HI! IM PUTTING MY CASTLEVANIA SEASON 3 EPISODE 9 (and a little of episode 10) THOUGHTS INTO THE WORLD! HERES YOUR SPOILER WARNING NOW!!
oh my god, ok, so. The absolute MADNESS of this episode starts LESS THAN 4 MINUTES IN TO A 28 MINUTE LONG EPISODE. That’s 24 whole minutes of death defining battles and really controlling s3x.
I mean like, the fights were really cool, they were interesting to watch, ISAAC? Bro that’s insane, I really liked the whole mind control concept that town had, I also don’t think the wizard spoke a word the whole time which was an interesting dynamic for a fight. Isaac breaking out of the mind control is like WOO GO ISAAC. But by far, (and yes im aware this was SUPPOSED to be serious) I found all the people slo-mo falling from the building quite funny for some reason?? I guess it was just unexpected.
Then there’s the whole alucard situation, SUMI AND TAKA? WHAT THE FUCK GUYS? YOU WERE GOOD CHARACTERS HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? WHEN DID THINGS CHANGE?? they were genuinely enjoyable, alucard seemed SAD he genuinely seemed like he wanted them to stay as long as possible! THEY COULD SEE HE WAS LONELY 😭 AND THEY USED IT AGAINST HIM! They basically seduced him, tied him up, TRIED TO KILL HIM. And died. They deserved to die hurting the poor dude like that. Alucard has scars everywhere now and I feel so bad for himmm
Trevor and sypha, good lord. POINT 1: SYPHA WAS RIGHT. SHE SAID, “do you think we can wait?” AND JUDGE BEING DUMBBB went “this is my town. You will do as I say >:(“ AND IT MAKES ME SO MAD! SHE CANT DO ANYTHING AND SHE KNOWSSS. “I just didn’t see it” GRAH POINT 2: that WHOLE fight, oh my god, the FIRE the MONSTERS PRIOR “DRUGLORD” SALA. The whole thing was constructed really well, AND SEEING DRACULA AND LISA. AFTER THE END OF EPISODE 9 IT ALMOST MADE ME THINK IT WAS ALUCARD THEY WERE SEEING. JEEZ IT WAS CONSTRUCTED WELL.
And lastly, my dear wife Lenore, I love her with all my heart BUT WHAT A TWISTED WOMAN?? OH MY GOD POOR HECTOR. IN THE BEGINNING I THOUGHT “oh this has to be more consensual than what’s going on with alucard, she’s probably just Seducing him 🤷‍♀️” WRONG. THE SLAVE RING? THAT LOOKS LIKE IT HURT. AND ALL THEIR SCENES I FEEL LIKE ARE WILDLY MORE REVEALING THAN ANYTHING WITH ALUCARD. BUT SERIOUSLY, That whole plan was really pulled off SO WELL she did a very good job of keeping her own face while KNOWING exactly what she was doing every step of the way. All in all this whole episode pulls together really well into a shamble of absolute terror. And I love it.

What the Fandom (actually) thinks about the SPN Finale 15x20!
A short while ago I posted a Quiz  [Which Part of Supernatural Season 16 are you?]  and the post has 27 notes, so I thought barely anyone would have taken this, but it turns out actually a couple people did.  And I´m so glad I did put in one free form question: “Would be please be so kind to sum up the finale in 3 words. (Or 333 if you want to...)”  Because the past days I clicked through the notifications on the quiz, which is kind of tedious, but I could not stop cause what people put in there is a mood, a riot, the pure unfiltered truth, eloquent and outrageous in the best way!   And so I collected the answers and tried to roughly group them. Which you can find under the cut. (If someone that took the quiz wants to be tagged or have the commentary removed please just message me!)  Can you guess what the most common 3 words were?

