Cute headcanon:

Regardless of the ship, anyone with the privilege of putting their face into Alastor's hair runs a greater risk of getting flapped in the eye by one of his ears than stabbed by an antler. Quite unconsciously as it happens.

He sleeps with his head tilted so the antlers are angled up and out, so it's just a matter of cuddling cautiously, but the more relaxed he is, the less fine his control on his ears.

Hope this makes up for the sad bayou headcanon. :)

Anything involving Alastor's ears are an immediate yes from me. Especially when it involves cuddling or touching. And the idea of Alastor smacking people with his ears when they get to close is HILARIOUS.
