tony stark is an awesome dad.

like he just goes above and beyond to make you smile.

it’s well-known that he spoils everyone at the compound, but since you’re his daughter, he spoils you A LOT.

you’ll come home from school often to find a little box on your bed, and it’s always something you either had mentioned in passing, or something that you didn’t even know you needed.

like you got into crocheting for a little bit. you now have buckets full of multicolored yarns in every texture and color one could ever need!!

also i feel like when you told him your favorite ice cream was the same flavor as his favorite, he literally almost burst with excitement.

and now you ALWAYS have that ice cream.

he even built a little gadget that only lets you and him eat out of it.

the only exception to the rule is happy, as thor painfully found out one day.

he went to have some and it shocked him, but happy just reached in and got it anyway.

also if you’re tony stark’s daughter, i just have to say what an iconic trio you, your dad, and happy are.

like y’all always look so badass with matching shades or whatever.

you got matching shirts for you three for christmas and they both reluctantly wore it.

natasha took like fifteen pictures and steve was literally on the floor dying because he thought it was so funny.

anyways one of the coolest things about being tony stark’s daughter are the gadgets.

for example, you have a lot of clothes. but guess what? you don’t ever have to do laundry.

all of your clothes are put in this special hamper. it washes, dries, and folds/hangs the clothes up for you, then puts them away in a neat fashion.

you have a high tech mirror (ala cher from clueless!!!!) where you can “try on” outfits before you actually retrieve them to wear.

it’s kind of awesome?

science and math just come easily.

it must be…. in your blood or something.

bruce made that joke once and tony locked him out of the lab. then peter tried to make it too and tony made him go “test” a robot that blocks people out of a room HAHA

that being said, your dad actually lets you in the lab.

ikr? kind of crazy.

you have your own little corner to work on stuff.

also you and bruce are so iconic. i think you would have tea parties every sunday.

tony says it’s “childish” but you can tell he’s jealous

once you caught happy setting up high tea for him and tony but then he told you that you didn’t actually see anything

now, it’s usually a great thing to be tony stark’s daughter

but finding real friends is tough.

there are people who are awesome, like peter parker, harley keener, and miles morales.

but there’s a lot of people who’ll use you to get to your dad or your money.

and yes that sounds stereotypical, but it’s really tough.

there was a group of kids who seemed really excited to go out with you, but then you realized it was all for social media clout and that they expected gifts and stuff.

so you ended up exploding on them, and it gave your dad some bad press.

you were so embarrassed that you locked yourself in your room, refusing to come out.

happy left some tea outside but you didn’t want it.

so then finally tony came in.

guys he’s iron man he can get through a locked door

and you didn’t really want to talk.

so instead he just put on some music.

some really loud guitar music.

and then, with the door still open, tony stark began playing air guitar.

now you knew he would do this sometimes, but not with the door open.

and then he started to SING.

that man cannot sing guys.

needless to say, it gave you a laugh.

he grabbed your hands, pulled you up, and the two of you started dancing around the room, laughing harder than ever before.

when the song ended, he told you he wasn’t mad.

and that people can be losers sometimes

but that you certainly weren’t.

then he said one day he would come up with a loser detector so that you wouldn't have to go through something like that again.

and he was only half joking, so you just laughed.

but deep down, you were happy to have someone who cared for you as much as your dad, tony stark, did.

I’m into age gaps given the right circumstances, and I completely understand the appeal! I wasn’t quite sure what to write since it’s not something I really put much thought into anyway, but I think it turned out okay and pretty cute :)

Headcanons: Their Ideal Date Night

Characters: Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Bucky Barnes, Peter Parker, Loki

A/N: I've been busy but to those that have sent in requests, I am working on them. It might take a while but they will get done.

Tony Stark: Tony loves a night in. When he goes out, he’s always surrounded by reporters or fans, and while he appreciates them, he gets tired real quick. So, he likes to watch movies instead. He’ll put some of your favorite pillows on the couch, a throw blanket for if you get cold thrown over the back. He’ll have popcorn and some candy sitting on the coffee table with a couple of sodas, a movie ready to go on the large screen he bought just for these nights.

Steve Rogers: Steve is very old fashioned of course, so he’ll go the route of going out to dinner and then doing some kind of activity afterwards. Whether it’s golfing, going to a museum, or walking through the park doesn’t matter to him. As long as he’s with you, he’s happy. Don’t expect to pay for anything either. This man will threaten to take your wallet away if you try.

Bucky Barnes: Bucky likes picnics, surprisingly. He especially likes when they’re a surprise, either for you or him. His favorite spot is on a shady hill not far from the house that has soft grass and white flowers. He’ll usually have some type of charcuterie board and sandwiches cutely set up on a lightly colored blanket. He looks forward to seeing you laid back in the shade, full and happy.

Peter Parker: He’s a nerd, no doubt about it, so his ideal date night is either playing a board game or, his favorite, building legos. He likes the board games because they can get intense, both of you yelling at each other with smiles on your faces, boisterous laughter. When he wants a quiet night is when you build legos and because of this, you have a ton of lego flowers and a cute pink bonsai tree sitting by your window.

