Claire 12, Belladonna 31, and Scillia 37?
12: Did they have any backstory adventures before joining the party? If not, what were they doing before they were introduced?
Claire grew up as part of a artificier guild. She didn't have too many adventures prior to the joining the party until she started sniffing around a hidden slave trade in the town she had been sent to by the guild. Then she asked the wrong person the wrong question and ended up been taken into slavery herself. The party attacked and over threw the ship that was transporting her.
31: Least favorite NPC? Or PC if they’re an NPC?
Belladonna wondered into the Feywild as a child and she distinctly remembers being able to fly before she entered, but cannot fly now. She thinks she ran into someone who took her wings from her. She hates that person the most.
37: What do they think the best thing about them is?
She's smart and she's good with people! Scyllia is an anthropologist so she needs to be good with people or their dislike of her will alter her results of her studies.
Send me asks about my Characters!

I Raised the Nine Tailed Fox Wrongly - By Danaan (8/10)
Tumblr media
An exemplary yet cold general, and a sly fox. In this story the power balance shifts. The little fox is a demon in disguise. Our heroine is too sure of her strength. She falters, and she is quickly captured by her wicked pet.
Scyllia is a general with no real flaws...except her personality. She has no interest in marriage, dating or children......or fun or breaks or jokes. She's annoyingly stern, even though she is well respected for her skill.
She's also gorgeous.
Tumblr media
She has a hot dream. A silver man clings to her. He starts to make demands, while she blushes weakly in his arms. This is not like her. She is afraid, but she can't stop blushing.
Tumblr media
The demon before her is too beautiful to resist.
Tumblr media
The demon tells her she can never escape. She must stay with him if she wants him to "behave" and "be good for her sake". Implying that he will cause destruction if she attempts to leave his side.
Tumblr media
She wakes up, and we find out about her new job. She's stuck with a monster. A fox demon. It's small but terrible. A nine tailed fox is like a unicorn...but evil. It's very rare to see one, and they're blessed by God. If you kill one you'll be the one to suffer.
Tumblr media
Scyllia doesn't know anything about mystical foxes. They're from the east. She consults a priestess for advice, and she gets more bad news.
Tumblr media
Scyllia must raise it well, or it will become a legendary demon.
Tumblr media
Scyllia goes about her duties, and she doesn't kill the fox, because the priestess isn't kidding. A horrible punishment will fall on her and possibly her men.
Tumblr media
Scyllia has few friends, but her admirers are numerous. She is a well known hero. She has allies willing to help her raise the fox.
It seems manipulative already though, and it will grow fast.
Tumblr media
Judging by the dream this will end with a kidnapping. Maybe a couple of massacres.

SPOILERS FOR GXK!!
Ok, can we talk about how an absolute badass godzilla was in this movie????
Bro LITREALLY powered up with exp to have beef with everyone.
Tumblr media
The big g ripped scyllia apart like nothing and then took a nap in Rome without a care in the world
Tumblr media
Let's not forget when godzilla came all the way to Egypt, SPRINTING AT KONG.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This bro was a menace. Manhandled and tackled him through a damn pyramid. Godzilla did NOT care about what Kong had to say. This lizard was not taking it.
And then godzilla was able to adapt to anti gravity like he was swimming to be able to kick shimo and send her flying. Bro truly is a goated character. No one can tell me otherwise.
He wanted all the smoke and had beef with EVERY KAIJU.
I wish we had more scenes of godzilla he deserves it.

