I haven't come across a tf2 MLP crossover yet so I made my own

Edit: folks keep asking me how I haven't come across a crossover yet and I'll be 100% honest I don't know . I've only seen the 500k word fic and that's it :(

Now I am going to explain my design choices for each one so it makes more sense

Pyro: they're a dragon/unicorn hybrid, since I think making them the strangest looking of the group adds to their already mysterious character

Engineer: he's able to carry tons of equipment around without breaking a sweat so I felt like making him an earth pony fit him and his physique

Scout: I colored him similarly to BONK! to make him stand out and appear really bold. Much like his personality

Heavy: I gave him a colder tone to better represent how he seems on the outside. Also, I replaced the fist on his emblem with a horseshoe to better fit the pony theme

Medic: Very monotone in appearance, to give him a cold and almost sterile look. His tail is a bit messy to add to his eccentric design

Soldier: I made him blue because how can I not make him red white and blue. I made him a pegasus as a nod towards his rocket-jump abilities

Demo: It was hard to find a good coat color for him but I thought a more rose hue fit him and his color scheme. I made his tail look like a bomb fuse for fun, and his horn is crooked and bent due to excessive use of explosion magic

Spy: I made him a changeling, since I don't think any other creature fits him better. Also, he and Scout share the same blue secondary colors

Sniper: I made him a griffon and I referenced the New Zealand falcon for his patterns. I would've made Soldier the griffon (a bald eagle one) but I felt like Sniper would've fit the role better, seeing as he likes to perch in high places

I might do more but I'm still thinking about it

Yeah im doing this now. Soldier tf2 but pony

he is now Rocket Rampage and as i said before hes a pegasus who cant fly with his wings so he uses rocket jumping instead and thats what his cutie mark represents. i plan on doing the other mercs too dont worry

after he gravel wars n everything all of the mercs had to try to fit back into society and as you all know pony society is all about love and friendship so they all have to surpress their bloodlust n shit. Ms. Pauling (or i guess whatever i decide her name to be in this universe) has to be the one to do that because literally who the fuck else is going to do that. also the mane 6 are also here because i said so

Rocket Rampage is friends with Fluttershy because he loves raccoons and i think fluttershy has an extra amount of trust towards those who take care of animals that a lot of ponies dont like (cus raccoons are often considered rabid or gross for their trash eating habits). plus i just think it would be funny because on the surface it does not seem like these two would have good chemistry but they actually bounce off of one another quite well. probably helps that they have both lived with super powerful beings before (soldier/Rocket Rampage with merasmus and fluttershy with discord)

also since rocket launchers n shit are (very obviously) not legal outside of the battlefield in equestria, he only uses his rocket jumper to get around after the gravel wars. it scares ponies at first but they get used to it quickly after they learn the rocket jumper cant actually hurt anyone