"You have found peace" bro I haven't known a SECOND of peace since that ill-begotten nightmare of a shitstorm  //  [[“I STILL HOPE UR DAY WAS G”:]]  HOW THE FUCK DID I GET THAT I LIKED THE FINALE PLS OP THIS IS NOT A MARK ON YOU OR ANYTHIG I LOVE U EVEN IF I DON'T KNOW YOU BTU PLS THE DEPRESSIVE STATE THAT I SPENT MY LIFE IN POST-FINALE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE SHAMED IN THIS WAY I. PLEASE. I DID NOT LIKE THE FINALE. HOW DO I GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER PLEASE
Misha? Was that you? Rancid Nut Work
Particular Stuff Fuck john Winchester  // [[“ Mj”; ]]fucking disgusting shitshow [okay so that was 3 words, but MAY I JUST SAY, c*w was incredibly disrespectful to Misha, Cas, Jensen, and Dean. Misha played a Cas for 12 years, and then he's not even in the finale? and Cas gets mentioned a whopping total of 2 times after he confesses his love to Dean?? and then, Jensen. 15 years of his life on Supernatural. Jensen turned down the role to be Captain America, and his best friend is Dean, the character he plays. But then Dean dies on a rusty nail, never getting to actually live his life? Dean died how he always thought he would- and he died as "Daddy's Blunt Instrument", finishing off his dad's unfinished case. J*hn Winch*ster ab*sed him and Sam mentally, emotionally, and possibly physically too, and does NOT deserve to get a Heaven at all, least of all, a Heaven right by Deans. Dean never got to live how he wanted to and was repressed as fuck, and this is all because of his dad, the resident shit head. And don't even get me started on the queer erasure, and racism. Kevin Tran deserved better. He, after through all he suffered on Earth, deserves to go to Heaven, not be tortured in the afterlife forever. I fully believe that it's just because he was Asian. If J*hn got into Heaven, why couldn't Kevin. Also, not to mention, Charlie, Rowena, Claire, Patience, Kaia, Crowley, Donna, and Jodi, and probably countless of other queer characters who were erased. They were silenced and fuck the cw for doing that. I could add so much more, but for now, have an excellent day and a wonderful year :)]   //  [[“Yellowcollins”:]] hat the fuck was that literally what the fuck. I’m convinced the writers did not watch a single episode they made past season 3. There was literally not a SINGLE character from season 4 onwards in the finale. LITERALLY. NO. ONE. and what about “family don’t end in blood” that they’ve been preaching since LITERALLY season 1??? huh??????? nah fuck 15x20, this will go down and the WORST ending in the history of endings.

Good Stuff's Best of 2019
WARNING: Just wanted to say cheers to you for making it through another year. I send you best wishes for next year to be fruitful. Thank you, take care out there, and enjoy. (Best of 2017) (Best of 2018)
Dedicated to Russi Taylor, John Witherspoon, Rip Torn, Tartar Sauce, Caroll Spinney, Peter Matthews, and the many of KyoAni lost in the arson incident. You all did wonderful; rest in peace.
Welp, I figured the last year of this decade would be the most chaotic one by far, then again everything peak after 2012. As for now, I am counting down the best cartoons/animations/comics I’ve seen and loved this year in no particular order other than #1. Same rules apply: No sneak previews of future projects, no repeats, and this time anything goes.
Runner Ups: Superman Smashes the Klan, Marvel’s Aero, Infinity Train, Enter the Florpus, Amphibia, Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart, Helluva Boss, Meta Runner, Lego Movie 2, Forky Asks a Question
Anyways, Badda boom bang whiz, let’s do this shizz...
10. Super Mario Bros GT
Tumblr media
Nostalgia can be quite a mystery, especially one that can come out of nowhere. Super Mario Bros Z kicked so much ass as a kid that now, it still frustrates me to this that it got a cease & desist from Nintendo, even the reboot from the same person couldn’t last long. But the gods have offered a slight miracle in the form of this new spiritual successor that has heart and soul put into every pixelated frame. There is much to celebrate with Youtube animation, where many say it’s dying due to the algorithm and all of the site’s corporate bullshit, but it’s stuff like this which helps me understand why we should celebrate. Against all odds, channels like Smasher Block willfully put their works out their for the people and continues to because on top of getting a little dough, it’s what they want to do.
9. DC SUPER HERO GIRLS (2019)
Tumblr media
Awwwwww yeah, this is She-Ra and the Princesses of Power done right. Diverse female squad, each given a quality screen time to truly shine (Beecher especially) on their which makes the episodes where they’re all together feel earned and joyous to watch. Certainly reminds me of Friendship is Magic, which is coincidental since they were created by the same woman. I’d like to think this and MLP G4 were the answers to Faust’s cancelled project Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls where multiple personalities collide to one extraordinary superhero team of girls capable great feats that are lifted from their insecurities or drawbacks. And on top of this being a fun series to kick back to all around, it’s a comforting, somewhat aspiring thought to consider.
