What are the causes of cage damage during bearing operation

The causes of bearing cage damage are as follows:

1. Installation problems

The bearing is not installed correctly and the cage is damaged during installation.

2. Impact load of bearing

The violent vibration in the impact load produces the impact of the rolling body on the cage.

3. Insufficient bearing lubrication

If the lubricating oil or grease is dried and not added in time (maintenance), the label of lubricating oil or grease is wrong.

4. Cleanliness of bearings

The bearing is not well sealed in the bearing box, and there is dust entering. In addition, the friction between the rolling element and the cage is required, so that the cage is damaged.

5. Bearing creep

Creep refers to the slippage phenomenon of ferrule. When the interference of mating surface is insufficient, the load point moves to the surrounding direction due to slippage, resulting in the relative axis of ferrule or the circumferential position of shell deviation phenomenon.

6. Bearing cage material defect

Cracks, large foreign metal inclusions, shrinkage cavities, bubbles and riveting defects, lack of nails, pad nails or the gap between the two halves of cage joint surface, and serious riveting damage may cause cage fracture.

7. Abnormal load of bearing cage

It is easy to reduce the clearance, intensify friction and heat generation, soften the surface, and abnormal peeling occurs too early. With the expansion of peeling, peeling foreign matters enter into the cage pocket hole, resulting in the cage operation block and additional load, which aggravates the wear of the cage. Such deterioration of circulation may cause the cage fracture.

8. Invasion of hard foreign matters in bearings

① The welding process of the welding end is optimized, the argon arc welding process is adopted, and the welding depth is adjusted. Under the condition of ensuring the length of the pillar, the welding depth is the deepest.

② The threaded end, with dense thread, must be fully tightened in place, and special process shall be adopted to make the strut and cage washer always fit with each other.

③ The strut adopts the surface hardening treatment process to ensure the lowest wear consumption of the rolling element and the strut surface.

④ The center hole of rolling body is specially treated to ensure low roughness value.

⑥ Reasonably reduce the fit clearance between the center hole of the rolling body and the strut, and minimize the damage to the cage caused by the start stop impact.

2. Bearing application

① When hoisting, it is necessary to ensure the uniform stress of the hoisting hole, when hoisting with four or three holes.

② During the disassembly of the stressed area, the uniform stress of the lifting hole shall be ensured. In case of any deformation or foreign matter jamming, the lifting and disassembly shall be stopped and replaced with the press disassembly.

③ When cleaning and placing the spare bearing, it must be assembled according to the assembly method of the new bearing and then placed for standby to avoid the long-term stress deformation of the cage.

Pengalaman bisa Lolos S2 di UNPAD

Well, hallo! Whats up guys? :D Lama sekali ya aku engga nulis ngeblog lagi :D cukup rindu juga, yaaa ada beberapa hal yang membuat aku jarang ngeblog, on of them is the tumblr app in my phone was deleted. Yups, tapi mulai sekarang I’ll try buat consistent nulis lagi :D

Daaan buat tulisan kali ini, aku bakal bahas tentang pengalaman aku bisa lolos S2 di UNPAD!! Uh aku masih exited gini guys! Engga nyangka banget dan engga pernah kefikiran bisa lanjut S2, dan di UNPAD lagi, hmm yaa karna dulu aku kepengen banget kuliah S1 Psikologi UNPAD. Tapi, Puji Syukur All Praise is Due to Allah. Ternyata bener Allah akan mengabulkan do’a kita, harapan kita di waktu yang tepat, dan saat ini aku bener bener ngerasain itu.

Jadi gini, tahap pertama yang harus di lalui adalah seleksi Pemberkasan, dimana selama seleksi pemberkasan we have to pass TKBI and TKBA test. Oh iya btw, aku ambil jurusan Linguistics. Then, setelah TKBI dan TKBA, lanjut ke pembuatan Proposal ajuan buat Tesis, pas aku tanya ke panitia, ternyata seleksi S2 di UNPAD sekarang adalah based on our research, so keterima atau engga nya kamu tergantung kualitas research kamu. Waw dong aku degdegan dan bingung banget banget banget, sampe setressss aku mikirin ini proposal aku harus tentang apa, karna S1 ku di jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris kan, so skripsiku seputar English Language Teaching. Aku konsultasi sama dosen dosen aku, nanya segala macem dah pokoknya. Setelah beberapa konsultasi dengan beberapa dosen, akhirnya ku coba deh bikin proposal pelan pelan yang relate sama Linguistics, uh itu selama proses pembuatannya udah dengan posisi jungkir balik lah *eaaa alay* hahaha ya soalnya kan penentuannya dari research kita, ku bingung dan ragu berkualitas ga ya research aku, di acc ga yaaa, ah segala macem deh, and well finally, akhirnya aku daftar di web dengan memasukan segala scan-an dokumen persyaratan dan ringkasan proposal aku, semacam abstract gitu kan. Aku applied semua nya di H-2 ditutupnya pendaftaran :D Dan muncullah pemberitahuan jadwal interview, 2 Desember 2017.

