Vodka Blueberry Milkshake
2 servings
This shake uses blueberries which are very tasty, nutritious, and healthy.  Blueberries are low in calories but high in fiber, and has Vitamins C and K.
Ingredients
2/3 cup skim milk
1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup vanilla vodka
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnish: Whipped cream and some blueberries (optional)
Directions:
In a blender add the milk, ice cream, blueberries, vanilla vodka, and vanilla extract and blend.  You may need to use the pulse button several times depending on your blender or use a spoon to help mix the ingredients (with the blender turned off of course).  Blend until the ingredients are mixed and creamy.  This produces a creamy shake.
In two glasses, pour in the milkshake from the blender, top with whipped cream if you choose, and enjoy! 
Note:
If you want to avoid dairy products use milk like almond milk.  Use a non-dairy ice cream.  There is even whipped cream made from almond milk and non-dairy products.
You can use any kind of milk.
Sweeten to your taste.

i drink more skim milk than anyone i know
its coffee to me, if i wake up early i go downstairs and have a glass of skim milk
i drink about 2.5 gallons a week, sometimes more if im off work/school
i can tell the difference between brands of skim, and not only that the difference between skim and 0.5% and 1% and so on from taste alone
i am the milk master
the farm is my dojo and the milk jug my kingdom
skim milk brings me so much joy and energy

Simple Peach Smoothie
1-2 servings
This smoothie is thick and delicious.  You can make this smoothie out of any fruit.
Ingredients
½ cup skim milk (but use whatever milk you want)
½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 cups frozen sliced peaches
2 teaspoons truvia (non-calorie sweetener) (or sweetener of your choice)
Directions
Place the ingredients in a high-speed blender. If you don’t have one you may have to stop the blender part way and stir the ingredients and then start the blender again.
Blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Note
Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
Honey adds another flavor element to the smoothie so that is why truvia was used instead,
You can add more milk if you want the smoothie thinner.
Instead of peaches add two cups of strawberries, blueberries, or whatever fruit you want.