8. JOKER
Tumblr media
I am somebody that rarely goes to the theaters to watch a film; you have to hook my tight just for me to even think of buying a ticket, no less plan to. But honestly, Joker was worth the hype, the ticket, and the fact that it wasn’t the incel uprising that buttfuck normies tried to make it out as. It’s lower on the list because in thought, there definitely could’ve been some tweaks to the dialogue and a couple scenes that I felt didn’t work in the long run. But really, this movie to me worked because of the escalation that leads to a cathartic climax and ending that left me in actual tears. I don’t give a shit if it “doesn’t fit”, having Frank Sinatra sing the film's credits put me in shambles. Joaquin Phoenix was phenomenal as Arthur, and this movie felt authentic in its many details. This is definitely up there with my favorite comic book films of all time. Good thing, too, Spider-Man was taking up most of that shelf.
7. TUCA & BERTIE
Tumblr media
This series being what I can’t help but say is a spin-off to Bojack Horseman, a show I respect, was enough to pull me into watching it. But it being like Bojack where it’s tight-roping between a bouncy comedy and a grounded drama was what kept me around for more. It is a damn shame this was cancelled after one season (while 13 Reasons Why gets FOUR seasons like what the fuck), because while this did feel enough like a complete series, I was certainly interested for more because I really enjoyed it all. I have my issue with a couple choices in the show, but I am sure this series would’ve addressed them later down the line. I can see why some women would find this personally endearing, it felt like the personal stories of actual people, and it deserved better. Either way, I enjoyed this series and I recommend it just as much as Bojack.
6. PRIMAL
Tumblr media
Genndy Tartakovsky is that kind of cartoon creator where you feel he’ll go beyond if you give him the right amount of space. He’s not a perfectionist like John “Dirty Diddler” Kricfalusi, but with things like Hotel Transylvania and Samurai Jack, he certainly has proven to have the range in animation where you know how he plays. Primal showcasing his noted skill in dialogue-less storytelling and dynamic action scenes, able to convey everything clear with its ruthless yet careful protagonist and his dinosaur friend, all on top of the most luscious backgrounds. This is a series that definitely feels like Genndy’s taken what he’s used from his previous works and putting it together for a brutal yet passionate look at the prehistoric life. He truly brought us an adult series to enjoy and to look forward to more in the coming year.
5. SPINEL
Tumblr media
Bet you didn’t expect a character to be on this list, eh? Spinel is the best thing to come out of Steven Universe in general; makes me wish she was in a better movie. The crew certainly did their darndest to make her not only an enjoyable and connectable character through and through, but a very versatile character that the fandom could take in any which way. Call it corny, but Spinel perfectly represents SU as a whole: a lovable goof that can certainly mean business but deep down is deserved of a hug because of what she’s gone through. Wish she had a more satisfying resolution in her respective debut, but really it’s the balance between those three elements mentioned that makes Spinel almost eternally wonderful.
4. MOB PSYCHO 100 II
Tumblr media
As someone that doesn’t like reading, I’m a firm believer that the best animations or visual medias elevate the writing to a memorable degree; the visuals hook to the point where you want to think about what you saw and how it was conveyed. Mob Psycho 100, for two seasons now, does this in spades where Studio Bones throw them bones in animating one of the most dynamic animes of the modern era, providing the writing and characters a proper chance to flex its muscles. The characters are especially what makes this and MP100 as a whole work so well, the story being about a boy learning to be more sociable as well as emotionally stronger all while helping others understand maturity and empathy. For more on this, I recommend Hiding in Public’s video(s) on Mob. But with the animation, Bones was able to provide a sense of impact and immersion to the moments that matter, not making it an overstimulating mess, and putting some respect on ONE’s webcomic art style.
3. KLAUS
Tumblr media
Hands down, this is a great Christmas movie. Take away the animation and you have a charming, wanna say ground and authentic, story about the makings of Santa Claus. With memorable and likable characters, a nice escalation in terms of the plot, and moments that are/can be so satisfying, they can bring you to tears. A couple overdone tropes in the road that doesn’t make this the most perfected story, but those sincerely minor compared to everything else that makes this story the best. Now. Add in the animation, and you have a gold, nay a platinum animated story of the year where the visuals definitely enhance the story to a degree where they’re undoubtedly inseparable. The visuals alone is enough to check this movie out and it’s eye-opening when you learn of how it’s all done. Klaus is a film that did it’s job and then some, and I hope this will be well remembered as a classic holiday film for it deserves that status.
