Author Note

Hi, this is another version of "Little Things They Do"! I've linked the first part above for you to read. Here is the song I listened to while writing this. These actions can be perceived platonically or romantically, whatever suits you. Let me know if you want me to write for other characters as well!

Hange

Not everyone can appreciate Hange the way they are, so enthusiastic in certain subjects to the point where they can explain stuff that can't be found in Wikipedia. Having you around them, someone who appreciates them and supports them in whatever they do, is something that Hange never takes for granted. Whenever you both are having a conversation, Hange likes to drop a few 'fun facts' or trivial knowledges they've attained in their free time. They make it sound amusing as well, like that one line from a Philomena Cunk episode "The Egyptians believed that the most important thing you could do in your life was die."

Erwin

Erwin most likely pays close attention to small details such as how your necktie is crooked, or a tiny splatter of ketchup in your cheek after you ate your food. He will fix it for you every time. Expect him to stop you from rushing somewhere when you're already late, just for him to fix your hair a little bit. Also the constant reminder for you to tie your shoes because somehow they're always undone. He's just afraid that you'll trip over your own feet. It's not like you're that clumsy and untidy, he just cares about you a lot.

Levi

Levi is the cleanest and tidiest person you've ever met in your entire life, but he just lets you do things that usually irks him out. Whenever you come over to his place, he'll let you leave your dirty plate or cup in the sink. He'll wash it for you. He let you touch his TV remote even though your fingers are greasy from your snack. He'll wipe it later. He let you work/do your assignments in his living room, your papers and miscellaneous stuff scattered around the place. He'll help you pick them up later. It's his way to repay your kindness because amongst his closest circle, you deal with his sad and gloomy side the most.

Onyankopon

Onyankopon will happily help you take aesthetic pictures for your social media, anytime, anywhere, even if it's really crowded. He'll go crouching down, tilting his body, all out to get the best pictures. He knows how to change the setting, the ISO and all, of both digital cameras and smartphones. He will tell you where to stand and which way to face, working with the light to complement your figure. He takes it seriously. It's rare to find someone who is willing to take pictures for you, let alone one who is really good at it.

Yelena

Most of the time Yelena is calm and composed, which is why she kind of insisted in speaking on your behalf. No matter if you both are in a restaurant, in a bar, or at the dentist, she will speak for you. She just noticed a long time ago how you often have a hard time explaining things, something that is really easy for her to do. At first she said it's because you take too long when ordering food, or your voice was shaking as you talk to strangers it bothers her. However, as the time goes by, you realize it's her way to take care of you. You don't have to worry when you're out with Yelena, she will handle everything.

Nicolo

You and Nicolo eat together, like, almost in every chance you both get. Be it a fancy dinner, or snacking together while watching a movie at home, you both love to share your food. For some reason, whenever you have to open a packaging, Nicolo will grab it and open it for you. Once he teared the packaging open, he'll give it back to you. Nicolo is also a big "do you wanna try my food" guy. He will cut half of his steak and move it to your plate. He will break a KitKat in two and share a half of it with you.

I've never written anything about Onyankopon, Yelena, and Nicolo but apparently it was fun. I think I have a crush on Yelena now idk. I hope you like it as well! Lemme know what you think :3

The static of the radio startles you as you gaze through your scope at Javi’s villa. It’s been quiet, thankfully but it’s been days out here in the thick jungle and the weather is beginning to drain you.

“Fuck, this is boring as shit. I think we’ve gathered enough information, wanna head out?”

“Fish, I thought you’d never ask,” you radio back with a smile in your voice.

“I aim to please half-pint.” You roll your eyes at the nickname he’d bestowed upon you back when you first joined the team. “Meet you at the starting point. Better hurry if we wanna get the chopper to pick us up today. The weather is getting real bad.”

“See you in five.” Packing up you head out to meet Frankie and once you make your way through the clearing you spot him leaning against a tree. He’s fiddling with the watch his daughter got him, something you helped her pick out and you take the opportunity to admire him.

His tack trousers hug his thighs just right and the way he’s leaning back with his legs slightly crossed over highlights his impressive package. The red shirt he’s wearing peaks out under his rain jacket and a smile works its way onto your face. It’s the one you bought for Kris Kringle one year and he always seems to have it on when you’re out together.

“A watched clock never chimes, Fish.” He smiles up at you, that dimple you love making an appearance. “Is that what they say,” he asks as he pushes off the tree and picks up his rucksack. “Winds picking up,” he says, tilting his head to the sky. “Don’t think we’re gonna make it back to base tonight.”

“Damn, I was hoping for a hot shower.” Frankie clears his throat and avoids making eye contact as he begins to lead the way. “Saw a cabin about a mile north, a little run-down but should be ok to haul up there for the night.”

“Once we get out of the rain I’m happy. Lead the way.”

When Frankie had said a run-down cabin you were expecting a shell of a building but it was actually in decent condition with a small bed and an open fire. Dropping his rucksack on the ground Frankie turns to you with a serious look on his face and his hands resting on his hips.

“There’s only one bed.”

“So?”

“Half-pint, there’s two of us and only one bed.”

“Yeah. So? We’re grown-ups, we can work something out.”

“You take it. I’ll sleep on the floor. I’m sure there’s some blankets around here somewhere,” he says as he begins to look around.

“Fish, it's ok. I’m not gonna make you sleep on the floor. You got a bad back.”

“Well, I ain’t making you sleep on the floor before you even suggest it.”

With a sigh, you take a step closer to him and rest your hand on his arm. “I was gonna say we could share the bed.”

His eyes move slowly along your figure before landing where you're touching him. He gulps loudly before meeting your gaze, “you sure?”

“Positive. Now, let’s get that fire lit. I’m freezing.”

Frankie helps you light the fire before heading out back and getting some extra wood to try and keep it going for the night. You take the opportunity to change quickly into dryer clothes but you can’t seem to shake the chill that’s set in your bones so you riffle through Frankie's bag and throw on one of his shirts.

“Hey got enough to keep us going and I’ve cut some extra out back just in case we…” Frankie falters as he turns and spots you standing there with his shirt on. Your gaze wanders and you can see the effect you're having on him through his trousers.

