I don't know what to do. I don't know how I got here, well, I do. But this far gone?? Is there hope for me? I am going to be 50 in three years. 1147 days left.

I have goals, I have dreams for the next three years. I have things I want to do that I won't be able to do unless I get my damned head straight, and my health under control. I want to go to Kenya for a two week vacation. I want to buy a VW bus to work on as a project. I want to feel good, beautiful and in control.

I run, I weight lift. How the hell did I balloon to 200 pounds??? I am back to where I was more than 10 years ago. I have to stop. I have to do it now. I HAVE TO STOP.

My goals: Debt free (By Jan 3, 2023 I will be!), lose weight/get in shape, save for Kenya and a VW Bus for my 50th birthday.

So, today was my first weight in.