2. BEASTARS
Tumblr media
I’ll be fair, I’m mostly referring to the manga and not the anime but since the anime premiered this fall, it counts. Because be it the anime or the series overall, Beastars has such well intricate world building all while offering a little something for everyone (violence, romance, slice of life). The story is well paced and even when we aren’t focusing on the main characters momentarily, Itagaki is surprisingly able to make every supporting/side character we come across memorable in their own way; like I said before, the city is much a character in this story. Oh yeah, and the mangaka is the daughter of Keisuke “Grappler Baki” Itagaki, that in itself is a treasuring bit of trivia for this. Everything about Beastars is enticing and Studio Orange certainly helped in giving this series more of a following.
1. GREEN EGGS & HAM
Tumblr media
Well, well, well. Guess Netflix is three for three in terms of bringing its best foot forward among its few steps back each year. The best term to describe this series is surprising. Surprising that this is a Dr. Seuss story that got expanded a 13 episode series, that has fleshed out characters, fun hijinks, an easy story, lovely emotional, more quieter moments... on top of being 2D hand drawn animated. I mean, what else is there to say? Green Eggs and Ham is to Dr. Seuss what Seven was for Final Fantasy, what Friendship is Magic was for MLP, what watermelon was before a nice menthol cigarette. This definitely took the top spot because to me, it was able to bring many good elements from the previous entries and knot it all together into a well kept bow that I never knew I wanted until now. I’m genuinely glad this show got to exist the way it is and I am hoping, praying, that the second season keeps that momentum up.
That leads us to the actual number one which is
1. STEVEN UNIVERSE FUT-

Total Dramarama is now the two time World Heavyweight Champion, babey. Will 2020 give us a quality contender? Will the streak last another year?
Stay tuned, and always seek out the Good Stuff.

a bang for your buck
christopher bang on “queer eye”
*this isn’t meant to be hate or disrespectful, i just thought about this at like 1 am and i finished watching season 3 yesterday so yeah.*
q: why did you nominate chris?
woojin: he needs sleep :( *continues listing off reasons*
minho: honestly? i just wanted to meet the fab 5 and join them, but chris needs them too i guess.
changbin: hopefully the fab 5 will help me too so everyone can stop clowning me.
hyunjin: he just really needs it, all aspects of it.
han: take one look at him and tell me he’s sane.
felix: my fellow aussie needs all the help he can get, it’s for the best.
seungmin: hopefully this will get one more sane member in the group, i’m almost about to go insane myself. i just need that someone to keep me sane and i’m hopeful that that member will be chris.
jeongin: please help him :(
-
antoni: so in your kitchen i see a bunch of fried chicken, ramen, and coffee. do you ever cook?
chris: i live in a dorm with 8 children who will burn the house down with a teddy bear, please don’t take my coffee away it’s the reason why i’m even awake right now.
-
bobby: so, i’m not seeing much of “you” in this space. tell me about that.
chris: i’m only here for like 2 hours and that’s only to make sure the building is in shambles and to make sure everyone’s still alive. other than that i’m always in ~jyp~ so come on over buddy.
-
jonathan: ~baby boy~ (inherited from chris), what’s going on with your hair? it’s more fried than all the chicken you eat! you need some self! care! get that 9 hours of sleep! get that healthy, curly locks! get that life style you deserve!
chris: all i heard was ~baby boy~ and chicken.
_
karamo: dude, you need sleep. you need ~chris time~. you need to make sure you take care of yourself.
chris: i have 8 children, that’s literally impossible. what’s “sleep”, i’ve never heard of that before and ~chris time~? i think you mean chan’s room.
-
tan: i can’t throw any of this away because it’s all stray kids merch, but the ones that aren’t merch you pulls off. but i’m thinking about giving you some color-
chris: *is already back in australia*
-
q: any final thoughts, comments, or messages about/for chris?
antoni: spice up your life. and hire a housekeeper or something ffs you need help with those 8 kids of yours. maybe getting a ~corgi~ will help teach them ~responsibility~.
jonathan: i have literally no words for once. but he did teach me my new favorite phrase ~baby boy~ and ~baby girl~. i think he called them ~baby stay~.
bobby: come back home ffs.
karamo: dude take care of yourself ffs.
tan: add some color to your life ffs when i opened your closet it looked like satan’s asshole.
minho: bro i love you but just take care of yourself. 🅱️ops don’t make themselves.

