Can you tell me more about lian, mar’i, & the twins when they were younger?

Hi, sorry, been fighting strep throat and a cough from hell this week lol

Honestly Lian, Mar’i, and the Twins were good kids. Were they little menaces? Naturally. Did they bounce off the wall constantly? Of course. Was sass ingrained into their very beings? Have you seen their parents?

But they’re very loyal to each other.

I was talking to a really amazing friend, @asherella-is-a-dork-3, about this idea of the kids and Linda being kidnapped while the Wests are moving out of their old apartment….Roy, Dick, and Wally going deathly quiet.

When they find them, the twins have be locked in a cooling chamber, slowly being frozen. Linda’s tied up and shouting for them to keep their eyes open. Mar’i keeps screaming in pain when the kidnappers shock her with a cattle prod. Lian tries to draw their attention away from Mar’i, insulting them and telling them all the things her parents are going to do.

One of the goons grabs her by her hair, throws her onto the ground, and stomps on her side so hard, their dads can hear her ribs break. Yeah….it doesn’t end well for the kidnappers

A Canon Rewrite/Au of Iris' time sickness in s7-8 of the Flash. I loved the thought of it, and the setup was a pretty cool idea though the execution left much to be desired (so much potential wasted!) so I decided to try my hand at it. Starts right after Deon tells Iris that she needs to stay in Coast City after Barry leaves in 8 x 10. Very Iris-centric, you've been warned.

Iris finds out about her time sickness and assembles a team to do something about it. Instead of sitting back she decides to take things into her own hands reconnecting with old friends, new friends, and in the process takes control of her story.

This was much harder than I expected because the top two are so cemented, but then I really had to think.

John Constantine x Zatanna Zatara. JohnZee will always and forever be my top comic ship of all time. I love everything about them, I love their potential, I love that they're always connected for better or worse. I love that they're more similar than meets the eye, yet opposites. I just love them so much.

Dinah Lance x Oliver Queen. Green Arrow comics were some of the first ones I ever really read as a kid and I've been attached to these two ever since. Clearly I'm a sucker for a perfect woman in fishnets and the blonde fail man they love.

Wally West x Linda Park. They're easily my favorite, they actually let them get married pair at DC. I love the little corner of the Flash family they've built.

Big Barda x Scott Free. A short king and his cool buff wife, amazing.

Donna Troy x Koriand'r aka Starfire. They're my fun little crackship that will never come true, but I love them dearly. They should forget the men writers toss them between and run away together.

What made you ship it?

I remember watching the really old Superman cartoon of the 40s when I was little on Cartoon Network and I was just in tune with their dynamic. Even more so when the 90s animated series came out.

What are your favorite things about the ship?

The classic trope of the hero saves a girl thing but with attitude added on; Clark was the one obvious of course the hero he had a gentle soul and just wanted to help those who needed it. Though yes Lois did get captured a lot😅, but also Lois showed some of her own back bone when she was and gave in of her own strength too, even though she was just human. Along with how they had a good relationship between on and off work is what caught my attention.

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

Hm I won't say Lois does get on my nerves a bit cause she can be a bit much but then again she's just human so I just let it by pass it and remember that mainly she is a caring deep person when it comes to the truth and others so it doesn't affect me that much
