Y/n L/n is rarely seen walking the streets in public anymore, but that is changing following her recent breakup from longtime love Charles Leclerc.

The 12-time Grammy winner was spotted out and about in Rome just one day after her release of her new single, Reckless, which reflects on her past relationship with the formula 1 driver.

L/n was joined by celebs friends Zendaya, Tom Holland, Sabrina Carpenter, Bella Hadid, and Alexa Demie for a night out at Shari Vari Play House in Vía de' Nari, Italy.

The news of her breakup sent shockwaves on social media. Tweets and memes were made, with fans expressing their disbelief and grief

Rumors had already spread that Leclerc was seeing someone else the last few months of thosr relationship. L/n just made those rumors official last night as she delivered a tribute to Leclerc and his new girlfriend Australian Youtuber Lola Ransdell, sending the media to a frenzy.

The “Karma” hitmaker opted for a dress from Mônot’s SS22 collection, a black dress with cutouts across the chest and stomach, leaving little fabric between L/n’s collarbone and lower waist.

People on twitter are already calling this “Y/n L/n’s Revenge Dress Era” .

L/n kicked off her sold-out Eras Tour on March 17, and eagle-eyed fans noticed that Leclerc had been absent from her shows.

In case you're unfamiliar with the lore of YourShipName (portmanteau and couple name of L/n and Leclerc), you probably don't understand the distress caused by the news. For most, Leclerc is not even a household name, but for YourFandomsName, he's the titular Lover.

The Midnights singer and f1 driver started dating in 2016. Fans speculate they met at the 2016 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix based on the lyrics of Reputation cut "Dress": "Flashback to when you met me / Your buzzcut and my hair bleached." Because, you guessed it, Leclerc sported a buzzcut and L/n’s hair was bleached.

At a secret session for Reputation, Leclerc reportedly told fans that the single "Gorgeous" was about her "angel boyfriend of one year." Other tracks off of Reputation like “Delicate," "Call It What You Want," and "King Of My Heart" are also thought to be about Leclerc.

Her next album, Lover, is also understood to be about Leclerc with songs like "Paper Rings," "Cornelia Street," "Daylight," and the titular "Lover."

During quarantine the couple started collaborating creatively. Leclerc surpassed his muse status and co-wrote Folklore tracks "Exile" and "Betty,"

Evermore songs "Champagne Problems" and "Coney Island, and most recently, "Sweet Nothing" off Midnights. Other tracks on her most recent three albums canonically about Leclerc include: "Invisible String" and "Peace."

While they opted to remain very private about their romance, the couple was hit with a slew of engagement rumors throughout the course of their ill-fated romance.

"I'm aware people want to know about that side of things," Leclerc told GQ in 2018. "I think we have been successfully very private and that has now sunk in for people."

L/n briefly touched on the privacy aspect of their relationship in her 2020 documentary, "Miss Americana."

"We decided together we wanted our relationship to be private," she said. "Even though [my public image in 2016] was really horrible, I was happy."

"But I wasn't happy in the way I was trained to be happy. It was happiness without anyone else's input. We were just... happy," the singer added.

The "Lavender Haze" songstress' exes famously include Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert Pattinson, Fabian Frankel, Ben Barnes, Harry Styles, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

YN Verstappen had been through hell, by her own father, for something she didn't even ask for. She grew up learning that she should hate what was given to her, after all it was the reason her father was always angry with her. So what should she do when the one thing she learned to hate is the one thing that brings her love, safe and comfort that not even her older brother can compare.

Tom prided himself in never exposing his soulmark, he let a lot of things out that shouldn't be and his soulmark not being one of those is such an achievement. Mostly because from a very young age, when he started acting, his mother would make sure he covered it up with makeup so that no one, not even those behind the scenes would see it.

"So, you're invited to watch cars drive in circles?"

Meeting Zendaya had been a dream, they both felt the need to be closer to each other whenever possible even before they discovered their identical soulmarks. Both of them working and hanging around each other made it so much difficult to conceal their newfound relationship and eventually the whole world knew that both of them were soulmates, and not just that, everyone was now aware that Tom Holland and Zendaya Coleman were fated to have a third lover, a third soul with them to keep them sane from all the chaos their lives bring in the form of fans and crazy paparazzi.