As soon as he realises what you're looking at his face heats and he drops some of the wood. “Fuck, is that my shirt?” He stutters.

Biting your bottom lip you nod your head, “that’s ok, right? I’m just really cold. Needed the extra layers.”

He clears his throat as he makes his way towards the open fire, throwing some logs into it. “Yeah, yup that’s fine…I uh…yeah.”

You try hard not to laugh at how cute he’s being and the thought that he might just feel the same way as you, passes through your mind. He removes his wet jacket and grabs some food from his bag before reaching out and offering you some. “Thanks,” you say with a soft smile, patting the ground beside you.

Huddled together by the fire tucking into the food the sound of the wind howling outside draws your attention. “Shit, that’s bad.”

“I told ya it was gonna get bad. The weather here is always shit. Don’t know why that asshole has a villa here.”

“Hmm, at least we can be back on base tomorrow. I’m missing my bed.”

Frankie snorts a laugh, “that’s saying something. Those things are hard as shit.”

You yawn and Frankie’s eyes flick towards you, “you should get some sleep”, he says tilting his head towards the single bed. “I’ll keep this going a bit longer.”

“You should rest too, Frankie.”

“I will, I promise.”

“You better Morales.”

He watches you wrap the thin blanket over you and settle on the bed before closing his eyes and taking a deep breath. He was so screwed.

A little while later you begin to shiver a little, the thin blanket doing little to alleviate the cold. Frankie notices from where he's sat by the fire and decides he’s going to have to brave it out and hop in beside you.

“Mierda. You better not show me up, you hear. We’re in this together alright. We can't scare her off.”

You realise that he thinks you're asleep but you wonder who he’s talking to. When you peak at him from under the covers he’s pointing at his rather large bulge. Jesus, he is big. When he stands you turn back around and wait as he strips out of his tack trousers before lifting the covers and slipping in behind you.

It’s awkward given how small the bed is and Frankie is a hulk of a man but he manages to fit behind you. He’s careful not to touch you, well any more than can be helped. You shiver again and suddenly Frankie’s arm wraps around your waist and pulls you back against his hard chest.

You’re nestled right up against him and a contented sigh passes your lips. “That better,Hermosa?”

“Hmm, yeah. You’re like a space heater.” You wiggle your butt unconsciously seeking out his heat and a strangled groan comes from behind you. His hand grips your waist tight, “half-pint…Mierda! You gotta stop…I’m not gonna…shit, I’m not gonna be able to control myself if you keep doing that.”

“Who says I want you to?” You turn your head slightly when he doesn’t say anything but then he’s pushing you onto your back as he nestles himself between your thighs. Probably my fic S.C.I. 谜案集. However, it's a fic that carried over from last year, but I think it still counts. I completed it with 227,913 words. Longest fic that I wrote (or rewrote) this year would be In Too Deep with 62,178 words. Second longest completed fic that I wrote this year would be The Demon and the Angel with 53,869 words

8. shortest completed fic you wrote this year

Okay, my definition of short is like...not like others. But my short fic completed this year was Welcome Home with 1,210 words

9. longest wip of the year

My baby, 恨君不似江楼月 | Killer and Healer. It's the Killer and Healer drama rewrite and so far we're at 172,474 words and 96 chapters

10. shortest wip of the year

None of my wips are short, anon...I don't really do short. So far, my other wips, 灵魂档案 | The Spirit Files and SPY x FAMILY are both about 36-37K (37,502 for The Spirit Files and 36,927 for SPY X FAMILY). The Spirit Files has 23 chapters so far and SPY X FAMILY has 18 chapters.

11. fandom you enjoyed writing for the most this year

I always, always, always enjoy writing for the Killer and Healer fandom (I currently have the most fics written for said fandom and there will be more once I answer these prompts in my ask box). But I found that I also enjoyed writing for the Under the Skin fandom. The dynamic of the two leads is very similar to Killer and Healer and I think that's why I enjoyed writing for it as much as I did

I always enjoy writing about Jiang Yuelou and Chen Yuzhi (for me, they're kind of like a packaged deal)

13. favorite writing song/artist/album of this year

That's really hard to pick...I can write to pretty much whatever, so I don't have a specific song that I listen to when I write

14. a fic you didn’t expect to write

Can't Lose You for the Devil Judge fandom. I stopped writing for them mainly because I got overwhelmed with the amount of prompts that were coming in (I think I had like 80 asks in my ask box at one point and majority of them were TDJ prompts) but I had gotten a very nice anon requesting for the fic and because they were so nice about it/worded it so politely, I decided to write it.

15. something you learned this year

Something I learned this year is that I have no idea what my readers will like/will gravitate towards. Some fics I put a lot of time and effort into don't get that many kudos and another fic that was also good but not something that I spent like hours outlining and writing gets more kudos and bookmarks. It's very odd, but I don't blame my readers. I just think it's interesting

The store I work at does this thing, on occasion, where they give people coupons that take effect at weird times. The circulars go out on Sunday, but the deals don't count until Wednesday. I hate these, because it always leads to the same confrontation. Somebody looks up at the price, angrily wants to know why the discount didn't come off, hands me the coupon. Then I'm forced to show them the circular, to point to the place where they got the coupon. I'm supposed to point out the big red sale sign where, in big bold letters, they blatantly spell out that the coupon doesn't take effect until Wednesday.

I feel like I have to treat people like they're dumb. I have some flavor of this conversation a dozen times a day, where some person either misses the fine print or fails to understand the mechanics of a coupon scheme we've been running for years or grabs the wrong bag of shrimp from the seafood thing and no, Ma'am, it's not the bag of shrimp that's on the coupon. Do you see the front of the package on the coupon? Do you see how yours is a completely different color?

And to make matters worse, there's the nagging thought in the back of my head. "Oh, these people are being rude about it. They're combative, and acting all entitled. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out they're just pretending to be incompetent, so that I'll take pity on them and just punch the coupon in, manually." And that's... a nasty thought pattern to fall into. Even if it turned out to be true, for some people, is that how I want to interact with people? Do I really want to foment a conspiracy in my own mind that customers are willing to feign colorblindness, just so they can save a few bucks on overpriced shrimp?

