My headcanon is that the Dregs took a long time to accept Inej.

Not because of the fact she was recruited from the Menagerie (they all were in hard places once), but because of Kaz. She got his approval and time without trying while the Dregs could not complete with her even with their seniority.

They were jealous she replaced the previous spider and was definitely better.

They one by one started to accept her once they worked with her and found out how good she was, both as a person and in her job.

So… can’t stop thinking about this head cannon I realized I have.

If Kaz and Inej have kids (whether adopted or biological)… I personally think that their son &/or daughter would be the Grishaverse embodiment of Indiana Jones/ Lara Croft.