"How can you say that?" Tom looked back at his girlfriend as he poured himself some tea "you literally met Lewis Hamilton not that long ago!"

Tom was painfully aware of the fact that Zendaya isn't that interested in either of the sports he enjoys: formula 1 and golf.

"Oh yeah, at a fashion show," Zendaya recalls as she moves over to hug tom from behind, resting her chin on his head. "He was nice."

"Do you think we'll meet our darling soon?" Zendaya asked, making Tom leave his drink to hold her hand in reassurance.

"I think so," turning around he let go of one of zendaya's hands to let his palm rest on her cheek "I know that I met you when I kept thinking about my soulmate, so I have a feeling that we'll meet darling soon."

The couple had taken to calling their third soulmate Darling, a nickname that they both agreed to reserve for their missing soul.

"Yeah, I feel so too."

With his work schedule Tom wasn't able to attend much f1 races, but when he could he did, and most of them were the infamous English track, Silverstone.

But here in Monaco, the races were something else, Tom can feel how the people in this country were raised watching these cars from their homes, cheering for their favorite driver and the preparations for the race throughout the entire country are just mind blowing (he promised himself that he would bring Zendaya here for a vacation, this place is amazing).

"Is something wrong?" The voice of Christian Horner stopped Tom dead in his tracks, the team principle of the red bull formula 1 team making him feel like a little child caught with his hand in a cookie jar.

"Oh, um, yeah, yes-" clearing his throat Tom couldn't help still looking around, wanting to see the reason of the all too familiar tugging his heart "just looking around, the race is very different from Silverstone, the atmosphere is just so..."

And there it was, the reason his heart is pulling, the person he hoped he would meet as soon as he felt their presence in this specific garage, his darling; their darling.

"Well, Monaco is the heart of motorsport, especially formula 1, you can't live here without being a fan really."

Christian wasn't an idiot, he had eyes and his observational skills were too good. It wouldn't be the first time he witnessed a celebrity looking at yn verstappen, the girl hooking everyone in with her innocent face and charming smile. It would, however, be the first time he saw someone loose their breath over her and he knew what that meant, he knew that expression; he had went through it when he met his wife, he saw it on Max when he met Kelly and now he is going to see it on yn.

He thought he met an angel when he saw Zendaya, he thought that the feeling he would get when meeting their darling wouldn't be as strong, as intense, but seeing her there, standing next to Adrian Newey with a notebook and a pen in her hands, discussing something that seemed so important, made him unaware of anything else. She was all he could see, hear and feel. She was who they had been missing, and god did she make him want to scream at the top of his lungs.

He felt his chest swell up with emotions as he quickly reached for his phone, calling the one person he knew would calm him down.

"Hey baby, how's the race going?"

"Z, she's here," Tom rushed out as he maneuvered between the never ending sea of people to a quite place- well as quite as it can get in Monaco during a formula 1 race.

"What? Who's here?"

"Darling! She's here!"

"Darling is a she?"

Gathering her thoughts Zendaya left the lounge area of her hotel suite, dismissing the makeup artists and stylists with a smile and wave of her hand before entering the bedroom within the suite.

"Okay, okay, calm down baby," Zendaya spoke as she ran her hand through her hair "how about you go talk to her, yeah?"

"I can't, oh my god, what if she doesn't even feel the same pull- it's a stupid way to describe it but you know that's how I felt when I met you and it's the same but so much worse cause you're not here with me and I can't do this-"

"Honey, calm down, it's okay, let's take it step by step, did you check her wrist?" Being met with silence worried the tall girl, she knew how it might come off to him when she was basically asking him to check actual evidence and not take his feelings too seriously "I know your feelings, I get that, I felt the same with you, but it's better to be safe than sorry."

"Yeah, yeah," shuffling was heard before Tom apologies for, what zendaya assumed, pumping into someone "no, yeah, you're right, stay with me on the line, I'm going to try and see. She's wearing a sleeveless dress so that will make it easier."

Even though she didn't want to spoil it for herself, she wanted to get 100% of the awe and the fondness for herself, Zendaya couldn't help but ask "what does she look like?"

"So beautiful, Z" the way Tom spoke, the breathlessness and amazement in his voice made her want to cry, she wanted to be there, she wanted to be with him when they first saw her, that's how they always envisioned it.

"Okay, so I checked, and oh my god it's there, it's the same Z, what am I supposed to do, oh my god"

"Here's what you're going to do, you're going to tell her right now!"

