Great Pyramid of Giza: to the bottom center can be seen the original smooth white limestone which would have originally completely covered the inner darker stepped blocks. The inner blocks were quarried in the Giza area while the while higher quality limestone was quarried up river at Tura and had to be transported via the Nile to the pyramid’s location.

Did you know about the voids in the Great Pyramid? I have a vague feeling I might have heard of a void - the Big Void was discovered in 2016 - but I didn't know there were two of them, and I certainly didn't know we got pictures of the little one last year and they're working on building robots that can access the Big Void.
The article above is the most up-to-date one I could find, but this one from a few months prior has a little more detail (but only the newer article has a picture from the little void):