People don't pay attention. Coupons hide information in the fine print. That big red block above the coupons? That's ad copy. People just don't look at ad copy. They only care about what the product is, and what the price difference is. They get the circular on a Sunday, they're used to the coupons being useful on Sunday because that's how it is most other weeks. People aren't stupid. They just don't fully parse all the information that my awful store expects them to deal with, every time they want to get two bucks a pound off of pork chops.

Companies deal in confusion. Attention, like willpower, is a finite resource. Some people have more of it than others. Exploiting those who can't painstakingly scrutinize every pixel of every circular of every grocery store in easy driving distance, is one of the only morally grey ways capitalism can exploit people. The optimal shopping trip would require spreadsheets and painstaking recordkeeping, and even then you'd probably lose money on gas by the time you went to the third store. They count on the fact that you won't think too hard about it, that you'll accept the deal offered to you with nothing more than a vague grumble to the cashier about how everything's getting expensive.

So, I dunno where this ramble is going. I want to assume people are people, and not agents of spite trying to wheedle me for petty advantages. It seems like the latter is a very silly thing to think. But also literally why do they always pick out the most expensive bag of shrimp, when they do this thing? Why is it always the high tier shit they pull, when it's always the cheapest bag that's on sale? Is there such a thing as purple/blue colorblindness, or no?

Mayl: Lan does the same thing, he'll often say that Hub is somewhere doing something lame *giggles*

hiii!! i love seeing your collection, do you have any recommendations of websites etc for hunting down p5 merch? im outside the usa so things like mercari arent an option for me unfortunately T_T

Hi! I have many but some might be more or less effective depending on Where outside of the US you are. As I am Canadian, my options are a lot more feasible than say... someone from Europe yk. (god shipping fees are insane)

I will say, a huge chunk of my collection was bought off of Mercari or American Ebay, or American stores like BigBadToyStore and I just wanna make that clear. Two of these sites ship to places outside of the US still, but it's so much cheaper to get it sent to American friend and then over to me.

This got longer than I thought whoops under the cut it goes.

Anyway onto the actual recs. As always I have to shill Myfigurecollection.net. You can sort by the exact figure you're looking for, local currency, free or paid shipping and it's really handy. On top of that you can interact with the sites database or forum features! Make a wishlist or a list of a fave character's merch you want. Track what you've ordered already and when it's expected to arrive or be released from preorder. Find forum posts from your region about people discussing good places to buy from and so much more. It's such a huge and amazing tool for someone into collecting so long as you can get over the UI. Personally I've never found issues with it but I'm used to how older websites work anyway.

(Here is me sorting by European currency. There are so many euro sellers im jealous.)

Pros of mfc:

• Figures are usually in good condition and can even be mint in box. (you can even sort by condition, wow!)

• users are polite and can be negotiated with for a better deal oftentimes

Cons of mfc:

• This is not a site that focuses solely on selling like ebay, it's more like an ad section in the newspaper

• You have to trust who you are buying from as there's no 'insurance' so to speak. If you get scammed, there's no refunds and mods won't help you aside from banning the user, unlike actual buy and sell sites which have policies or insurance.

Next up is Zenmarket. This is a proxy site that allows me to buy straight from japan! What's handy about it is that you can browse multiple japanese sites straight within zenmarket's site. I can pick up items from Amazon.jp, JP Mercari, and Yahoo Auctions and have 'em all in one cart! You can also paste links into a special search bar if you've found a specific item you'd like to buy from a JP site. I personally browse JP Mercari and Rakuma the most. I like second-hand figures and both these places have good deals since they're flea-market esque sites. Yahoo!Auctions I've only bought one thing from, and I haven't had a *bad* experience per se, I just don't like auctions and buyout prices lol. Always so pricey... but I'm sure there's good deals to be had if you're willing to do a bidding battle. Pro tip! Search with japanese terms to get better results.

Zenmarket hasn't let me down before. They're speedy, and all my stuff has been well packed.

Pros:

• Can get the best base prices buying straight from japan

• Super simple layout and bundling orders is really easy

•Items can be held in their warehouse for 45 days if something happens/you wanna wait before bundling it into a package. You can also pay to extend this time.

•Quick shipping from the warehouse

•probably more lol

Cons

•If you're not american, shipping is gonna be like $30 CAD lol. At least you can fit multiple items in one box...? I got 2 books and several t-shirts without going over the small packet limit. i haven't used zennarket express, but if your shit is very small i think its about 10 dollars cheaper.

• ¥300 yen fee per item batch. So if I get a figure and book from Mercari I'll have to pay a ¥300 fee. If I then add something from Amazon or a different site other than Mercari to my cart, I'll have to pay another ¥300 fee. I don't mind this as its like what. 3 dollars? but if you're buying a lot from all over it can potentially rack up shit. also ppl just dont like fees so it's a con.

I also of course use ebay. I feel like I don't need to get into how ebay works so onto BRAND NEW MERCH CONDITION sitessss

I used to use Aitai Kuji but their selection of stuff is kinda mid these days so I stray from it. I've had good experiences with Ukiyo Kumo but it has a similar problem with Aitai Kuji.

Another site for brand-new merch is Meccha Japan, but holy fuck I hate their shipping and prices. If something becomes low in stock they jack up the price and label it as 'rare' or ultra rare or whatever and I find that irritating. They also use fedex and dhl for shipping which means fun fees woohoo yipee!!! i had to spend over 100 dollars to get my package wrangled from their graaaaaasp!!!!

So yeah, sorry for lame New Merch recs, I don't really buy brand-new figures since P5 hasn't released anything lately. I bought the Hello!Goodsmile mona and joker from BigBadToystore and I think shipping was only 15 usd? I like BBTS but if you're not american they're kinda slow in the shipping department.

I’m assuming this is for this ask meme? This one’s unfair, it switches back and forth between them so even I’m not sure at any given point which one’s my favourite. I’ve been more sympathetic towards Edgar, especially in the past, and he’s very rewarding to draw. And Scriabin is a complete enigma to me, I have every reason in the world to hate him and yet I love him, and I’ve talked at length about how beautiful I find his design, whether Before or After. I stopped counting after I got into the several hundreds of doodles but they were tied at one point and I’m really not sure who’s taken the lead by now, it’s anyone’s game

I think I’ll have to give it Scriabin this time, even in a low mood I’m still excited to see him

Dream's discord podcast. Basically him answering questions for 2.5 hours. This will sort of be in order but I fucked up my notes so it might not be in order completely. (From 13th May 2021)

For reference the photos at the end are: A prototype of fidget spinner merch as loads of people asked, a reference photo of his favourite merch and a photo he sent of his hair to prove he wasn't a brunette.

