Most unrealistic part of mdzs is the fact that Jiang Cheng didn't somehow find Wen Yuan in the raid of Burial Mounds, then take him to Lotus Pier.

It absolutely was because of the plot. Because wangxian is endgame. Which is not bad!! Obviously!! We love to see it!!
