LOOK at this lil beachside van getaway lot by bean! aaaaaaaaaa it comes set as residential, but I changed it into a vacation rental for now. though in the future it could make for an adorable "modern" mermaid home...

TIPS - placed in Sulani on top farthest left lot of listed size (looks like an isolated strip of beach connected to a larger island) - I use BLS default vehicle replacements, and noticed when I first placed the lot the van covered the entire bedroom... if you use the same replacement mod as me, you will need to scale the van with T.O.O.L. for it to look like my picture!

shift+T > select van > scale > enter between 1.60 and 1.65 (I forgot the spef #) > then recenter the van!