•He said his teeth are mostly straight but he's thought about getting Invisalign. He's never had braces. He has a tiny gap in the left side of his mouth and his canines are longer and sharper (vampire arc). He's never had teeth surgery so has his wisdom teeth still.

•He thinks pineapple on pizza is good.

•He likes seafood like lobster and crab. He had crab made in an air fryer last night. He like peas. He thinks quesadillas are good and likes most food.

•He hates Coffee and most drinks

•The Dream Shorts team is Ken who is his personal reminder (Ken's main job is to spam him with texts so he doesn't forget things as he's got a habit of reading texts and not replying) and also comes up with a list of sets for Dream shorts. The builder is a friend and munchymc builder "his talent gets wasted on Dream's shorts but we pay him so"

•His editors are currently Dizzy, Firesale and Mjcr. Willz doesn't edit for him anymore

•The mask animation isn't done but Mask should be released May 21st. He wants to release them together as "the whole song is a double meaning and the whole nuance will be lost without the animation" but no matter if the animation is done the song is getting released on the 21st.

•He and Sapnap eat together often.

•He and Sapnap prefer medium rare Steak

•He wants a home gym it's something he's willing to splurge on. They currently have a weight rack but they haven't even set it up.

•"Eat the rich? Shut up shut up" - Dream

•Talked about money basically saying "Most people don't understand how money works I don't have millions in my bank account it's in assets like merch, land and warehousing for that stuff" (He's not in his landlord arc)

•He's been debating Pride Merch because of Rainbow Capitalism. He doesn't want it too be seen as a money maker and if he does most proceeds would go to charity. He's currently super busy merch wise with Sapnap joining and George in the middle of joining. He did say "Only if the LGBTQ+ community in this community wants it" He thinks he's going to at least change the merch website to a pride one. Sapnap wants to make pride merch including a rainbow flame on his.

•He wants to create a charity that's centered around helping LGBTQ+ one day because he thinks that there's a lack of them. He mentioned that creating a charity was expensive and took a lot and was a complicated process including a board of directors but he wants to do it someday.

•He wanted to buy a bunch of houses in Florida which was a service to house mostly LGBTQ+ youth and people stuck in abusive households for free to get them out of bad home environments. But he didn't because he didn't want people thinking he was profiting of of abuse victims and LGBTQ+ community.

•He said he's terrible with time management and replying to people which is why Ken helps him (and also helps George and Sapnap). He mentioned how Sam messaged multiple times and Dream just forgot to answer but felt bad "I feel like people think I hate them..... Cause I'd be mad if people did that to me"

•He tries to reply to a few texts a day (community number). He also can't do birthday messages everyday because you can only reply at certain times so it's not abusing the system so if you get one it's special. He said he does try but it's got a weird time gap.

•Him and the manhunt winner are trying to come up with a good time to film

•He wants to stream this MCC on twitch and says his team is good.

•He talks about why he's not partnered with Twitch. Basically Twitch has a lock rate (in which you make money) and you legally can't stream on YouTube. So legally if Tommy wanted to stream on YouTube he couldn't. Someone then mentioned how Bad is a twitch partner but still streams on YouTube "Bad streams on YouTube but he has for a while and I don't think that he cares" - Dream

•He likes to reply to every donation he gets on stream and feels bad when he doesn't so he'll turn them off when he streams and wants a platform deal where he can be payed to stream (not twitch). If he gets a streaming partnership he will stream a couple of times a week. He looked in to Facebook but they don't have an alias system meaning you can see everyone's actual Facebook account and personal info, he doesn't like seeing real names on Facebook so it would require a lot of altering if he was to stream there so he's thinking it's probably going to be YouTube.

•He was asked about if his demographic was what he expected and he said he went in with no expectations, he didn't even know what stans were, wasn't really on social media so he wasn't aware of the fan culture. "You guys are a handful sometimes but it's worth it"

•He also mentioned how he and the DreamSMP changed the twitch audience demographic. It used to be male dominated in both streamers and audience and now it's almost split which is unheard on.

•He has 5 fidget spinners in his house. Two in his bedroom. Two in his office. One in the living room.

•He likes his Minecraft skin as he thinks the arm is cook and you never see the rest of his skin really. He says it's unique and different and "me". Dream: You can't even tell half the skins apart on MC.

•He's not lost the motivation to stream. Most of the times if he wants to stream he gets George or Sapnap to do it and he just turns up. It's more beneficial to them as they have donos and subs on. (Don't we fucking know it "can you say hi to")

•He has listened to Lovejoy. Says the ep was great and they're very talented and awesome. Doesn't know what his favourite song is but probably would pick One Day because the chorus slaps.

•RIP to acoustic Roadtrip. He said instead of acoustic Roadtrip we get Mask so no losses today for Dream stans.

•"With Roadtrip I went to Parker and I said Hey I have a story I want to tell through music. I have no experience with that can you help me" He said sure. He crafted the music and melodies and how things are formed where it's catchy. I have less comfort singing that. I love the song and it's my song, it's very representative of me and I'm sure I could sing it but it's a song I'd be kinds of scared to sing live, with Mask I basically did everything. I sat there the entire time and maybe an hour out if the 100 I wasn't in the call. Dream came up with the lyrics and main melody for Mask (First one he's ever come up with) "That was just notes in my fucking voice memos"

•The clip we heard of Mask was a prechorus not the actual chorus. He thinks he'd be more comfortable to do a mask acoustic and it's more melodic than Roadtrip. The chorus also has a lot of instruments similar to Roadtrip. Mask starts of slow and guitar with minimal reverb and is more raw.

• He doesn't want music to be his main thing. It's something fun to do and he's passionate about it as it's a way to express emotions. He wants to release mask then go from there. He wants to release at least one more song but has nothing on his mind currently. His two ideas were Roadtrip and Mask.