Singkat cerita, aku interview. Interview nya oleh dua orang, yang pertama Doktor, yang kedua Profesor -___- skak dong aku ketemu profesor, ampun dah w bakalan ditanya apaan ama profesor. Di interview pertama sama Ibu Doktor lancar Alhamdulillah, aku presentasi segala macem tentang research aku, pertanyaan nya pun ga terlalu susah hehe masih bisa ku jawab. Tapi ya tapi pas di interview kedua sama Bapak Profesor, aku Presentasi segala macem ngaler ngidul degdegan didepan beliau, uh pertanyaan pertanyaan beliau bener bener muter otak, asli lah beliau ilmu nya luaaaaaarrrrr biasaaaaaa, dan akhirnya berakhirlah interviewku bersama sang profesor, Alhamdulillah kejawab semua sih pertanyaan nya cuman ya gitu ya namanya profesor ngecoh gitu pertanyaannya, ku pasrahlah itu jawaban menurut beliau nyambung apa engga :”

Setelah selesai interview, kata panitia pengumuman S2 akan di umumkan pada tanggal 15 Desember 2017. Itu bertepatan sama ulang tahun Ayah aku. Dan tibalah 15 Desember 2017, web pascasarjana nya engga bisa di akses dari pagi, yaudah ku santai dulu, siang juga masih belum ada pengumuman, nah sore hari di group WA katanya udah bisa diakses. Ehm, ku jadi degdegan nih, yang tadi nya santai, daaaaan tadaaaaa!!! Selamat Anda LULUS!!! Aku bener bener speechless dan exited, ya ampun aku lulus? Ya ampuuuuun gue Lulus S2 :D. Aku langsung nelfon ayah dan mamah, wiiihhh mereka bahagianyaaaa bukan main di ujung telfon sana. Alhamdulillah, segala puji bagi Allah..

Soooo, guys, itulah sedikit ceritaku pengalamanku masuk S2 di UNPAD. Sedikit saran aja, never stop to hope, pray, and effort! Good luck ya! :* :) ;)

MOOD SWINGS KIKI BALL - LET OUT

Last Saturday was a very special day for me. It was my last kiki ball in Toronto, and this is a big deal for me because I was one of the people who formed the "kiki" ballroom scene in Toronto. The kiki scene was created as a place to get some practice for the real ballroom scene in the city of Toronto, however since its inception, the kiki scene has become the forerunner as far as ballroom goes in Toronto. Originally I viewed this as a bad thing, but as I go back through the history of the kiki scene, and Toronto's ballroom scene overall... It's actually a great thing that we had our kiki scene as the forefront!! The kiki scene has been instrumental in giving it's participants a taste of EVERYTHING that the ballroom gives, both good and bad. We have had great moments where we have seen true talent emerge out of nowhere. We have seen the coming together of people who would not have been friends without the scene/ kiki house affiliations. On that same breath, we have also witnessed some down times... ie. Politics, Shade, Drugs and other bad things that are experienced in the ballroom scene... We have seen some people LEAVE THE SCENE due to these things, but yet we continue to strive and move forward.. These last few months that I've been working in the Toronto Kiki Ballroom Alliance ( #TKBA ) have been very trying. However, I have never been one to let PEOPLE or their ACTIONS or their LIES stop me from doing the things that I know are actually GOOD for the people the community.. So I've continued to go on, until I feel like I'm burnt out... and after 3.5 years of doing this... I'm a little burnt out... But thanks be to God that the #TKBA now has a GREAT council that is actually working TOGETHER to do things, and plan great events for the LGBT Youth of Colour community of Toronto.. #SHOUTOUT to the new council.. This clip is just a LET OUT, which is recorded RIGHT AFTER the balls to get people's immediate feelings on the night's events... These are usually quite funny because people really are not scared to voice how they really feel.. Hence why it's called the "LET OUT".. cuz the kids LET IT OUT!!!