“This story of a sympathetic Scylla is usually considered mostly or entirely original to Ovid. According to him, Scylla was a sea nymph, first beloved by Glaucus, then horribly transformed by a jealous Circe. Her story is as plangent as that of her namesake, princess Scylla of Megara, who was equally unlucky in love, betraying her father Nisus for an ungrateful Minos. Yet we need not seek so far afield for a sympathetic Scylla. Two brief quotations preserved in Book 7 of Athenaeus’ Deipnosophistae point toward a third Scylla, introduced by Hellenistic poets, who was a sea nymph. These scant lines are enough to indicate that Ovid’s sympathetic maiden was in fact invented by a certain Hedyle, a female poet known only from a single fragment. Moreover, it appears that her inspiration was not the Megarian Scylla, but a far humbler girl, one who supposedly helped to destroy the Persians at Artemisium. The maidenly origin story, aptly enough, had a maidenly origin: according to Aeschrion of Samos, in an Iamb probably written in the fourth century b.c.e., Glaucus the sea god fell in love with Hydne, daughter of the diver “Scyllus” of Scione. This is clearly the historical but semilegendary diver Scyllias of Scione, who allegedly swam eighty furlongs underwater from Aphetae to Artemisium in 480 b.c.e. and cut the anchor cables of the storm-tossed Persian ships. Herodotus tells us half a century later that already “many tales are told about him, some implausible and some not.” . . .
Of the elegiac poem Scylla by Hedyle of Attica, probably composed in the third century b.c.e., only one fragment survives. Remarkably, it contains evidence for the bold further step of identifying Scyllus’ daughter Hydne (patronymically, “Scyllis”) with the Homeric monster: Glaucus, desiring Scylla, came to her cave “bearing the love-gift of a shell from an Erythraean rock and the still-unfledged children of the halcyon as baubles for the nymph, in vain. Even the maiden Siren, a neighbour, pitied his tears, since he swam away to her promontory and the places around Aetna.” We cannot know whether Hedyle’s poem involved Scylla’s transformation into a monster. Regardless, the Homeric cues are numerous. Although a “nymph,” this Scylla inhabits a maritime cave off the coast of Sicily in the vicinity of at least one Siren. Yet in this tragicomic, sentimental inversion of Odysseus’ trials, Scylla is charming but reticent, and a Siren is her harmless but soft-hearted neighbor. The parallels in technique with Theocritus’ Polyphemus are striking, and help to explain why Ovid combines the two narratives within the “trio of love triangles” in Metamorphoses 13 and 14.15.
Quintus Cornificius, enemy of the triumvirate and author of “light” neoteric verse, is a likely intermediary between Hedyle and Ovid, since he (like the young Cicero) wrote a poem called Glaucus. Athenaeus’ two quotations about Glaucus, though brief, reveal Ovid’s inspiration for his nymph-turned-monster Scylla. The iambic fragment shows that Aeschrion first turned Scyllus of Scione’s daughter, a human (or possibly nymph) war hero, into the sea god’s beloved. Playing etymologically upon the resemblance between their names, Hedyle subsequently conflated the diver’s daughter with the Homeric monster, a daring move that Ovid later replicated, enhancing it with graphic details. We may conclude that the sympathetic, maidenly Scylla did not originate in Eclogue 6 through confusion with Scylla of Megara. Instead, that honor belongs ultimately to a third party—Hydne, daughter of Scyllus the diver—whom Aeschrion and Hedyle transformed into the new figure “Scylla the nymph.” This new narrative arose independently of Scylla’s altered shape in art, although both transformations reflect the same Hellenistic taste for humanizing and sentimentalizing fearsome monsters. In Metamorphoses 14, Ovid combined two preexisting traditions: his Scylla begins as the girlish nymph and ends as the part-girl monster. The list of works consulted for the Metamorphoses cannot be known, although it certainly included more Greek and Latin texts than we now possess. According to my creative reconstruction, Ovid’s tale of a metamorphosed Scylla was not inspired by her namesake, Scylla of Megara. The episode may have been borrowed whole from an earlier Hellenistic or Roman sentimental treatment of the Glaucus myth. However, it is more likely that Ovid introduced the element of metamorphosis to reconcile two well-established versions of Scylla belonging in different genres. One was the epic monster of Homer and Virgil, which suited his project of retelling epic narratives. The other was the nymph of iambic and elegy (ultimately inspired by Scyllus’ daughter Hydne), which suited Ovid’s taste for grotesque love affairs and pathetic heroines. His Scylla is a generic composite, in whom the Homeric model is juxtaposed with playful reworkings of Homer. She therefore resembles the other Odyssean monster with whom she dominates Books 13 and 14 of the Metamorphoses: Polyphemus.”

