Dr. Sanjiv Gandhi also resigned as the Green candidate in the Vancouver-Renfrew riding for the 2024 provincial election.

Jet Airways CEO Sanjiv Kapoor showed support for IndiGo air hostess over the viral video
Jet Airways CEO Sanjiv Kapoor on Wednesday extended his support to the IndiGo air hostess who has become the talk of the town overnight after a video of her fiercely arguing with a passenger and telling him that she is not her servant went viral on the internet.
The viral video was captured by one of the passengers of the Istanbul flight to Delhi to which Kapoor reacted in a tweet. "As I had said earlier, crew are human too," he said.
"It must have taken a lot to get her to breaking point. Over the years I have seen crew slapped and abused on board flights, called “servant” and worse. Hope she is fine despite the pressure she must be under,” Kapoor’s tweet read further.
The video shows an angry air hostess sitting on the flight floor arguing with a passenger after his unruly behavior with another crew member over the wrong food choice. My crew is crying because of you,” she is seen telling the passenger while explaining to him about the counted meals.
The situation worsened soon and the passenger asked "Why are you yelling?”. To this, she retorted, “Because you are yelling on us” even as another member of the crew is seen pacifying the situation.
No, I am not sorry sir, you cannot talk to the crew like that. I am peacefully listening to you with all due respect. But you have to respect the crew as well,” the air hostess tells the passenger. As the argument continues, the passenger says she is a servant. To this, she said that she is an employee and not his servant.
Indigo, in its previous statement, said, the issue was related to meals chosen by certain passengers traveling via a codeshare connection,”

Bajaj family buys five luxury flats in Mumbai worth Rs 104 crore: Report
Members of the family leading the Bajaj Group conglomerate have bought five luxury apartments in Mumbai, which are cumulatively worth around Rs 104 crore, a report said on December 17.
All five flats face the iconic Arabian sea and are based in Tower E of Raheja Vivarea, the luxury residential project located in the Mahalaxmi area of south Mumbai.
Out of the five apartments, two have been bought through Nirvaan Family Trust, The Economic Times report said, adding that one each has been bought by Shefali Bajaj, Sanjali Bajaj and Manish Kejriwal.
Shefali, who is the wife of Bajaj Finserv MD Sanjiv Bajaj, has reportedly bought the most expensive apartment worth Rs 28.31 crore. The 3,400 sq ft flat is located on the building’s 39th floor.
Sanjali, their daughter, has bought an apartment of a similar size on the 38th floor, for Rs 28.27 crore, the report added.
Kejriwal, who is Bajaj’s son-in-law, has purchased a Rs 15.47 crore-worth flat on the 36th floor, with an area of 2,433 sq ft, the newspaper said. Two more apartments of similar size have been bought by the Nirvaan Family Trust, with each valued at Rs 15.84 crore, the report noted, citing the documents it accessed through Zapkey.com.
Moneycontrol could not independently verify the news.
Mumbai, notably, is one of the prime real estate markets in the country. During November, property registrations in the city surged to 8,756 units, marking a 15 percent surge as against the year-ago period.