fan fic: The Curve 3/?
As the 2017 racing season wears on, Daytona’s spontaneous magic reveals itself to have been, well, spontaneous magic. Cruz discovers that while she definitely knows how to drive, she might not yet know how to race; and Lightning realizes that even if he knows how to race, he has no idea how to be a crew chief. they Need to figure out how to pull it together before their hot mess gets any hotter.
This chapter: Project Spontaneous Magic gets off to a rocky start. It’s difficult to tell whose fault it is. At least as far as Lightning’s concerned.
[ Link to Part 1 | Part 2 ]
Lightning oversleeps. The last thing he remembers is sunrise and her last forty laps, shoulda added wedge. When he wakes, the TV's hissing static and the sun is bright. 15 races and too many hours of footage later, all he's learned is what Tex already told him: His mistakes.
Lightning shambles his way to the track in a series of frenetic, bleary-eyed wrong turns, feeling stupid because with the exception of, uh, several very important races, he's never late to anything, ever--and yet here he is, the world's least professional crew chief ever, because from the first day his tires hit pavement the one thing he's always known is that you absolutely cannot be late for a 5:30 track appointment. And yet, and yet--
Cruz isn't there.
His gaze flicks up to the track clock, and it's barely seven. He’s not that late. They have the track until nine. And if there's one thing Lightning's absolutely certain Cruz is capable of doing on her own, it's run a training session.
Exhaustion simmers into anger, which Lightning then tries to pull back into self-restraint, because being angry with Cruz has never solved anything, and it's too early in the morning for this. But self-restraint topples into self-loathing topples into resentment, and bottom line? Cruz should be here, with or without him. She knows that. They discussed that. And if she's not going to listen, then Lightning's not sure what the point is.
This isn't traffic school. This is racing--real racing.
That's your job, McQueen, Lightning tells himself. Get her ready for her first road course at OKC. That's all.
He's not her alarm clock cum stopwatch. That's on her.
"Cruz!" Lightning shouts experimentally, and gets only his echo in return.
He reverses back into the center and stalks the halls. Wind tunnel--nope. VR--definitely not. Simulator, no. And then--of course, treadmills. There she is.
Of course.
"Hey, Lightning! Long time no see!"
Lightning jumps, and suddenly Cal is cruising beside him, talking about Dinoco this, Mr. Tex asked him to come by and stop something by legal that, talk to the trainees, blah blah blah, et cetera.
"I've missed--"
"Not right now, Cal." Lightning zips past him, without taking his gaze from his truant yellow friend in the distance.
"So it works better if you--" Cruz is explaining to a lime-green Fiesta Lightning doesn't recognize. She's sporting a Dinoco Training Center logo on her side panel, though, so he can only assume she's the new Cruz.
"Cruz! What are you doing in here? And why aren't you dressed? Where are your racing tires?"
Cruz turns away from the Fiesta. "Mr. McQueen! There you are! You didn't show up this morning!"
"Where are your racing tires?" Lightning repeats. "Why aren't you--"
"Well, I went to the garage, but they said you didn't put in the order--"
"Order--?!"
"And then they said you needed to sign off on it--"
"What--"
"--And something about keeping track of inventory--"
"I think it's obvious who you are. I don't see why they couldn't have just given you the tires," Lightning snaps. Because somehow this is also his fault.
Cruz shrugs. "That's what I said. But they really just wanted to talk to you. But then you didn't show, and I didn't know where you were, so--"
"--So you figured you'd take the morning off?"
"So anyway, Lesly, like I was saying: The treadmills aren't some recreational spin class in Malibu. You have to tailor each experience to the racer. Which is actually my favorite part about--"
"Cruz! Stop telling her how to do her job!" Lightning interjects.
"But what she's doing would be so much more helpful if--"
"That's not your problem any more! It's hers! Focus! Because right now, you have 99 problems and all she's got is the one. You."
Cruz reverses abruptly. "Wow, Mr. McQueen. You don't get to call me that."
Lightning feels like the entire Center has its eyes on him. Lesly the Trainer looks like she wants to set both him and Cruz on fire. Cal apparently followed him here, is still hanging around. The speed of each and every treadmill regresses to zero and the room goes still and quiet.
