Me parece increíble que hace un año era una persona completamente distinta, con inseguridades, miedos, baja autoestima, ansiedad, creencias limitantes y autosabotaje junto a vínculos poco sanos, que no me merecían. Ahora en cambio, vivir es más ligero y mi semblante ha hecho del dolor una fortaleza y un motivo para merecer lo que merezco.

Ahora enseñaremos un tipo de vendaje más avanzado que ocuparás en un cierto momento donde sientas que ya estás bien adaptado a las vendas y puedas hacer los movimientos de la mano. Como el mismo nombre lo dice es "Avanzado" esto quiere decir que lleva más proceso a diferencia del para "principiantes" como que ahora lleva anillos en todos los dedos y buscamos proteger más los nudillos, ¡claro! sin olvidar las otras partes de la mano.

El fin de este vendaje es reforzar los ligamentos de los dedos y de la muñeca ante los choques de baja frecuencia cuando se conecta un golpe.