"There are like 100 people around, how am I supposed to do that!"

"I don't know tom, tell her you wanna speak to her or something, make it up!"

"I can't do this, I can't, I am freaking out!"

"Oh my god, you're an actor, pretend it's a scene"

"Will you be able to pretend?"

"Well no, but I'm not the one that can see her, am I!"

"Okay, okay, deep breaths, I am going to tell her with you on the phone, alright?" Tom said as he started moving towards the blonde, his confidence building up with his taller soulmate cheering him on through the phone

"Holy shit" and there goes the little confidence he had

"What? Tom! Answer me! Is she dating someone, I swear to god if she is-"

"No, no, she's not," looking back at his soulmate "at least I don't think she is. God, there's no way I am telling her shit now."

"Why not?"

"Her brother can literally run me over with his small rocketship of a car! I am not doing anything when he is literally two centimetres away from her!"

What Tom failed to realise was how Christian Horner had joined the pair of siblings, telling Max and Yn of his earlier observations, which made all three of them look at the young brit in sync.

"Um, Z, I think we won't have to worry about me telling her."

The one that came to my head straight away is sun kissed face by @seasidepierre in which reader is a fan of F1 and best friends with Tom Holland so gets to go to a GP and meets Charles Leclerc (I love this story and their writing in general I highly recommend them all)

Other than that though I can’t think of any off the top of my head where reader is a fan. I have a few in mind where reader doesn’t know who the driver is or doesn’t realise who they are if that’s something you would be interested in I can link you to they ones!

Pairing: Tom Holland x fem!reader

Summary: Tom shows his support for you at one of your races, driving for the win.

A/N: i'm so sorry anon, i have no idea how races work so i tried my best, thank u for requesting. i hope u enjoy, i love you, bebe and i’m sorry for taking a while to write this🥰

“Holy shit. I’m doing this. Holy shit.” You repeated as Tom wrapped his arms around you, pulling you close to him.

“You’re gonna do great, love. Relax for me, okay?” He said, rubbing your back soothingly as you buried your head in the crook of his neck.

“Give me a kiss for good luck?” You batted your eyelashes at him, staring into his eyes while twirling your fingers around the curls that were sticking out of his pink cap. He knew what you were doing, you did it every time you wanted something from him, especially physical affection. All you had to do was bat your eyes at him and his knees would go weak for you, feeling his heart beating at a rapid pace, cheeks flushing.

Tom rolled his eyes playfully, biting back a smile, but failed when he saw you beam at him. He chuckled before placing his lips on yours. You smiled into the kiss, feeling your nerves begin to die down, and just as you were pulling away from the embrace, Tom pulled you back into him, kissing you once more. His hands slid down to your back to your waist, giving it a small squeeze. You gasped when you felt him grip your ass tightly, giving his tongue access to your mouth. Your hands went to his neck as you tried to get him impossibly closer to you.

“Y/L/N!” One of your best friends and mechanics, Leah, yelled, making you separate yourself from Tom’s lips. You looked at her still holding Tom in your embrace.

“Hmm?” You hummed, nodding your head. Tom’s gaze stayed on you, blissed out after your little makeout session.

“C’mon, all the racers are already out there.” She responded, rolling her eyes because the two of you were always so sickly sweet, even though everyone secretly loved it.

“Oh, shit!” You screamed, giving Tom a quick kiss on his pale cheek before running out of the garage with Leah.

Tom’s eyes wandered over your body, loving your red racing suit as you disappeared into the tracks. He was licking his lips, thinking about kissing you again, maybe do even more when you came home with him, a trophy in your hands. When he felt a hand touch his shoulder, he flinched aggressively and balled up his fists, ready to throw a punch. He looked back to see Harrison with his hands in the air, shaking his head at the brunette.

“God, you scared me, shithead.” Tom hissed.

Harrison laughed loudly. “Is that your spidey sense or what?” He asked sarcastically.

“Shut up,” Tom muttered. Harrison grinned, seeing his best friend get pouty like a child.

“Man, you’re so whipped.” Harrison laughed once again, wrapping an arm around Tom’s shoulders.

Tom pursed his lips together, looking back at the blonde. “Yeah, I am.” Harrison rolled his eyes as the two of them went to sit next to Leah, Tuwaine, and Harry.

