I really want to celebrate my birthday this year. I want to be able to believe people would actually make time for me. I want my friends to meet each other. I don’t want to feel melancholic I want to feel loved.

I haven’t read it yet, but it’s actually next on my list! I was reading a different fic that I just finished so now I have time to start reading something new, but I did just start writing a new fic that I want to put all my attention into right now while it’s fresh in my mind

I might get to watch PotC 3 with my best friends this weekend (they've never seen the movies before and I've made it my mission to introduce them), and I'm already curious what they're going to say, because the third part is overall my favourite (so many emotions😭).

But honestly I'm especially curious what they're gonna say about Davy😅 They weren't particularly fond of him so far, but come on the man looks like he's about to start crying throughout basically the entire movie (I mean he literally does cry at some point), how can you not want to hug him feel bad for him?

#personal #we watched the 1st and 2nd movie some time back in spring but one of my friends had to temporarily move to Germany for her internship #so me and the others are visiting her now over the weekend :) #we also plan to do a bit of sightseeing and visit a baroque palace among other things #and apparently they have an 18th century fashion museum there so I hope to maybe find some inspiration for my potc character👀 #edit I forgot to mention that we're gonna have an 8 to 9 hour bus ride ahead of us because of that though; so ... that's gonna be fun

#(am just listening to the new album now and remembering how much i like them) #i dont think my bestie listens to them but mentioned being into green day in their youth. so might be open to it?? #i havent been to a concert in years bc covid and still wouldnt even consider it if it were an indoor concert #but its one of those half-inside half outside venues #and the general admission to the lawn is $50 per person which is. i guess reasonable for a band i really like #but idk how much ticketmaster is gonna upcharge me tho 🙄 #and idk if i can convince my friend to spend $50-100 to see a band they dont really know #maybe if i frame it as like.... its summer we can do that weekend trip we've been planning to see the virginia wilderness #and one night we can swing by this lil concert on the lawn or something... 👀👉👈

#pers #I went on a date last night with a very lovely non binary person #and their whole vibe was so soothing and comforting #and without going into too much detail it was very successful 👀 #and we’ve been texting a lot and are planning to meet up in a few weeks bc their very busy and are going to London for a bit #also they’re poly and we’ve already had a frank discussion on what that means for us two to be dating/seeing each other #the only downside? they live a good hour or so away from me #but honestly I drive further to meet with clients #so it isn’t really a downside and the drive is stunning #oh! and they want to go on adventures and I explained I’m not really an outdoors person #but they’ve said that they’re happy to do mini outdoors adventures #so maybe we can go camping one weekend??
