonga, dhinka chika, penis, etc. She can be very intense with them too.

She is just another person with two eyes, two ears, a nose and a very adorable smile. Yet, she's the prettiest person ever. Everything about her is so special. I don't know how to put it in words but i don't love her because of the things she makes me feel, i love her for who she is. She always knows what to say, sometimes she messes up but that is proof that she isn't some godlike creature lmao. She has a soft voice, I've told her this before, it's like music to me ears. She makes me want to yell every love song at her. She is very in touch as to what happens in and around the world, talks about everything that is considered "too political" today. She can be very funny and she can win any argument.

I wish I was born as her heart so i could be with her all the time and then give up when she would. She is a rollercoaster and man do i love thrilling adventures. She is the calm after a thunderstorm or birds chirping early in the morning or silent rain on your bedroom window. She is also very strong and refers to herself as Hulk and MD Ali and claims that she can pick me up (she can't).

She has so much potential and undiscovered hope, i wish she could see that. Hello hi i know you're cringing at this stfu. She is the most understanding, considerate, humanest human who also has crappy days and moods. The best part is that she gets over it, still figuring out better ways to do it, but we're proud of her anyway.

so I started a new anxiety medication this past week and so far it’s been going very well except that I have extremely vivid dreams and apparently sleep texting. I seem to have sent this at 3am and i have no memory of it

I’m really glad that Aaron’s self-immolation for Palestine is getting attention, but on November 8th there was also a Congolese man who did the same thing for the genocide happening in the DRC. From what I read in the article above, his fate and identity are unknown but I think his story should be getting equal amount of traction and I haven’t really seen anyone talking about it on Tumblr specifically yet.

Also increasingly aware that a LOT of people "manage" getting through the 40+ hour work week by sleeping less than is healthy and relying on stimulants like coffee and energy drinks to keep them going.

For people who are unwilling or unable to do this...work really does just dominate your life. Like we really should not have to rely on unhealthy practices just to have a social life or keep on top of housework or whatever.

I know I post about this a lot but I'm so TIRED all the time and it's just so depressing that this is how we're expected to spend the one life we have.

#i have to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night to even barely function #with sleep #getting ready for work #commute #cooking #and errands #I typically have maybe 2-3 hours to actually do what i want in a day #and I'm usually too tired to actually do the things i want to do #and that's with a very short commute #if i actually had a long commute I'd basically do nothing but work #i see my friends like once every few weeks or months #because we're all so fucking busy with work and have such little time for socialising #and none of us even have kids or anything!!

Ahmed Saad, a Palestinian man who had to jump through an insane amount of loops to get the funds necessary for escaping Gaza, is asking us all to donate to his friend’s family fund.

Mohamed is a hemophilia patient who needs access to medicine and to do surgery on his knees, his 11-year-old daughter also needs thigh surgery (she was supposed to do it outside Gaza in November but couldn't travel due to the border issues). Mohammed’s condition is worsening rapidly and, with Israel destroying the last functional hospital in Gaza, things are looking dire.

for anyone too young to know this: watching The Truman Show is a vastly different experience now, compared to how it was before youtube and social media influencers became normal

before it was like, "what a horrifying thing to do to a human being! to take away their autonomy and privacy, all for the sake of profits! to create fake scenarios for them to react to, just to retain viewership! to ruin their happiness just so some corporate entity could harvest money from their very humanity! how could anyone do something so evil?"