Tom watched you as the engines of the cars roared loudly. You had your red helmet on and he would be lying if he said it didn’t turn him on to see you being a badass on the road, but it also made him happy. You were so strong and independent, it was one of the many reasons why he fell in love with you in the first place. He smiled once you and the other racers sped off.

You felt the euphoric rush of the car running fast and loud. You had always loved to drive. From a small age, you had been taught how a car works from the inside and it fascinated you, and even had a job as a mechanic during high school. Eventually, you became a racer, loving the thrill of the car speeding faster than you had ever done in the streets. You screamed in excitement, hearing your team chuckle through the radio in your ear, and before you knew it, you had already passed the first lap.

As the race went on, Tom sat with your friends and team, shamelessly cheering you on. He was just so proud of you for following your dreams. His eyes were trained on your car, watching you outrun every car that came your way.

“WOOO! THAT’S MY GIRLFRIEND! THAT’S MY GIRLFRIEND! SUCK IT!” He screamed at the top of his lungs when he saw you become second place. The other teams shot him glares and stared at him with bitter frowns on their faces.

“What?” Tom barked. “You got a problem, mate?” He challenged, rolling his sleeves up as he began to walk towards the guy who stared at him like he was a madman. Harry stood up, placing his hands on his shoulders, trying to calm his brother down. Tom’s jaw clenched as Harry sat him back down. However, Tom’s anger soon washed away when you stopped at your station, your mechanics began to change your tires. Leah grabbed Tom by the arm, pulling him towards your car.

“She’s asking for you,” Leah spoke nonchalantly.

Tom saw you in the car panicking. His protective boyfriend instincts kicked in, feeling extremely concerned.

“Tommy, I don’t think I can do it.” Your voice broke as you felt your helmet suddenly begin to suffocate you, the air becoming thin.

“Hey, hey, hey. Listen to me, baby. You’re amazing, you’ve fought and worked incredibly hard for this. You deserve a win, love. Do this for you. Just shut up and drive.” He smiled, kissing you softly. You pulled away, feeling less anxious. You nodded as your boyfriend’s words sunk in.

“I love you.” You said, smiling.

“I love you too,” Tom muttered, leaning in to kiss you again until your mechanics shouted, signaling you that the car was ready to go.

Tom ran off, shouting a small “good luck” as you sped off, feeling motivated and ready to take the victory by the horns.

Tom’s heart raced, watching you get closer and closer to the number one spot. His leg bounced up and down in suspense. Every time you tried to pass the car in first place, they blocked your way, and the finish line was getting too close.

“Alright, Herbie. Time to show off.” You muttered. You changed gears, pulling a reverse. You watched as the driver’s eyes widened as you stuck your tongue out to him, you changed out of reverse. Laughing and cheering once you were in first place.

“YES! YES! YES! THAT’S MY Y/N! THAT IS MY FUTURE WIFE RIGHT THERE!” Tom screamed, the boys and the team joining in, feeling absolutely glorious.

You felt the adrenaline course throughout you as the black and white finish line came closer into your view. The crowd stood up, suspense building up, the car behind was quickly catching up. You looked back and groaned.

“Come on, Herbie, gimme the best you got.” You said, shaking your head while the car began to drive at a faster pace.

Tom watched, holding Harrison’s hand, feeling anxiety bubble up as Harrison stared at him with a disgusted frown. He looked down their intertwined hands, still frowning until he shrugged, dismissing it and turning his attention back to the race.

You sucked in a breath, reaching the finish line. Before you knew it, you had crossed it. The crowd rose up, clapping and cheering for you. You screamed, feeling the euphoria of the moment.

“Holy, shit. I just won!” You screamed into the intercom with excitement.

“Yeah, you did.” Leah chuckled, proud of you.

You stopped at your station, stepping out of the car as Tom came to wrap his arms around you. He placed his lips on yours before you could even open your mouth to talk to him. You kissed back, surprised but happy that your boyfriend was here with you. He pulled away, panting, still holding you in his arms.

“This my wife, and she just whooped all your asses!” He yelled, mocking the other teams.

“Tommy, calm down.” You muttered, being slightly embarrassed by Tom’s actions.