Loki: On simple nights, he’ll put a light twin mattress on the back porch or the balcony, depending on if you’re at home or the tower. He makes it look nice with lanterns and pillows, a fluffy blanket for the cool night air. He cherishes these nights. On other nights, however, you get him to try new things from earth. He loves these dates as well, but only because of how excited you are to watch him eat candy.

Tony may take you as a plus one to whatever galas and charity events he can get away with, but his favorite time spent with you is out of the public eye

The two of you will rent a cabin somewhere in the middle of nowhere and try to relax for once in your lives

It’s peaceful, which is not a term you expected to use in describing Tony Stark, but it’s true

It’s good, to put it simply, good and yours

If space is what you need, he would give it, not without peeking his floppy-haired head through the door to check up on you.

Plus, we know the big bunny incident. There isn’t a gift extravagant enough in the world.

Let’s say he found your stash? The signature smirk would be impossible to wipe off.

the avengers might be the busiest people in the world.

however, they always make time at least once a month to have breakfast together at the compound.

it was steve’s idea (of course!!) but when he mentioned it for the first time, everyone quickly got on board.

pietro was so excited that he sped over to the cupboards, talking incoherently about chocolate chip pancakes.

however, he soon came back (in less than a second, ofc) with a sad face.

turns out, you all had an issue on your hands.

there was no pancake mix, no bacon, no eggs, no fruit, no nothing!

ok, he was being dramatic. there was some food, but certainly not enough to feed ALL the avengers.

tony volunteered the “kids” ( you, harley, peter, and miles ) to go to the store.

clint decided he wanted to go too, and then scott decided to join at the last minute.

so the six of you piled into the car.

scott drove (regrettably -- the man has some issues with attention), you got shotgun, and peter, harley, miles and clint were all in the back.

now, you may be wondering why clint was in the back and not the front, because he seems to be a responsible adult in this situation.

well, first of all, have you met clint barton? do you even know what he’s like?

second of all, the avengers have a very strict “you call it, you get it” policy when it comes to the car.

this happened when thor “accidentally” stepped on scott’s foot so that he could get in the front seat.

anyways scott definitely plays cheery 70s music in the car.

he turns it up super loud and sings along (very off key)

every single time that man stops at a stoplight he turns around with an eager look on his face. harley is usually on his phone, but peter and miles try to give him a smile.

clint’s just flipping him off :)

so once y'all get to the store, it's time to get serious.

well, in harley, peter, miles, and your eyes.

for clint and scott? debatable.

as you're all getting the cart, somehow clint and scott slip away.

and then you hear it.

you turn at the mention of your name to see clint barton, that silly little guy, holding six lightsabers in his hands.

how he got six of them in like less than a minute is a great question.

and yet, it's the coolest thing you've seen all week.

some ideas include; scaring tony by calling him into a dark room where you all turn them on at the same time, scaring steve by calling him into a dark room where you all turn them on at the same time, scaring sam by calling him into a dark room where you all turn them on at the same time...

ok maybe they were kind of unoriginal.

you decided that you would consult sam + bucky (the prank masters ofc) later to get some advice.

anyways you bought so much stuff.

like there were literally three carts of food.

on the way home, clint had to ride in the trunk LMAO

btw the compound is so cool and high tech that once you pull the car into the garage and open the trunk, there’s this little robot that sorts everything out and then puts it in tubes that take it to the pantries and fridges.

it’s very convenient because it would’ve taken you all like fifteen trips, even with super strength or whatever

so now you’re finally back up in the kitchen

and pietro keeps telling you all how hungry he is

wanda tells him to stop and literally makes a forcefield with her magic so he can't interrupt y'all LMAO

now you're actually good at cooking.

im gonna go ahead and say you, sam, and wanda are the best cooks in the compound.

but you made a deal with him that you wouldn't bother him for three days if he helped you so he's in the kitchen now.

so originally miles & peter & harley wanted to help you, but then peter somehow cut his finger plugging in the waffle iron? so you just put him in charge of music.

and then harley kept accidentally knocking the pancake mix everywhere.

so then sam made him stand by him and watch him cook.

miles was good though, he has skills.

you had to make pancakes AND waffles, because nobody could come up with what was best.

once when you were on winter break, you tried to have a final competition on whether pancakes or waffles were better.

just as pancakes were in the lead, dr strange came in and said waffles were the best.

so now you always have to make both.

you enlisted steve to help bring everything to the table.

he's really good at balancing like six or seven plates at a time.

scott was ready to help too, but you just made him set the table instead because otherwise he was gonna get hurt.

once everything was done and on the table, you all sat down.

but then just as you were ready, the lights went out.

and that kind of freaked you out, because i mean, yeah.

AND THEN YOU SAW A SINGLE LIGHTSABER TURN ON.

so you turned the lights back on and yelled at clint for scaring you.

and then you all ate together :)