•He wouldn't quit his job to become a pizza delivery man.

•His favourite features on himself are eyes or freckles and he also confirmed that he does have eyebrows.

•He was told that Parkour warrior would be bought back some time in the near future and he got excited for it. "Even if I don't win, which I will, it'll be fun"

•Went on about his MCC team but I'm not going to put that in as we should be getting them today. He did say he wasn't on Pink but he did sound confused. (For reference he's always in Pink as it's the last team announced and keeps the hype up by announcing the biggest streamer last)

•Said he and his mum had the Mr Beast burger. He recommends because he likes the avacado. He mentioned how Mr Beast uses "Ghost Kitchens" which is basically where he gives restaurants permission to cook his food so it's restaurant quality food.

•His favourite piece of merch is the circle smile. (The pool photo on Instagram). He said the quality was bad (he worked with a different company and didn't have his own company) and it was elasticy feeling and he's planning on re-releasing it again but with good quality.

•He's started to send merch out in custom packaging. So his bags have the smile and will mostly be green. Sapnap's has the flame and is either black or white. He's also trying to make it so every order has the sticker packs for both him and Sapnap.

•He loves the coins as it's cheaper than a hoodie but still celebrates the milestones and will last a long time. He mentioned how the old coins are getting removed off the site and how if you have any of the coins your special because only a few thousand get made. He's kept around 100 of each coin that he wants to give away in person.

•He wanted to have a cool store where you could access computers that give you access to the DreamSMP in spectator mode. But it's too costly and would require too much time and isn't safe fight now. He doesn't think it'd be worth it financially.

•Most of the hoodie are black instead of multiple colours because of limited supply and covid. Getting the colours are harder because if the pandemic which hopefully won't be an issue soon.

•He wants to do a short meetup tour with Sapnap and George with a few locations in the US (and if others nearby want to join like Quackity or Karl they can). He also wants to visit Australia, UK, Canada, Mexico and Philippines and do something like that there but definitely at least visit with George and Sapnap.

•He's never been to the Philippines but his mum has. He wants to set up a place in the Philippines where he can ship merch in bulk and it would help to reduce shipping. However it would probably be big milestone merch.

•He's not got the vaccine yet but will get it when he needs to. He doesn't leave the house so he doesn't see the point.

•He's the ideas man. George's footcam video was Dream's idea. The T-shirt video was Dream's idea. Most if not all of the Dream Team's videos are Dream's ideas.

•Said he's got a similar/the same hair colour as Froy (Dream buddy at this point the only difference between you and Froy is that one of you is dating Richard Madden /lh)

Wedge!!;

Wedge doesn't ask you out straight up. It's a LOT of snarky banter beforehand, so asking you on dates is actually more implied.

He loves taking you to carnivals and stuff. Stuffed animals, dumb rides-he's 'Mr. Perfect' when you first meet him, but he's not as serious as he comes off.

If you take him to places that involve rides, you will have to hold his hand. It's the only way he can make it through it. And please don't poke fun of him, a decepticon afraid of heights is something that's a sore spot for him.

Doesn't let you carry anything after a day of shopping. He's big strong, and loves to prove it to you. It's almost annoying, but he's cute, so.

He's constantly asking if you wanna build stuff with him. Diagrams, models, all sorts of things that involve you spending a LOT of time with him, and occasionally hand touching.

Don't ask him to pay for things. Not because he can't afford it, my guy just can't fucking math.

Awkward. So awkward. Has no clue what he's doing. Seriously, you will have to ask him out, else he's gonna kill himself doing a stunt to impress you. It's cute though, you can tell he's eager.

He wants to impress you like Wedge. Only, he takes it too far, and only does what he KNOWS he's good at, so you'll be impressed by him. His cube skills are great, but it really comes off as self absorbed. Once he realizes you like him though, he's more open for casual dating, liking walks in the park and shit.

Tries so hard to sweep you off your feet. Lots of nicknames that sound awkward coming from him-he'll get the hang of it, eventually. Bear with him, he's still trying to wrap his head around his feelings.

Claims to be a kiss king. Doesn't know what the shit he's doing. He'll learn though, he picks up fast. He'll get so excited though- expect accidental headbutts.

Hoist!!;

Definitely asks for a first date by handing you a note during class. Is a little bit shy, so the classic 'do you like me?' Line is up his alley.

He's very eager to fix things. Things you broke, your sour mood-he's a problem solver for the most part. So much so, you gotta remind him to take breaks, and to be open when he needs help too.

Dates with him include petting zoos, definitely. He likes petting animals with you, and also likes coming up with the best names. Winner gets a kiss. Loser also gets a kiss. It's a fun game.

He'd fight you on it, at least a little bit, but he'd love a good nap and a cuddle sometimes. He's a GREAT cuddle buddy. Mumbles in his sleep, and occasionally sleep walks.

Please take him clothes shopping. He'll wear anything you wanna put on him- especially hats. Oh my god he fucking loves hats.

Is nervous about asking for kisses. You kinda gotta get him out of his shell a bit, but once he's out, he's eager to experiment. Be warned though, he gets distracted easily after, so try not to do it during lab time.

Whirl!!;

Very straight forward, she just eagerly asks if you wanna go on a date. She REALLY hypes it up- even if she thinks a date night is studying police codes.

For actual dates-take the bitch to the aquarium. Seriously, this bitch fucking loves fish. She can name so many of them, you'd think she has a water alt mode. Is also down for watching finding Nemo or any movie with fish. She can absolutely speak whale, just like dory.

Asks lots of questions, sometimes out of nowhere. She just genuinely thinks someone she's dating is so smart, so who better to ask? It's a bit annoying, but she's cute, so.

Will never NOT be excited to hang out with you. Even if you just wanna read a book with her, she drops everything to do it with you.

Expect Chase to third wheel your dates. Not because he's protective- she genuinely wants you to see how cool Chase is. It's cute, until Chase tries to give you a ticket when you try to kiss her.