"Call you… what?" Lightning ventures.
"It's a song, bro," says one of the rookie racers--the bug guy.
"What's a song?" asks Lightning, still bewildered.
"Oh, I know that song!" offers Cal. "By Jag-Z."
Lightning just stares at him.
"Jaguar… Z-Type? Jag-Z?" Cal continues.
Lightning closes his eyes and squeaks his tires against the polished floor. He counts to three. "Okay, look. I'm sorry. I'm sleep-deprived. I have no idea what you're talking about. Lesly, nice to meet you. And nice to see you again, uh--you three. And Cruz! Good morning/fine, thanks/and you?/glad to hear it. Now can we let Lesly do her job, figure out this tire situation, and try to get back on track here?"
Finally, Lightning turns to Cal. "Cal, I'm sorry, it's great to see you, too."
"No problem, Lightning," Cal says brightly. "I can help with the tire thing. If you set up a recurring appointment in the system--"
"Okay, great. Let's roll."
--
"Mr. McQueen, what drill are we running right now?" Cruz asks, about forty laps in. "Because OKC is a road course, isn't it? And you wanted"--she's loose on the turn--"to go over multiple-corners--"
In the next turn, they both go high, and Lightning can feel the force of her, mere inches away. Radiant energy cutting through wind and that shoots out in a gale behind them.
"This is just a short track, so I don't really see how this--"
"It's the drill where we drive," Lightning answers.
It's the drill where they drive, let the asphalt bubble up under the heat of their speed. Let it claim rubber. Where they find the groove, stick tires to pavement even as their wheels spin faster, faster, faster. Where the centrifugal force around the corners bears down and you snap right back, and the track beneath you changes like a wild thing and each lap is never quite the same but one comes always, always after the next until you're not thinking about anything but the turn in front of you because nothing else matters.
It's the drill where you let everything fall away, you throw it away, and it's just you and the track and nothing else matters.
To be continued...

We will fix you." "The fixation of societal standards vs. personal self-care.
A Personal Narrative about Nissa. (Part #1)
Tumblr media
“I was fat. I was scatterbrained. I was ugly. I was depressed. And my life had no meaning. I overdosed.”
At the age of 8, I did not know how to talk to people. My oldest brother was a felony and on drugs. My father was an alcoholic and my mother was sent upstate.
I had no financial stability. My immediate family had fallen apart. It was only my second oldest brother, me, my little sister, and my little brother. And this was a dangerous set-up in a town called Fayetteville, NC.
Between, starvation, stealing, constant self-awareness... I knew something was seriously wrong with me.
My teeth were crooked and I was wearing some of my neighbor’s donated clothes. And my wild, curly hair..... was a complete mess.
Between the trauma of being molested and abandonment, I developed a speech problem that was dictated my ability speech. For an entire elementary school career, I was a self-chosen mute.
Because of my stuttering problem, I was teased to a point where the sound of my voice was an utter displease to other students.
I was an outcast. I was raising my three siblings while trying to go to public school. There was no such thing as childhood because I became an adult at the age of 8 years.
My home environment was in shambles because there were no lights and no water. My self-hygiene was... non-existent.
I needed help. But I could not afford help...
”Foster care is not an option. But my suffering was.” - Big Bro
Things eventually got better when I finally turned 16 years old. But the damage was already done.
I had developed G.A.D. It was a confirmed diagnosed disorder that was found at 16 but was in the works at the age of 8.
GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER
It was basically the anxiety disorder that made me scared of the opportunities and life choices.
It’s the reason I still stutter, flustered, and can’t focus. Because my brain and my body will not let me forget every subconscious choice, that I have ever chemical made.
Because of my unpredictable anxiety, it naturally leads to the diagnosis of seasonal depression at the age of 18.
And the clinic treatment started, I was given high levels of antidepressants and anti-panic medications.
I had more medicine than a 50-year-old cancer patient. I was having intensive mental health treatment, going to college, working, and trying to be a woman.
From May 2016 to April 2019, I was dead in the inside. And that’s not an overdramatic statement. It was the truth. I was on so many drugs that made me have high blood pressure, obesity, hormonal acne, and over hair growth.
“Rennissa was dead.”
And when I told my psychologist, I did not feel good at my next appointment.
She said:
“God will heal you. We will fix you.”