He looked back at you with his brown puppy eyes. “I’m sorry, I’m just so proud of you my love.” He chuckled. “But there’s other ways of showing that, right?” He smirked, biting the skin of your neck while pulling you closer to him. You gasped, slapping his chest playfully, making him laugh loudly.

“I love you.” You whispered.

“I love you too.” He whispered back.

Synopsis - You drive for the Stark Industry racing team, so well that Tony Stark suspects you're more than human.

You were the little 'protégée' of Stark's racing team.

Not that Tony really cared, he had other things on his plate. His racing team was just an additional money maker mixed with more press for the Stark Industries.

His father was the one who had cared for it the most. So he seemed to keep it just for Howard Stark's memory, and his own nostalgia of seeing races with his father as a child.

"Oh and how's that Formula 1 team going?" Tony took a new sip of his drink before going back to tweaking one of his projects.

Happy blinked in surprise. Tony checked on the team about once a year, or maybe twice at most. He only wanted to be up to date when he went to Monaco for the yearly race.

"Well..." Happy scratched the back of his neck as he fumbled with his iPad for the data. The screen lit his face with the bright red Formula 1 logo and the page opened. He cleared his throat, Tony wouldn't like this - "Second on the driver's constructor championship, and our drivers are 2nd and 4th." he winced, bracing himself for Tony's remarks.

Tony looked away from his project and looked at Happy in surprise.

"Happy can you tell me why's that?" He folded his arms. "We have the best car on track, then why aren't we winners?" Tony hated loosing, even if it was in a sports he didn't particularly care about.

"Our star pilot signed with Mercedes last year, remember?"

"Hmm." He looked around the room. "Tell the team manager - what ever his name is, that I want two new pilots for next year, and they better be the best. Or else I’ll get him fired and hire that Toto Wolff guy who works for Mercedes."

And that's how you got your chance.

You were the best rookie driver to ever step into formula one in years, and people weren't shy to talk about it. You had managed to beat everyone's expectations in your first season as an F1 driver, and that’s what Stark racing searched for on Tony’s orders.

Although the team manager was skeptical at first, something in the back of his mind telling him he was gambling on taking not only a girl in his team, but also someone with barely any formula 1 experience under their belt. But when he heard Toto Wolff wanted you for Mercedes, he was quick to make you a contract.

And it turned out to be the best decision he ever made in his entire career.

"Alright Happy." Tony sighed as his friend walked into the room. "Since I'm going to Monaco it's only normal I know what's going on." He stated as he tried to pick between two suits. "How's that F1 team of mine?"

"First in the driver's constructor, and one of your drivers; Y/n L/n is leading the championship by 40 points. I'm going to be honest this is quite impressive, Tony. No driver has lead the champion ship by so many points so young and in such little amount of time in the sports."

"Hmm good, good." He was too busy scratching his chin to care "Do you think the blue or black suit is better?"

"I'll pick the blue. Makes your eyes pop and matches the color of your racing team.

You on the other hand, you were unstoppable on track. You were not only the youngest but only female pilote on the grid, which would make you a double record holder if you got the tittle of world champion this year.

You started your karting career when you were 6, travelling through the USA and slowly making your way up. Through middle school you stayed in Queens, and went to Mid-town high as you tried to get into F3. School was taking a toll on you, and your driving results seemed to go down as well. It wasn't a good two years if you were honest.

But your entire life changed when you visited Oroscop with your class.

You got bit by a spider.

A radioactive spider to be exact.

You remember going back home after the trip feeling like the sky was about to crash on you. Your head was spinning and your eyes couldn't see properly. You wanted to throw up, scream - anything to get the pain away.

That day you had to cancel a karting practice, and the chief of your karting team was threatening to take away your seat - not a fun twenty four hours.

Little did he know you would come back to become ‘the best pilote who ever lived’

You weren’t blind to the friendly neighborhood Spider-man. He was exactly like you, could climb walls, probably had hyper senses and super strength as well. It would be a lie to say it didn't make you guilty. You were using your powers for your own career, while he was out saving the world.

But you couldn't dwell on those feelings for too long.

You had a World Champion ship to win.

Ah, Monaco.

The best race of the year.

Not only for the parties but for the amazing track.

As usual you got into your car and soaked in the comforting feeling.

With your spider powers you could feel every single part of the car, everything that was wrong or right. You could feel how perfect that car was. How well the air circulated around it as it glided through the track. Everything was right with this car, and it filled you with a feeling of gratitude.

