On that note. Neverever do “one last time seeing each other” with a dangerous ex, it will not go well, especially if you aren’t in public with at least one other person with you. If an abusive man wants to see you one last time in private he is hoping it’s the last time anyone will see you

Hey y'all! Weird question for you, because this is one of those things where I know I am considered an outlier but idk how much of an outlier: What do you (or your doctors) consider tachycardia/high heart rate? I think I've heard a resting heartrate of over 100 is considered tachycardia, but what level is like "this level happens when people without heart/circulatory issues get sick sometimes" and what level is like "don't know what, but something isn't working right"
I have Weird, Least Dangerous Tachycardia (aka idiopathic but not inappropriate* tachycardia, completely without arrhythmias) so idk where those thresholds are for more, uh, typical tachycardia? To be clear, I am not having tachycardia issues at the moment and am not looking for medical advice, just curious what is considered tachycardia to other people
*translating from doctor speak, basically it's appropriate because it's in response to low blood pressure (so it's not an inappropriate/wrong response), but it's idiopathic because they don't know why I have such low blood pressure. The without arrhythmias thing means that, even when going faster than it should, my heart has never had a beat out of rhythm (which is good! but weird!)

random question ill pose to all of you bc im like freaked out. i think i have a pinched spine nerve right now? i've got a bit of lower back pain. (which feels like it's spreading, new development) and like. i've got pins and needles touch occasionally through my body, as well as a sense of touch that's like.... it takes a sec for me to notice it, i guess? i used to be able to figure out a position to sleep that would make it better but now it's getting unmanageable. just curious if anybody's dealt with something like that and what you did

i hate that i've been complaining about everything in my life lately but if you're a frequent reader of my personal posts (side note, if you are: why. also i'm sorry) but if you remember earlier this week on tuesday i slipped outside and hurt my knee. i didn't end up seeing a doctor about that bc they literally had no openings when i talked to the secretary she was like i am so sorry sweetie. we can't take you for the rest of the week and i was like oh. and after a couple days it didn't hurt sooooo much although i think the limp ive been walking w has not been doing me any favors. but now today especially (? for some reason) BOTH of my legs were really hurting. i'm wondering if that might somehow be related to me getting my period today bc sometimes. you know how period pain can just end up wherever it wants. but then around 8 o'clock today i stubbed the SHIT out of one of my toes and i think i might have injured it (? i dont think it's broken but i cant stand on it and it's been hours). this is my left foot and the knee i hurt on tuesday was on my right leg. i am literally limping on both sides of my body now and i cant stand or walk.

I feel like I got kicked in the chest, but I haven't actually gotten hit there lately, so it's probably an infection or inflammation of some kind
with my luck, it's gonna be costochondritis, take two