Speaking of kisses, she's SO enthusiastic! Kisses you out of nowhere, multiple times throughout the day. On your cheek, on your forehead, on your lips. All little pecks. When you give her an actual kiss, she gets all giggly and excited- her rotary blades will spin (speaking of Blades, Blades totally wingmans for you guys. His inner shipper).

Medix!!;

Will not ask you out. Not because of pride or anything like that, he just doesn't see dating as his main focus in life. You'd have to ask him. A...few times. Whenever he's not busy in the medical bay. It comes off as dick ish, but my guy is really just a busy bee.

Dates with him are usually indoor stuff. If he trusts you, he let's you help him in the medical bay, and if you REALLY wanna make him swoon- alphabetize some of his files. Hot.

Doesn't like surprises. Especially confetti related surprises. He's not romantic, but he's practical in a relationship, so he'll be honest and up front about things. While he won't sweep you off your feet, he will know your needs, your wants, your habits. Don't be surprised when he leaves you your favorite snacks at your work station, alongside a little sticker.

Whenever you guys DO go out for dates, it's to listen to music. Seriously, this dude is predictable everywhere else, but once he listens to a sick beat? Dude vibes so fucking hard, it's kinda incredible. He gets his dance skills from Ratchet.

Speaking of Ratchet, he is SUCH a protective uncle. You better bring his nephew home at a reasonable hour. Gives you both a lesson about the bots and the bees. He has a powerpoint presentation ready.

Don't kiss him without permission. If you try to surprise kiss him, he will spray you like you're a feral cat. Don't. Just don't. He doesn't like being touched without permission, at ALL. When he does kiss though, he's actually like. REALLY fucking good at it. Like you'd think it'd be cute, maybe awkward. Lowkey my guy is the best kisser of the bunch, first time leaves your head spinning. It's a medic thing.

Only doing the Vault Hunters for this one--if people like it, I'll do more characters! I guess these can be applied to a Modern!AU and an Everyone Lives AU, but I try not to think too hard about specifics. Just about how my favorite characters would deal with this really shitty year. Also, these are just my headcanons! No need to take anything to seriously :)

Roland

It was definitely a pretty big shock for him.

Needless to say, he kept up his life pretty easily.

He started to work out in he and Lilith's home

Lots of binging with Lilith

He doesn't mind, though. He's staying safe and he's with his girlfriend.

Only goes out when he needs groceries or other things, always wears a mask and socially distances.

Lilith

Girl hates the idea of having to stay cooped up

This does mean she can spend more time with Roland, though

So she's very happy about that

Absolutely spends the first few weeks of quarantine binging Netflix with Roland until the wee hours of the morning

Wakes up at noon the earliest

She can't understand how Roland can wake up so early

Starts baking! She's not the best at it but she tries her best. She really likes making brownies. Even though they might not be the best she's proud of them and Roland is proud of her!!

Like Roland, she only goes out when she really needs to. She always wears a mask but I can absolutely imagine Lilith complaining about how it's too itchy XD

Brick

THE SLAB KING IN QUARANTINE!

Just as you'd expect, Brick sets up a home gym. Constantly working out and he absolutely has a few punching bags.

Adopts a puppy!!!! Let my boy have a happy life with his pet for the love of all that is good

On masks: Brick wears them but they're always too small for both his mouth and nose

Absolutely hangs out with Mordecai and Tina outside! Socially distanced of course. (He sees Roland and Lilith too but mostly on Zoom calls!)

He absolutely tries the "rubber band watermelon" stunt because he thought it'd be fun.

Goes out more often than the others but always stays safe! I mean, really, if Brick tells you to put your mask on, what are you going to do? Not do it?

Mordecai

Mordy is gone for a good month. No one hears from him.

Brick goes to check up on him and his place is suddenly transformed into a bird-friendly house with perches and feeders everywhere. He's been busy.

He's also been very drunk, but that's beside the point.

Mordecai is typically a loner, but he and all of his birds make the best of quarantine.

Hangs out with Brick and Tina occasionally. They're the best when he needs a laugh.

Always forgets he's not wearing a mask if someone comes by. Brick had to tell him at least a dozen times to put one on and his reaction is always "oh shit"

The local pet store's #1 customer. Where does he get all this money? No one knows, but he wants only the best for his birds.

Axton

Man, Axton hates the idea of having to stay home all the time.

Zer0

Zer0 kind of just... vibes during quarantine.

Kind of a loner so the concept of being alone isn't foreign to them.

Still, they enjoy the occasional zoom call with the other Vault Hunters. Axton makes it a habit of asking if they want to join before setting up a call.

I can totally see Zer0 getting a few plants to grow by the window. You know they're trimming the plants with the utmost precision too.

Does... Zer0 need to wear a mask? I don't think so, but the mental image of Zer0, masked up, also wearing a surgical mask is really funny to me, so that's going to be the headcanon fellas

Watches a lot of anime, usually by themselves but sometimes Gaige joins.

Salvador

Salvador lives with his abuela at home, so he's naturally going to be careful.

He always has a mask on when he goes out.

He was sad that he couldn't frequent his local gym anymore, but definitely another one to set up an at-home gym, much like Brick.

Cooks a ton. He loves it. Doesn't matter if it's with his abuela or by himself, he finds great joy in making anything he can think of that sounds good.

Goes out pretty often but usually avoids crowded areas.

Forgets to social distance more often than not.

Maya

The ideal woman.

Also the ideal role model for these trying times, I just have a crush on Maya and need to make that known.

Lives with Krieg and Ava, and definitely acts like a mother hen to both of them (but mostly Ava).

Does it all--binges shows with Krieg and Ava, plays video games with Ava, does Zoom calls with the gang, catches up on her reading, planting a few sprouts, working out--you name it, Maya's doing it.

She goes out pretty often, mostly to get groceries and necessities for the house. Will phaselock anyone that gets too close. Always follows mask guidelines, social distances and makes sure herself, Krieg and Ava all wash their hands and do the same.

Gaige

Gaige would hate lockdown. I love Gaige but I can absolutely see her yelling about government interference with the lockdown. (Something something something "ANARCHY!!!!")

She's annoyed by it for sure, but she doesn't mind staying with her Dad and Deathtrap.

CONSTANTLY in the garage, tinkering with new inventions and upgrades for Deathtrap.

