Trying to answer the most important question that is on everyone's mind: what happened to Wormie?

The last time we see Wormie it is being summoned by Geto in Vol 0 during the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons on the 24th of December, 2017. In contrast to Toji, who either stores Wormie inside himself or carries it around physically, Geto's technique allows him to call Wormie seemingly whenever he wants.

After getting his ass beaten by a depressed sixteen year old, Geto decides to combine 4.461 curses which he collected into one curse.

Now, we have two distinct possibilities for the fate of Wormie:

First, Geto uses Wormie in the creation of his ultimate curse, Uzumaki. The translations provided above as well as the German translation of the scene in Vol 0 strongly suggest that Geto indeed uses all of his remaining curses to create Uzumaki. Whether Wormie is here killed by Geto via his maximum technique of Cursed Spirit Manipulation or later by Yuuta and Rika (and pure love) in the final confrontation remains open for discussion (one could ask Riko Amanai about her opinions on merging). Overall, this seems to be the more likely option.

Second, one could assume that due to Wormie's lack of strength and its special ability to store weapons, Geto decides to use all his curses to create Uzumaki except for Wormie. After all, Geto is a skilled user of cursed tools and he would need a way to defend himself after using all his collected curses at once.

In this case, it is not clear what happens to Wormie after Geto dies. Toji mentions that Geto's curses might survive his death.

So either Wormie dies with Geto (here one could again argue if its death was due to Yuuta and Rika or Gojo in the end) or it survives on its own. Technically, Gojo's Six Eyes should be able to pick up its existence but as Gojo's sealing during the Shibuya Incident suggests, Geto is a sufficient distraction such that the slimmest possibility remains that Wormie is still alive and out there.