My psychiatrist told me, my mother said that I needed my medicine changed because I was being disrespected to her.
(Side note: Puberty is not a drug, it’s a natural process for teenagers.”)
April 13, 2019
2:12 am
I overdosed. I stop breathing. I stop feeling pain.
If it wasn’t for a select few people, I would have died.
However, I went to the hospital and there were able to pump the meds right out of my system.
But,
That was the day, I decided to stop existing.
“It was the day I wanted to live......”

12 Day Trips From London
12 Day Trips From London
London is one of the most exciting and vibrant metropolitan cities of the world. While spending time in the city is a must-do, if you're lucky enough to have more than a few days in town, you might want to consider taking a day trip (or two) to explore some of the UK's other gems.
The best part of being in Europe is how convenient it is to get from city to city by train. You can easily get a rail pass from companies like Rail Europe and travel to hundreds of destinations within the continent.
But before you get that ticket, here's some "destination inspiration" for fun and easy day trips from London that you can make during your stay!
 1. York
Train Time from London: Approx. 2hrs
Oh, how I love York. York is such a charming little town just north of London that is absolutely worth a visit. You can spend your day wandering around "The Shambles," learning history while exploring the walled city, or drinking tea and champagne at Betty's (my favorite). You can easily walk the city in an entire day, or take one of the hop-on hop-off tour buses if that's your sorta thing.
Perfect for:  Couples, solo travelers, families, groups of friends, history lovers, and cultural travel
Search train tickets to York
 2. Oxford
Train Time from London: Approx. 1hr
If you're not really in the mood to go very far from London, check out Oxford for the day. You can see the gorgeous, historic university in the heart of town, visit the majestic Blenheim Palace (birthplace of Winston Churchill) just outside the city center, or just wander around the cute city streets. There is lots to explore around Oxford--and even more to hunt down if you're a Harry Potter fan! *Oxford was featured in various scenes of the Harry Potter films, in case you didn't know...
Perfect for:  Couples, solo travelers, families, groups of friends, history lovers, Harry Potter fans, and cultural travel
Search train tickets to Oxford
 3. The Cotswolds
Train Time from London: Approx. 1hr 40min
If you're interested in finding yourself in the middle of a fairy tale world, I would suggest a visit to the Cotswolds. Just outside of Oxford is the idyllic region of the Cotswolds. In my opinion, the best way to explore is by taking The Secret Cottage Tour. You can read more about what that tour entails and how to experience the Cotwolds right here! *Pro tip: As I note in that post, you'll want to take the train from London to Moreton-in-Marsh for the easiest access to the area. There isn't a city named "The Cotswolds."
Perfect for:  Couples, solo travelers, families, groups of friends, history lovers, and cultural travel
Search train tickets to The Cotswolds (such as Moreton-in-Marsh)
 4. Harry Potter Studio Tour
Train Time from London: Approx. 20min
For all you Harry Potter fans out there, you simply cannot make a trip to England without visiting the Warner Bros. Studio Tour just outside of London. Escape into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and see how all of the films were made right on the same sets that they were filmed. I mean...how often do you get to say that you were literally hanging out in Dumbledore's office?! This studio tour is absolutely a must see, especially since it's so closeby!
*Word to the wise: Make sure you get on the direct (express) connection train to Watford Junction from London Euston. I made the mistake once of getting on the local train, which unfortunately stops at every single station on the way (it took 45 minutes instead of 20...ugh), Once you arrive, a Warner Bros. Studio Tour decked out in HP logos will pick you right up from the station. You can't miss it.
Perfect for:  Families, solo travelers, Harry Potter fans, groups of friends, and movie buffs
Search train tickets to Watford Junction
 5. Brighton
Train Time from London: Approx. 1hr
Just an hour outside of London is the cheery, beachy town of Brighton. This city basically has the beach scene that London is missing. The best time to come is in the warmer season as the winter season tends to limit the amount of outdoor activities you can do. Come here to stroll down the pier or walk along the beach, see the colorful downtown area, and maybe stop in a trendy cafe or two. The city is also known for their lively LGBTQ community.