You could feel the entire track, where everyone was or how fast they were going. It was so easy to drive. So easy that last year even with the shitty car you had before joining Stark Racing you found ways to do podiums.

You took everything in.

Monaco was your favorite track. Just because it was the most challenging for you. The sharp turns and tight streets. You knew this track like the back of your hand, and loved every single bit of it.

That day you were a beast on track as usual. Staying first during most of the race, your rival finding it a real challenge to fight you.

"Is she like this every race?" Tony leaned to his team manager.

"Yeah." He nodded with a proud smile.

Tony nodded as he kept his eyes on the TV to watch you race. After you pitted to change your tires, a bad strategy from your engineers almost made you collide with another teams car.

It should have ended in an accident.

It should have.

But Tony and the entire team stayed breathless when they watched you turning around and double the car in front of you. There wasn't even room for a finger when you passed by. Any other driver would have collided and caused a crash by the pit lane.

But you didn't.

And you even won the race after that.

"Interesting." you had suddenly caught Tony's attention and he nodded, watching you get out your car. A small smile appeared on his trait when he watched how much his team cheered for you.

He kept a close eye on you as you removed your helmet to replace it with the 1st place cap. You proudly walked up to the podium, your entire team cheering and screaming at your achievement once again. You hugged your teammate who had also gotten a podium, and one of your friends from another team who was third.

Bottles of champagne later and someone tapped you by the shoulder.

"Boss wants to see you." The person had an intimidating look in their eyes.

"Boss?" you raised an eyebrow with a playful smile. "I just talked to the boss-" you pointed to your team manager who was shaking some champagne off of him.

"Other boss." He pointed to bright blue name on your racing overalls, and you felt your heart stop.

"Oh." You gulped. You knew more then anyone Tony Stark wasn't one to follow Formula 1, nor who wanted to talk to his drivers. So him wanting to see you wasn't something you were expecting. "Can I get changed first?" You pointed to yourself. You were disgusting and sticky with a mix of champagne and sweat.

He shook his head and your breath caught in your throat "He wants to see you, now."

"Alright." You nodded, and followed the assistant all the way to Hospitality, fumbling with your hands in the process.

You tried to fix your hair, trying to wring out the champagne out your locks, but it didn't seem to help. You fixed your overalls, and furiously rubbed your hands onto your side as they started becoming stickier by the second.

"Great." You muttered.

The doors of a large room opened and you were met with the faces of a few millionaires and important personalities. You gulped - you were sticky and recking of champagne and you knew in the back of your mind that if you weren't a formula 1 driver they would look at you as if you didn't belong.

You followed the assistant all the way across the room, giving the usual small smile and wave at people who greeted you. You removed your cap as a sign of politeness and used it to fidget with.

And suddenly - you were face to face with him.

The one and only Tony Stark.

The one and only Iron Man.

He gave you a bright smile as though you were old friends, lifting his arms up as if to embrace you.

"Ah Y/n!" He smiled and glanced towards a few guests as though the two of you were close. He wrapped an arm around you, making a face when he realised you were sticky.

"Well i'll just throw that suit away." He grinned before giving your shoulder a squeeze and letting you go.

"It’s nice to meet you- Mr.Stark." You awkwardly nodded, suddenly feeling extremely shy around him, compared to a few seconds ago when you had just shaken hands with the royal Monégasque family.

"Oh call me Tony." He grabbed two champagne flutes from a waiter and handed one to you. "Here" instead of waiting until you grabbed it, he ‘accidentally’ let the glass fall.

With your stupid quick reflexes, you caught it before any drops could be spilled.

"Nice reflexes L/n"

"I have to for my um job sir, um Tony" You awkwardly fiddled with the cap in your hands.

"Oh I’m sure there’s more to it!" He said as it was no big deal, a large smile still plastered on his face as though he hadn’t just revealed your biggest secret.

Your face went white, and you froze - not sure of what to say next.

"Sorry?"

"Would you come to the tower this week? I believe your next race isn’t until the week after. Leaves you time to travel to New York." You blinked in surprise. Shocked he was so fast to change the subject.

"Yeah- Yeah of course."

"Ill get a jet for you, and we can talk about your accomplishments over lunch."

So that's how you found yourself standing in front of the Avengers tower, looking up to the meters of height as a shiver passed through your shoulders.

