I came on tumblr to ask who made it to the boat but I've just ended making myself cry by looking at posts about people's last moments. I was watching Charlie's and he just booked it for the boat because he had no stakes there, his daughter is back home on Quesadilla island.

Just found out my dad has Hogwarts Legacy :/

And my sister wants to play it

So I tried to tell them how bad it was, plus the antisemetic themes and all that shit

Tbh I already know my dad doesn't support LGBTQ stuff and he has a very "I don't care about other communitie's issues"

But I honestly had a little bit more faith in my sister who is literally not cis or straight herself

So that's nice.

I'm just angry, a little bit.

Only redeeming quality is that he didn't actually buy it (piracy!) but it still irks me that he has it at all and completely refused to listen to what I'm trying to tell them about it.

honestly though comparing elevens run to twelves run is so hard because i know they are both written by moffat but it feels like his writing style changed so so much (both for worse and better) between the two of them and also because peter capaldi is too good of an actor to be like “well the writing is bad so (episode/season/etc) sucks” because he usually outshines shitty writing

#do NOT get me wrong. twelve still has way too many moffatisms #like an unhealthy focus on bigger complicated hollow scifi plots over smaller more meaningful character driven stories #and even though he almost had that with season 10; bills ending shows he literally cannot write a season of dr who without SOME degree of #this bullshit #and thats frustrating. yes #very much so #but regardless of bad writing like. watching that stupid old man be dumb as hell is entertaining and i put that entirely on peter capaldi #its a shame he was stuck with moffat as his writer just like jodie was stuck with chibnall #both good actors who brought so much to the doctor but did not get enough credit because of the person writing them #simon says