Perfect for:  Couples, solo travelers, LGBTQ travelers, groups of friends, families, and outdoorsy travelers
Search train tickets to Brighton
 6. Bath
Train Time from London: Approx. 1hr 30min
Bath is known for being a quaint, countryside destination that is famous for its well-preserved Roman-era bathhouses, 18th-century Georgian architecture, and honey-colored bath stone that is used throughout the town's architecture. A trip to Bath is like a trip into history. *Pro tip: if you're feeling up for it, you can combine this visit with a trip to Stonehenge, too. It might be a bit tight for some, but just know it can be done!
Perfect for:  Couples, solo travelers, history lovers, groups of friends, and cultural travel
Search train tickets to Bath
 7. Edinburgh
Train Time from London: Approx. 4hr 30min --OR-- Flight Time from London: Approx. 1hr 20min
At the north end of the UK is the ever-popular town of Edinburgh, Scotland. While it might be a bit long for a train ride (clocking in at under 5 hours), you can always hop on a quick flight in the morning and be in the city in less than 2 hours. Visitors can enjoy the medieval influence and architecture of the Old Town, alongside the elegant charm and Georgian influence of the New Town. There is also a lively food and art scene that shouldn't be missed while visiting.
Perfect for:  Couples, families, solo travelers, groups of friends, foodies, history lovers, and cultural travel
Search train tickets to Edinburgh
 8. Cambridge
Train Time from London: Approx. 50min
Talk about a history lover's paradise! Cambridge boasts one of the world's most prestigious, oldest, and prettiest universities right in town. The University of Cambridge was founded in 1209, so it's bound to have some really unique stories right within those old walls. Come here to relax around the town, explore the quaint passageways between the historic buildings, and grab a pint or some food at the local pub.
Perfect for:  Groups of friends, solo travelers, couples, history lovers, cultural travel, and educational travel
Search train tickets to Cambridge
 9. Stonehenge
Train Time from London: Approx. 1hr 30min
I don't think I need to speak for Stonehenge because this miraculous, prehistoric site speaks for itself. It's not too far from London, so history lovers should definitely put this on their list. It is worth saying that Stonehenge will not take up your full day's itinerary, so you can easily combine it with a nearby city like Bath or Salisbury. *Pro tip: When you arrive to the train station in Salisbury, you'll need to take a bus or taxi to get to the actual site. The bus is probably your cheapest option and costs around £14 for the trip only, or £26 for trip and site entry.
Perfect for:  History lovers, couples, solo travelers, cultural travel, and groups of friends

 10. Liverpool
Train Time from London: Approx. 2hr 10min
Music and maritime history are the 2 most popular things to come out of Liverpool, England. Big fans of The Beatles, or just legendary music in general, can add this British hub to their destination list. Stop in at the popular Cavern Club, where the Beatles once played on stage, or spend your time exploring museums or restaurant hopping around town.
Perfect for:  Music lovers, cultural travel, families, couples, solo travelers, and groups of friends

 11. Rye
Train Time from London: Approx. 1hr 45min
Rye is an incredibly adorable, historic, and quaint city just near the coast in East Sussex. This little medieval town is a hidden gem within England and is a great place for exploring the cobblestone roads, half-timbered houses, and plenty of cozy tea rooms. There is even a street called Mermaid Street... Yes, please!
Perfect for:  Couples, solo travelers, families, history lovers, cultural travel, and groups of friends

 12. Windsor
Train Time from London: Approx. 1hr
For travelers looking to get an inside look at royal life outside of London, take a trip to the Queen's favorite weekend home at Windsor Castle. Visitors can take tours of the castle grounds and see things like the State Apartments and the Great Park. If you're into horses or racing, you can check out Ascot Racecourse, which is just a few miles from the castle. For families traveling with small children, Legoland Windsor might also be a good option for the afternoon.
Perfect for:  Families, cultural travel, couples, solo travelers, history lovers, and groups of friends

 BONUS: Paris
Train Time from London: Approx. 2hr 15min
Alright, so it's not in the UK... But Paris is always a good idea! It definitely is possible to do a day trip from Paris because the train ride is only a little over a 2 hours. Obviously, I'd recommend spending more than just 1 day in Paris; but if it's the only chance you have to see it, then do it.

 A Couple Other Destination Ideas:
Bristol - Approx. 1hr 35min from London
Downton Abbey's Highclere Castle (in Newbury) - Approx. 1hr from London
Brussels, Belgium - Approx. 2hr from London
Leeds Castle (in Leeds) - Approx. 2hr 10min from London
Stratford-Upon-Avon - Approx. 2hr from London
