I just need a chilly, cloudy, rainy day with my f/o.

I want to bake treats and have my favorite desserts with them, making jokes and creating silly decorations on the cookies. We would giggle and feed one to each other. Picking out all of our favorites, taking cute pictures of them to cherish for later.

I want to watch something interesting and lay with them under a comfy blanket, enjoying the comfortable silence that is each other. The tv would make for perfect background noise as we relax. We'd hold one another close, I feel a sense of peace and gratitude for these small moments.

I want to borrow their sweater, the one that's just a little too big, it smells exactly like them. It makes me feel even more like home, especially knowing it's theirs. They'd make a comment about how cute I look, giving me the warmest smile.

The sun would set and we'd get sleepy, having enjoyed the day. We didn't do too much, but having that time with my f/o and I would be just what we needed after life's daily tasks and chores.

oh my goodness🥺🥺🥺❤️ this question 😭😭😭❤️ our love was a slow build up, even if a quiet part of us felt it from the moment we met, but over the years of our friendship (or forever long courtship if you ask kaeya hahaha) there was no denying it was soul stirring love and we couldn't be without each other

he's loves the comfort of my quiet presence but it was something else entirely when i opened up around him. i'm definitely an introvert that can be super extroverted when i'm comfortable and seeing me talk with my whole body or laugh before i can even finish telling a story or get all starry eyed talking about things i love and hardly taking a breath in between my words or singing terribly (my words, not his) but doing it anyways because i love it, it always makes him fall more in love with me🥺

diluc has also told me more than once he found my kind and loving nature to be so admirable and all ways i show it to be adorable and sweet. one of his favorite being what he caught on quickly to, that if i care about someone, i want to feed them- cook them a meal, bring them their favorite treat on a hard day, always asking if they've eaten for the day, carrying snacks in my bag in case anyone needs it. he ate very many treats and meals prepared by me even before we were offically together haha

really he loves to see me smile, no matter if it's behind a book as a read or if its in passing to another person or because i liked the way the sun felt on my skin and just had to express it or because he was the one to cause it

even if it might have taken time for us to get here and for him to feel more and more comfortable with it, he loves my touch. always soft and genlte and thoughtful and even before he expierenced it for himself, he saw it with the way i was with others too like when i'd brush klees hair from her eyes or squeeze kaeyas arm in encourgement without any words, a welcoming hug to my friends with a gentle squeeze that says how much i missed them but he gets even more than that for himself once we’re at that point heh🥰❤️

Thailog, surprisingly, had nothing to do that night, and he knew Pansy had the night off, so he went to find her. He knew where she was, reading in the living room. She was always there. Unless she was annoying him in his office.

He carefully approached her from behind, and put his hands around her eyes.

"Guess who?" He whispered into her ear, causing her to slightly gasp in surprise.

"Oh, well, I'd have to say the most handsome man I've ever known." She coolly replied, as he nuzzled her hair. He let his hands down, draping his arms over her shoulders, causing her to tilt her head up and smile at him.

"What are you reading?" He asked. "Another of your cheesy romance novels?"

"Maybe." She replied. "Why don't you come sit down, my neck's starting to hurt."

"It's a very small chair, how do you expect me to sit with you?" Thailog asked, causing Pansy to wordlessly get up and gesture at the chair. He lightly chuckled at her. "Oh very well." He sat down and she fit herself on his lap. "I am assuming I have permission to read with you, then?"

"Of course." Pansy replied, resettling the book so he could see. "It wouldn't make a lot of sense for me to say no, anyways." She remarked.

"That is true." He chuckled. Pansy leaned back, leaning her head slightly on his shoulder. The two slipped into a calm silence, reading together, until Thailog let out a soft hum.

"Hmm?" Pansy asked. "Am I reading too fast, darling?" She asked, but did not receive an answer. "My love?" She asked, again not getting an answer. "Thailog?" She looked over at him, only to see that he had fallen asleep. "Oh..." She softly chuckled, softly looking at her partner. "My, how peaceful you look. Not frightening at all." She reached over and stroked the side of his face, tucking a bit of his hair behind his ear, before kissing him on the cheek.

"Humh?" He blinked awake, causing Pansy to giggle into her hand.

"I didn't think this book was that boring." She remarked, softly smiling at him. "Why don't we go cuddle in bed?" He smiled at her.

"I like that idea." He remarked.

Hearing that and feeling each of his hot heavy breaths against my face, having him so close his forehead and nose are pressed against my own, and the intensity of his harsh glare into my eyes would get me so weak with my heart racing! I'd love it especially if he wasn't wearing his glasses to see the coldness of his icy blue eyes... 💙

Still keeping his tight grip on me and his soft, strong, heavy body pressed against mine so I'm trapped there and have no choice but to look right into his beautiful eyes and listen closely, he speaks in a harsh lower quieter voice with more words for me to make sure I got all that or else and his hissing whisper makes me shiver.