This one is weird, but I couldn't get it out of my head, so you all have to bare with me--she has a dart board. I don't know why, I don't know if she'd even be good at darts. But she'd have one. Probably with the face of Handsome Jack taped to it.

If Gaige does go out, she's pretty good about wearing masks. She'll forget sometimes but she makes sure to have Deathtrap carry some extras just in case. She also makes Deathtrap wear a mask "just to be sure".

Social distancing is not a problem because Deathtrap will probably kill anyone who tries to get near her. (That's a joke but only kind of)

Absolutely watches anime with Zer0 through Netflix party.

Krieg

PRETTY LADYYYY

He lives with Maya and Ava. He and Maya are dating and in love and shut up I love them

Actually like,, the best boy?

It may be because Maya does it, sure, but even when Krieg goes out on his own he'll just do his own thing, wear a mask and distance. Not that he has to of course because who is going to approach Krieg, right?

Absolutely messes around in the house with Ava. I can see Ava buying those marshmallow shooters and she and Krieg getting into an all-out war just for the fun of it.

Sometimes goes out with Maya but prefers to stay at home where he can just be himself

Wilhelm

Wilhelm is pretty indifferent about the whole thing. Just kind of stays home.

Gets a subscription to Omaha Steak Club because the man knows what he likes

Adopts two dogs, appropriately named Wolf and Saint.

You already know he's augmenting himself the entire time. That's just how Wilhelm rolls.

Wilhelm is probably one of those people who wears their mask with their nose sticking out. Also tends to take his mask off without realizing it.

Has no concept of personal space, even before the pandemic.

"U-Uh, hey, sir, can you please step back?"

"No."

Claptrap

Claptrap does not have any common sense about the situation. This is made a little better by the fact that (I'm pretty sure) he's immune to disease.

Goes out and about, visits all of his friends. Occasionally crashes at Lilith and Roland's place.

Met up with Gaige on a walk one day, and Gaige made him put on a mask. If Deathtrap wears one, he does too!

Is permanently locked out of Hammerlock and Wainwright's house. Limited to Zoom calls for Hammerlock's sanity.

Speaking of Zoom, Claptrap wants to do it constantly. Also absolutely starts a podcast (or continues depending on which way you look at it).

Starts a SoundCloud with only dubstep. That's it. Has managed to get hundreds of followers.

Athena

Isn't scared of some virus. She's survived much worse. She can take it.

Buuuuut takes it more seriously when Janey tells her to.

Doesn't really like wearing masks, but will do so because Janey asks her to be safe. Also wants to keep Janey safe, so...

Absolutely sets up an at-home gym. Girl's gotta stay FIT.

Takes odd jobs to save some money, some online, some not. She wants to help add on to she and Janey's home and Janey's business isn't enough to get by.

Athena really doesn't mind quarantining too much. She likes the quiet and she likes spending time with her girlfriend.

Nisha

Whether living with Jack or not, Nisha is still probably going to go out as normal.

If she's living with Jack and Angel, she'll have to wear a mask because of Angel, who is high-risk and gets sick often.

Regardless, Nisha kind of just goes on as if life is normal.

Definitely one of those people who only wears their mask when around other people.

Isn't really too crazy about the whole lockdown and likely defies the rules just to prove a point. Sheriff makes her own laws, after all.

Timothy Lawrence

Please for the love of God give this man a break

Usually stays home (for obvious reasons) but will wear a mask and sunglasses when out as a disguise.

Zoom calls with Moxxi... she makes him feel better :'D

Other than that Tim absolutely gets some plants to put on his apartment windowsill.

Claptrap constantly asking to visit, and yet he politely declines and suggests Zoom calls as an alternative.

Overall please just give this man a break....

Aurelia

I used to not like Aurelia but I've come around. HOWEVER

Absolutely an anti-masker. Will not wear a mask no matter how much she is asked to.

Constantly complains about everything, please stop talking ma'am

"I don't have to wear a mask because I'm rich" please, PLEASE SHUT UP

Absolutely has her servants/employees work full-time and doesn't care that it's a pandemic

Would definitely do that type of Gal Gadot "Imagine" video with all the celebrities singing the song of unity! (from their mansions)

Somehow miraculously never catches the virus even though she takes 0 precautions.

Probably says something along the lines of "They hate to see a girlboss winning" when asked why she isn't wearing a mask

Something something "I'm too wealthy to die 💋"

Alistair has locked her out on numerous occasions.

Amara

Another at-home gym gal. You already know Amara is working out all day everyday.

Probably still goes out pretty often. She'll wear a mask but I can see Amara disliking them if they got itchy (which is an absolutely valid complaint, GOD I hate itchy masks). She socially distances as well, but sometimes forgets about it and sheepishly apologizes before stepping back.

She definitely goes out to her local businesses to buy food and other necessities because you know the queen supports small business 😌

I can see Amara really getting into puzzles! She initially thinks that they're child's play but gets immense satisfaction when she finally completes them.

Loves Zoom calls! Absolutely will plan out movie nights for the gang!!

Overall doesn't mind quarantine. Lockdown is a little annoying, but she uses it to workout and binge her favorite shows.

FL4K

Oh you already know how FL4K is doing.

They're absolutely spending it with their pets. Mr. Chew, Broodless, Meat-Thief and their Loader Bot are hunkering down for the majority of lockdown and quarantine.

Only goes out when they need to. Wears a mask to make others feel better. Also makes small masks for their pets!!!

Mainly goes to buy food for their pack, but occasionally goes out to see the other Vault Hunters to hang out with them. Let FL4K have friendships....

Might even adopt another pet into their pack!!

Moze

I see Moze as the type of person to really like the idea of quarantine, but the novelty wears off very, very quickly. However, she makes the best of it.

Absolutely watches a bunch of movies throughout the lockdown. She likes movies!!!

Definitely another at-home workout person. Listen I know you might think I'm overdoing it but THE VAULT HUNTERS ARE GENERALLY BUFF OKAY

Definitely signs up for one of those wine-of-the-month clubs. Doesn't even know if she likes wine.

Buys an air fryer. She canonically will eat anything that is fried so I can absolutely see her making this investment.

Goes out scarcely, but is always very safe about the whole process. Just like Axton, always forgets her mask and has to run back into her place to get it.