"Y/n, right?" The man you regonised as Happy stepped out of the building, and you nodded. "Follow me."

What you didn’t expect was an overwhelming feeling. It was hard to describe. As if someone was pushing you towards a force so strong you felt like a small magnet trying to get away from the bigger one.

You tried your best to shake the feeling off, but the more you walked into the tower, and the more the elevator went up - the more you felt yourself being pulled.

It wasn't until the doors of the elevator opened to the large dining room / living room that you understood why.

Standing next to Tony Stark was a boy that way too familiar to you.

And suddenly you understood.

It was Peter Parker.

Peter Parker was Spider-man.

The quiet nerd from your bio class was Spider-man.

Was that why you felt so attracted to him? Was that why you felt like you could trust him with everything in you? Was that why you wanted to just walk to him and have a conversation.

Almost like you were two pieces of a puzzle meant to work together.

"Y/n!" Tony greeted but you couldn't stop looking at Peter. "How's my favorite F1 driver! It's nice to see you again."

"I- I'm good. Thank you."

"This is Peter. He was around so I thought it would be nice to have someone around your age. What are you two - 12? 14?"

"19" You both said at the same time, making Tony roll his eyes.

Suddenly the two of you made eye contact again, and Peter was looking at you like he was trying to figure out a murder mystery.

Tony looked between the two of you and almost felt the sparks in the air, he was about to clear his throat but Peter spoke first.

"Y- you're like me?" He breathed out.

"You're Spider-man aren't you?" He nodded.

"H- How is this even possible? I-" You watched him as the wheels in his brain turned around. "That- were- You were there! I remember you! You too?"

Tony didn't understand one bit of Peter's blabbering but you did.

"I got bitten when we did that field trip in Oroscop."

"Me- me too! I remember you! You left because your driving was getting serious!"

"Wait you two know each other?"

"We use to be in class together." You nodded. "Until I left to join F3 in Europe." Tony raised both his eyebrows at your words.

"Oh well I didn't have to kick it out of you then. I knew you probably had powers but I didn't know you were a spider person like Pete." He chuckled before sitting down for diner.

"You knew- what!?"

"Something you should know is that I have an eye for these type of things. Plus I got a call from Nick Fury about you. He's been watching you for a few years now. The papers about you are in my office."

You stayed frozen - the only thing you could do was blink. That made Tony laugh.

"Don't worry. I'm keeping you on the team. Your little secret is safe with me." He nodded. "But if one day you want to play the hero you'll also be welcomed. We could use a very good get away driver. Now will you two stop staring at each other and sit down, I'm hungry."

The rest of the diner went surprisingly well.

"You don't know who Niki Lauda is!? Are you serious?" You almost choked on your food at Peter's lack of knowledge. "You don't know James Hunt either?"

"No-" He shook his head.

"Kid! Even I know these famous names!"

"You can't be serious." you frowned. "you never heard of Niki Lauda? Formula 1 legend? Looks a little bit like Zemo? His rival was James Hunt - people even say he looked like Thor's twin! Both of these guys are legends."

"Oh yeah I saw the posts about him looking like Thor." Tony smiled at the thought.

"You have a lot to learn, Parker." you shook your head.

"Honestly teach me! I didn't know the name of any drivers until tonight when Tony said you were coming over."

"Not even Schumacher."

"Oh yeah, never mind. I knew that name."

Diner went to fast for your liking. Tony was incredibly nice and less intimidating than you thought. But most importantly you and Peter seemed to have an unspoken bond that even Tony could sense.

You felt safe around him, that feeling you felt the first time you walked into the tower only becoming stronger.

"Well that was amazing, thank you so much Tony." You nodded as you slipped your coat back on.

"Thanks kid. It was nice getting to know you." Tony clapped your shoulder. "I think I'll be coming to more races."

"That would be fun." You nodded and turned to Peter. "It was nice seeing you again Peter, it's a shame we didn't talk as much back when we were at school."

"Yeah." Peter chuckled. "It was nice seeing you again." Your stares lingered and Tony wasn't blind to it.

"Peter why don't you bring her back to her hotel? I'll let you two share and compare your spider being experiences."

"Oh I'd love too. Only if you're ok with it, I mean." Peter turned to you.

"That would be nice, Peter."

Good thing your hotel was a little far.

