Lwaxana Troi vs. Sidney Fox
Remember: don't vote on "who would win in a fight", but on "who, when given a task that fits her skillset and talents, would do that task better: more comprehensively, faster, with more pizzazz, with less collateral, etc."
Endorsements! "What is she good at?"
Lwaxana Troi, Star Trek: Daughter of the Fifth House, Holder of the Sacred Chalice of Rixx, Heir to the Holy Rings of Betazed and Ambassador of the Betazed government and honestly I am quite sure you can add some other facts about her :) - [okay, here goes: this woman steals every scene she's in, and brings the delightful camp of TOS to the Enterprise-D and Deep Space Nine. Outrageous and over-the-top, and deeply caring and empathetic too. She has no concern whatsoever about reading your mind and giving you a piece of hers, and she has Jean-Luc Picard SCARED to step out of a turbolift.]
Sidney Fox, Relic Hunter: Archeology - she's Indiana Jones :D

“You have no respect, Croft.”
“I respect you.”
Sydney crossed her arms. “If you think this will make me less mad, you’re wrong.”
Lara’s grin got bigger. “Come on. You aren’t really angry.”
“So now you can read my mind?” Sydney scoffed.
Lara took a step closer. “We both know you wouldn’t have taken it to the museum anyway.”
Sydney pressed her lips, but didn’t deny it. Lara was correct, of course. She didn’t believe in taking things from people to hide them in a museum.
“That’s not the point!” Sydney protested. “Now they think I’ve been willingly giving you artifacts.”
Lara winced in sympathy. She did enjoy playing cat and mouse with Sydney, but she didn’t actually want to get in trouble with her university. “How about a dinner as an apology?”
Sydney snorted. “Why are you always trying to get me to dinner?”
“I’m pretty sure you can figure that one out on our own.”