Zane

Zane immediately hears about the lockdown, shrugs his shoulders and says "Fuck it!" And gets absolutely shitefaced.

Absolutely chaotic in lockdown

Other than getting drunk, Zane enjoys zoom calls and constantly gets on with the other Vault Hunters!

Zane isn't too worried about the virus in all honesty, but he wears a mask and distances.

Goes out pretty regularly, usually to go grocery shopping, get supplies for the house, and get more drinks.

Often gets drunk on Zoom calls and sings for the entire call. Gaige absolutely records it.

BONUS

Typhon DeLeon

Old man attempts to understand Zoom, fails

Lives with his wife, Leda, and loves spending time with her despite the circumstances

Though his kids have moved out, he regularly gets in contact with him (I stand on the hill that Typhon would be a good dad if the circumstances were different PLEASE LET ME HAVE THIS)

When grocery shopping, often takes his mask down to talk and goes on to tell long-winded stories to the Wal-Mart cashier and holds the line up

He means well, okay....

Forgets mask often and also forgets to distance but he is trying his best

Smash and Run

So!!! This one!! I remember having a lot of fun writing this one and I enjoyed rereading it too. There's actually more to it, but I actually have some inspiration to finish this so I cut it up. This is more like a preview compared to the other WIPs I post here. I'll post the rest of this one on Ao3 when I (hopefully) finish writing and editing it.

This particular one-shot features some *special* demons, and is set probably more than a few weeks after Reader first met Vox. They've got an established relationship and Reader considers him a friend. An annoying friend, but still a friend nonetheless.

Without further ado, here you go!

Vox You home yet? Home yet? Vox How about now? Vox Dollface Did your car crash? Vox How about now? Vox Are you dead yet? You No You huff exasperatedly, blowing a strand of stray hair out of your face. You reach up and tuck it behind your ear with one hand while the other one holding your phone scrolls up through your and Vox's chat history. You go through a long line of "Are you home yet?"s, "Are you at work?"s and "Done with work yet?"s, before reaching flirtatious messages that quickly devolve into more pestering of your whereabouts.

You know that all of his pestering and constant texting and calling is done just to annoy the crap out of you... And it's working. He'd text and call you, every night, every day, every hour, no matter where you were and what you were doing and you had to reply or pick up. If not, he'd just keep spamming you until you did or punish you by using his demon magic to make your phone pick up the call and put himself on speaker. That happened once at work and you never want it to happen again. You pocket your phone and roll your shopping cart down the aisle. You drop a few packages of bread into the cart. Following them are an assortment of jams, some vegetables and you even restock on condiments. You consider getting some butter, too, but you estimate that you've still got some left to last you until the next shopping day so you decide not to. Going into the snacks aisle, you make a beeline for the Oreos. Demons really like them for some reason, so you always make sure that you're fully stocked up on them. Bags of chips also join the pile as well as some chocolate for yourself. You almost forget the microwaveable popcorn but remember just as you're about to check out. Your full cart earns a few glances from other grocery shoppers and you don't blame them. It looks like you're stocking up rations for an apocalyptic outbreak. It looks almost impossible to push, too, but you manage. As you wait in line, a kid in front of you gapes at your cart. He tries to get his mother's attention, but she's too occupied with paying at the moment. Your phone has another seizure. It has been buzzing gradually since a few minutes after you've last replied, but you had ignored it. He's spamming you now, so you have no choice but to reply or suffer further. You Please chill Vox Haha I wish Wyd? You Groceries Aren't you working rn? Vox I am but it's nothing important Just supervising I can leave if I want These assholes know that if they mess up they're getting fired but I'm not really up for dealing with dumbassery later if I do You I'm not either so Please stop spamming me Vox Ooh you angry? You angry at me doll? You I'm not angry I'm The old lady behind you clears her throat. You look up from the phone with a start and realize that the mother and her son had already moved on. You throw a sheepish apology at the old woman behind you and she angrily mutters something about 'nowadays'. The cashier doesn't question your overflowing cart. They silently scan all your items but they do become more and more bewildered as the products appear to be neverending. You wait patiently, casting the old woman, who seems less patient, an apologetic smile. She doesn't say anything in response but the expression on her face gives you the impression that she'll be gossiping to her old lady friends about this like how Hellborn royals gossip about Overlords. Vox Dollface you still there? You I'm paying rn The old lady behind me got mad cause I was texting you and holding up the line Vox She's old screw her Are you getting home soon? You I have to pay and drive home yeah Vox Get some rest when you do You're probably tired after running through my mind all day You ? Oh That one took me a bit The cashier tells you your amount and you pay. You hang all your bags on carabiners and push the shopping cart back in its spot with the other shopping carts. You carry all your groceries by the carabiners through the parking lot and unlock your car before you carefully arrange them inside. You sit in the driver's seat, pull on the seatbelt and ignite the engine with a turn of your key. You quickly text Vox before you pull out of the parking lot. You Driving Texts and calls will be ignored until I get back The phone buzzes once you put it down so you don't pick it up again just to read his response. If you say that you're ignoring him but read his response immediately after he'll expect a response and get pesky. The drive home is uneventful. Your phone is buzzing so much that you're sure that it would try to kill itself by vibrating off a surface again. When you drive up to your house, you don't tell Vox that you're home yet. You made that mistake once and don't intend on doing it again. You park your car, take out the grocery bags and lock it. Your keys jingle as you fumble with them to find your house key and unlock the door. You enter, lock it behind you and place the bags on the coffee table. You're about to text Vox when there's suddenly a knock at your door. The knocks become more insistent the more time you take answering it. "Coming!" you call out when you almost trip on your feet trying to hurry to the door. Who the Hell could be at your door at this time?? You unlock the door again and come face-to-face with a demon. You blink. So does the demon and the smaller one standing next to him. They both look like the typical, basic demons depicted in media—red with horns and a spiked tail. The taller demon has striped horns and a white spot over one eye while the smaller one has shorter, similarly patterned horns and white fur that framed his face. Glancing down, you notice that they're both wearing suits. So, there are business demons at your door. Unusual, but not strange. "Hello," you say. "Do you guys want a sandwich?"