He's so intimidating and despite my trembling, I look up to him with love and fear in my eyes because he's so dreamy. I can't help but admire the fire in him and the tension and he looks so handsome with a deep frown and gritted teeth, just as much as he does with a beautiful smile! I want him to scare me and get my heart rate up because it's so shocking and intense that it's thrilling and exciting. It's the same as when my heart is thumping and blood is pumping with love and excitement for him, only it's from the heat of his rage and roughness in the physical confrontation this time and I feel the love arrow go through my heart all the same! 💘

He'd notice that I like it with the obvious signs but also that there's still fear in my eyes and how I tremble with shaky breaths along with the excitement, so he's satisfied to make an impact. He'll judge and tease me, scoffing like he thinks I'm pathetic but a smirk slowly spreads across his face, proud that he can make me fear him but also crazy for him because he's that great.

Then he grabs me again to kiss me roughly this time and tells me there are ways to make it up to him and relieve him from the stress. He has a lot of things in mind for me involving a bit of "punishment" that I'll very happily take and prove I want to be good and loyal for him and I've learned my lesson to do better next time- but if I don't he'll make sure I'm dealt with accordingly 🥴💘💜💕

okay so for pretty much all my faves, i picture myself in their universe (as opposed to them irl). it’s the same with kakashi! there are no cars, unfortunately, so wherever we’ve gone it’s on foot. he’s a busy guy as mr. hokage and all, so we don’t have much time to just enjoy ourselves. we sneak in little getaways every now and then—we don’t go anywhere too too far. we just go to an inn in the countryside and enjoy the beautiful nature, the delicious food, and our private suite and baths ;-) i am sometimes able to tag along with him on important business trips, but our traveling is low key until he retires! once he retires, we want to explore the world together with love—not missions—in mind.

Ahh thanks so much for the ask! Since you didn't specify an f/o I'm going to answer these for Davy :) mainly because he was the first one where some ideas came to my mind right now😅

🦋: How long did it take them to get out of the awkward early relationship stage? Have they gotten more confident around each other? (just a note I've never been in an actual relationship so far so idk what it's actually like or if this is realistic in any way I'm just making stuff up here😅)

I think there was probably a bit of awkwardness at the beginning of their relationship, although I think it was certainly "worse" before, during the time where they both realised they had feelings for each other, but didn't know how to act upon them. In the time shortly after they became a couple, Davy was still worried about his appearance, and how Selena would deal with it, but he was also feeling insecure due to his past, rather traumatising relationship experience. Selena on the other hand was just overall inexperienced as it was her first relationship. She always tried to reassure Davy that he's perfect for her and she loves him as he is, but she wasn't sure how to give him this reassurance. I think things probably got easier for them when she managed to become a little bolder, and for example just touch or hug him when she wanted to and he seemed like he could need it. It takes a bit for Davy to be able to lessen his fear of rejection a little and become more affectionate himself (he secretly loves it though). By the time Selena starts living in his cabin with him he's also feeling more confident though, as he realises that she really wants to stay by his side.

💧: How well do they comfort each other when they’re upset?

When Davy is upset it depends, sometimes he needs to be alone, just playing his organ in a loud and furious manner, but deep down he's also craving comfort. He doesn't say it out loud, but he loves it when Selena comes in and sits down next to him as he plays, not saying anything, just being there, maybe leaning against him or caressing his arm a little. Selena is probably a bit clumsy with it in the beginning (affective empathy isn't particularly her strong side), but over time she learns that he loves feeling her touch and it helps to soothe his emotions. When she's holding him in her arms and he's calmed down again, she'll receive a softly muttered "thank you" from him, accompanied by a little kiss on the forehead. For Selena it also sort of depends on the situation, sometimes she needs alone time, sometimes she rants about her problems, sometimes she's more rational about the issue and tries to find a solution, but sometimes she also just needs Davy to be there for her and give her the feeling that she's not alone and he's there to support her. It takes him a while until he's even able to make a move and reach out to her, but when he does, he will pull her into his arms and just hold her closely against himself. If she cried before, his beard tentacles will try to wipe the tears off her face. They're both a bit unsure if they're any good at providing comfort for each other, but as time passes they learn what works for them.

🦀: How did they handle realizing they were in love? Embarrassed? Nervous? Mad?

Selena was nervous at first, and also didn't initially have any hope that her feelings would lead to anything. She knew about Davy's infamous past and his issues in regards to love and relationships, so she resigned herself to daydreaming about him. Despite that, when they started getting closer - first on a platonic level - she would subtly show her affection through her actions. She wouldn't dare to tell him about her feelings, but she tried her best to be a good friend and be there for Davy, hoping that it would somehow lead to more. Davy on the other hand was probably strongly in denial when he first realised he was developing feelings for someone again. He'd be upset that even cutting out his heart apparently didn't help to keep him from falling in love again. He was very pessimistic about love at this point, would be angry at himself, and maybe also at Selena - though a rational part of him would realise that it was not her fault and he shouldn't take it out on her. It certainly took him some time to accept his feelings, but eventually he did.

Its getting closer to the end of summer but I can't stop thinking about sharing an ice cream with Kabane. I would probably buy myself some ice cream and then met up with him. My poor boy has never had any (a fact I didn't know) so I'd end up letting him have a bite of mine. The first lick is of pure surprise, the rest are of eager enjoyment.
