#Repost @coleeflowerrr ・・・ Love your bodies, folks!!! A man at the hot springs yesterday, who was honestly a really cool dude, made a comment to me with no ill intention but he said, "Wow! I've never met anyone like you... your energy, and you're so confident and comfortable (wait for it) EVEN with a body like yours". Woah dude- please, tell me more! I honestly don't believe he meant any harm... but I did ask him, "A body like mine?" I dealt with body image issues all through my teens and early 20s... which led to many different unhealthy and harmful lifestyle choices. In my mid twenties I finally started to see being "healthy" differently. Healthy no longer meant being thin but eating to feel good, feel strong, and have more energy. I stopped working out to lose weight and started to do healthy activities that I loved doing to strengthen my body and build my endurance. How freaking rad is it that we all come in different shapes, sizes, colors! And how boring would it be if we all looked exactly alike. Working with high school students I see my AMAZING students struggle with the same issues I did and it breaks my fukn heart. Hell, I still struggle with it at times and have caught myself thinking, "I look fat in that pic". Fukn LAME- and shame on me! Love and celebrate your bodies people- they carry us through this amazing journey! YOU are beautiful... and it only matters that YOU believe that. Sorry (not sorry). Hopping off my soapbox now. Talk about three of the most important ships throughout your life.I was in the Xena fandom for a while but I didn’t really ~interact with fandom until I was in the South of Nowhere fandom, shipping Spashley and that was my first real experience with fandom and how messy it can get because howdy doody did that get messy in the forums. It was more that I needed to see each character separately and then I’d be like “I like you and you… I THINK I also like you two together????” and then I’ll go hunt for fic to read or ask for fic recs and that’s how I tend to end up falling for a ship. It might take me a little bit but when I love, I love haaaaard

Lightning Only Strikes Once by fiona_249 which is lovely clexa fix-it fic

What’s gonna be left of the world if you’re not in it by ThornedRose44 is a supercorp just like heaven au and I cried so hard reading this

🌟 I received these products complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I wasn’t very impressed with the eyeshadow palette. The shimmers are my favorite however the other colors I feel aren’t very pigmented and do not blend well. Nice color story for basic every day or natural looks. The mascara is a bit clumpy and the brush is kind of not my taste. The mascara however is very dark and applies easily. - top three fictional universes you’d like to live in: 1). Thinking about buns made me think the Jade Empire universe would be cool, after the Spirit Monk takes care of the whole Water Dragon thing. I also think the concept of the Celestial Bureaucracy is fantastic.

2). Any Studio Ghibli movie, because I need that tranquility and food in my life.

3). Probably something cyberpunk? Like, I guess the Cyberpunk franchise. Maybe not necessarily 2077, but definitely in the tabletop iterations.
