Vic/Hiro
1.) Who tends to initiate? Does it change? Why?
Between the two of them, usually Hiro. Vic's drive is in general, just much lower than his but he's happy with just cuddling on the couch too. Occasionally she'll be in a bit of a mood though and pounces on him--he never complains, at any rate. If he's feeling more physical and she isn't, sometimes he'll go out and find someone casual to hook up with, or perhaps something less casual with more of a pre-existing dynamic/relationship. The two of them are in an open relationship, and as long as they communicate with each other, they find it works really well for both of them.
17.) Dom/Sub dynamics? Who’s dom, who’s sub?
Technically, Vic is a switch, but with Hiro she's almost always a dom. He's more often than not content to be his usual bratty self, although he's unsually well-behaved for her. Vic is all about the praise, and telling Hiro how good he is/how good he's behaving for her. She's also really supportive, and huge about aftercare--cuddling together, showering or making sure he's had food. Touch is big for both of them, especially after. Granted, if he pushes her enough, she will go a bit harder on him, and both enjoy that dynamic too, especially when they're still high on adrenaline from a gig and haven't quite come down yet. In those cases, she's much more demanding--telling, rather than asking and not leaving much room for argument or brattiness. Seeing her like that is an absolute turn-on for Hiro, and he's always up for things getting a little rough.

5.) Hands or tongue?
Depends on who you're asking--Hiro loves tongue, being quite talented with his mouth, and making ample use of his tongue piercing. He's had more than a bit of practice, and enjoys being able to take his partners apart, feel them unraveling beneath him--losing a little bit of that control. He knows he's loud, encourages his partners to find creative ways to keep him quiet, whether that's from toys or through other, more interesting methods. When it comes to Vasili though, Hiro loves the other's hands. They're strong, and so much bigger than his own. Feeling them trail along his thighs, or one slipping around his throat just about makes him melt. He's capable of being very delicate with them too--and the contrast is something he finds irresistable.
9.) Toys?
Hiro's a big fan of them, whether used on him or his partners--nothing to replace them--he still wants them to be the one getting him off, certainly but they definitely add a bit of spice. Hiro's flexible whether he or his partner is the one using the toy, and he'll try anything at least once. His favorites are collars, or any sorts of cuffs--and if bothering neighbors is a concern, something to gag him. He's not particularly quiet. In general, he'd be down for dressing up for his partners too--he loves to see Vasili's reactions to being surprised with something--whether it's a pair of a cat ears and tail or something with a short skirt. No ripping him out of clothing though--yes, it's hot in the moment but he spent good money on that and will demand a replacement.
20.) Rhythm: slow, fast, alternating, etc. Who sets the pace?
Hiro will almost always encourage a fast pace from his partner, and that's usually what he gravitates towards, unless his partners ask otherwise. He likes the pace to be fast, and pretty aggressive--more on the messy, passionate side. Occassionally Vasili will edge him for ages just to see how loud and desperate he can get him to sound, and to see if he'll actually manage to beg nicely for a change. It almost always works, and Vasili seems to enjoy getting some form of payback for the incessant teasing, particularly when he's trying to focus on work.

Reverse Unpopular Opinion meme: Great Man theory of history
Not to be an annoying centrist, but while the strong version of Great Man theory is obviously wrong, it's also really easy to go too far in the other direction.
This is especially true in situations of crisis and collapse, or in areas where things are sufficiently hierarchical that the preferences of one person can have major effects down the line.
Like, even if the view from fifty thousand feet and a hundred years down the line is similar, it seems pretty obvious to me that 17th-century Britain would look different for the lack of Cromwell. And it's really hard to overstate how swapping Nicky 2's brain with someone even marginally competent might have changed early 20th century Russia (even leaving aside the obvious 'what if Lenin had stayed stuck in Switzerland?" counterfactual.)
(Great Man Theory also becomes much easier to defend after WW2, once you redefine 'great' a bit. Pretty hard to argue Vasili Arkhipov didn't change the shape of history!)
Anyway, men make history, but they do not make it as they please, etc, etc, you all know the line.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint Update 1.0.3.1 releases tomorrow, is 8.5GB in size, full patch notes
Ubisoft has announced that a new update for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint will go live tomorrow. Update 1.0.3.1 is 8.5GB in size on the PC, and promises to improve and fix impactful issues based on community feedback.
Going into more details, this new patch brings a number of customization tweaks and improvements. Moreover, it unlocks by default 40 items that previously needed to be looted or purchased with Skell Credits. It also brings some tweaks to the game’s User Interface.
Furthermore,  it fixes major PVE and PVP bugs. For instance, it fixes an issue which caused the slide animation to trigger on the stairs, as well as an issue that caused inaccurate stats. It also fixes an issue in PvP that sometimes caused enemy players to teleport backward when aiming at them.
As always, UPLAY and Epic Games Store will download this update the moment it becomes available. You can also find below its complete changelog.

