Finally found data on the women's leagues transfer windows for those wondering....
NWSL – Transfer window opens: August 3. Transfer window closes: September 2
FA WSL – Transfer window opens: June 19. Transfer window closes: September 10
Frauen Bundesliga – Transfer window opens: July 15. Transfer window closes: October 5
Division 1 Feminine – Transfer window opens: July 1. Transfer window closes: September 18
Primera Division – Transfer window opens: August 5. Transfer window closes: October 5
Westfield W-League – Transfer window opens: September 30. Transfer window closes: December 22
This means Lindsey and others could still go to either France, Germany, or Spain if they wanted. I don't see any USWNT players going to the W-league if the team intends to have any camps this year.

Australian international Alanna, who can play in defence or midfield, will wear the number 18 shirt for Spurs Women.
Canadian international defender Shelina, who arrives from the United States and will have to self-isolate for 14 days, will wear the number three shirt.
The deals are subject to both players obtaining a visa and international clearance.
Alanna began her senior career with Westfield W-League side Sydney FC in 2010, where she spent a total of six seasons during four separate stints, winning the W-League Premiership in 2011 and the W-League Championship in 2013 and 2019. She was also named their Player of the Year in 2016.
The 25-year-old also had spells with Newcastle Jets and Western Syndey Wanderers, won the Premiership title with Perth Glory and lifted Championship titles with Western New York Flash and Melbourne City.
Alanna joined her parent club Orlando Pride in 2017 where she made 60 appearances and scored eight goals.
She has 77 caps for the Matildas and has represented her country at two FIFA Women’s World Cups in 2015 and 2019.
Alanna said: “Spurs is a highly-regarded club and, after hearing such great things about the team and what we are looking to achieve next season, I just knew it was a good fit for me.
“I love to win and having spoken to Karen and Juan, I believe this team is ready to compete at the top. I’m excited to help play a role in pushing the Club to new heights and I’m really looking forward to this new challenge in England after playing for many years in the NWSL.”
Shelina started her senior career with Perth Glory in 2014 where she made 14 appearances to help the side to a second-place finish in the W-League, before moving to Swedish top flight side Vittsjo GIK.
The 27-year-old moved to Washington Spirit in 2016, where she spent two seasons, and was named their Newcomer of the Year after her debut campaign with Spirit, before captaining the team in 2017.
She made 39 appearances in total for her parent club Orlando Pride since joining them in 2018.
At international level, Shelina has 66 caps for Canada and won a bronze medal with her country at the 2016 Olympics Games in Rio.
Shelina said: “I'm extremely grateful to be given this opportunity to play for Spurs. I’ve been told so many positive things about the Club and after speaking with Karen and Juan it felt like a great place for me to continue to develop as a player and help the team.
“It’s clear everyone at this Club wants to succeed and continue to grow - I am so excited to be a part of that and I'm looking forward to the physical challenge of the league, competing all year against top forwards, as well as testing my technical ability here in England.”

Simon joins the current Eredivisie leaders following an all-conquering season with Melbourne City in the Westfield W-League.
The move to the Netherlands will be Simon’s first stint in Europe after spending the last eight years traversing between Australia and the United States.
"I am here to win," Simon told PSV's official website.
“I am excited to be part of PSV. The atmosphere, facilities and club appeal to me. I had been open to a new challenge for a while.
"Europe, and the Netherlands in particular, breathes football. PSV is a club with an illustrious history. I was looking for all that."
A versatile player in the final third, Simon’s 2019/20 Westfield W-League season and recent form with the Westfield Matildas drew the attention of the club.
As well as three Westfield W-League championships and two premierships, Simon has amassed 92 caps for the Westfield Matildas, including at two FIFA Women’s World Cups and the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Already in Eindhoven, the 29 year old joins fellow Sydneysider Amy Harrison as they look to assist the Dutch side to first Eredivisie league title.
