i’m just not allowed to be feeling all that well today huh 😅

#I'M SO UNCOMFORTABLE............. #MY STUPID EYEBROW SCAR (FROM WHEN I WAS A /TODDLER/) KEEPS TWITCHING IT'S A TINY THING BUT IT';S SSSSOOO ANNOYING GOD #and things just kept bringing my mood down earlier!!! #esp my mom demonizing me for being forgetful and yelling at me that really tanked my mood and it has not been good ever since 8') #even tho she didn't even stay being mean to me like she;s been nice for the rest of the day but that was so ass #AND I'M JUST STAYING!!! NOT!!!! FEELING GOOD FOR EVEN AN INSTANT!!!!! 😩 #and not even bc of that bc i got over that i'm not still upset over it!!!! I'M JUST BUMMED I'M JUST KINDA BUMMED HERE PERIOD!!!!!!! #UUGHGhghhghhhhh #i could be feeling/doing sm worse and ig i'm really glad that i'm not but ghhhhhhhhh #maybe if i weren't on my vyvanse today i'd be doing better ough #bc then my mind would be all over the place and maybe i'd jump from one feeling to another real easily ah :') #instead of being in calm mode and not feeling anything strongly and finding it so hard to break out of this blUGH... #orrrr maybe i'd feel way worse bc haha i experience emotions way strongly and maybe i'd be really messed up about earlier rn :') who knows #ghh at least spending forever rambling in the tags on this has me feeling a little better. i think i really just need a good distraction #i'm on my meds here i'm all ready for to focus i just! need smthn! #then i wouldn't be so bugged by everything that's bringing me down #hhhh