Since the launch of the game, we’ve been following the feedback regarding the availability of customization at the beginning and throughout the game.

Dating ask game for @onlymeandlife 😘
Vasili: Oh boy. This is a case of--"wow I'm attracted to you and seriously pissed off about it." Whichever AU we're talking I think there'd be a lot of denial there at first--and it would take him for-frigging-ever to acknowledge it. I think a little depends on when they'd met for the first time--if it was when Hiro was younger, and they'd dated previously--it would be like picking up where they left off, honestly probably healthier than when they first met. And if they didn't have shared history, it would start as a fling that Hiro got attatched to, despite his better judgement/intitial intentions. Either way, I think it would work--there might just be some bickering there/it would take a while for them to realize they actually like each other.
Malachi: Regardless of if they're dating or not, Hiro is very fond of Malachi. It definitely started almost as an accident--the two met through Viktor, and Hiro was intially a little wary--he'd recently gotten out of TC, didn't know very many people and trusted even fewer. But Malachi won him over more quickly than he'd care to admit. He was just so genuine/a legitmately kind person. He was probably a little suspicious at first, but eventually acknowleged that there wasn't an ulterior motive there--it was just Malachi. The two of them have a lot in common interest-wise, and even if they're not dating, Hiro enjoys their little adventures/hang-outs that always seem to end in some sort of mischief. I think Malachi falls under the category of "we're not dating but I'd totally date you if you asked".
Auggie: Hiro would be really protective of Auggie, even if he hadn't known him very long. He's just so sweet? And a little naive. I think Hiro would worry about him a lot though--people are so shitty in Night City, and he'd be so worried about him trusting the wrong people/getting hurt. If Auggie was a little older when he met Hiro--yeah I think Hiro would be interested in dating him. I can see that developing from a friendship to a crush pretty easily, and Hiro would genuinely want Auggie to be happy. It helps that he reminds Hiro a lot of Vic--both have the same kindness, and genuine desire to help others, and Auggie would endear himself to Hiro faster than most. Hiro might not admit it super easily, but he's very attatched to "his" Corpo, and god help anyone who tries to mess with him.

🌴: Who is this oc's favorite person? (Can be another oc, a fictional character, a celebrity, anyone)
There isn't one he could pick as a favorite person, but there have been a couple he's began to trust over the years, and genuinely enjoys the presence of--kind and selfless nomads, and difficult but ultimately loyal constructs, that he's come to appreciate. But there are others too--green-haired boys, who seem to smell like flowers, and are understanding without needing to say it. Or feisty, mischevious boys, with freckles and a smile like sunshine. Sometimes there are mysterious mercs, who despite their past are someone he trusts--who feel like safety, and moments of wry humor. Occasionally they're ex-wraiths, a mix of danger and something even more intriguing behind their eyes. There are even a couple of corpos there--ones who have shared history and bonds hard to break. Despite saying that he struggles with trusting others--they are there, and it's a start.
⚡: How well does this oc sleep?
Not well, typically. Hiro's always struggled with insomnia and is a bit of a restless sleeper. He's suffered from nightmares for years, and after he's up from one, he usually gets up and finds a distraction, rather than try and go back to sleep. His sleep schedule is non-existent and he's frequently up at odd hours. Sometimes he skips the sleep completely and goes to a night club, and dances until the sun's almost up, or finds a diner to sit with a cup of coffee and a lot of time on his hands. If he doesn't want to leave, he'll tidy up his apartment, or find tasks to occupy his time. He tries not to leave too much time idle.
