My grave cleric Shara and her Goddess.

I get to play Shara in a Witcher-inspired dnd game.

Her husband, Drannor, was a Hunter who like witchers hunted and killed monsters. He left on a hunt and he didn't come back. She hadn't told him she was pregnant, but ended up loosing the baby. Wracked with the grief of loosing both her child and husband she became inconsolable for some time, attempting to commit and act of heresy against the church.

Eventually, she turned to an obsession with healing others. She left the church, Clerics rarely leave the church, unable to shake her grief and became a healer who combined knowledge and actual medicine and surgical skills with magical healing. She found the Hunter's guild and learned they would only tell members about other members. So she joined, with the hope of finding out how her husband died and to bury him herself, healing and keeping alive as many hunters as possible before letting the dangers of the job take her.

But, she learned he is missing... not dead.

Tricky Wishes

This is a new story that I am going to start writing. I’ll post one-shots here and there and try to write this story. It will include Mark, Jack, some OCs, and others if I’m feeling it. Dunno where exactly I’m heading with this, but I hope it’s good! Enjoy!

Blowing out the candles, shooting stars, and even 11:11 never worked for the short haired girl. She had only one wish since she was seven, she was 24 now! All she wanted was her sister. At age seven she went missing. That’s when the wishing started. It was always asking for her to return. Two years later, the police gave up and declared the little girl dead. Shara hated the police for that. Those words changes her life forever, and not in the best way. She became more distant from people and a bit more rude. She would try to solve problems herself, she wouldn’t even call police for the really dangerous ones. She got in so many fights and was never caught. Nobody talked to her and she talked to nobody. She slowly spiraled into a deep pit of depression.

She contemplated killing herself many times. But a small familiar voice in the back of her head stopped her every single time. She always heard her sister calling out for her. Whether it be a playful voice or an all too familiar voice of worry. Her sister was always worried that Shara would get in trouble. She couldn’t do nothing though. So against everything in her head telling her no, she started cutting herself. She almost took up drinking or drugs, but she knew she would lose everything by doing that. She didn’t want to lose the small chance of getting her sister back, if there even was one. That’s why she took every chance she had to make a wish.

Today she used her birthday wish on her cake. She felt the same empty feeling afterwards though, just like every time she made a wish. Sighing, she stood up and picked up her black leather jacket before leaving the house. As she walked, memories flooded her head making her vision blurry with new tears. She always tried to be tough and hold them in, but when it came to her sister, the floodgates could never hold. And so she let them loose, despite being in public.

A sudden collision with someone brought her out of her trance. She started to fall backwards when the person wrapped his arms around her waist to support her. She looked at the ground with an arm on her chest and the other dangling close to the ground. She glance up to see who had caught her. A young worried male looked right back at her. His eyes seemed to pierce right through her. He smiled a little and let out a small friendly laugh as he pulled her back to her feet.

“That was quite a fall there miss!” He exclaimed in an oddly smooth and deep voice. “Are you alright-” he stopped in shock as he saw the tearstains on her face. “Oh my God! Are you okay? You’re not hurt are you? I’m so sorry! I should’ve been watching where I was going. I’m super duper sorry miss!” He stopped as Shara let out a small laugh. The laugh surprised them both in different ways. The man was just confused but happy that she was alright. And Shara hadn’t laughed in so long, it was such a forgein noise to her, but she loved it.

“Sir! Calm down, please. I’m fine,” she remarked glancing back at his eyes before averting them again. She wasn’t emotionally fine, but she was physically, so it wasn’t an entire lie. “I was just remembering things that I really don’t want to talk about if that’s alright with you.” His face softened. They both gave one another small, soft smiles. Shara glanced over her shoulder before sighing. “I gotta walk home now though. I didn’t realize how long I was out.”

“And how long is your walk home?” The raven haired man inquired.

“Oh, just an hour or two.”

He instantly grabbed her arm and almost literally began to drag her with him. “Nope. Nope. Nope. Many nopes.” Shara looked at him confused and opened her mouth to protest when he spoke again. “Just come and stay at my place for the night. Trust me. I live only a minute or two from her anyways. And my name is Mark, if you wanted to know.” Shara realized that she wasn’t really getting a say in this choice so she reluctantly agreed.

“Fine. I’m Shara, if you wanted to know.” Mark laughed making the short haired girl chuckle a little bit. She just hoped she wouldn’t regret anything.

“This is not a good idea!”

A small girl’s laughter filled the air. “C'mon dude! I’ll be fine! S'not the first time I’ve tested an invention.”

“I know that! But you are about to attempt to fly with something you just created? That does not say safe at all!”

Another laugh. “Don’t be a baby ‘bout it! I’ll be fine!”

“No! Wait! Don’t you dare jump off the table!”

“I’m gonna do it! Wish me luck!”

“Don’t you dare- you did it. You actually did it. You freakin jumped.” He sighed. “I’ll get the med kit.”

“See! Told ya I’ll be fine! Wait a sec… Did I forget-” crashing noises followed shortly after. “Yep. Forgot the landing gear.” She heard her friend start walking away. “Yo Jack! My man! I need a med kit!”

“I told her not to do it. I told her so.” He raised his voice so she could hear him. “Yea, Yea! I’m getting it. Just hold tight, Bee! I’ll be back in a minute.”

“Thanks dude!”

Sometimes Jack wondered how he ended up with this girl. How did he end up getting Beatrice as a borrowing partner? The world will never know.

D works for this guy called Adam with her best friend Shara. I dunno what they do they do something.

Shara transferred schools (haha get it cuz she’s from Roblox and Delinquent is from Minecraft) and is roommates with D (or just classmates. Dunno if they should be in college or high school but they have jobs...:/)

Willow is her little step-sister. I’m going to retcon her age back to 13-16 in this AU due to the fact she’s really small for some reason and doesn’t really act like a teen/pre-teen, tho I really don’t know if that matters at this point. Don’t mind the reference to Garcello, I just think those two are friends. Delinquent doesn’t know shit about him yet.

Lilac is their classmate/frenemy. Lilac is...something. I don’t know what to say about her due to reasons, but sometimes are friendly with each other. That thing in the jar is her pet.

“Soooo,” Shara started, tapping her toes together. “Do we have spare clothes?”

“That will fit him? No.” Delinquent answered. “We’re gonna have to go shopping.” She leaned backwards.

“Del, it’s 9 PM. All the stores are closed. If any of them were open anyway, we’d be there by 12.” Kareem said. “Besides, we dunno his clothing size.”

“Plus he’s still RIGHT HERE.” Shara gestured towards the man, and the two’s faces lost color. He chuckled slightly.

(They were debating about Garcello’s clothing problem, since he only has his regular clothes at the moment. This is right after the order McDonald’s.)