You hadn't noticed but the two of you had started to walk almost shoulder to shoulder.

"So you're telling me you got stuck in your own webs once?" You bit back a laugh.

"Yeah."

"It's brilliant that you made them. I would have never thought about that."

"I mean - you have no need for it."

"True."

"I never thought our powers could be used for what you're doing. It's impressive you know."

"Not as impressive as you, Peter. I've always felt self conscious about the fact that you're a hero and I'm just- an F1 driver."

"Just an F1 driver? Y/n everyone says you're the best driver in history." He shook his head. "I checked you out on google during diner. All these articles are wondering where drivers like you were all these years." His enthusiasm was making you smile.

"But I don't save people in my free time. I race and race and race and race some more when I could use my powers for good."

"You're doing a great service to motor sports."

"I guess."

Your heart dropped to your stomach when you saw the door of your hotel.

"That's my stop."

"Oh." He looked up to the sky scraper with the bright logo of your hotel onto of the door. "Alright... Well um-"

"Would you like to come to my next race? I'll get you tickets." That took him by surprise. "Tony can bring you with one his jets I suppose, and we could go to London after, it's only an hour away from Silverstone - that's the circuit where the race will be. There's this restaurant I really like- we could go there." When he didn't reply you continued rambling. "But I mean- of course if not that- that's ok-" You were shut up with a kiss to your cheek.

"I'd love to come to your next race."

I hate Mercedes with everything in me but hey! look at me write the reader as a Mercedes driver

He would absolutely love the fact that you’re an F1 driver

He would be scared for your life sometimes but he never showed it, just because he knows you love racing too much and he couldn’t take that away from you.

The two of you met when he was invited to the Silverstone Grand Prix

Like he would have already been crushing on you since you’re the only female driver on the grid - and let’s face it Tom loves F1

He’s like the biggest Y/n L/n fan in the world. He admires you so much and was so happy when you had finally beat Lewis Hamilton and ended up world champion <3

He didn’t know you yet when you did but his heart went ‘marry me please ur so awesome’

You were a spider-man fan obviously - you felt your soul leave your body when he followed you on instagram

That day at Silverstone - a little after you finished the race, you went to greet him he looked so cute in that pink Mercedes hat

Lando was already chatting with him and his brothers so you went to greet them and started getting all friendly rival with Lando which made the Holland brothers laugh.

Someone called the fellow driver so you were left alone with the boys.

They all went in fan girl mode. Let’s face it almost all of them had a crush on you I mean the only female driver on the grid!? - which F1 fan who likes girls didn’t have a crush on you?

You got to talking and like you directly fell for each other; after that the rest was history.

HE’D LOVE TO SEE YOU RACE. Like he’d be in the stands looking all excited with his pink Mercedes hat cheering for you as you went faster then Lewis Hamilton

If he can’t see a race in person, he’d watch it live on his phone or TV where ever he is (no matter the time difference). And if he can’t see it live then he’d watch the highlights - because he wants to know how everything went.

If he was there it would be kisses right before you get into your car and right after.

If you get into an accident he’d drop all his work to come to see you / stay with you

no matter how many times you tell him you’re fine he won’t leave you alone.

He’d bring you everywhere with him until you can drive again if it was a big accident

Whenever you’re not driving you follow him everywhere.

Sometimes people would recognize you rather then him and he LOVES THAT SO MUCH - Like every time he’s like omg omg omg 🥺🥺 they recognize she’s such a queen 🥺🥺 and he’d gladly take the picture for them.

Imagine the face of the fans when they realize Spider-man was like right there lfmao - like they go home to their friends like ‘oh look who we met’ and they reply ‘oh was she with her boyfriend?’ - ‘Yeah a handsome brunette?’ - ‘Yeah why didn’t you take a picture with him, that’s Spider-man!’ ‘WE ASKED SPIDER-MAN TO TAKE A PICTURE?!’

Spiderman sticker on your helmet. Like he doesn’t care if you can or can’t have it, it will be on there.

Every time you either end up not on the podium he’d pretend he’s mad at the drivers who are first. But it’s all friendly rivalry.

He’d ask you to marry him after a race

the crowd went nuts when he did <3

All the drivers came to congratulate you after that, both for the fact that you won the race and for the fact that you were getting married

In the end Tom just loves his F1 driver ❤️