Special thanks to @carpecerevisiam for brainstorming with me. This wouldn’t be written so early if it wasn’t for her.
He was out again. Not to take life this time, but to save it. He had tried to ignore the urge, to stay home and just not give a fuck. But he couldn’t.
He was out on the streets in his reinforced car, slowly driving around, looking for lost souls on that worst of all nights. He hadn’t found any thus far, but it was still early.
He hid in the shadows when he saw a group of purgers in weirdass outfits. Although they wouldn’t be able to force their way inside the car, he knew they wouldn’t hesitate to attack, and he wasn’t in the mood for running those idiots over.
After a while of watching them, he understood that it wasn’t just a group of purgers in weirdass outfits, but a group of purgers in weirdass outfits cornering a guy in an even weirder outfit. His leather getup—was that a skirt?—left him almost bare. Leo pulled his coat tighter around himself, quietly exited the car, and creeped towards them with his hand on his holster. The cornered man wasn’t wearing a mask, and the outfit could be explained in many ways (even if Leo couldn’t think of any at the time); it was likely he wasn’t one of those crazy purgers.
The only woman in the group aimed her gun at him, but Leo didn’t even have a chance to react before the strange man cut her hand off with a sword. He stood there in shock and watched as the man butchered the whole group with an outraged roar, remaining unscathed himself. He definitely didn’t need Leo’s help.
Leo was about to return to his car when the man spotted him and started walking his way, shouting something and pointing his sword at him. Leo pulled out his gun and aimed at him, taking a few steps back. He was quite attached to his hands and didn’t want to lose them like the purger. The man, seeing this, dropped his arm and stopped under a street light. Leo could see him well now, and his gaze slid down his muscular, scarred body. His outfit wasn’t like anything he ever saw. He looked like a man out of time. Leo put his gun down, but didn’t holster it yet.
The man said something again, and from the raise of his voice, Leo could tell it was a question. He had heard a lot of languages in his life, could recognize a handful, but that man’s words sounded like he made them up.
“English?” he tried.
The man didn’t answer. Leo wondered if he shouldn’t just leave him on his own and look for someone who needed his help more, but then he heard a gunshot.
The man faltered and slowly fell to his knees. Behind him, Leo saw another purger in a mask. He opened fire, but she ran away.
He hurried over to the man. He was bleeding from a hole in his upper back, close to his nape. It didn’t hit any organs, and it seemed the man was just briefly incapacitated by the pain and shock. Still, he was definitely not from here and left on his own, he could bleed out. Leo made a quick decision to take him with himself and patch him up.
Assuring him he was going to be okay, even though he knew the man couldn’t understand, he helped him get up and led him to his car. The man was reluctant to get in at first, eyeing the car like he didn’t trust it, but eventually Leo convinced him to enter and lie down on his front in the backseat.
Once home, Leo scrutinized the wound. The man eyed his tools, dressings and iodine like he’d never seen them before. But he must have understood Leo was trying to help him, and he trusted him enough to take care of him.
The bullet lodged itself in a muscle. The man snarled and twitched beneath him as Leo pulled it out, but then it was over, and Leo was cleaning and dressing the wound. When he let him go, the man tried to look over his shoulder to see what Leo had done.
“You should sleep it off.” Leo fell into an armchair and looked at the man, still lying on the couch next to him. He, of course, didn’t understand. They eyed each other for a while, and Leo grew more uncomfortable with every second. He decided he should at least introduce himself since he invited the man to his home and all, so he pointed at his chest and said, “Leo.” Then he pointed at the man. “You?”
It took him a moment to get it, but finally he replied with something that sounded like a name. A foreign one, but a name nonetheless. “Scyllias.”
“Scyllias,” Leo repeated to himself. If he were to guess, he’d say the man was either from South America or Europe.
“Well, you chose a wrong night for a visit, Scyllias.”
Scyllias replied in his language. Leo was tempted to ask what the fuck of a language that was, but he knew he wouldn’t learn this way.
They spent the rest of the night in silence.
